My personal favourites are Junjou Romantica (Which is absolutely amazing), Gravitation (more of a Shounen-ai), Maiden Rose (OVA), Tight Rope (OVA), Fake (1-hour episode, super cute~), Hey Class President (OVA), and then there's Sukisho. For hawt and smexy OVA, try Seito Kaichou ni Chuukoku and Koisuru Boukun. For explicit OVAs, try Hyakujitsu no Bara and Sensitive Pornograph.
