Draco smiled lightly, nodding lightly to show the other that he had heard him. He did not respond immediately though. He kept a blank face and let Lesly think what he wanted to think. He would answer the other's confession with an affirmative even though he did not know if they'd last. But he was sure of one thing, this would undoubtedly evolve to what most people called love. It may take sometime but he was positive that it would soon evolve to that, if nothing else.

Draco raised an eyebrow as Lesly let go of him. He chuckled lightly, grabbing the other's hand and pulling him inside the establishment. There were countless of clothes, but Draco was not paying them any attention. Well, not yet. While still dragging Lesly with him, he snatched a shirt that came within touching distance and headed towards a stall where the helper pointed when he asked of a room for him to change.

 

It was mildly unnerving but he didn't let go of Lesly, lest he try to get away from him. Draco opened the stall, pushed Lesly inside, closed the door behind him, dropped the shirt he was holding, grabbed the back of Lesly's head, and molded their lips in a kiss filled with secrets and promises.

Those queries would be answered, that he was certain and things would slowly develop between them. And at that, Draco surprised himself. He was thinking of their future. More importantly, he was thinking that the two of them have a future together. It was not something that he would just think out of the blue and that revelation gave him pause. It seemed that his feelings for Lesly were deeper too, forget the fact that they have just met.

"Come, let us look for clothes before she return again." And with that he opened the door, the sound of his mirthful chuckles trailing behind him.

He stopped, tapped a finger against his lips and shrugged. He did not know what to buy, much less imagine what he looked in them. So he began to walk again, but this time he grabbed random shirts, pants, undergarments, and such with him until it's combined weight made him struggle to carry all of them. He turned and deposited them in front of Lesly as he smiled lightly. "I did not know what to get," He indicated the pile of clothes in front of him. "So I just grabbed random things. Draco did not like that tone of voice. It was lecherous and full of hidden meaning and more importantly, it was directed at Lesly. He gripped the helper's shirt and boldly hauled him away from Lesly. Draco stared hard at him, silently telling the guy that should he do that again, he would receive more than just a glare and a pointed look.

 

"We will buy those items. All of them." He stated in a voice so cold it could have frozen the fires of hell itself. He turned back to Lesly and gave him a blank look. It wouldn't do good if he knew what Draco was currently thinking and in a way, he was trying to stop himself from thinking more of it. "We look for a room to stay the night after this." He stated in that same cold voice, daring Lesly to speak against it.

Lesly would blush when Draco grabbed the other and shoved him away hearing to this demanding cold voice in which he will get the chills out, but his heart was pounding quite hard, he kinda loved how the other react at that, and that he wanted to keep this guy away from Lesly, but then, when the other spoke to him with this cold voice, he would make rather hurt and angry look which will cross his face.

The guy returned with all their items in a bag, gave them to Draco and he let Lesly use his card to pay for them. Draco gave the man one harsh glare as he was about to say something, making him cower like a sheep under the gaze of a dragon. If they were in his era, that guy would have been long dead. He did not want others taking something that he believed was his and although he could hardly put that above Lesly, he still continued to think so.

Lesly would sigh softly as he would nod at the first statement, indeed this was for closed doors discusion, but he couldn't escape and ignore the harsh looks which he was giving on the other like he was going to kill him or something like that, this was so lovely but in the mean time and foolish, Lesly would reach up first to can he cover the other male's eyes and smiling a bit "D-Don't do that... or you will start a fight..." he would mumble to the other as he would sigh in relief as finally Draco was looking at him.

He would bury himself into silence as he will look to the side, rather a bit sad and worry for what is going to happen with him and Draco.

Yes, he did want to buy it and badly too, but the better part of his brain was telling him that the item could wait and they could just buy it tomorrow as easily as they could buy it today. Having made up his mind, Draco shook his head and looked around. "No." He began, looking from side to side. "We can buy it tomorrow. Right now we need to find that room I spoke about."

 

He looked at Lesly and had to grimace at what he was about to say. "I-" He cut himself, swallowing lightly and hiding his embarrassment as much as he could muster. "I can't read your written language."

 

It was true, of course. He had learned how to speak their language from the earlier explorers that visited the temple and all of them had never been long enough for him to be able to learn the written form of their language. And Draco just found realized how large the area that language dominated, be it written or vocal.

"I don't know leaving you with someone else, I would rather kill my self then someone sees that cute expression of yours." he would say laughing a bit, as he would chuckle, and tight up a bit his embrace around the other pulling him closer to can he make him relax, he didn't really care how the others was starring at them or anything like that.

 

"Look there, there is a 5 stars hotel, let's get there." he would say navigating the other with his embrace to the huge building and entering with him, going to the reception, the female which was there would give them an odd glare at first but then she would smile "What can I do for you?" she would say and give even more warmer smile "I want a room for two." he would say smiling, and the female would nod and start searching "Erm, do you want the room will be with one bed, king size or you want it to be separate beds?" she would as, as Lesly would wonder it was rather hard decision so he would look at Draco "What do you think? Should we get a room with one bed king size or should we get two separate beds?" and smile towards the other waiting for his respond.

The question amused Draco, although he made great efforts to hide his mirth. Oh, he knew exactly what he will choose but then again, he grew curious as to what Lesly's expression would be should he choose otherwise. There were just many things that he could tease the other guy with and one of them was taking advantage of his possessive nature and maybe some other time, his jealousy. As it stood, Draco mustered to conceal his emotions and perfected his features in blank indifference. "We will take separate beds." He stated in a hollow voice.

 

When the silence of the moment stretched to almost it's peak, Draco made to look at Lesly. What he saw cracked his mask and made him howl in undignified laughter, his voice ringing from one end of the hall to the other. It had been priceless to say the least and Draco snaked one of his arms around Lesly's shoulders in silent apology. Still chuckling, he stated to the woman, "We will take your best room with a King sized bed in it. Make sure that the bathroom is spacious."

 

Draco had a plan and the things that he requested were necessary for said plan to work. Well, maybe the bathroom was optional but he wanted to make sure just in case it worked and such place would be needed should they decide to-. Well, that was besides the point. All he needed for tonight was his bravado and one Lesly O'Donnell.

How will you pay in cash or with CC?" she would ask as Lesly would smile and reach up for his CC "With card... arm my documents are here but his documents got lost and he already send a word to the police, we've said there where we are so if a policeman comes to ask for Draco, that would be us, I am really sorry for the inconvenient, but I still hope for you to accept us in your hotel." he would say smiling as the woman would stare at him a bit odd "Well sir, our policy don't allow to stay at our hotel without certain documents." she would say as Jessy would get a bit irritated.

 

"How about you write the room on my name, and you let him in as a guest?" he would ask as the administrator would nod and say she is agree "Okay glad we could understood each other." he would say as he would reach up to his pocket and pull out few more dollars and place it on the table "That for you, Chere, have a nice shift." he would say smiling as she would give them the key and Lesly would leave his documents down.

Draco was grateful for the intervention of Lesly. He knew that without someone to help him, he would not understand the world of this era, much less survive in it. There were so many things that they needed to show and give just for them to be able to sleep in a room. To Draco, they mostly were inconvenience to the guests, such as themselves. But even with that thought, he knew that they were necessary in ways that he might have an idea.

 

They walked through brightly lit halls, filled with columns and brilliant lights. There were many people in the building and most of them looked very different from the people outside. It was like the building itself was a different world where different people lived and maybe even the occasional pets that they had. There were also helpers everywhere and Draco noted with fascination that they, too, carried themselves differently compared to the people outside. Everyone there seemed to radiate nobility, even though most of them were not. Draco understood. Money did that to people.

 

They turned and entered a small room, the likes of which Draco had not seen. One helper was inside and when he and Lesly had entered, the door closed automatically at the same time as the helper asked Lesly where they were going. Then, Draco realized that it was actually not a room, but a transportation mechanism. It was fascinating to note that should his people had this idea, the buildings and temples would grow to size. Maybe even grow to touch the heavens. As impressive as the device was, Draco had no time to ask Lesly of what it was called. He had more important matters to think about.

 

The thing that they were on stopped and the doors opened, revealing a hallway as decorated as the one they just came from and from a nearby glass wall, Draco could see almost the entire land. The he turned and followed Lesly to their room.
