[Help] What manga is this?

Looks like the cover art is by Michinoku Atami on this issue of Lynx, but does anyone know the name of the manga it's from? It doesn't look like it matches up with the story listed. It also looks very Yuri on ice-like, but if anyone knows the name of the manga the artwork is from would be great.

It appears that the art is by Shimizu from CoCo.Design and not an actual manga.

The tweet says I was in charge of the cover design for the May issue of "Lynx" (Gentosha Comics) released on April 9th.
I looked at other tweets and they usually mention when it's a cover for a particular manga, but this time they didn't mention any title.

Ah, thanks for that. I was looking all over the cover for some clear mention of who did the design and thought the obvious choice was the manganka with the largest name on the cover lol 

Sad it's not a manga (yet hopefully). I really like the artwork so super thanks for sharing the link!

*UPDATE - FOUND* I found the post on the twitter site you mentioned, but there is another post right below it that does mention the illustrator of the cover, Enjin Yamimaru and when I looked them up, the mankaga does do Yuri on Ice!! doujinshi.

Funny thing is I already have a few of their DJs in a folder and haven't gotten around to reading them. No wonder this caught my eye.
