I was using picnick.com, but now its closed, I used picmonkey.com for a long time, but now you need to be a premium to use all the tools. riddet.com have the same things of the picnick, but I totally forgot about how to use picnick XP. Pixlr Editor is good too. But if you have PS I think you don't have any problem about using a good program, you just need to learn how to do it. Well, right now I'm using two current projects in my signature, the Organization 13, because of the 13 year, and the real yaoi stuff. I have a lot of signatures ready to be used in my PC, I normally just take a pic in the web, and edit some details. or in the case of the Organization 13 I'm really creating new pics.
