Question and Curiosity or Help??

Im curios i've been asking myself  in Manga you can find some download or share a link for you , In Yaoi BL/OVA/Series you have a sources or  a link to download it if can't there some video converter or recording device. but in Manhwa i can't find anything a download source of story. if they have you need a payment witch is i don't like it. in this days manga and mahwa event webtoon are mixing now a days and most of them are can't downloadable Manhwa..

Here is my question where i can download a manhwa?? im Just hopping .
