All i remember is as follows: Uke and seme are students in school. Uke was teased cause of his voice (I think his voice was too low), so uke stopped talking and I think he wears a mask to cover his mouth. Seme hears his voice and gets turned on. Other one I think you looking for - oneshot in Renai Zemi by CJ Michalski (Ch4.). Uke can't handle the pressure from his parents so he jumps off a cliff. Seme is a president of a big company and escapes his life on his boat. He saves uke and calls him a mermaid. They fall in love. He lies to Uke that the radio is broken and they cannot call for help.
