The story of a young, idealistic teacher who enters Shirokin Gakuen with hopes of making a difference in the students' lives. However, Yamaguchi Kumiko (Nakama Yukie) is in for a rude awakening when she finds that she will be the homeroom teacher of 3-D, the hardest class to maintain in the school. The students have multi-colored hair, sloppy uniforms, and show absolutely no respect to her. The leader of the class, Sawada Shin is lazy but bright and shows some interest in Yamaguchi when he notices that she is very different from other teachers. The students try to bully her to make her quit, but their attempts don't get them very far.

What the class and the rest of the school does not know is that Yamaguchi Kumiko is actually the 4th generation heir to the Ooedo Group, a notorious yakuza clan. Even though her family would like her to take the title of Ojou when her grandfather dies, they have accepted the fact that Yamaguchi would rather be a teacher.

Eventually, the students learn to respect their quirky teacher because of her devotion to them, and even give her a nickname: Yankumi.

I really liked the first season, others weren't as great as first but also good ones.

I would liked it even more if in the first season if Sawada Shin would have confessed to Yankumi

yeah the 1st season was prolly the best of all season.

i was also hoping for a Shin x Yankumi love story in the live action to happen like in the manga even just a tiny scene.

after all those staring-at-each-other-look-hints in the first season, i expected one. oh well.

time to re-re-re.....re-re-read the manga!

I loved this school drama !

At this time I 'm Kat Tun fall in love.

Kazuya Kamenashi was my first love .

I've seen all the seasons , all the specials I missed none .

No single episode .

Yes I have at home even Gokusen movie on DVD!

The photo book of the film and the soundtrack to the movie!

I had to have it easy.

 

I have cried so much as this drama came to an end .

I could not believe it. So I was so happy

I heard you are planning a 4th season ... but it was again only

a stupid rumor of fans.

 

But if there would be a 4th season , how would it look like for you?

 

Would you want you want back the old actor?

Or a whole new cool class with many acquaintances actor?

How would you for a 3D look class?

Which teacher they would get ?

This was been just a Nachmache of Gokusen .

I found it cool ... but Gokusen is better.

 

Would you wish you a successor to the Oedo family?

I would for example an idea !

 

Yankumi but could have married and got a kid.

This child is the 2nd Princess of Odeo family beside her mother.

Let's say this kid could be 20 or 25 years old and want to become a teacher and now takes the Post her mother a .
