Recently there were rumors around the creator of Kuroko's Basketball,

involving threats (emails/letters) they have received.

 

The mastermind of the new hit,Kuroko no Basuke, has been threatened

through letters, received even through them some

powdered and liquid substances.

 

For now the event about Kuroko no Basuke's doujinshi which was planned

is to be canceled.

The letter to MBS was signed, "Kuroko's Basketball Funeral Committee Head, the God of Death in Black."

I also heard that NHK reported that the Metropolitan police department found out a security camera on campus of Sophia University which caught a suspicious person on October 12th.

 

The university received one of the Kuroko's Basketball threat letters that had a lethal dose of hydrogen sulfide. What was in written in the letter was "The creator took everything from me," the letter was found on the stairway to the gym of the university the on October 12th. A camera on campus caught a suspicious person with a valise wearing a hat and a mask to hide the face. The police believe the person is involved in the crime and is trying to find it out by analyzing the video.

 

It seems like it's more about a grudge against Fujimaki and not the actual series, because of what was written in that letter.

Bloody Hell!!! O.O What crazy person would take an anime so seriously, that they threaten real people?? Its stupid and unbelievable!! Thats awful for the creator to be threatened by some nutcase out there, hope the police catch these idiots soon! I hope it doesnt deter the creator from doing a second season of the anime because the first was pretty good
