Story Background

 

 

 

A.R.E.A.A

 

1958, The President of the United states of America along with the congress initialized the National Aeronautics and Space Administrations, also called NASA.

 

1969 NASA launched the world’s first manned space craft to the moon where 4 astronauts landed and placed the American flag.

 

2010 Under the New presidents orders NASA was forced to stop any development in manned space missions However the American government gave NASA more funding for unknown reasons.

2015 NASA was ordered to make one last manned space mission.

 

2025 The NASA space program sent out its final manned space craft to the closest Terrestrial planet (planets that have the same composition of earths). This mission was code-named ‘Terra’. The space craft used during this mission was code named ‘Virgo’.

 

2025 Two months after its launch the Virgo lost communication with Earth.

 

2032 The Earth traveled through a large asteroid field. No asteroid’s hit the earth.

 

2070 The Earth collapsed into chaos and mutations began within the populations.

 

2080 90% of the Earth was made inhospitable for unknown reasons. Only a few colonies remain the largest of which is located in what is currently known as England.

 

2081 England was renamed into A.R.E.A.A this stands for America, Russia, Europe and Asia Alliance.

 

2082 A hacker named ‘The White Rabbit’ released the truth about the history of the space scheme. In 1969 the 4 astronauts landed on the moon, these 4 men collected multiple space samples from the moon. 1 of which was a small fungus like substance. The brought it back to earth for examination. The fungus grew and grew until it developed into a life form state. By 2010 the life form had grown too large for NASA to contain. The president gave NASA more funding at a last attempt to contain the life form. This containment last for 14 years before failing. 2025 the life form had started to spread and infect the planet. During the asteroid downpour in 2032 the life form died when multiple rocks hit the earth. These rocks produced a large amount of radiation. This radiation slowly began to mutate the population and eradiation the earth. By 2070 these rocks had mutated 80% of the population and 78% of the land on earth making these areas inhospitable. By 2080 90% of the land was irradiated and inhospitable. The mutations in mankind affected both sexes differently. Men became more aggressive and less civil due to their testosterone and women became infertile. A.R.E.A.A is currently in the process of making a cure. The people in the zones of purity are not infect by the mutation and therefore ‘normal’. The male and female population in these zones are divided in order to stop any forms of contamination. For one week a year A.R.E.A.A selects the best people from each sex and puts them together in order to bread under supervision.

Description: Rather a skinny teenager with medium length black hair.he has extremely light fair skin, this is were he got the name White Rabbit from. He has a rather small button nose placed just above a pair of plump rosy lips. His eyes are a deep blue with slight hint of green running around the edge of them. He likes to wear black and dark clothing. He always has a form of computer and music player with him.

 

 

Role in the world: He is the hacker that releases the truth about the AREAA and the previous governments He stands for truth and freedom to all.

 

History: Unknown ( to be explained within the RP at a later date )

 

 

Extra: He Learnt his skills as a hacker from one of the best, once he took over his master he also took the name. The White Rabbit is also now making his own apprentice. The White Rabbit is a very hidden character and therefore there is not much known about him. The government and the spokesmen do not know anything about him other then his code-name.

Description: Ruki has a slim, Rather tall build, Black hair and a deep grey color to his eyes, though his hairstyle only lets people see one eye, he expresses his emotions largely in his eyes seeing due to an accident in the past he has to wear bandages over his lips and nose, he is self concious due to all the scarring that has occured over that region. He wears a lot of hooded jackets and gloves. He has little to no possessions of his own but he does carry a gameboy and ipod.

Role in the world: The White Rabbit's apprentice

History: little is known about his past as he isnt open enough to tell anyone what really happened to his face.

Extra: he does admire The White Rabbit and he is the one person he listens to, though he is a seme, he tries to please The one he works for with his work and tries to protect their work no matter what.

 

 

 

 

 

Shiro was a small coffee shop in the centre of district 2. He was watching the people in the coffee shop to see who would make the ideal apprentice for him. He knew the best hackers came here to use the public WiFi and Scam the companies near by but, he didn't want a low level hacker. he wants the best there is. He scanned the room a few times before taking a sip and looking at his laptop, he noticed someone using a high level encryption software and wondered who it was. He scanned the room again and one person caught his attention. There was a man sat in the fair corner, his back was turned and he had a hood up but for some reason shiro had a feeling this was the guy. The hidden yet open posture and how nervous the man was. He could tell this man was intelligent with computer hacking but still a novice. 'Perfect' he muttered into his coffee mug. He remotely turned the man webcam on, using a hidden spy bot, and noticed something odd. His face was covered in bandages. Shiro thought to himself for a moment before removing his spy ware and sending a virus to the man's computer. He packed his things and walked into the bathroom. He came out a stood in the doorway a few feet from the man and smirked slightly.

Rukis eyes lifted slightly at the sign of the virus, reading over the words a couple of times he flicked a coin mindlessly through his glove covered fingers." Stupid antivirus things never work." He mumbled in a hoarse, coffee deprived morning voice." Not to worry." He unconnected to the network, while waiting, he turned and he caught sight of the guy leaning in the doorway, first checking to see if it was him the guy was staring at, then frowning when it was true, he then shrugged and returned to his screen, Using his own rather roughly home made, anti-virus technology he carried on his usb he hacked in and accsessed the virus' files and cut them into his other usb, getting up and flicking it at the guy." Beleive this belongs to you." He mumbled through the bandages, his eyes fixed on the other males pale skin.

Shiro caught the USB and smirked slight before standing up straight. He looked the man up and down and smiled softly ' Smart, i haven't seen someone use that style for a long time. To bad you didn't check it properly, i suppose that's what you get for using home-made coding ' he smiled innocently and flicked his head sideways as if to say look at you computer jack ass. Just after the flick of his head the man's computer froze and small little bunny ran across the screen and stopped in the middle. it turn and hopped towards the screen making itself bigger and stop. The rabbit then pulled out a carrot before flipping the carrot top down and a small flame appear. The fire spread burning the rabbit and in turn destroying the man's computer. Shiro smirk and flicked the USB back ' your lucky, you didn't transfer the virus you transfer all your data onto that, i suggest you keep it safe. oh and here' Shiro pulled out a small bundle of cash and threw it to the man ' by yourself a new computer ' Shiro walk up to the man and stopped at the side of him and turned to him ' also ' shiro dug into his jacket pocket and pulled out a small terabyte hard drive ' use whats on this in future '. Shiro snickered slightly ' cya around Shadow ' Shiro held his hand up as if to wave slightly and left the coffee shop. He thought to himself ~oh he's defiantly hooked~.

Rukis eyes widened and he watched the man leave. He was good. He was an ass for destroying his computer.But he was good. He held the terabyte in one hand and the cash in the other, he then smirked,his cheeks straining on the bandages. A few people hovered around the remains of his computer, shocked, But Ruki headed out of the shop and down the road, kicking a stone across the concrete as he went, his mind made a mental note of the mans appearance, sure,he was angry at him, but he wondered why he had done that," cya around shadow... What's that meant to mean, i didnt even get any contacts." He frowned and then flipped the terabyte over in his hands.

Shiro, after leaving the coffee shop went down a small alleyway and loaded up a cell tower VPN. He the did a little research on the hacker shadow. he only knew the man's name as he spotted a hidden file on the man computer, it was the original coding for the man's antivirus and shadow decided to put his name in the code. Shiro snickered slightly and mumbled 'novice'. In his research Shrio found out where the hackers main internet usage was and tracked it to a small apartment in district 2, he presumed this was where shadow was living. Shrio started to walk in the direction of the apartment block, hoping to get some more research on shadow.

 

Shrio arrived at the apartment complex and walked into the reception and straight to the receptionist. ' Hi my names Alan, im looking for a friend of mine, he has a bandaged face, slim but tall build, bit of an out cast. don't suppose you know which apartment he's in? ' the receptionist smiled ' Hi Alan, we can't give out personal information about the residents here, sorry' he smiled at the women and placed his hands on the counter, in turn placing his Phone on the counter. The phone was hacking into the residential records while he was stood there. ' ah, i understand, sorry i bothered you ' he said with a cute smile on his face. the receptionist smiled back and replied ' its not a bother at all ' Shiro's phone then bleeped to say the hack was done, he looked down and picked his phone up and looked at the women ' sorry i have to take this ' he said placing the phone against his ear and started talking into the phone. He press the elevator button and the doors opened almost instantly. he entered the elevator and checked his phone. The residential records have photos of each of their residents by law. All shiro had to do was run a facial scan on the images, which wouldn't be hard since the one he was looking for stood out. the scan found which apartment it was within a few seconds. ' 2A , A Mr Rukis, hmm ' he smiled at him self in the reflective glass in the back of the lift and press for the second floor.

 

Shiro exited the lift and headed to room 2A, he slipped a cracked card into the card reader and it opened straight away. The apartment wasn't large but neither small, it was rather open with a modern geeky style to it. The apartment was mostly white with a large windows over looking district 2. ' for a novice he sure has a nice place, although it is pretty empty ' he muttered after entering the apartment. He walked into a large open planned living room, dinning room and kitchen and on the far corner where two doors, one of which shiro presumed was for a bed room and the other a bath room. Shiro scanned the room and noticed a computer in the corner and walked over to it and placed a USB into the tower. The USB was taking a copy of all the files and sending it to Shiro's personal server. Shiro looked around again and didn't see anything out standing. He smiled ' i wonder what it'd be like to live a normal life ' he thought before entering the bedroom.

 

He walked into something that was rather surprising a darker room yet it still felt light and homely even tho there was next to nothing but a bed and a set of draws inside. Shiro walked over to the draws next to the bed and sat on the bed, he opened the first draw and saw socks and underwear, shiro picked one of the underwear up with his finger and he looked at them slightly shocked ' thought he'd have been a brief kinda guy ' he said smirking before putting them back. he opened the second draw and there was another computer, this one slightly older but still functioning. he placed another USB in it to transmit the data on it to his server. and he opened the last draw and it was empty. He scanned the room again and noticed a door handle in the middle of the wall. he stood up and walked over to it before opening it to a wardrobe, all that was inside was two hoodies, a few boxers of gloves and a pair of jeans. ' hmm, this guy loves to keep hidden ' he shut the wardrobe and went back to the computer in the open room.

 

He removed the USB and quickly walked over to the bathroom and took a quick look around and found nothing out of the ordinary. He walked over to the computer desk and pulled out a pad a pen, he wrote ' Get yourself some better hardware, i'll be in touch Rukis, White rabbit ' and left it on the desk. He put the pad back in his pocket as well as the pen and he pulled his wallet out, he took a bundle of money out, and placed it next to the note.

Ruki, completely unaware watched the sky darken, usually he was more of a nocturnal type of guy, but over the events of the day he was completely worn out, his feet ached, his shoulders were tense, he was debating between checking into the local massaging house or just return to a bit of sleep, deciding any masseuse that ran at these times of the day was more likely a hooker than anything else he appeared in the reception of his complex, " ah, I'm sorry about your friend, but we couldn't give out your information, who knows what he could've been." The receptionist giggled, ruki frowned, looked around to see who the heck she was talking to before realizing he was the only one in the room." Excuse me...?" He raised an eyebrow curiously and his fingers reached for the string of his hood, which he then fiddled with. " Alan?" She asked." Your friend.." Ruki stretched his neck out slightly and tilted his head."I don't know any.. 'Alans' sorry." He gave her a sorrowful look before grabbing the mail from his slot and proceeding to his apartment.

When he arrived in the hall near his door, he noticed the door had been opened slightly, being a perfectionist, ruki never left the door open. He widened his eyes, then was stopped by his neighbor." Hey, ruki, want to go out for a drink..? I know its late but.." Ruki merely raised a finger and cut her off, returning to the point of fact that someone had broken in.

Slowly opening the door, ruki tightened his bandage an adjusted his hood." Hello?" He cautioned. ~nice,yeah,whoevers broken in is really going to have a lovely conversation with you Ruki,nice.~ he frowned, it was quiet.

Shiro turned in slight shock as he heard the women in the hall say Ruki. he looked around for some where to hide and there wasn't one. he mumbled to himself 'crap'. he pulled the chair from the desk and put the note he just left in the bin but left the money there. He turned around in the chair and looked towards the door as it slowly opened and he heard the "hello?". 'Welcome home Ruki' he said looking at the door, watching the shadow of Ruki's movement's in the unlit room.

Ruki froze, his one visible eye squinting into the dark room." Who the f-" he frowned." A..l..a..n..?" He tried, his hand frantically tapping the furniture around him for a sense of familiarity of his surroundings.He reached for the lightswitch and upon seeing The guy from the cafe before he relaxed a little, his posture slouched slightly." Oh. Its you." He half smiled " i thought you were some kind of serial killer or rapis-" he stopped mid scentence." Im talking like i know you.. But .." He paused "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN MY APARTMENT." He fired.

Shiro sat there and watch Ruki walk around his apartment and you said ' who said im not a serial killer or rapist?' he smirked slightly. he didn't another say a word to Ruki but just observed him to see what his response would be. Shiro shuffled slightly in the chair and crossed his legs.

Ruki bit his lip and looked the guy up and down, not completely sure if he was joking or not."serial killer... maybe... rapist... a little short " He grinned, god damn him if he was incorrect with his guess that this guy was joking, he put his hands in the pocket of his jacket and took off the hood, "no, really," he chuckled nervously."what were you doing..'alan' " he played with the fake name he had given to the receptionist, A genuine form smiled.

Shiro smiled softly and stood up, he looked over at Ruki and smirked 'little short, hmm?' he gave Ruki a slightly evil glare and then looked away and looked back innocently. ' Ruki is it?' he said smiling ' im here to offer you something, something you wont ever get offered again' he smirked slightly and walked over to Ruki and looked him straight in the eye ' i think we both know my name isn't 'alan' and yours isn't really 'Ruki' so how about we introduce ourselves properly' he said smiling innocently but with a slightly amount of sinister.

Ruki eyed the guy suspiciously, leaned backwards to shut the door, and switched a button on the remote nearest him to close the curtains." If this is as secretive as we're making this out.' He then lengthened out his arm in some form of a handshake,"Fine, Shadow, amateur Hacker... Yourself?... And kill me now if i just revealed myself to an FBI." He murmered the last half of his scentence, his eye watching the male with curiosity,

Shrio smiled and looked away and then back to Shadow ' do you really think the FBI have anyone with skills as mine?' he smirked slightly ' Shadow? how original ' he snickered slightly and shook shadows hand ' so what's with the bandages and thick gloves? ' he asked changing the topic before Shadow could ask for his info.

Ruki opened his mouth to say before he closed it and his eye looked down for a moment." better if i just show you."he hesitantly began to unravel the bandages and took off his gloves using his teeth, he bit his lip as he looked back at the guy, his slightly tanned skin had marbled pink and white scars burnt into his facial region and hands." Ha, well, you'll be surprised what the fbi i can do when you get on the wrong side." He paused for a moments before trying to re-wrap his face back up

Shiro smiled softly and placed his hand on Ruki's cheek, gently rubbing it with his fingers. 'how?' he said with a slightly chatter iin his voice, he stopped for a mount and took his hand away before collecting himself together 'sorry, you don't have to tell me if you don't want' he said smiling innocently at Ruki. He stopped when he heard the comment about the FBI and smirked slightly ' Trust me, i know all about being on the wrong side of the FBI '. he turned around and walked over to the curtains and pulled on of them back with his hand and looked out of the window. ' I wonder how many scam's you pulled to get a place with such a view, after all, your still a novice ' he said with a slight grin on his face. He looked at the glass and could see a reflection of Ruki in it, Shiro stood there and watch Ruki cover back up.

Ruki touched his cheek where he had been touched, then smiled to himself, this guy wasn't all that bad." Eh, well, apparently they think acid can brake a man down to reveal his secrets." Ruki finished wrapping himself back up and shrugged." They think." He emphasised-then looked over at the back of the guy." Good point, but, quite a few..." He shifted his legs and swung his arms by his sides." But, looking at your expertise i'd sy your place would be a whole heck of a lot fancier than this?" He questioned, honestly curious about him, Ruki just wanted to know more." And wait... What was your name again?"

Shiro turned and smiled softly ' i guess they were wrong ' you can called me shiro, short for shirousagi ' he smirked softly ' but i guess you already know that's just one of the names i go by ' he walked over to the computer desk and sat at the computer ' i guess your wondering why im here, right? well you showed potential, a lot of it... so i suppose you could say i'm here to offer you a job' he smiled sweetly trying to say enough without really saying anything at all.

"Well, shiro, i might just take you up on that offer." He wandered a little closer, ."But what will it involve me doing? Actually... Whatever it is, it's better than sitting around here for hours doing nothing. So sign me up." He nodded, setting himself down in a spare chair and pulling his gloves back on as he watched 'shiro', he admired this guys skills, as much it freaked him out that he could access Ruki's apartment anytime he felt like it, he was intrigued by the offer.

Shiro smiled softly and picked the roll up of money of the desk and threw it to Ruki ' i suggest you use that to get some your self some more clothes and furniture, you don't need to worry about staying under the radar any more ' he turned around and smiled softly. He stood up and walked over to Ruki and pulled a white envelope from his inside jacket pocket and dropped it on Ruki's lap. ' be at this location tomorrow for 10 am, make sure you sleep well, it'll be a long day ' he smiled softly 'it's nice to have you on the team Ruki ' he said as he walked towards the front door. he stopped and turned ' make sure you burn that note once you've read it' he said smiling once more and winking before opening the door and leaving.

Ruki watched shiro leave and hesitated, then opened the envelope, reading over the co-ordinates many times before taking out his lighter and setting fire to the paper and its contents, he grabbed the money, wanting to make a good impression, he wandered out his door, down the stairs and out the opening of his complex. Surprised a clothes shop was still open, he headed inside.

After spending roughly half the amount on a couple of new jackets and jeans, he headed back, locking the door for the night and climbing into bed. Ruki stared at the ceiling, trying to sleep but his mind always brought him back to the face of shiro, ~for gods sake ru. Youre seeing him tomorrow, stop thinking of him.~ he thought to himself, hiding his face under the covers in the darkness, he finally fell asleep.

After shiro left Ruki's apartment block he went back to his warehouse, just around the corner from the coordinates he gave to Ruki. He owned a warehouse in District 1, even tho it was a small and well hidden place it blended in very well with it surroundings. The building it's self is covered on glass, yet you can't see in them as just behind the glass is a white wall stopping anyone from looking in. The insides of the building are encased in a Faraday cage stopping any out side interference or anyone from spying into the warehouse. on the inside of the ware house there are next to no rooms just two in the centre of the room both, have a retinal scanner, key card reader and pin number. In side one room there is a stair case that leads into the basement. Like the upstairs the basement is encased in a Faraday cage. The main part of the warehouse is down here, as this is Shiro's server room. The entire room is just filled with servers, computers and high tech equipment. Some of this tech was more advanced then you can imagine. In the other room is a small living Quarters that shiro crash in mostly, since he spends most his time in the server room, he doesn't have time to travel home.

 

Shiro used his key card and a thumb print to open the external doors to the warehouse and he went in. He looked around and went into the living quarters area. ' going to be a long day tomorrow ' he said under his breath. ' Welcome back master ' the Automative Living Quarters or ALQ activated the moment Shiro opened the door. Shiro could do anything just by speaking out load to the ALQ. ' I'll take a coffee, and please run the bath' he said out load. The ALQ, dulled the lighting in the room automatically as it ran the bath. With in 10 seconds the coffee was poured into a cup on the table in the centre of the room. Even tho the ALQ looked small from the outside is was big enough to fit a fully size kitchen and bathroom as well as a dining room big enough for 2 but also 2 double bedrooms and a small office by the door. Shiro picked the coffee up off the table and walked into the bath room and drank the coffee in one swig. He undressed and placed his clothes into the hamper and got into the lukewarm bathtub with bubbles and bath salts and let out a slight sigh. He lay there and slowly slide down the bath into a relaxed position before speaking again ' ALQ display news channels 2-3-6-8-9 please' almost instantly a small screen appear towards the end of the bath on the wall showing each channel. He stayed in the tub for a while watching the news before washing himself and getting out. He grabbed a white fluffy towel and wrapping it around his waist.

 

Shiro left the bath room and walked into the main room and asked the ALQ for clothing sequence 3. From the ceiling in front of him two clothes rails dropped down, one had a white fluffy sleeveless hoody and the other a pair of white shorts. He took them off the rails and put them on, and then placed the towel on the rail and they went back into the ceiling. He went and got into his bed and cuddled up into his big white pillows and his teddy bear he's had since he was a child and slowly fell asleep.

 

---The Next day---

Ruki awoke with a groan, as much as the large window provided a beautiful view of the district at night, it was a menace in the morning to wake up with the suns rays blinding the poor guy who usually needed five more minutes, he lifted his aching self up off the bed and dwardled into the open area of the kitchen, pressing the coffee machine five times to give him enough coffee for at least an hour, he wandered into the bathroom and had a shower.

After his shower he left his bandages off for him to be able to finish off his breakfast and coffee, then changed them after he had changed into the snug, new feeling clothes he had recently bought, checking the time he cursed."crap." He had five minutes to get to the position he needed to be, his brain calculated the fastest way of transporting him there and decided if he 'borrowed' his neighbors hovercraft he may of been able to make it in time.

Ruki silently snuck into the parking area underground his complex and pulled out his iPod, clicking a button his ear phones changed their matter shape into the key hole of the hovercraft to unlock it, he started the engine and soon he was off.

He arrived shortly after and leapt off, waiting at the spot he was a little early." Early bird that gets the worm." He mumbled to himself, looking around at his surroundings

Shiro was woken up by the faint light that grew stronger and stronger, by the ALQ, this was a preprogrammed thing that the ALQ did in order to wake a person more naturally. The ALQ also had all of shiro things ready for his long day ahead, including his clothes, food, money and equipment. Shiro got up and went straight to the table where all his things where in the main room. The first thing he did was turn on his computer and look at the stuff he copied from Ruki's computer and laptop, he found nothing of use.

 

he picked his clothes up and went into the bed room and got dressed, and then picked his stuff up. He noticed the time and saw he had plenty of time, so he sat down and had his breakfast. He watched the New s like he does every morning and evening to find out what the press is telling the public and what might actually be something hidden. It didn't take him long to eat and he then loaded up the camera's he had set up in the meeting place, he notice Ruki was there early and he mumbled 'someone's eager' to himself. Shiro request the house to make two coffees to go, he pick them up and gathered his things and set off making sure each door shut and locked properly. He took about 10 minutes to get to the meeting place where he walk straight up to Ruki ' Morning ' he said holding a coffee out to Ruki.

Ruki stared at the coffee, then thanked him and moved the bandages down so he could take a sip." So, what will we be doing today?" He questioned, tapping his fingers against the exterior of the cup, his eyes wandering over Shiro curiously, he shifted his stance and slouched a little, " oh, and i made sure to burn the letter... So i don't think anyones gonna follow." He took another sip, then moved back his bandages to hide his face

Shiro smiled ' You'll see ' he said and turned and just started walking away. he took a sip of his coffee as he walked and stopped for a moment ' you coming then ' he shouted towards Ruki without turning to face him. He took another sip and turned around ' tick tock haven't got all day ' he said smiling softly and turning around. he walked at a rather fast pace taking long strides but moving like he was floating over the floor.
