, we are trying to come up with a good story line. So far, we've come up with a sort of a company that's in the sales of demonic things, just about anything demons or spirits would need. If anyone is interested. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated Post your character's profile too if you'd like

 

Here's what I'm thinking. I'll be playing a character by the name of Sujo who is a demon employee that has been working with this company Asuma Inc. for about a hundred years. It's the main retailer of demonic items and is the most successful. However, there has been an influx of spirits and they are starting to seep through to the living word. There is a high demand of charms and other various items not just from demons but from humans either to hide or exorcise the spirits. For most veteran employees of Asuma Inc. they are expected to be able to travel from their world to the human world, blend and make sales and return in a timely manner. There are opposing companies but with the competitive nature of trying to make sales sometimes a sale can be lost and spirits can run rampant. It's a dangerous business, but someones got to do it.

Human/Demon Form

 

Name: Sujo

Human Form: Daisuke Ishada

 

Age: 145 demon years / 24 human years

 

Origin: Sujo was once a spirit of a human. He wandered the plain between living and dead before being discovered by a demon who attacked him and turned him into a demon himself. He began working for Asuma Inc. soon after and was promised eternal salvation when his duties were final complete and he completed his 200 year term with them. However, the spirit of Sujo has been reincarnated and he often dreams of it hoping one day to travel to the human world and reunite with it. Little does he know by doing this, he could bind himself to the human plain and something different than salvation could happen. He searches for redemption, for what he's unsure of, but most of all he tries to do his job and do it right. He simply goes by Sujo, sometimes pronounced "Suho"

 

Sujo can be sometimes be described as cold hearted and ambitious. The two of which can be a dangerous combination. He isn't beyond doing something shady to get something he really wants. As a spirit an emptiness grew within him. He lingered between two different worlds, watching the living and becoming envious of them. It wasn't until he found himself at a pair of gates one day that was he attacked by gruesome demon of which he later learned was a demon turned by utter hate. He retained most of himself but was poisoned by this loathing personality that sometimes can get the better of him.

 

Daisuke Ishada is the human who is said to be his soul incarnate. He is a quiet and mild tempered man who works day to day as a hunter. He was an orphan since day 1, his mother's life taken giving birth to him. Through research he learned a demon had much to do with that day and he devotes his life to hunting them and spirits. He knows nothing of his demon counter part, only that sometimes he has terrible nightmares of supernatural beings laying waste to the living world. He lives alone and travels often, never settling in one place for too long. He believes he is that much closer to finding the truth with every demon he sends back, hoping one day he can be at peace.

Name: Frigus Oculi

 

Age: Many thousands of years.

 

History: Frigus is an aged experienced demon he doesn't speak of his past. He's done many less than wholesome things not becoming of even a demonic businessman. Few are alive that remember Frigus in his true form, what he once was. His prime was far back in the days when demons could walk about freely in the human world when they were not only feared but respected and revered as gods. Slowly however it became dangerous to flaunt ones demonic splendor. Frigus saw the trend and began to practice the art of subtlety. Others weren't so clever. He has survived the darkest days of demon kind.

 

In his later years, once it was somewhat safer to walk about he got into the lucrative business of Demonic retail, signing on with Asume in its young days. He climbed the ranks, at first selling simple things, trinkets to hide ones demonic traits mostly. Luckily for Frigus striking a good deal was nothing new to him. Retail he found really isn't all the different from dealing souls though he sees much more dignity in the latter. He climbed the ranks quickly before long becoming the manager of a shop of his own. Now he deals with charms and talismans of incredible power, items infused with spells. really just about anything one could think of. His shop is now known all over for its unique merchandise, merchandise Asuma does not trust to just anyone. Many do not realize his age, or just what all his jewelry hides, and he prefers it the way. He did not survive this long by drawing attention. He is satisfied just where he is, comfortable but out of sight.

 

Recently Frigus has been saddled the responsibility of training the influx of young clerks coming from the demon world. The increase in spirits trespassing into the human world has increased demand for demonic merchandise dramatically. Asuma has taken this as an opportunity to expand, perhaps get a foothold in the human world once again. Though very annoyed with being given such a trivial task Frigus must remain professional, it is only temporary. Still he does not look forward to dealing with the fresh blood that will be encroaching on his peaceful shop.

Demon name: Zatoichi

Human name: Hana

 

Thousands of years ago, a rich and lustrous evil was forged in one of the deepest pits of Hell. Buried under intense pressures of despair accumulated from tortured souls, which acts to form the purest of crystal in lattices aspiring sharply towards the mouth of the pit. Born of fire nourished with diamond, and educated with hatred, this nightmare grew to become a force of nature that tormented the earth and it's inhabitants. Powerfully bloodthirsty he doused his surroundings with his sole emotion, a burning rage, fiery hot in every sense of the word. A brutal, massive, warlord without conscience, commanding an army of none but himself. His rein of terror knew no limit, only hunger with a bottomless stomach.

 

A few years after his emergence, both the forces of Heaven and Hell met in council to confront the behemoth. The Angels could no longer stand to see the earth suffer helplessly and the most executive Demons where jealous, even emasculated by the beast. After a long battle, the allied spirits were able to trap the incarnation and render his powers useless using a mixture of black and white magic.

 

With no way to atone for the damages incurred or to completely dispose of the beast, the council decided to humiliate him by binding his soul to a perpetually 20 year old boy of short stature named Hana. They then wiped his memory and placed him in an all girls academy where he developed a love of silk embroidery and an astigmatism. After graduating, he attended the Sweet Cookie Demon College where he majored in Archeology. Complementary to his studies, Hana attempted internships with various local businesses, most of which ended due to his inherent clumsiness. Though he is never out of luck finding a job due to the high demand in the industry for nerdy female clerks, which he is constantly mistaken for.

Haha I enjoy that he's basically a seme of all seme demons hidden inside the uke of all ukes. XD
