The Doctor sighed softly as he smiled softly, "It's true... maybe finish me off since I'm still hard." Blushing a bit he pulled down the covers a little. "Then maybe a little food and a nap." He leaned into the touch on his hair and sighed softly. He loved his hair touched.

Spike smiled and tweaked his hair once more before moving to the foot of the bed and getting up between the brunette's legs. He spread the Doc's legs some more and leaned in, licking up the underside while he held the other's hips down.

The Doctor trembled a little while bringing a hand down to the back of his head, "mnnn... Liam... that feels really good." He rocked his hips a little wanting to dive into the sweet warm mouth of his. It was the perfect temperature for him. His hand ran through his hair then down to his cheek.

Spike grinned and nipped the tip. "I love the way that sounds." The blonde slowly took the Doc's member in his mouth and bobbed his head, swirling his tongue around the hard length.

The Doctor gasped and arched under him a bit but thankfully his drugs were strong and kept the pain at bay. Pants and moans poured from his lips, "Ahhh... mnn..." His hand gently rubbed his cheek as he moved on his member.

The Doctor gasped and gripped the sheets as he tensed and came into the blond's mouth. A dark yellow hue covered his skin then before he absorbed it. Panting he sunk back against the bed his eyes closed. He was exhausted still but was trying to remain strong for Spike. Such injuries usually led Time Lord's to regenerate but it messed up his nervous system so he was able to. Plus he hadn't explained to Spike yet that his body would change.

Spike swallowed the brunette's seed and pulled away, licking his lips. "You know, they say semen is stronger than blood for a vampire. It has the extra zing." The blonde chuckled as he moved up and kissed the Doctor's cheek. "Get some rest. I'm going to see what's been going on since we've been out." He was careful as he got off the bed and covered the Doc up.

Laying there the Doctor's breath evened out, he knew he should try to heal a bit more first but his exhaustion was winning out. You would think with the amount of sleep he had that he would be fine but most of the time was spent healing and not actually resting. The brunette sighed as he slipped unconscious to continue healing himself.

 

Martha was just down the hall in the kitchen. She knew they needed to get back to Cardiff soon but would need the Doctor to be able to stand. His right leg was working but the left not worried her. She was sitting there holding her cup of coffee and thinking.

Spike sighed before leaving the room and heading down the hall. He stepped in to the kitchen and stretched his arms over his head. "Good morning." The blonde said the good part with a bit more enthusiasm as he stopped before the woman and looked her over. "So, an old companion of Doc's?"

 

Buffy was spending her time training in one of the more sparse rooms while Angel was giving himself a small tour of the place. It was now that they had a break from checking on the blonde vampire every few minutes that they could actually have time to relax.

Martha sat up and nodded, "yeah traveled with the doctor for well... A long time. About five years in the Tardis. So you're his new companion? It's not often he takes on men." She grit her teeth a little feeling uncomfortable with this man. Was this a good man for the Doctor to be around? Maybe he was having a mental break down?

"Oh no. I'm more of a permanent fixture here now." Spike watched Martha's reactions to see if his notion was wrong or not. "You see, Doc likes having me around to keep him energized. Who knows, maybe we'll name our first born after you. You seem like such a dear friend." The blonde wasn't worried about someone walking in on his territory, but he felt an urge to make sure they were all aware of the fact. Maybe just a bit of possessiveness was urging him on here.

Martha's eyes went wide in shock, "but he just found Rose? What happened to her? He was so happy. Even had a human version of himself running around and where's Donna?" She was surprised by the sudden arrival of the Time Lord and to see him with a man, a vampire of all things. "What happened since I last saw him?"

"How should I know? I don't know when you last saw him." Spike shrugged and smirked. "But I can tell you how we met and... fell in love." The blonde had smug look. He couldn't help but feel smug in front of this woman.

Martha's eyes narrowed as she looked at the blond man, "fell in love? Or fell in need. The Doctor doesn't fall in love. He uses all his companions and then he pushes us aside and doesn't let anyone in. You think you're special right now but you are no where near the first people."

"That's what you think." Spike chuckled as he grabbed a snack out of the cupboards and opened it. "You see, me and Doc are immortal. Thus, we don't have to part for nothing. And if someone walked in to try and get close to him.." The blonde flashed his fangs as he grinned. "Well, they wouldn't succeed."

"You're not the first immortal in his life," Martha sighed and crossed her arms. "Jack is immortal and no matter how many times he dies he always comes back. The Doctor knows this and that man worships the ground he walks on. They traveled for about five years until he thought he had died but in fact Rose brought him back to life when she was infused with the heart of his Tardis."

 

She shook her head, "you barely know him. What's his favorite color? Favorite food? What's his home planet?"

"You think of non-consequential things. Maybe that's why you are alone." Spike gave that smug look again as he popped a bite in his mouth. He was definitely feeling like the one on top here. "Knowing all that doesn't get you a place in his heart. Knowing him and being sure of him probably would. But how can you be sure of someone who you have no chance of getting?" The blonde found the woman infuriating. Yet she made things a bit fun with her responses. "So, tell me. Miss all knowing, where is the spot that with one single touch makes Doc melt? What's his favorite spot to be bitten? How long can he go before he can't hold back cumming? Do you know any of these intimate details?"

"I am not alone. I'm engaged to Tom, thank you very much," Martha glared at the blond man. He really was an asshole wasn't he? She blushed a bit when he said the next few sentences. "How could I know when he only let one person that close and I came right after her. He only cared about one person and that's himself. Does he honestly care about you or was he finally tired of being alone? When you first slept with him did he even know anything about you, hm? Or did he just bend over for you? I'm sure he bent over because that was right after the Master. I was there that year that never was. He saved the world and no one remembers. Nothing like being raped repeatedly on the jumbo tron in New York city. I'm sure he was in a great mental state when you two started your," she made air quotes. "Relationship."

"Your jealousy doesn't become you." Spike popped another bite in his mouth before giving the woman a cold look. "I assure you, it didn't go like that. I initiated everything that happened between us." The blonde turned away from Martha and headed for the door. "But I can see how you'd be on the offensive. You know you'll never have him. So, sticking with your Tom is the safest option."

Martha grit her teeth as she glared at the blond, "Get away from me." She sat down and put her face in her hands. The dark haired woman sighed heavily wondering what she should do.

 

The Doctor woke about two hours later. He shifted on the bed and groaned in pain. He was still rather sore but the painkillers were still working but nerve pain when right past it. Sighing he leaned back feeling that Spike was in another part of the Tardis. He hoped everyone was staying out of trouble. He closed his eyes and groaned softly.

"Well, I was already planning to. You have fun wallowing." Spike left the kitchen and walked about the Tardis a bit. He wasn't sure where he was planning to go, but he wanted to pass the time somehow.

 

Buffy was looking for Spike when she peaked in the infirmary and saw the Doctor alone. She sighed as she entered and looked over the brunette. She felt very uneasy about this man. "I wonder what it is that brought you two together. Surely it's just sexual, but why this stranger?"

The doctor felt her enter as he was resting back on the pillows trying to ignore the growing pain, "it's my witty charm and devilishly handsome good looks." He forced a smirk over at the blond woman. She knew honestly nothing about her but the blond hair made him a little sad in seeing it. Her hair looked the same as Rose.

Buffy's eyes went wide and she blushed faintly. "Awe. Sorry. I hadn't realized you were awake. I was just coming to check on Spike." She stepped in to the room further and frowned. "So... You're his new fling? He used to have this other girl. She was pretty cute too. They went through a lot together." She sighed. She just needed to get to the point. "Well... There's a lot you may not know about him. Besides his terrible manners."

"There's a lot you don't know about me either.. I'm not human myself. We bonded so it's more than just a fling now. I know most of his life and seen the amount he's killed. I still have him beat," the way he spoke almost sounded bitter on the last bit. The brunette sighed heavily and looked over at her. "I'm not about to be lectured on relationships by a human who can't comprehend my age."
