To get this part over with, I’m looking for seme/top partners. (I usually roleplay all seme, seke, and uke, but for now this is what I’m looking for as I've played seme and seke too often.) Heya, I’m V or Vee, and I’m looking for some long term roleplay partners for 1 x 1 OC RP! I've been roleplaying for 4+ years. I’ve had this account on YO for a hot minute, but I'm actually still new, and new at using forums in general. So forgive me for being completely inexperienced on this site (ain't experienced in that yaoi though amirite.) I’m a roleplayer who: Is literate. Roleplays in novella style. Does multiple paragraphs (the lowest I would go is 4 paragraph, but I usually match my partner’s length.) Is pretty descriptive (?), but that’s up for you to judge. Has pretty good grammar and spelling. Is able to roleplay side characters. Roleplays in 3rd POV. And I’m looking for someone who can put in the same amount of effort! In general, I always enjoy when my roleplays have mature and/or dark themes since almost all my characters have some sort of twisted past, and it would suit most of them best. I love writing smut, but only if it makes sense in the situation (of course). I prefer story first, and smut second. Also, I really dislike when there's too much focus on my character (it happens to me often strangely?), and I like having some sort of balance. You know, delving into my character's story, and delving into your character's story. I have a few characters, or I can make characters off on the fly. I don't typically make very shy or extremely embarrassed type characters since I personally aren't like that. Most of mine are just pricks lmfao. Some of my characters do have triggering backstories (with abuse/rape/etc.) just as a warning. Below in the spoiler are a few to list that are my most thought out characters for either example, or if you're interested: I do most of any genres, but I prefer slice of life, supernatural, and fantasy. Slice of life is the most easier for me, though. And as for plots, I don't have anything intricate, but vague things we could build off of. NAME: 박찬열 (Park Chanyeol) HANJA: 朴燦烈 AGE: 21 TRAITS: Funny, talkative, anxious in most situations, kindhearted. BIO: Through primary school, Chanyeol was taunted because of his "irregular" ears, height, and clumsiness. The Korean was always a gentle giant, not daring to step out of line and hurt someone for laughing at his ears, or how he walked into the girls' restroom, running out within a few seconds with dark red splotches over his cheeks. The bullies quickly figured out the tallest student in the class wasn't a threat, despite his appearance. After finally graduating from primary school, shy, friendless Chanyeol carried hope of finally finding a friend in the huge school, with four other schools feeding into it. Which he did, YC and Chanyeol becoming quick friends after an incident in the cafeteria. Both boys were joined at the hip, helping each other, keeping bullies away. Chanyeol, still growing, gradually built up enough confidence to hold conversations with strangers, and in their final year in junior high, decided to run for student council. With YC's help, he won the election, posters with his charming smile and cliché political slogans lining the halls until the end of the year. YC and Chanyeol remained best friends through the entire stressful year until the pair split up to attend their respective highschools. In with the new and out with the old, the growing teens lost contact with each other, opting for hanging out with new friends or looking over the new books at the library. Finally, they had graduated highschool, and Chanyeol, like most young adults, is scraping up every cent to pay for college. Ambitious and honestly a late-bloomer, Chanyeol decides music theory is more of his forte. But the class required more than just a music stand and a good attitude, calling for instruments from certain companies - Chanyeol had made it into a private institution, of course, but hadn't earned a free ride. Another problem he was facing was where he was going to live. His parents were more than ready to have their only son out of the house to take out his room and put in a swimming pool. It wasn't like the house he grew up in was close to the college anyway. With his phone in hand, lying on his old bed, Chanyeol ran through his long list of friends to eventually people he had seen with room in their home for one more roommate. As the hours pass, each call he made denying him a space to live, he sighs. Staring at the screen of his phone, only at that moment he realized he forgot his old friend from junior high. Not even having to look YC up in his contacts, his fingers typing in the numbers he had known so well when he was younger, not taking the time to think of the chance of his friend changing numbers, no, he shouldn't have, without telling Chanyeol. I want to make my roleplay skills better... and in the mean time having fun... I do any kinda of RP's... Dark Romance (even though I have no idea what does this means I am ready to listen for a plot and do it...) OC (Original Character) I've watched many animations... may be not all of them but most of them... so I am ready to play on animation plot... just let me know which one you want to try...
