Dace sighed softly and read it and nodded simply putting it up and he shook his head. He really just wanted someone to pet him and tell him he was a good boy, he wanted s master that didn't beat him every day. He sat up and looked at Matt and slowly crawled into bed with him shivering from the cold. He pressed his small body against his side shivering still and curled up tight as he could to get warm.

A little bit later Matt rolled over his arms snaked around Dace while he slept pulling the other male close to him. Matt was indeed tired and even with someone else in the bed he was so sound asleep. Hinata was standing at the window and watched as people went to work making it so that the circus was open more often and so that they didn't have to walk in mud to get from tent to tent

Dace sighed waking up in the middle of the night to a nightmare and he jumped awake. He instantly felt arms around him and he flipped out. He pushed as hard as possible against the other body. Dace's hands and arms were shaking as he wrapped them around himself rocking to the sound of his breathing trying to calm down.

Matt Sat up grumbling her was tired and wanted to sleep but he knew that if the man next to him was freaking out there was something wrong. "whats wrong and bothering you?" Matt knew that it might be to much for him but he wasn't looking forward to being woken up again by being pushed and shoved because he was wigged out about something.

 

while the others were getting settled in for the night a young man ran on to the property and in to the other house on the property and locked the door. the boy slid down on to the ground and passed out he was thin and almost sickly looking. Dex was a slave and to avoid getting killed he had run away from the man and found a place to hide. Dex was glad that his parents hadn't signed a contract with his blood to the man so he knew he wouldn't be forced to go back

Dace got up instantly and shook his head leaving the room all together, "I-i'm sorry I-i woke you up." he said softly and left the home needing to get cool night air. He sighed softly and shook his head tears burning his eyes, he jumped hearing some people moving in tents and his collar clicked in the wind. He sighed softly and looked anywhere but people. He didn't know what he was looking for nor what he was doing but he went to a less frequented tent and sighed looking around for someone to talk to.

Matt got up and followed him since he didn't know what was bothering the male but he intended in find out. Matt followed him in to the tent "you know you could have stayed in the room and talked to me you didn't have to leave" Matt wasn't going to push what was bothering him but he was curious as to what was going on

Dace shook his head and looked at the other male, "don't act like you actually care...you were pissed off I woke you u-up so I left...you have no feelings for me...hate. Love. Nothing..." He shakes his head and sighs softly, "just...go bAck to sleep...last thing I want to do it upset you..." He said softly looking Away from the other male.

Matt walked over and touched him lightly "I may have been annoyed that I was woken up but once I am up I am up for a while and you can ask anyone around her I care weather I know the person or not I like to help people I may not know you but I would like to help you calm down so we can go back and head back to bed and get some sleep cause I can see that you need it as well"

Dace sighed softly and held his waist crying softly, "Fine..." he said breathlessly as he shook his head again. "I just don't see why you...somenoe who doesn't like me...hell is mad at me...ould want to talk to me and try and calm me down." he said softly...looking at the other male and then back down to his shoes.

Getting annoyed by the male Matt grabbed his shirt front and yanked him close "I don't hate anyone I don't know and for right now you fall in to that category and I am not mad getting annoyed but not mad trust me on this if I was mad at you for some reason you would know it" Matt then let go of his shirt and looked at him waiting. Matt never hit a person smaller then him no matter how annoyed or mad they made him

Dace's ears instantly flattened as he was roughly pulled to the other male and he looked up at Matt flinching as he spoke before cowering away from him when he was let go. He wrapped his tail around his waist shaking slightly, "I-i'm sorry...I just..I didn't want to bother you..you seem like you wish to know nothing about me...There is no ned to get to know me if you're just going to push me away after you "help" me with my problems." he said shakily and looking at the ground the whole time. His ears didn't push back up into the cheerful stance they usually took, they stayed against his hair as he waited for the other male to talk with him.

 

Rei groaned softly and got up changing his clothing quickly and he smiled seeing the doctor come in and he sighed. "Oh doc...I was going to try and escape to go see my lover for a while. Wont you let me get out of the house..." he said softly walking back to the bed and sitting down. He didn't feel near as bad as he used to but he sure wasn't 100%. You would think with his blood he would be able to heal quickly but that wasn't the case. The doc looked at him and sighed, "Fine...but you must be back in no longer than an hour out of bed or you'll catch your death out there." he said and winked at Rei. Rei instantly smiled and stood slowly nodding to the Doctor. "Thank you so much..." he said before bulling on jeans and a button up shirt. Nothing near as fancy as he usually wore.

Matt grumbled and growled but then he sat down " I am not like that I tend to get cranky when I don't get enough sleep I am not a mean and cruel person just ask anyone here" Matt rubbed his face it was easy to see that he was still really tired after all of the work he had done to get things ready for the construction. Matt looked at Dace and wondered what the kids issue was he was acting like a scared kitten for some reason the circus was a safe place no one could get in to the house with out Hinata or Rei knowing

Dace looked down and he nodded, "T-then lets go back to sleep...I'll go up there with you I dont mind..." he took the boys hand in his shaking lightly his body still frightened and on edge. "I'm sorry...y-you just pushed me and I got scared...my last master wasnt nice to me very." he said gently not hinting at anything but his last master beat him. His last master beat him and raped him countless times and the rough push from Matt only frightened him that this boy would do the same to him. He was scarred for life, he would never be able to trust anyone like he did back then. So when someone moves quickly at him or yells at him he instantly recoils from them and he gets scared. He walked the boy back up to the room and let go of his hand looking down at the ground, "I'll sleep on the window sill...if I sleep at all..." he said softly looking at the window.

Matt quickly pulled him in to his arms " I don't beat people Dace ever it's not right" Matt shifted them so they were laying on the bed. "Get some sleep you have nothing to fear from me. Matt had him facing in to his chest and he lightly rubbed his back to try and lull him in to sleep. Matt wanted him to feel safe with him so that he could sleep with out fear. Matt could tell that he was scared and that something bad had happened to him " you tell me everything Dace and if you want we can talk to Reicabout a lifetime contract here at the circus it's what I have and NO one can buy out that contract meaning you would be safe all you would have to do is let him know what happened and who it was and they will not allow him on the grounds" Matt then kissed his head to let him know even more that he was safe

The gentle touches coming from Matt made Dace's entire thoughts change. He sniffled and wiped his eyes hugging Matts waist as he moved closer to the boy. He hid his face in his chest and he shivered at the light touch to his back, "...do you want me to sleep? Or do you want me to tell you what he did to me..? I dont mind which one b-but if I tell you I wont be able to sleep..and I'll feel bad for keeping you awake..' he said gently closing an eye as his forehead was kissed making him blush. "I'm sorry...for making you try and sleep with me. I wouldnt have gon through with it..." he said his fingers playing with Matts shirt. "After what happened to me I could never make someone love me..." he looked up at him. "Thank you...for trying to make me feel comfortable though...I appreciate it." he smiled softly.

Matt looked at him "just sleep you don't have to tell me anything you don't want to and hey if you want if you join the circus you can bunk with me since my roommate has a mate now and moved out to live with him" Matt then pulled the blanket up over them and turned the lamp off so that they could sleep with out having to worry about the light bothering the.

Dace blushed lihglty and he pulled himself closer to the body next to him. "What would I even do in the circus..? plus...you would let me bunk with you?" he asked weakly and looked up at Matt. His cheeks were red and he was very happy for lamps being turned off. "Mate? Your roomate has a mate now? Thats nice for him.." he said gently and his slide his hands up Matts chest. "How come you dont have one? You are very attractive...why havent you found one yet?" he asked just asking a simple curious question.

"Being as light at you are you could work with me and Alex we are trapeze artest and of course I would I have to room so there is no reason not to let you bunk with me and as for finding my own mate no to many people want someone who is built and if need be can defend them selves and if your in a life time contract like I am then no one can buy you out of it" Matt smiled at him and slowly dozed off.

 

Hinata looked down at the bills on the desk and sighed funds were getting tight because of the remodel and he didn't know how they were going to make it if they didn't open back up soon. HinatA then looked at the contracts that were coming up for renewal. Several of them were being over paid for the little work they actually did there.

Dace nodded softly and smiled happily hugging Matts waist, he noticed the boy falling asleep and he kissed his lips gently. "I would love to have you...I dont mind looks..." he said softly and smiled before rolling so he was closer to Matt pulling his arms in so they would stay warm. "Thank you.." he said softly as he too yawned and slowly started to doze off.

 

Rei moaned softly holding his stomach as he felt his body being pulled into the study. He smiled softly as he noticed Hinata studying paperwork. He walked silently up behind hm and slid his arms around his waist kissing the back of his neck gently. "You know you work too hard for me Hinata...take a rest with me. You really dont have to worry about money..." he said shaking his head as he smiled. "I'm getting better...you havent come to see me lately...so I thought I best come to you." he chuckled gently and kissed the boys shoulder.

Hinata looked at him "sorry but you haven't been in any condition to help and aren't is MIA with Alex so I have had to take a lot of this and by the way you are paying several workers more the. They should be getting or they need to be fired since they aren't working at all and several contracts are up for renewal that you may want to look at". Hinatas mind was on work at the moment so trying to distract him wasn't the best idea out there

Rai pulled away from the boy and he sighed, "Hinata...this is not your business...you dont get to decide who gets fired and who doesnt. Most of these workers dont have homes to go to." he said gently and pulled the papers away from Hinata and he made him look at him. "...let me deal with this stuff this is not yours to deal with." he said gently and sighed. "You need to rest...and Alex is probably fine same with Rex." he said smiling softly. "Come on...I'll sit down and deal with these matters you go and rest." he said genty. "Please..? For me...?" he said and looked over his face and in his eyes. "...why havent you come to see me...not once have I heard from you this week.." he said hurt running through his voice. He often played around but he knew what he was doing, he did need to deal with the contracts and he needed to cut back on the paid prices of some of the workers as well as let go some of the ones who had family to run off to. But this was not Hinata's job, it was his, Hinata was simply elping him run the show, he was still in charge and he had all the rights to the company not Hinata.

Hinata was in what some would call a mood. He wasn't trying to run the business and since Rei hadn't been in any condition to do anything he had been keeping things in order and running. Hinata knew he couldn't fire people and he wasn't going to try he had just been telling him the information he needed. With a growl Hinata stood up and walked to the door before he looked at Rei "I wasn't trying to run it or fire people I have been doing my best to keep you from going under you where here so I figured I would mention that so once you were up to coming back to work you weren't bogged down by paper work but hey I guess that's what comes from someone who is able to share your bed but can't even ray and help with your company" Hinata then walked out the door. Normally when he was mad he slammed the door but this time he just closed it which could tell those around him that he was upset and to be left alone

A sigh left Rei's mouth and he stood from the table and he walked after Hinsta and he grabbed him by the wrist pulling him up to his chest. "Hinata...I didn't mean it like that I just...I don't want you to have to worry about all that work when you should be enjoying yourself. I would love the help but I have been worried about you...you haven't even slept with me in days and I don't mean sex I mean lay next to me and sleep..." He looked down and released the othe and he shook his head. "I've been worried it's me...that I did something to make you not want me anymore...I just I wanted you to spend more time with me..than with my work.." He said softly. "I just I didn't mean for it to come out like that Hinata I love you and I miss you and I'm worried...I want the help I do but I don't want you to spend all the time there.." He said softly and looked down at his hands picking at them.
