Sasuke nodded his head happy she didn't make him stand up. He took a deep breath and folded his hands and lifted his knees hooking his arms around his knees. The raven watched as the bushy eye brow boy stepped up and performed a piece not too bad. He had to admit he'd seen worse.

 

After that performance he did a silent clap, basically was when you lift your hands and wave them. Clapping could make people feel self conscious so he was taught to do this.

((That sucks that you have to wait that long to get paid... >.

 

Kurenai smiled as she watched and nodded her head, marked what he got on it before she traced her finger down the list and called out somebody else to do their pieces some of them after that was either horrible or semi-good. After Tenten did her's Naruto was called up next.

 

He sighed and stood up walking up to the front of the class and held the paper up to his face, he looked over the lines a few times before he nodded and took in a deep breath. "When you walked away from me... My heart broke... It shattered... How could you be so cruel... So heartless to leave me in my time of need..."

 

As he spoke his voice became soft, his blue eyes were looking teary, like he was about to cry, his hand was over his heart. He really did look heartbroken... "Stop torturing me with your lies! I don't want to hear them!" He looked mad a sad at the same time his voice rose up in volume slightly.

 

"No! This is goodbye Eric!" He then turned his back on the class and walked away to the front of the classroom. The whole room was quiet for a few minutes before he heard Kurenai speak up. "Oh my goodness Naruto! You did an outstanding job!" He smiled and turned around bowing to the class as some of them clapped while other did the jazz hands he stood up and walked over towards his seat.

 

He sat down next to Tenten and Hinata who both looked shocked at his performance. The raven haired teacher smiled over at him, "You made me believe that you were actually hurt and heartbroken! Your words and actions were well done!" She said in a praising kind of way before she looked over at Sasuke and smiled at him. "I know your new here and all but could you come up and show us what kind of acting skill you have?"

Sasuke watched as the blond stepped up to perform and felt himself swept away. A part of him wanted to cry out like he had heard those words from the blond before. A battlefield... burning building... people screaming... Him standing before the blond as he held out a sword. He was about to stand when...

 

"No! This is goodbye Eric!"

 

That's right he was still in his drama class.Nodding his head to his teacher he stepped up to the front. Turning to face the class he then lowered his head.

 

"It wasn't my choice," the raven's head shot up. "Can't you understand that!" His eyes looked fierce as he spoke. "They took her and everyone I once knew! You bring me here and torture me by repeating my past mistakes."

 

Shaking his head he paced back and forth his voice agitated and scared as he spoke, "no no no! You can't expect me to just stand here and watch it happen again." He reached his hand forward pointing at a student. "Bang! One dead."

 

Turning to another he pointed his hand at that student, "Bang! Another gone for the wrongs they have beseech upon me."

 

His eyes then turned to the blond as they grew sad, "Bang..." His voice grew softer but still held that strength. "My love... has shot me down."

Naruto's eyes widened when he heard him speak, and the way he looked at him at the end didn't help his fast beating heart or the fact that his cheeks flushed when their eye connected. Kurenai was almost in tears, some of the students let lose some tears.

 

She sniffled and clapped her hands together, "Bravo Bravo Sasuke! Your acting was as outstanding as Naruto's!" She said before she started to sniffle once again but shook her head, all of the acting had taken up the whole class period. Which meant the bell rung and school was over.

 

Some students said they had to head home which caused her to sigh and rub her forehead before she nodded her head at them. The raven haired teacher smiled at the remaining students and she gave a soft laugh, "To the auditorium!" She then marched out of there with her bag and belongings.

 

Naruto waved to Tenten and Hinata telling them to go on a head with out him, they both nodded knowing that he was going to come out after he finished packing his belongings up. He placed his bag on a chair and took out his drama folder out placing the paper back in it.

 

He knew it was just him and Sasuke left in the room and it was making him feel uneasy, ever since that blow up happened in the bathroom, he thought for sure he was going to kiss him in there... He flushed at that thought and dropped his folder which caused the other paper's to come out of it. "Gah! I'm such a klutz!" He said loudly before he bent over and started to pick up the paper.

Sasuke nodded his head to the teacher and felt the butterflies in his stomach. He always felt that after performing and right before. He liked the feeling but sometimes it could get really intense.

 

But the really intense thing right now was...

 

Bending down the raven helped pick up the papers, "you're really clumsy, you know that right?" He teased him with his words. Smiling softly he handed him his papers then shifted his bag on his shoulder. "Listen... forget what happened earlier. I never meant to give you such a scare. Just forget it alright?"

((*cracks knuckles and laughs wickedly* You guys better watch out cause yang is out!))

 

Naruto thanked him quietly blushing slightly before he gathered his paper's up and put them back in his folder, he then put the folder away and placed his shoulder bag on his shoulder. He looked up at Sasuke with that light pink blush across his cheeks, he then leaned up and kissed his cheek.

 

"T-That's a thank you... Kiss..." He mumbled before he moved away from the raven and walked towards the meeting place, when he got to the double doors he ran right into Gaara. He caused them both to fall back and hit the floor. He groaned slightly and then realized what happened and sat up quickly, right on the red heads lower area.

 

"Oh god Gaara! I-I'm so sorry!" His voice was frantic, today was truly not his day. First some guy who looked like the one from his dreams showed up, then him asking Gaara out which clearly pissed the raven off... Then He had that encounter with the raven in the bathroom... God today the gods were really hating on him.

Sasuke felt his cheeks heat up at the kiss and those feelings come flaring back. Damn if he was going to do stuff like that then he couldn't keep being that cool guy he pretended to be. He went to reach for the blond but saw the red head and sighed as he wondered past to the auditorium.

 

Gaara 'oofed' as he hit the ground he blushed a bit when the blond sat up on him, "n-no it's alright. Are you okay?" The red head looked up at Naruto and glanced at Sasuke as he went by. He could tell something was up but didn't want to ask.

Naruto sighed softly before he got off of the red head and helped him to stand up. "I'm fine..." His voice was low, he then opened the door up and walked inside with Gaara following behind him when he got over towards the bottom that's when he parted ways with him.

 

He then saw that there was one seat left and that was between Sakon and Sasuke. He knew now that the gods were playing dirty tricks on him today... He sat down with a frown on his face. Kurenai was standing on the stage looking at her students. She glanced over the drama students and nodded her head.

 

"Okay, since everybody is here... I would like to reveal the welcoming back play~" Her voice held excitement in it. She then crouched down and picked up a script. "We will be doing Princess Yumi~" She said in a cheerful voice. The blond's eyes widened at what she had just said... Princess Yumi? Was she crazy?! T

 

hat was a very romantic, dramatic and tragic play! She giggled even more before she walked off the stage and walked over towards the group handing them each a script. And that's when the try-outs began. Every girl that tried out wasn't good enough to be sleeping beauty.

 

Then Kurenai told Naruto to go on stage and show the girls what to do... He was about to protest but the look she gave him made him go up on the stage. He flipped through the pages and came across a page which caused him to sigh. "Today is the last day that I will ever see you again..."

 

He looked away and took in a deep shaky breath before he spoke again. "For tomorrow is the day of my wedding..." His voice was soft but loud enough for everybody to hear, his eyes landed on Sasuke and he gave him a sad but soft smile. "Oh how I wish I could be with you... Even for a bit longer... I.. I want to say... I love you..."

 

He then looked away from him, his eyes were teary and a single tear fell down his cheek. "I wish we could be together! Oh how I wish this wedding will not go on!" He then scanned the script and held it to his chest his free hand was extended. "Kiss me one last time..." He then heard clapping and people whistling.

 

He bowed lowly before he got off the stage. Kurenai grinned widely. "I think we found our Princess Yumi!" Naruto's eyes widened he was about to say no but she ignored him and smiled at the other men. "Now we need to have the lover and the suppose husband... Sasuke! Why don't you go up there? Pick whatever male part you want~"

Sasuke looked at the blond as he preformed and felt his chest tighten. He did that on purpose! What the hell was he trying to say?! He just denied him earlier, went off and cried now he's doing this! Gritting his teeth he glared at him, 'playing mind games...'

 

The raven stood and walked up with the script. Fine two could play at that game. Looking to the lover's lines he then spoke, "Even if I embrace you every day, the truth still stands."

 

His onyx eyes looked directly at those blue ones, "you're marrying him and there's nothing I can do to stop it!" He shook his head and put a hand to his chest. "No matter what I do you will always belong to another."

 

Turning his head away he took a deep breath and turned to cheat at the audience but talked as if someone was off stage, "no... their coming! I can't let them take you!" He turned and ran to the other side of the stage but stopped. "Why?..." He turned around to look back at Naruto.

 

"Why have you stopped?"

Kurenai noticed the looks between the two boys and smiled softly, the other male's mouths dropped opened they were shocked how good Sasuke was. The drama teacher giggled and clapped her hands, "That was amazing Sasuke! I think We have the lover!" She said in a happy tone Sakon and his brother glared at the raven haired male.

 

The teacher looked over at Sakon, "Don't worry we still have the role of the betrothed to cast out!" And when the roles were given the raven haired woman wanted to get some practice in before they had to leave. She sat down and looked at both Naruto and Sasuke. "Okay so I want you two to read page 20!"

 

The blond flipped through it and he scanned over the page... His eyes widened when he saw at the very bottom a deep and passionate kiss. He looked up at his teacher who just smiled at him. "We'll do the ballroom scene... Start at the top Naruto..." He sighed and walked away from Sasuke and pretended that he was standing by a punch bowl.

 

Sakon was on stage as well, this was the part where he took his hand and kissed it before he walked away. Naruto was pretending to fan himself, "My goodness... He can't dance..." He sighed and turned towards the 'punch' bowl and looked down at it with a thinking look on his face. "I just wish..." He frowned and shook his head.

Sasuke was standing on the other side and watched the blond. It said they shared a long look for a moment before he approached. He pretended as if he was walking through a crowded room over to him, "why hello there. I was across the room and couldn't help but take notice of the jewel before me."

 

The raven took his hand and kissed the back of it, which wasn't in the script.

Naruto blushed at what the raven said and when he kissed the back of his hand, he was sure that there wasn't a hand kiss in the script... A student was about to say something about it but she gave him a look before she went back to watching the two boys. "Oh my..." He giggled which was in the script, he then looked at him and fanned himself with the script. "Well how can I help you mister...?" He looked at him with that blush still in place, this whole thing felt uncomfortable. He batted his eyelashes at him, waiting for his answer.

Sasuke merely glanced at the script before he continued, "when our eyes met from across the room I could see a connection between our souls. Your heart crying out for something more... enlightening. Shall we dance?" The raven held a hand to his back which had the script then bowed before the blond and held a hand up to take his.

Naruto blushed even more and smiled softly before he glanced at his script, he did a curtsy and then stood up, he grabbed his hand and moved forwards slightly. "Lets dance..." His voice was soft and sweet, Kiba sneaked inside and spotted Gaara who was looking like he wanted to punch somebody.

 

He crouched down lowly and moved over towards him, he sat down and looked at the stage. "So blondie got the girl part huh?" He whispered lowly to his friend while his eyes stayed locked on the stage. He noticed how Sasuke and Naruto were moving to the center of the stage, he could tell the raven was enjoying being near the blond like this. "Aren't worried about them getting to close together?" He asked the red head in a low tone.

((Awesome! I did it for 3 years then ever since I graduated I've been in plays. My husband started in plays at 10))

 

Sasuke took his hand and pulled him close and started a basic ball dance with him. He lead him as he went and smiled softly holding his script on the blonds shoulder to read it, "you dance beautifully."

 

Gaara was glaring at the stage. Then hearing Kiba say those things made him nervous. The red head grit his teeth, "I don't like this... but if Naruto is happy..."

Naruto was following his lead and moved with his perfectly, he didn't realize that Gaara was glaring at the stage or at Sasuke, he then laughed softly and batted his eyelashes like it told him too. "Why thank you..." His eyes then flashed in realization that he didn't get the man's name. "Sir.. You forgot to tell me your name... What is it?"

 

The blond asked in a slightly airy kind of tone which was a flirting tone. He glanced at the script that he had propped against the ravens shoulder he wanted to make sure he said it in the right way. Kiba blinked and looked at his friend, "I don't blame you... And you know him he loves acting however..." He glanced back at the stage and his eyes widened. "Oh man! Gaara this part isn't good!"

Gaara's hands were gripping the chair hard, causing his knuckles to turn white. This wasn't good he stood and was ready to run up there then it happened before he could stop it.

 

Sasuke smiled at him and touched his cheek, "you can call me Yuki." The raven leaned in and paused for just a moment looking into his eyes then pressed their lips together and closed his eyes. There was a passion to it that could even be seen from the stage. His lips moved against the others as his thumb rubbed against his cheek.

Naruto's eyes widened before he could even speak he felt the raven's lips on his, and that's when he felt a spark there... He remembered when he kissed Gaara it was nothing like this. His script dropped down to the floor as he placed his hands on his chest and closed his blue eyes kissing him back.

 

The blond moved his lips against his, the stroking of his thumb on his cheek felt familiar... Kurenai's eyes widened and she giggled quite loudly, they were doing a great job with everything! His fingers started to flex on his shirt, and that's when an unsuspected tear fell down his face.

 

Memories were coming back and that made him pull away from his lips, he was panting slightly. He looked at his face, he remembered something... A memory... The first time they kissed was... When somebody bumped into Naruto causing him to crash his lips on Sasuke's.

 

Kurenai smiled and stood up clapping, she glanced at her watch and gasped. "Oh my it's already 4:40! Okay everybody practice is over for today! Tomorrow guys we will be practicing in the classroom! Okay well I'll see you all tomorrow..."

 

Everybody was slowly leaving talking to their friends about this and that. The two however didn't move from their spots on the stage. "I remembered something..." His voice was low and quiet. Kiba looked over at Gaara and knew that there was going to be a blow up in a few minutes.

Sasuke felt a flash of them in a strange classroom and their lips crashing together but then it flashed to another time almost like a different time. All those memories were gone from before but it was the same place kissing the same blond. What was that?

 

The raven licked his lips and looked to the teacher as she spoke. Then he heard the blond and couldn't bring himself to look at him, "in a classroom... you getting bumped into my lips..."

 

Gaara stood as he watched the blond. Something wasn't right... that seemed like more than a stage kiss. Did he have a crush on the new raven?

((I've been in a school play it was about love in the 80's and everybody had to dress like they were from that time. ^-^ It was quite fun but the ending of it sucked...

Naruto took in a deep breath and bent down picking up the script and walking away, "I'll see you tomorrow..." His voice was wavering and he felt dizzy. Another memory flashed through his head. He gasped lightly and took a few shaky steps before he fell forwards. The last thing he saw before he passed out was an image of Sasuke... But different... "S-S-Sas-"

 

He couldn't even finish saying the name, Kiba's eyes widened when he saw his friend hit the stage. "Naruto!" He jumped out of his seat and ran towards the stage he knew Gaara would be right behind him.

Sasuke fell to his knees to catch him but he himself fell into a memory, "Wha?..."

 

A hospital bed... machines buzzing... the blond dying in his arms... Then blackness. Slumping next to the blond on the floor he groaned softly as he slipped unconscious.

 

Gaara stood there shocked for a moment, "what happened to them?" He picked up the blond and quickly rushed him to the school nurse. Placing the blond on the bed the school nurse came over to them. "He fainted during auditions."

 

The blond woman put a hand on her hip as her incredibly large breasts bounced, "well anxiety can cause reactions like this sometimes." She walked over to the blond and grabbed him a glass of water then put a cool cloth on his forehead.

Kiba picked up the raven and rushed him to the school nurses office as well, "This guy fainted after Naruto did..." He said before placing Sasuke on a bed next to Naruto's. The blond's eyebrows were furrowed together like he was thinking or he was in a lot of pain.

 

It felt like wave after wave of memories came back, he wasn't quite sure why but... That kiss with Sasuke made him remember some weird things. His fingers were twitching by his sides and his head was tossing and turning from side to side. Just then he felt like he died... Which led to him sitting up right panting and holding his head winching horribly. "Wha-? Where am I..." He looked around for a few minutes but stopped when his eyes landed on Gaara. "G-Gaara.. What happened..."

Gaara looked at the blond with concerned eyes, "you fainted after... you ended the scene on stage." He brought a hand out and put it on top of the blond's.

 

Sasuke was twitching a little as he fell into a terribly dark place... places with snakes, a man... horrible rape. Then this crazy looking machine with men in cloaks standing all around it. His eyes began to burn and then he could feel them bleeding as he screamed. What was all this?! All he wanted...

 

"Naru...to..." his voice was pained as he spoke and tears stream down his face.

Naruto was about to say something until he heard his name being called from the raven who was laying down on the other bed. A look of worry crossed over his face, for some reason he felt like he wanted to hug and hold him.

 

But when he felt Gaara's hand over his that was when he snapped out of his thoughts and look at the red head. "I... Fainted? After the scene..." He asked in a confused voice, Kiba raised an eyebrow at that. Did the blond just forget what happened? Or was he acting stupid?

 

He sighed and shook his head looking over at Sasuke with a raised eyebrow. Why was he calling for Naruto? And why did those two faint? There was so many questions that he wanted answered.

Gaara looked concerned at the blond, "you fainted. Maybe I should drive you home." The red head gently held Naruto's hand. He was really worried about him. First crying this afternoon and now this new guy performing with him and them both passing out.

 

Sasuke shifted on the bed then settled down relaxing against the sheets. His black bangs were sticking to his face a little from sweating. The raven inhaled deeply and shifted on the bed.
