Looking for BL Manga

I'm posting it here for the first time. I can't recall the names or authors of 2 BL manga that I read for a very long time.
The first one: Seme works as a doctor or possibly an intern at a hospital close to the restaurant where Uke has a part-time cooking job. and lusting towards uke, but uke was unaware of this and never noticed Seme. Uke already has a boyfriend, but the relationship is not good. The boyfriend treat him badly.

Second, Seme and Uke are high school classmates. Uke was fascinated by Seme Adam's Apple and cant help to looking at it. Uke had a dream that he fell into the river and ran across Gappa, who touched him Then Gappa turned into Seme. One day, He lick seme adam's apple.
