If I may offer some constructive criticism, the story seems like a great PWP, and you have quite a great start for depth of S&M, but I think the only thing that threw me so far, was the incorrect tense of 'cum'. "He cummed." is the incorrect past tense usage. Not to mention 'cummed' is not a word.
