Kaido smiled hating that the cocky Bran was getting to him.

 

As the game went along there was the end of it where they had to count their coins.

 

"20 here" he said placing the coins down turning to Fae. "You won. Guess is because is your favorite" he said laughing. "thanks for explaining it along the way" he added .

Fai shrugged, “it’s luck. Sometimes the cards just give you a useless combination.” Still he blushed softly. Smiling gently at him. “And with that I should probably head home.”

 

“You not crashing?” Cassidy and Branwen both asked in surprise.

 

“Nah. Not tonight. I’ve got to be up early tomorrow.” Fai smiled and stood. “It was a pleasure getting to meet you Kaido. Don’t let these two bully you.” He chuckled.

Kaido stood up hugging the other. "It was nice meeting too Fae" he smiled.

 

"And don't worry .... I wont" he added but then he reminded about the date for him. "Actually Fae, let me escort you out. I want to ask you something" he said waiting for the boy to head outside.

“Oh...?” He smiled and nodded, “sure thing.” Fai offered softly. He headed out, waiting to see what Kaido wanted to say. “Is it about the flower crown?” He asked. “I can’t make it for you but I can grow flowers for you that you like or want?” Fai offered.

 

Bran got up, cleaning things away. Was Kaido going to ask about Winston?

He catch up with Fae. "Oh, that would be cool but that's not the reason I wanted to talk to you" he said blushing a little.

 

He explained the other the plan that he and Bran come up with and also the reactions Cass had. "He cares for you. We can see that. Guess he just needs an impulse or something to drive him mad" he said still feeling a little embarrassed for asking that.

 

"So what do you say? Would you give it a try? Who knows, maybe you will come to like Winston and try it. But only of you want it. But the main idea is to drive Cass off his edge"

Fai blinked at that. A blush spreading over his features. “But what about your friend? Isn’t this a little unfair to him? Or are you going to tell him straight about why?” He chewed his lip, running a hand through his short blond hair. His blush brightening. “Don’t.... don’t promise him anything?”

 

The idea of trying with anyone not Cassidy wasn’t appealing.... but maybe it was time he did?

 

“But I guess it can’t hurt to meet new people and try to make a new friend.” He chuckled, “knowing my look I don’t appeal to him sexually either.” Fai blushed. “The eternal virgin.”

“But what about your friend? Isn’t this a little unfair to him? Or are you going to tell him straight about why?”

"I will not tell anything. Even though this seems like i use him but .... Is just to give him a chance. Is not like a said you already love him or anything. Is just a chance of dating and see how it goes. What happens next is more up to you and Winston" he said shrugging.

 

"Well .... he is kind of one too. I mean as far as we talk he is didn't do it either. He acts playful and all but he is a scary-cat" he said laughing. "Thank you for agreeing and trying" he said hugging him one more time. "Get home safe" he kissed his cheek as he said goodbye.

Fai relaxed a little at that. He wasn’t the only virgin? Good. “Thanks for trying.” He offered gently.

 

He spread his wings and took off to the skies, heading home. Fai couldn’t help but have his mind full of this new idea..... what was Winston like? Would Cass even care?

Kaido turned in the living with a small smile on his face.

 

"Oh ... you guys already cleaned everything up" he said feeling guilty for leaving them do all the work.

 

"I could have helped too" he added looking around as all was in his place.

 

"Anything else you need to do?" he asked the boys shortly about cleaning.

Cassidy shrugged. “It’s no trouble. Night. I’m going to go head up.” He said as he headed away.

 

Branwen wrapped his arms around him. “You could have help, but we had it. Don’t worry about it. Want to head up too? Or we can sit and watch a movie or show together?” He offered.

 

Curiosity got the best of him though. “What did Fai say?”

"Well ... he didn't say no so .... He said he will see how it goes. So its a green light to the idea" he winked at the other smiling.

“You could have help, but we had it. Don’t worry about it. Want to head up too? Or we can sit and watch a movie or show together?”

 

"I prefer heading up and ... cuddle?" he asked hopping they could do that.

Branwen nodded. He’d think more about his brother later. Right now he was sat alone with his beautiful mate!

 

“Cuddling it is!” He winked, pulling him into his arms and lifting him again. Bran was starting to think he had a fetish for carrying the guy so close!

 

“Did you have fun? Mostly at least?” He asked, kicking open the door and dropping Kaido to the bed with a wink before diving on after him and pulling him in for a hug.

Kaido giggled when Bran carried him in his arms. He the other kept continuing with this treatment he might get used to it.

 

Back in their room, he placed his hands on the others chest as he was pulled in his embrace.

“Did you have fun? Mostly at least?”

"Of course. It's fun with you guys. Learning new games, seeing you and Cass fight.This was a great day" he said nuzzling his neck, closing his eyes as he took a deep breath feeling his perfume.

“You liked seeing me and Cass fight?” He quirked a brow at that and shook his head, nuzzling his neck. “It didn’t go quite as expected. But that’s okay.”

"You guys are funny" he said giggling.

 

"Yeah ... but we managed to turn the table and get the night back on track" he said lifting his eyes to meet his.

 

"We do make a great team" he smiled.

“Of course we do. We’re fated mates.” Branwen winked. He knew they still had to work on things! It wasn’t going to be naturally easy! But he was happy to put the effort in for such nice results!

 

He winked down at him before leaning down to steal a kiss! Brans leg shifted to settle between the other man’s a moment. He wanted to envelop him in his arms, in his body. Just cuddling. But closeness! “Did you eat enough?”

Kaido sight delighted with the warmness the other was giving him. This was too perfect to be true.

"Yes , the pizza was delicious" he mumbled as his eyes was slowly shutting. "If i fall asleep i'm sorry" he said yawning resting his head on Branwen's arm.

“If you fall asleep I’ll be flattered.” He grinned. Meaning it too! Branwen thought it took more than people realised to sleep around someone else. They were relative strangers... but he wanted them to be more.

 

He kissed his forehead. “Sleep my mate. We have the rest of our lives to work out the details.” Branwen smiled, humming gently as he leg his eyes flutter closed.

It didn't took him much to do so. His eyes drifted shut in only seconds. It was strange how he felt alongside to Bran. He made him feel safe, warm and loved. Even if Bran didn't told him, he could sense that the other was growing attached to him and it was only a matter of time he would say it too. It didn't bothered him. Bran was showing him in every possible way that he cared much about him. So, for now, that was enough.

 

Next morning he woke up in Bran's arms. A soft smile appeared on his face. The whole mate thing and the care the other was showing was so like a fairy-tale. The irony in that. He giggled a little and leaned forward to kiss the man.

Branwen yawned, waking at the kiss. His eyes fluttered open and he glanced at the other. A grin soon spreading over his face. “Morning beautiful.”

 

He nuzzled the other and squeezed him closer. “Let’s go for a fly today? Just short. We can go to your place and gather some things too? I can help you get back if it’s too much.” He offered gently, not judging but a little concerned too.

 

“If there’s furniture you want... I’m sure I can move things around for you here? We can try arrange a group to help bring it here?” He offered.

Kaido smiled blushing when Bran called him 'beautiful', It felt so strange to be called that but he liked it.

“Let’s go for a fly today? Just short. We can go to your place and gather some things too? I can help you get back if it’s too much.”

 

"I will not say no to that offer to fly with you back home" he said laughing kissing the others cheek. "I'll be happy to have you with me but are you free? I mean ... you don't have other things to do?" he asked curiously.

 

“If there’s furniture you want... I’m sure I can move things around for you here? We can try arrange a group to help bring it here?”

 

"I don't need furniture" he laughed. "I don't need that. I have a bed where to sleep and a roof above my head. So i'm perfectly fine with what i have from you" he added blushing even more.

Branwen felt so lucky to have him! He was so lucky!

 

He nodded. “Okay. Well you have me. And I’ll be fine. It’s not really my busy season yet. So I can catch up. Wood nymphs are known for being lazy.” He teased.

 

He nuzzled the man tenderly. “Do you fancy a bath while I go make you breakfast?”

"Guess work outside the house cause in bed you're not lazy at all" he said sticking his tongue out playfully, then kissed him quickly, not wanting to be caught by him in bed.

 

"I'll take a bath and then join you downstairs" he said getting out of the bed

Branwen laughed at that, “I can’t disappoint my mate.” He winked. “I never asked.... how old are you?” He’d been curious all night but it slipped his mind. Age was just a number after you turned eighteen.

 

He chuckled, dressing in something loose as he headed to the door. “Take your time.” He grinned.
