You know me too well ;) I just like having fun and expressing myself, plus I often get random bursts of energy (more so since i have started eating a healthier diet and exercising) so feel like:

Interesting individual, na. Keep u p the gifs. Hahaha, I used to be obsessed with gifs! Used to make them... but you've shown me a lot of new ones.

So switching to a healthier diet is giving you a boost??

 

That's pretty awesome! But of course they do give you the energy~~ but from my experience, switching diet can really make you feel tired since the body isn't used to it but gradually it will start doing the goodies.

 

I am working on my diet and exercise too. [is yoga considered an exercise? lol]

I feel great afterward too!

 

Getting organic foods... GMO-free goodies a bit difficult.

Detoxifyin' is a b, man!

 

You know coconut raw oil? I put it in my coffee- not only it detoxifies...it's also an INSTANT BOOST!

I am still eating what I enjoy eating (chocolate, ice cream, chilli banana crisps, various indian snacks... etc) but the key is... MODERATION!

 

We need to be able to control our addictions, appetite and consume more healthy foods where we can. I have reduced my general intake of carbs and also made my portions smaller where I can (sometimes I am just REALLY hungry).

 

 

Yoga is great! I think we all need to maintain the suppleness of our bodies as the muscles become stiffer as we age and... That can be inconvenient in certain activities *chuckles*

Aerobic workouts are the BOMB!

There is one I like to do (haven't done it in a while) that has a slightly concerning title so if interested I could PM the name to you XD

 

Overall I have more energy, I am happier and feel great! I'm rearing with energy and excitement for the day \0/

Cranky....my fiancé woke me up by screaming at the tv while playing black ops 2...I'm not a happy camper when I get woken up that way seeing how I need atleast 10 hours of sleep now. The baby is really making me tired all the time. I guess it's practice for when the baby is really here and I get little sleep
