If you open the file without entering the password, the folder will remain empty. Please check again for your function. These files can be downloaded and read without problems. It hasn't given me any option to enter a password as of now. When I click on the link, I import the file and tap on it and it loads up, but it hasn't asked me to enter a password, which is why I was confused. You need to download another app that can open .rar-files with passwords. The same happened to me once. Now I have two apps downloaded - if one fails, the second app usually works.
