Hi (*´꒳`*) I searched the Help Desk and it seems it didn't have such a thread, if there was actually one, I'm sorry (*⁰▿⁰*) Here is my problem: I tried to change my profile background for a picture (3840x2400). I choose one with very high resolution so it would fit. I must say near the end of the page the picture ends, I can repeat it and I tried, thinking the problem came from here, but it changes nothing. Anyway, the thing is, after saving my profile and leaving, when I return the pic doesn't appear. Same goes with the font, I applied Tahoma font but it doesn't work. Here are pictures from when I save my customization: and from when I update the page: So could someone explain to me the reason why it doesn't work? I spent like one hour searching for a pic that would fit (´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`) also, I was wondering if by any miracle I could center the picture *aah, feels nice to dream*. I also noticed that when I change words color and even save it, for some things it doesn't work, I have to update the page and it finally changes — and the picture is gone by the same way ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡ If the problem comes from the picture, does anybody know the perfect size for a picture to take all the space? Thanks for helping me （^人^） 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 I'm also wondering, if I may say even though I'm new here and stuff (*☻-☻*) in the Help desk, wouldn't it be better to create a sticky thread for thread deleting? Because it kind of feels like most of the Help Desk threads are to ask to delete a thread.

So this is what you see when you click on 'customize profle' (The option selected is light blue in the pics ^^ ) (Tis actually rather simple... >.> ): General (which is really just the general stuff) : Modules (With which the options such as 'About me' and 'Visitor messages' at the top of your profile are meant ) : Inactive Modules (In Three of four cases thee left part of your profile where you dont really write more than your status, is meant ^^ ) : Buttons (The things u click on =.= (specifcly to edit your profile or post/review a vm =.= ) ) : Content (The biggest part of ur profile. Basically everything that fills it... ) : Headers (No idea how to explain, look at the pics =.= U could say they r titles.. ) : So eh, hope it helped at least a tiny bit, i apologise if it didnt, i tried me best T^T If ya find mistakes, just tell me, and i'll apologise and try and get rid of em ^^

Hi, This happened twice. ACK! I have a custom background url that comes from google's picasaweb photo albums. When I customized my profile and placed an url, it worked. But then after a few days, it disappeared. The url is still there and if I re-enter the url, it appears again. Now it is gone. I haven't moved the image to other album or anything. I was wondering if it happens to some people on this forum. If not, I assume I have to use a different imaging host. What's up? Thank you in advance!! ♥
