Behind the desk (Arekushisu & Anic (Private))

[Anic]

Go watched Kai with a gaze that was both curious and and worried. He looked after the phone as he threw it away. "But what if I tried to change the day?" He asked. "If your lover would be the one to call him up to change it he might just believe it?" Gio thought that it sounded like a good idea, but he didn't know that Alex like Kai did. And somehow this conversation felt strange. Never in his life he had been anybody's lover and right now I where pretending to be the lover to the man that was his superior. I can still do this! he thought as he gave Kai a insecure smile.

[Arekushisu]

Kai sighed, "You dont have to do that...or any of it. I can just tell him the lover from yesterday was a fake." He shrugged and stood up shaky at first but he straightened and he went to the closet pulling on a shirt and slipping on a pair of jeans not worried about the nudity Gio had seen him worse. He pulled on a jacket and sighed. He fixed his hair and checked the time seeing they had ten minutes.

[Anic]

Gio followed Kai's movements as he tried to figure out what he meant about a lover from yesterday. Slow thinker aren't we? It's that evil headache of yours that don't want to give up on you that makes you this slow right? he thought as he looked over at Kai that was dressing himself. "I just don't think you should push yourself to much." he said with a worried smile. "Give me the phone and I can try to convince him." he said as he reached out a hand towards Kai, not really sure what he was begging for.

Kai looked back at Gio. "If you want. But he wont do it. He will most likely yell at you how you stole me away and all this fun stuff." He said shaking his head and handing over his cell phone. He saw it had paint off it and he sighed. It was from throwing it but he didnt care much. He knew he would need a new one soon.

Kai looked back at Gio. "If you want. But he wont do it. He will most likely yell at you how you stole me away and all this fun stuff." He said shaking his head and handing over his cell phone. He saw it had paint off it and he sighed. It was from throwing it but he didnt care much. He knew he would need a new one soon.

[Anic]

Gio gave Kai an insecure look before he took the cellphone that was handed to him. "When you say it like that, will he be much different if we meet him in real life?" Gio asked and looked down on the phone as if it was something dangerous he was holding on to.

He looked up on Kai and didn't want him to suffer any more today. Instead he took a deep breath before he dialed the number to Alex's phone and waited as the signals went through.

Alex picked up the phone. "What do you want Kai?" He yelled through the phone.

 

"It better be good cause i'm on a date and if this is about tonight i'm not changing the day. Ever." He said. He was really at home. He wasnt doing anything and was waiting for the call all day to see if he would chicken out.

 

Kai looked at Gio seeing if he had gotten anything. If Alex had picked up. He leaned close and rested his ear on the back of the phone to try and listen better.

[Anic]

Gio's first reaction was to pull the phone away from his ear, Alex was to loud for him to keep the phone to close. But as he finished what he had to say Gio held it against his ear again. "I'm Gio, I'm borrowing Kai-s- phone." Ops, almost held the habit of calling Kai for sama... "We both would like to change the day to meet with you, lets say that the day haven't been nice to us today." he said and left out any real explanation as he gave Kai a short gaze when he tried to listen in on the conversation. "So do you think you can let us pass just for today so that we can be a bit more lively when we truly meet?"

 

Gio wasn't sure if the things he said was the right things to say, and he couldn't help but feeling a bit fishy as he talked. and how would that Alex really think of his last sentence? He himself found it extra fishy... He looked at Kai with a bothered smile. Hoped he didn't say anything wrong.

Kai nodded lightly at the look Gio gave him. He could hear some of what Alex had said but not alot. He knew he wasnt on a date though. Alex liked him to much to just cheat on him.

 

Alex looked at the phone checking the number when he heard the voice. He put it back to his ear comfirming that it was Kai. "So your Kai's new lover? Or are you just a toy? I think toys should stay out. Far away...only to pleasure him when i'm away." He said. He knew he was full of himself but he didnt want to be soft for this man.

"Why dont you give the phone back to Kai? You should just go wait in bed like a good boy." He said hoping to hurt him in some way. "I wont change that day. Not unless i hear an explination from Kai." He said his arms crossing. "Now!" He said yelling into the phone.

Kai nodded lightly at the look Gio gave him. He could hear some of what Alex had said but not alot. He knew he wasnt on a date though. Alex liked him to much to just cheat on him.

 

Alex looked at the phone checking the number when he heard the voice. He put it back to his ear comfirming that it was Kai. "So your Kai's new lover? Or are you just a toy? I think toys should stay out. Far away...only to pleasure him when i'm away." He said. He knew he was full of himself but he didnt want to be soft for this man.

Gio didn't like Alex one bit after how he heard how full of himself he was. And calling him a toy only made him think less of the man. "unlike from you I can see Kai in front of me, and I can see that he is not fit to be walking around outside today. He needs his rest and if I don't remember it wrong he have already sent you a text message to ask about a date change. Shouldn't that be enough? Or are you just that big mouthed ass that you don't care about others then yourself?" Gio couldn't help to pick a fight with Alex, he hated people that believed that they were something more then they actually was and that's one of the main reason he wouldn't give that phone back to Kai at this man's orders.

 

Gio gazed at Kai before he pointed at the bad, wanting him to sit down, didn't want him to stand up. Gio himself sat down on the bed's edge holding the phone so that Kai would be able to hear Alex's answers if he wanted too. Gio really hoped that if he would take a step to far with Alex that Kai would stop him. He wasn't the one that usually picked a fight with anyone. But this was for Kai's sake.

Kai nodded and sat obeying Gio. He watched as he spoke into the phone. "why are you doing this?' he thought to himself watching Gio get slightly angry at Alex. Why was he doing this? Acting to be his lover? He was only being a good coworker right? He didnt acctually like him. Kai sighed lightly leaning closer to hear.

 

"Well...arent you a lively one. Kai i think did a good job this time. I'm just telling you. He will never love anyone other than me. We are in love and just to tell you that isnt changing. Put Kai on the phone and let him tell me what the hell is going on." He said in slightly a quieter tone. "i dont want to fight with you...or maybe i do...but your taking away my lover. I love Kai, he loves me...that kind of thing. You should just stay out of it. If you know whats best for you." Alex was denying that Kai didnt love him still. He wanted them together. He didnt like seperation.

[Anic]

Gio let go of a unwillingly "hmpf" as he heard Alex's words. It was almost laughable how the man tried to keep himself in beliefs that Kai still loved him. Gio closed his eyes took a deep breath and tried to focus on not being to harsh on the man. Try treat him like woman. he thought, maybe it would be easier.

"Alex, listen to me." he said with a surprisingly calm voice. "I don't want to ruin that pretend world of yours, but when did Kai last say that he loved you and not me?" he asked, trying to take in the role as Kai's lover as strong as he could. "He haven't called you back for quite some time now, and he even made you leave at the door this morning. Wake up Alex, Kai don't love you." Gio hesitated for a second and gazed at Kai. "He loves me."

He looked away from Kai again. This acting was much easier on the phone with his voice, but he couldn't hide his insecure look from Kai that was there, right beside him. "You have to let go of him and look forward." he finished and hoped that Alex would reason with him.

[Arekushisu]

Alex teared up hearing the words, "You dont know that! Kai loves me. I wont believe you unless i hear it from Kai. Right now!" He said yelling into the phone. I hardly beleived Kai had moved on with out him noticing. "I wont bother you anymore...after we meet. If he says he loves you..and you show me you are in love. Then i will leave you be. But if he doesnt...and i think there is nothing between you and i have a chance. Then i will bug you til you run off." He said in a serious tone.

 

Kai smiled lightly at Gio nodding. He was doing fine. The love you seemed real to him. It even made his chest tighten and he looked at him with a slightly new light. He knew it was fake but he didnt care. He liked him and he wanted Gio to like him back. But he knew it wasnt going to happen. He felt better now seeing as they had been on the phone for a long time now. Kai tapped Gio and mouthed that he was fine to go and that the drug had worn off. He nodded and stood showing he was okay.

[Anic]

Gio sighed as he heard Alex's words. This man really didn't want to give up his love for a man that seemily did all he could to stay away from him. He almost felt sorry for him.

Gio turned his gaze to Kai before he answered Alex. "I'll never give up on Kai." He said in a serious tone and nodded to Kai as he understood what he meant. He then followed Kai's example but held a hand over the mic and whispered lowly. "Do I or you tell him?" He asked and was ready to give up on the phone if Kai wanted to do it.

Kai smiled lightly, "Just tell him we are on our way." He whispered back and pulled on his shoes. He didnt care what Gio said to Alex it didnt bother him. He just wanted the calls and emails to stop. He had a stalker and he hated it.

 

Alex sat and waited patiently, "Come now! I am here and you better be here in ten minutes or i'm leaving." He said and hung up the phone. He sat in the booth at the small cafe full of people. He had been there for an hour now and sadly the waitress had told him he was stood up.

[Anic]

Gio nodded at Kai and was about to answer Alex that they were on their way but instead Alex commanded them and hang up before Gio could answer. That made Gio feel a bit rebellious against Alex. So far Alex only gathered point to how much Gio should dislike him. Gio then looked down on himself, figured that he should have to go to this arranged date in his working cloths. Somehow he felt like some kind of snob that liked to wander around in a shirt, tie and matching pants and shoes. But at the same time, it might be a good thing. He could pretend that he was more then just a simple secretary when they were about to meet Alex.

 

Gio walked up to Kai and handed over his phone to him. "He is already expecting that we are coming, I didn't have the time to tell him." he explained with a sigh as he put on his shoes too - ready to leave for this charades.

Kai smiled lightly looking Gio over. "Its fine." He opened the door taking his phone back. He slipped it into his back pocket of his jeans and nodded. He followed Gio out locking the door behind him. He walked with him silently. "You know it would be best to hold hands when we get closer." He said looking down at him. He could see the trian station coming into view.

[Anic]

Gio walked beside Kai as everything was normal. and when Kai talked he flinched, wasn't prepared for him to talk when he walked there thinking about this upcoming situation. Gio turned his gaze to Kai with a surprised look. "O-okay..." he stuttered and held out a hand to Kai. "Do you mean now or...?" he asked and his innocent and insecure side was showing. Everyone has one, Gio's just showed when it came to social occasions he was unfamiliar with.

Kai smiled and slipped his hand into Gios. "We can practice so when we get there you wont feel so uncomfterable with it." He said holding the train door open for him. The car was packed bodies pressed up against one another. He let Gio infront of him and he stood behind him Gio facing the window out to the door and him facing Gio up against his back because of the movement. He blushes lightly feeling Gio on his chest. The train rocking slightly making him move closer to him as the bodies shifted with the car.

"Ah, okay." he said and let his hand remain in Kai's. When they entered the train Gio let go of a small sigh as they entered. This he was not inexperienced with. "Ne.. Kai-sama?" he whispered as he tried to look over his shoulder to see him. "How should I act when we meet Alex? I don't want to spoil it all at once." he said as he let go of a insecure chuckle. Somehow it felt like it was more people on the train then usual.

[Arekushisu]

Kai leaned down and talked in Gio's ear. "Easy...just act like you do with a girlfriend. Just your with me instead. Treat me as if you love me." He said in a low voice so none of the people next to them could listen in. He could feel the people right themselves and Kai lifted up on Gio. He now had a little space between them but if the car moved again he would hit him once again.

[Anic]

Gio wasn't bothered with the little space he had at the moment. But when Kai told him to pretend he was his girlfriend he couldn't help but let go of a low chuckle. "I can try to do that, but I'll let you know that I never had a lover before." he whispered back with a small smile on his lips as he found it funny - A guy in his age that still hadn't done it with anyone. "But I can always stand for that I like you, that won't be the hard part." he said but did mean it like - as a friend.

[Arekushisu]

Kai smiled hearing Gio liked him and that he was unclaimed still. "You know i'm not a virgin. But i still didnt think you were one. Like you got pressured into it or something." He shrugged lightly pushing up against Gio again feeling the people on his back. He whispered still, The next stop was theirs and they were halfway there.

 

They got out when the trian stopped and Kai slipped his hand into Gio's again seeing the cafe off to the side and down the street. "You sure your okay with this?" He asked squeezing his hand lightly to reashure him slightly.

[Anic]

Gio smiled at Kai's words. "I've lived a pretty boring life in the eyes of others. Haven't had that much time over for a partner." he whispered and couldn't help but leave an other comment on how much people it was on the train today. "It's like people are out just because we are." he said and smiled silly over his shoulder to Kai.

 

As they stepped of and Kai slipped his hand into Gio's hand he nodded to the question as he mentally prepared himself to meet the Alex that just didn't want to give up on his former love. "I'm as ready as I'll ever be for something like this." Gio answered as the got closer to the cafe. And without thinking about it his grip of Kai's hand was steady, as steady as it could be when one is nervous.

[Arekushisu]

Kai pulled Gio against him to talk to him lowly, "If you need me. Just squeeze my hand okay? I'm here for you if you need help." He said kissing Gio's cheek lightly squeezing his hand. He opened the door for Gio and he looked around spoting Alex on the right side. He pulled Gio with him seeing Alex stand and greet them. He pulled Kai to him and he kissed his cheek. Kai squeezed Gio's hand as if to tell him to get mad and or upset over it.

[Anic]

Gio nodded to what Kai said. He was there for him and that statement was a bit of a relief to hear. When Kai kissed his cheek he entered some kind of brain freeze, he wasn't ready for it and just tagged along as Kai walked up to meet Alex. The squeeze from Kai woke him up from his dreamy state and without really thinking he pulled Kai in to his arms as he saw Alex kiss him.

"I've told you he is mine!" he said and fixed a serious gaze on to the other man. He didn't want to let go of Kai until he was sure that Alex wouldn't do anything like that again.
