I’m sure after todays events I could get the elders to budge on letting you out for a day in the human world when you feel up to it.” Yukie added with a chuckle as he sighed. “I do have to go though. If I don’t sleep I’ll regret it tomorrow.” Yukie admitted as he laid back down on his bed holding the phone close. “I love you.” Yukie whispered his heart missing his mate so deeply.

“I’d like that…I love you Yukie come back to me safely please “ innosuke adding holding back tears as he deeply wanted to kiss his mate and hold him his heart missed every second that Yukie was gone he looked away to hide a tear from his face from sen so he wasn’t seen crying he deeply wanted to be in Yukies arms tonight.

“Don’t worry he will be back in the morning.” Sen reassured Innosuke feeling bad for the Vampire as he gently hugged Innoskue. “Why don’t we go back home? Eh?” Sen asked thinking Innosuke would feel better sleeping in Yukies room with his scent drenched in his room.

Innosuke nodded “I’ll go to sleep you don’t have to stay in the room if you don’t want just knowing I’m not alone I’ll be okay” innosuke said as they walked to the house and to Yukie’s room innosuke thanks Sen and laid down on Yukies bed curling up grabbing his pillow and shoved his nose into the scent covered pillow hoping the morning would come soon, Innosuke fell asleep dressed in the pajama pants sen got for him and shirtless clung to Yukie’s pillow like a baby.

As morning broke the house was quiet except for the few men who chatted at the table and sipped coffee Sen having left with the car to go pick up Yukie. Opening the door Sen sighed as he carried in some bags and Rownan followed behind. “Rownan….seriously it’s not the first time I’ve cared for kids. Won’t be the last.” Yukie replied as he lead the small centaur alongside him the poor lad rather shy as he hid behind Yukie at the sight of the demons at the table.

”look kids can be a lot I mean take it from the one who volunteers more then you do at the nurseries.” Rownan replied as he set down Yukies bag looking back at Yukie who was holding the small infant closer to his body. Looking at the poor centaur child who was just hiding behind Yukie and watching him he sighed defeated. “But…I’m sure you’ll do fine until I can find a place for them…at least…until things have settled more and everything can be sorted out better.” Rownan admitted as he gently pet the small centaurs head before mentioning to the men to carry the bags to the guest room following them leaving Yukie to wait in the kitchen with Sen.

”Placement call?” Sen asked as he helped himself to coffee as Yukie nodded and he made a cup for the demon.

”yeah. Sanctuary placement…technically abandonment but it’s turned into a mixed custody battle.” Yukie explained as he looked down at the boy. “Would you like to eat?” Yukie asked softly as the boy shook his head no still as stubborn as when Yukie met him.

Innosuke yawning stepping out of the bedroom rubbing his eyes his vampire teeth having grown to show alittle more and his hair looking shiney as he looked up “Good morning sen… is Yukie home yet” innosuke hadn’t even opened his eyes fully as he yawned again scratching his stomach.

”We need to make coffee and I should make Yukie breakfast… Sen do you think Yukie would like an omelet I think I can make that “I innosuke yawns again finally rubbing his eyes blinking at rownan , Yukie and a small child innosuke blushing as he noticed sen there also “I um…e-excuse me”

Innosuke turned to the room grabbing a shirt before returning “W-welcome home”

“Hello, I’m glad you slept well. We have guests for awhile. This is Haru, and Tama.” Yukie explained as he mentioned to the older deer centaur first and the tiny baby deer centaur sleeping in the sling on his chest. “Due to some conflict they will be taking sanctuary with us until things have settled down. I’ll explain later.” Yukie replied as he didn’t want to explain in front of Haru who understood quite a bit of what Yukie was saying. “I will take you up on that offer of an omelette.” Yukie teased as his stomach growled.

“Oh um hello little on would you also like some food?” Glancing up at Yukie giving him a teasing look as he walked over to the kitchen grabbing the eggs from the fridge the moment he heard Yukies tummy and he looked at Yukie “I got to sleep in our room, the bed smells like you it helped the pai-“ innosuke cut his words he didn’t tell Yukie his chest was hurting and the last thing he wanted was to tell Yukie that he felt pain likely caused to being in heat and Yukies scent not being close faking a cough he continued “it’s helped my brain yeah I was over thinking and sen was nice to get me back to the room So I could sleep “ innosuke tried to play off the sentence as his brain was already running wiped as he tried to preoccupy his thoughts with cooking food for a family “besides since we started dating I was teaching myself to cook omelettes and I want you to try it first” innosuke said as he slowly followed each step to making the perfect fluffy omelette as he finished he lightly placed it on a plate and set it down and began to make scrambled eggs for anyone else that wanted eggs waiting to hear from Yukie if the omelette was good.

“It looks amazing” Yukie replied as he sat down at the table and ate a bite his face going pink as he blushed. “It’s so good.” Yukie added as he helped himself to more.

”Haru. Would you like to go look at some books?” Rownan asked as Haru glared at the centaur and moved to Yukies side clinging to the demons shirt as he refused to leave.

”let him settle in. It’s going to take time for him to get use to all of this. He’s never been around other demons.” Yukie reminded Rownan as he ate more of his food and sipped some water.

“Scrambled eggs are ready Haru would you like some?” Innosuke said softly setting the play at the table right next to Yukie before going to the fridge and getting a small glass of milk.

”Yukie we are gonna need more eggs and butter, probably sugar for the kiddos maybe some crackers and ham I should make a list we are gonna need to be prepared for the kiddos” Innosuke added as he pulled out a pad writing down items and the counts he requested before turning around and random said “Juice also” turning back as he wrote it down his head getting dizzy he grabbed the counter trying not to show any weakness.

‘I cried myself to sleep in Yukies pillow slept like shit and I still haven’t eaten it’s fine you can do this innosuke push through you gotta seem stronger.’ Innosuke thought to himself as he tapped the pen against his face not realizing the pen tip was leaving marks on his chin.

“Easy. I can send anyone of my guards to pick things up. Relax this…kinda situation is normal. A lot of half demons sometimes even full are….a b a n d o n e d. “ Yukie spelled out as he knew Haru couldn’t fully spell well enough.

”just because I can’t spell big words or read big words doesn’t mean I don’t k ow when your talking about us.” Haru mumbled as he looked at Yukie who sighed a laughed a little. 

“yes but I’m trying to be polite. Some things are more adult matters. Why don’t you take Tama and play in the other room. Sen set up lots of blooms and toys.” Yukie offered as he knew the older Deer would be glad to take the younger off to play since he was a proud big brother. Haru carefully took Tama in his sling and carried him off with Sen who followed on babysitting duty.

Innosuke looked  down as he sighed before rubbing the back of his head  smiling “s-sorry I over stepped I’ll um go clean up the bedroom so you can rest Yukie I’m sure you need a nap “

Innosuke quickly turning as he grabbed the pans and scrubbed them and let them sit there while he turned back and hurried off to Yukie room and started cleaning everything up as he sighed leaning down.

the pain Inosuke was feeling had settled down some but there was still a lot of pain he tried to shake off the pain so he could clean up the bed for Yukie. Innosuke wondered if Yukie could feel the pain he was in through their mark Inosuke prayed he didn’t.

“You’re not feeling normal. I can smell you missed me your scent is intoxicating in this room.” Yukie mumbled as he followed innosuke to the bedroom his arms wrapping around his mate as he snuggled Innosuke. “Don’t ever apologize for overstepping with me. You have a right to speak your mind.” Yukie murmured as he snuggled into Innosukes back.

Jumping slightly as Yukie had hugged him he blushed and looked down “Of course I missed you… but it’s fine I was just missing you it’s the first time we were separated” innosuke touched Yukies hands and bite his lip looking at the blanket.

“I shouldn’t have tried to act so fatherly I overstepped this world is new to me and I likely still don’t smell like everyone else to the kids..I mean they should be welcomed in a new home “innosuke bit his lip harder his pain in his stomach as he could feel with Yukie being so close the pain was fading away the longer he and Yukie touched.

innosuke let out a sigh of relief as he mumbled “I wish I could be there to make you feel better Yukie and I still need to get you something” innosuke had been wanting to get innosuke a ring to convey his love as he looked at Yukies wrist and touched his bracelet he had proposed to Yukie with though it could be seen more as a promise to propose.

“You’re fine. But do ease off of parenting. Their parents abandoned them…with no one to claim them it became a legal mess since the mom was human. In those cases I’m a default guardian until they can be placed in a permanent home.” Yukie explained as he pulled Innosuke closer breathing in his mates scent. “We can go out shopping tomorrow. I’ll take you wherever you want.” Yukie mumbled as he nuzzled into Innosukes neck nipping it lovingly.

“Y-Yukie… I’m gonna get horny you keep doing that” innosuke mumbled as he shifted slightly looking down as he lifted his head when he realized Yukie had said that he’d take him anywhere he wanted.

”Rings…I want to get you a ring….” Innosuke mumbled against blushing darkly at how he was pleading to be marked in the human world also as being Yukies.

“Fine best jewelry store I know.” Yukie growled playfully as he nipped at Innosukes ear before pushing him down on the bed and leaning over his mate smirked. “Your scent all over my room is maddening…I missed you last night it was lonely.” Yukie explained as he gently touched his mates face his hand lifting up Innosukes chin as he gently kissed Innosuke.

Innosuke blushed a bright pink as he was pushed onto the bed he looked up laying there “Y-Yukie I missed you so much it was killing me even if I can go with you to the thing I don’t like being apart it…it hurts sleeping alone evening it’s just sleeping with you by side I feel better “ innosuke admitted as tears formed in his eyes as he felt his chin get lifted ad Yukies lips pressed on innosuke , he wrapped his arms around Yukie pulling him close as as they kissed innosuke pulled away softly a string of saliva counting their lips as innosukes tongue was sticking out “d-door”

“Alright, give me a second.” Yukie mumbled as he grabbed his phone texting Rownan and Sen to watch the kids on the other side of the house. Shutting and locking the door Yukie walked back and instantly started to pull up Innosukes shirt his lips kissing and licking up his mates stomach. “You don’t think I missed you, for the first time ever I’ve felt loneliness and a pit in my stomach sleeping alone.” Yukie mumbled as he nipped at Innosukes flesh leaving quite a hickey.

Innosuke laid there waiting for Yukie to return to the bed as he laid there, while Yukie shut the door and sent a text innosuke bit his lip puncturing his lip with his tooth as Yukie came back and made quick work of marking innosukes flesh leaving a hickey as Innosuke turned his head as he covered his mouth “M-me too… pain I-I was in pain it felt like I lost you” innosuke said finally admitting the pain he had felt since Yukie left yesterday.

“I’m sorry to make you feel like that. In all honesty I’ve never had a mate or really a long term partner so I didn’t think there would be issues.” Yukie admitted as he rested his head on innosukes chest just listening to his mates heartbeat and taking in his scent.

Innosuke hugged Yukie tightly as he sighed “It’s not your fault we exchanged blood and are marked I feel it’s fate I met you that day” innosuke said as he looked up at the bed blushing “Some day Yukie we will have kids of our running around here and we will never get to be alone like this just to cuddle and feel close” innosuke said with a chuckle his heart beating somewhat quickly as he smiled contently.

“Liar. I’ll always find time for just us for this.” Yukie replied as he kissed Innosukes cheek before stripping off his shirt his body flush with a deep desire and need. “Now then. Have you ever been fucked?” Yukie asked curiously wondering if his mate was comfortable with such things.

Innosuke blushed and turned his head as his shirt was removed and hear yukie speak about always finding time for them he smiled softly before hearing yukie ask if he had been fucked innosuke looked at him “Uh n-no” innosuke said though he wasn’t against it if it was with Yukie.

“Alright I’ll make sure to take it slow and be gentle.” Yukie promised as he kissed his mates lips as his hands started to work off Innosukes pants and then underwear.
