Hmm, you should be able to open it with pdf reader... would have to manually select adobe or pdf reader for it. Or try renaming the name of the file extension to pdf instead of djvu? No, unfortunately I can't I downloaded it and when I selected Adobe, I get a text message that says it can't open the file because it's "damaged or incorrectly saved".
