The Inu boy quivered slightly as sat quietly in the backseat of his masters car. The were heading to his new home. He silently eyed his owner and wondered what he and his new life would be like. He had no name, was only called Inu or dog, or mutt and was ever told that he would get a name from his master. So many things ran through his mind until the car came to a stop. He undid his seatbelt and stepped out of the car looking up at the sky, he had never seen the sky before, so blue and majestic. He ran his eyes over the apartment complex and followed his Master inside until they reached a door.

Hikaru drove toward home glancing at the Inu boy in the back of his car. Nao had told him to take him as a present...what was he supposed to do with a boy?

 

He drove up to his appartment and lead the way to the room. He opened the door and held it open for the boy. Neither really knowing what to do.

 

Hikaru walked in and slipped off his shoes and put his coat up. He pulled on a t-shirt instead of the button up shirt he wore for school and sat on the couch turning on the tv.

Inu followed Hikaru inside, he had no shoes to take off the rags he wore could barely qualify as clothes. He looked as his master and turned away blushing to see him getting changed. He busied himself exploring the room and jumped when the tv was turned on. His big green eyes widened at the moving pictures and he moved close towards it, tapping at the screen confused.

Hikaru laughed and looked at the boy. The clothes he wore werent really clothes at all. Hikaru stood and looked at the boy. He spoke to him in a soothing voice to not frighten him, "Do you want some clothes?" He held out his hand for the boy to take while shutting off the tv.

Inu's ears laid back when heard the sound of his masters voice. He didn't even notice the tv going off he just stared at his masters hand. He tentatively reached forward and sniffed it. When he seemed to have reached the verdict that it was safe he placed his hand in his owners as though practicing the trick 'Shake', looking up at his master quizzically.

Hikaru smiled when the boys hand slipped into his own. He nodded and started to walk away but though better of it. "Will you come with me?" He asked in a quite voice seeing the boys ears flatten on his head.

Inu looked down and thought about it, but this was his master and he seemed to be a very nice master at that. He could trust him. So he nodded and stood up ready to follow with his ears perked back up and his tail wagging slightly. He smiled cutely with his head tilting to the side.

Hikaru paused, the kid turned cute on him. He shook his head and smiled moving to the bedroom and setting the boy on the end of the bed gently. He went to the closet pulling out one of his older shirts. He brought it back to the boy. "Can you wear this until tomorrow when i can get you new clothes?"

Inu sat on the bed and watched his master pull out the shirt. He sniffed it and pulled off his rags, and wriggled into the shirt, coming down to halfway down his upperleg. He lowered his head and blushed. 'Thank you, master-sama.'

Hikaru blushed seeing the shirt land at his upper-thigh. He paused at the name, "Call me Hikaru." He held out his hand once more. "Time to eat...you seem hungry." Hikaru remembered seeing the kids ribs and was ready to cook tons of food for him.

Inu smiled widely at the thought of food and nodded his head vigorously. His tail swished from side to side almost in a blur and his ears twiched in excitement. As he stood just outside the kitchen watching Hikaru cook he pondered for a little bit an then spoke up. 'ummm... Hikaru-sama? I have a question. Now that I am your pet, what is my name?' He looked at Hikaru a little worriedly, with his one ear floppy and the other turned away as though scared he would be in trouble for asking.

Hikaru looked at the boy in shock as he stirred the food. "What do you want it to be?" He asked looking away and busying himself with the spices he was putting into the soup. He didnt look up to see the boys face. He hadnt thought about a name for the boy. He thought he already had one.

He thought hard for a while. 'Kouta.' He looked at his master expectantly, hoping he liked the name he chose.

Hikaru smiled at the name, "Well then, Kouta dinner is ready." He poured the soup into two bowls and placed one infront of Kouta. He looked and watched as he ate. When Kouta took the first spoonfull Hikaru picked up his own and started to eat the soup he had worked so hard on. He loved to cook, he liked to see the smile on the other persons face when he made something they liked.

Kouta looked at the food in front of him hungrily, it smelt so good. He picked up a spoon and took a small sip. His eyes widened and he dropped the spoon. 'It's delicious!' he exclaimed with a massive smile and lapped the soup up quickly. In a few seconds was all gone and he sighed happily and sleeply laying his head on the table. In a few moments he was asleep, his tail making a few small thumps and his ears twiching softly.

Hikaru smiled and finished his own soup then stood. He moved the boys shoulder then when he didnt wake Hikaru picked him up and carryed him to his own bed. He sat him down and covered him up. He smiled down at him then left the room picking up the bowls washing them then went back to the room.

 

He looked down at himself then looked at the boy making sure he wasnt looking. Hikaru happy with the look of the boy sleeping he slipped off his pants and pulled on a new pair of boxers and pulled off his shirt. He went to the bed and got into it as easily as he could making sure not to wake him. He smiled and closed his eyes.

Kouta woke up slightly at the movement beside him. He sleepily moved toward the warmth of the body beside himself and curled up against it with his head on the others chest, he fell back to sleep lullabied by the sound of a heart beating its steady beat.

Hikaru had just got comftorable as the other body moved onto him resting its head on his chest. He looked at Kouta making sure he was asleep then sighed. He hadnt thought the boy would do this. He touched his hair and liked the feel of it. He sighed agian and setteled into the bed and closed his eyes drifting off to sleep to Kouta's soft breathing.

Kouta blinked his eyes open at the sun streaming through the window. He sat up and looked around, remembering the events of yesterday. He yawned and slugged his way out of bed to slowly find his way to the bathroom. When he was done he stood out on the balcony watching the sun rise and the people below start their day, it was all amazing to him as he had never seen anything like this before. When the sun was higher and the street had been busy for a while (about 7am) he went back inside to his sleeping masters side. He watched him sleep for a little bit then leaned forward poked his cheek.

Hikaru felt the bed shift as Kouta got up to leave. He disregarded it and went back to sleep. About an hour later he felt the bed move again and the boy sit there. About fifteen minutes later a finger poked Hikaru's cheek waking him from sleep. He groaned and shifted bumping into the boy. He wrapped his arms around the boys waist not really knowing what he was doing. Hikaru sighed happily and drifted back to sleep.

Kouta blushed and sighed, he wanted his master to sleep but on the other hand he was hungry. 'ummm hikaru-sama. hikaru-sama wake up please. Hikaru-sama!' He started wriggling about calling for his master to awaken, by the time he stopped he was submerged under Hikaru with Hikarus arms around his neck. He frowned, now he was really hungry. He licked Hikarus cheek to wake him up.

Hikaru woke and looked at Kouta under him. He had licked him...Hikaru looked at him and smiled yawning. "What is it Kouta?" He asked letting the boy go and stretching.

Koutas grumbling tummy answered for him. He smiled cutely and giggled.

Hikaru laughed and stood putting on a pair of shorts and leaving the room. He went to the kitchen and started making breakfast. "Eggs and Toast sound good?" He asked naming something easy. He yawned and started the oven.

Kouta followed after Hikaru. 'Yes.' He sat and watched as Hikaru cooked, tail wagging. 'Hikaru-sama, what are we going to do today? Something fun?' His eyes gleamed with excitement.
