Lets be more honest, there're a lot of silly yaoi, which cointain just smut and almost everyone is a gay. Not really realistic, more stupid. Don't you think? Well, but if we're talking about truly good manga with deep and realistic plots, then, yes, yaoi has learnt me a very valuable lesson. Like almost everyone said, yaoi makes you more tolerant towards the same-sex relationships. It also shows, how is important to understand and accept your true self. That love is still love and it doesn't matter, if you're the same sex, as long as these feelings are mutual and real, everything is okay. Everyone deserves to love and be loved.
