I'm getting too old for this

"While I greatly appreciate that, sweetheart, the backyard pool isn't big enough to house a squid. It would be sad since it can't swim around." Myles tries to explain further. 

He smiles at Tai, running a gentle hand through his hair. "Yes, we've arrived. I'm nit sure if Yukie is finished yet. Why don't you check, I've got ewverything ready to land." He places another kiss to the man's head.

“It would be happy. We would give it loves.” Haru argued as he huffed and went back to his coloring not accepting that the squid wouldn’t live with them one day since he wasn’t allowed the blobfish.

”Mmmh alright, I’ll go get him.” Taichi added with a small blush as he got up and headed back to get Yukie only ended up stuck back there as Yukie had dragged him into a snuggle cocoon on the bed refusing to let him go or get out of the small bed. “Myles is going to be upset if we don’t leave.” Taichi complained as he didn’t feel like fighting the snuggles since he was getting rather spoiled by the twos affection.

"If you were to keep a squid like that little man, you'd need a massive aquarium alone to house him." Myles tries to explain and placate little Haru, smiling at the boy just being a child, wild imagination and all. "When you grow up and you got to college and get a degree in a field of study with the ocean, get a good paying job, *and* you can afford what all needs to be present to have a squid, then yes we will get a squid." Myles promises the boy. 

The older man starts to wonder where his partners have disappeared to, so he heads to the back to check. Seeing the cuddle pile, Myles raises a brow. 

"Well. And here I thought I'd be nice and give you a reward be being sweet and apologizing to your brother and for Tai to for watching doing so well with the boys this flight, but i suppose you both have taken care of that on your own, so I'll just go and take the boys alone then." He teases, twirling his hair around his finger. A dramatic, played on sigh as he turns around to leave the room. "Ah well, I suppose that can wait for another time."

“Oh hell no, come join us for a few minutes we want our reward~. Yukies still not fully awake though…he’s being quite cute and tofun to tease after just waking up.” Taichi told Myles not wanting him to leave as he looked over at him with a smirk only snuggling the blushing Yukie more.

"As tempting as that is, we have two children who'd be left unattended, a flight crew that could hear us and we are landing in two minutes." Myles counters with a grin. 

"Besides, I don't want.to leave a mess for the cabin crew to clean up. Now up and attem, or you'll only get to hear Yukie talk about what he's seen under my clothes." Myles teases again, walking away with a mischievous grin. Though once out of sight and around the corner, the older man nearly has a meltdown. He hasn't been flirtatious in years! And certainly not that boldly! He rushes off to finish getting the boys ready to deboard the plan, bags at the ready with their toys and books. Tama on his hip and Haru holding his hand.

“Come ooooooon, spill. It’s not fair you’ve seen more and won’t describe a little bit of how hot he is.” Taichi whined at Yukie whose face was bright red as he tried to avoid answering Taichi’s dirty questions. “Ah!” Taichi gasped as he looked at Yukie. “Oooooh he was your first~ did you loose your innocence to him?” Taichi sang out teasingly getting a sudden hush and push away from Yukie who was fully embarrassed and blood red by being teased about being so inexperienced in partners.

Myles, fi ally growing impatient with the two, yells out to them in their own language:

"Koko kara deteike, samonakereba watashi ga hitori de hoteru o sagasu kada! " (Either get out here, or I'll let myself off and find the hotel alone!) He yells out awaiting for the two other men.

“Easy easy, we are here.” Taichi reassured Myles as he lead the way out and after all was said and done Taichi left Myles and Yukie by themselves with the kids in a waiting area so he could go fetch the car from the parking garage.

“It’s weird being back here.” Yukie mumbled as he was flooded back with so many memories mostly of sitting in this room as he waited to take the kids home.

Myles sits beside Yukie, ".... Are you sure you'll be alright?" He asks gently. He still.had his worries for the younger man. Coming back here so soon still sits in his mind as a less then good idea but ... With Yukie being so determined, Myles wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. "If you're feeling even a little doubtful, we could always turn back ..." 

He gently touches Yukie's thigh, trying to offer comfort and reassurance.

“I spent the first ever night here with the kids.  I didn’t have any money or ability to find a hotel. I held them both all night until our flight, I was so afraid I would miss it.” Yukie explained as he looked at the kids. “I was so afraid I-we wouldn’t make it back to you.” Yukie whispered honestly so happy he had made it back home.

Myles says nothing. He isn't sure there's really anything he can say. He opens his arms for Yukie to lean into him if he wished. Myles would hold him, comfort him, let him sit there as long as the younger would need.

"Despite the rocky welcome, I'm happy you made it back. Both times."

“Me too.” Yukie mumble as he snuggled into Myles arms the man’s comfort quite nice as he noticed Taichi walking back their luggage already loaded in the car. 
 

“Gross…” Taichi teased as he grabbed more bags Haru instantly running over to ‘help’ “shall we go?” Taichi asked with a smirk ready to show the three the city full of lights yummy smelling food and a trip of fun.

Mtles scowls at Tai. "Well if that's how you feel, see if you get any cuddles later this evening then." But regardless the older man gets up, taking hold of a few bags as well, and one boys hand. 

"Come along, boys. Keep up while we head to the car." Myles instructs gently, doing his best to ignore the stares he was getting from many of the locals. Being taller than most and having the red hair he has, Myles has been used to stares before, but this ... this feels like he's a weird creature being put on display, and he'd just like to be out of there as quick as possible

Yukie followed alongside Myles and helped load the kids into the car and everything else before getting in the back seat leaving Myles and Taichi upfront. “Taichi, you remember the directions right?” Yukie asked as Taichi nodded and tapped the gps on the dash.

”The company sent us a car with a GPS.” Taichi explained as he looked back at the three then at Myles. “So, how do you like our homeland?” Taichi asked as he finished buckling and once Myles was buckled in he started driving towards the grand hotel.

With a practiced smile, Myles tells Tai he's not sure yet since they haven't gone very far, but he looks forward to seeing the country side, visiting the shrines, and trying the food! 

"I've always wanted to try authentic Japanese foods. They say street food is the best to try in Japan and Korea." He gushes a little, trying to hide his earlier discomfort of all the people who stared at him in the airport. 

Myles knows he'll need to get used to it if they visit Japan often.

“Well we can grab something to eat after we drop off our bags.” Tai offered with an excited smile as he looked back at the three sitting quietly in the back before looking again at Myles. “There were a lot of people looking at you earlier, I should probably explain that your hair color isn’t really common here…that and you’re a beautiful tall goddess.” Tai admitted with a small smirk as he was trying his best to make small talk.

Despite the blush flooding his cheeks, Myles looks at Tai with a raised brow. "Don't say that nonsense. The boys will have twisted standards for what I goddess really looks like." He mumbles. "But I know .... my hair color isn't common back home either. But thank you....for the compliment." 

The older man pulls put his phone, trying to pull up places to eat nearby, planning to get everyone food when they all got settled in the hotel. "Anything you boys recommended to eat?" He shows Yukie the phone first since Tai was driving, waiting for the car to stop before he presents it to the medic.

“Maybe they will have a healthy idea of how to treat those they love.” Tai replied as he turned and kept driving. As Myles showed a menu to Yukie, Taichi pulled into a hotel the hotel rather grand with a giant crystal chandelier hanging down in the lobby. “We are here.” Taichi added as he parked and turned off the car.

”Hmm you can’t go wrong with a buffet or hotpot.” Yukie said as he looked over the choices before handing the phone back to Myles. “I wouldn’t mind a shower first before eating though.” Yukie admitted as he had been more focused on getting things finished on the plane he really wanted a slight wind down before heading off again.
