Naoyoshi or rarely known as "Washizu-dono" is just your normal guy loitering around the streets. His brazen attitude has attracted lots of friends and might as well enemies. He's free as air and is a man with a strong sense of justice.

Little did they know, the simpleton Naoyoshi holds a status of a 'lord', though he looks like a jobless man lingering around. He always goof around and rarely do his tasks. He had full confidence of his own swordsmanship that usually made the guards look useless when they are around him.

"The Capable Falcon Hides Its Talons"
is the saying that's always stuck in his head.

Weapon:

Katana

~I prefer one katana in my hands and the true art behind it.

You could say that i am old-fashioned.~

Bio:

Shinnojou had been one of Kurogane Jinsuke's many apprentices. His master picked him up when he was merely an orphan. Yet he taught him his ways with the sword. Of course Shin respects his master but he still can't believe what he did. As his apprentice and the one that showed the most potential to lead after Gama, he was elected to lead the Ogame Ryuu club.

To say the least, he would rather not. It was to much responsebility for a lowly orphan as himself. At least he saw himself like that. Sakura, oh how he hated his surname, would have rather taught other students and lived his life away as any other. But no one could run from his own fate so he came to an agreement with himself. He would lead the dojo to the point where his Master would return or when Gama would take over the club his father created.

Other then the facts that everyone knows already of his past, he keeps silent over things that aren't known yet. And he surely isn't going to tell any of them anytime soon.

Short Personality:

Shin is a rather proud charachter. He takes pride in the things he does and in his past. Not many orphans can say that they became a leader of a club and a good swordsman at that after all. He is carefully choosing his words and rather not get involved in a fight if it isn't necessary. Despite most of mans nature, Shin is clam and collected and loves peace. There are times but they aren't many, when Shin gets really angry and destroys things. But the most of times he is composed, gentle and forgiving. As he was given a second chance, he would give others one too.

"A weapon is only a tool; the Warrior its master."

Limit yourself not on what your weapon can reach

Be the sword if your sword lies broken on the ground

Be the arrow to pierce your enemy's heart when you're already out

Be the knife in their back when yours lays forgotten on another's

Be the spear to cut them down when yours lies in pieces

Be a living weapon when you have none

Such was what has been taught to Banri the moment he could stand on his two feet. As a child he was given rigorous training on combat; centering on Taijutsu, specifically on Jujutsu, and Naginatajutsu. Early on his training he have endured countless losses with just as much victories. Those defined him, made him a killing machine whereas a child once stood in his geta. At a young age he had intimately experienced the failures brought on by raw emotions. It had been difficult and the punishments were severe. But he learned and tucked away his emotions in a far blanketed corner of his mind. Few could kill as emotionless as he could. With his skills and spear in battle, he was rarely beaten. People had started to call him 'Divine Spear'; naming his relic Amenonuhoko.

Joining Muhou Club was not his choice. But it was his duty as what his clan chief had told him. For an alliance between the Omiya Clan and Muhou Club to happen, the 'Divine Spear' was asked to be the price. Banri accepted, for it was what had been expected of him. And he did not feel.

Betrayal.

That was the first thing Gama learned from his father. Although composed and very strong, Gama's goal is to surpass not only Iori, his master, but even Jinsuke, his father. The one who witnessed all the blood shed that day, the one who couldn't move even a finger that day, the one who could only cry in agony was no other but Gama himself.

"Grow stronger,Gama. We'll meet again and if you still refuse to join my force, I will murder you."

Words of no goodbye, nor of father's love. Words of enemy that declared a war. It wasn't about revenge or about fear, what moved Gama to grow stronger was the urge to finish off his old man with his own two hands. A sworn word, thrown rock.

Said to be strongest after Jinsuke, rumored to be best friends (which is completely true) until Jinsuke disappeared and betrayed the club. Despite being neutral, Iori is a Ogame Ryuu at heart and cares for Jinsuke's son, Gama, and is his master even though Iori is young.

Iori is affectionate (and clingy, either to piss people off or just being, well, affectionate) and is always, always drunk. He drinks sake almost everyday; breakfast, supper, even in dinner. However, what people don't know is that he has high alcohol tolerance, they think he is a drunkard that enemies underestimate him and forgets that when he was just at the age of 8, he was (and still is) considered a genius.

He acts drunk to let the people around him have their guard down. A skilled genius who also loves to tease. He is not the strongest after Gama's father and is not Gama's Master (Teacher) for nothing. But he is true with his affections.

::RUSTLE!!::

A slender hand reached up to capture the edge of a dark hood. The morning breeze was refreshing and needless to mention the beautiful morning sun. Gama revealed his beautiful but yet sharp face features, to have these nut, brown eyes sparkle in almost crimson bathed in sunrise.

The male had his two swords on each side of waist from behind, having their grips ''peek'' from behind but yet crossed in an X.

- Maaaaan, -the seriousness read in eyes disappeared as soon as his stomach grumbled, - hungry.

The young warrior had to travel for three days on foot, which requested a lot of energy. First thing he had to do was to eat.

"I want more - hic! - saaakeee~~!"

The smooth lean figure of a male drunkenly whined, slumping against a tree. He shook the sake bottle in his hand, it felt light indicating that it was empty. He slightly stretched his head backwards and lifted the sake bottle a little bit high up in the air, mouth open as he shook the bottle up and down.

Only a small drip of sake dropped to his mouth.

"Tch." The male half slumped forward, his gold eyes crinkled with a little bit of seriousness, showing a side of him that people often didn't see. "Now how can I act drunk without sake? I can always pretend though." He mused, smirking - a smirk that would send the women wild, so his (nonexistent yet existent) ego said - at his thoughts of deceptiveness.

He still remembered the bandits who ambushed him hours ago thinking they can win against a 'drunkard' like him.

Idiots. They only ended up in the ground, defeated so easily.

The red-head sighed, looking up at the sky.

"This tournament... Oh I hope Saku-chan and Ga-chin are safe. Especially from the Lord guy!" Iori growled. "You better not touch them if they're going to enquire about the tournament from you, Naoyoshi!" A fist shook in the air.

For a guy who was called a genius at a young age, he was sure a moron.

Still. The word clearly defined the moment; not a single current of motion nor even the slightest caress of the morning breeze, only the occasional resounding 'tap' of the Sōzu was heard.

The garden was simplistic enough; a combination of karesansui and kaiyū-shiki-teien. The garden itself was stationed atop a mountain, placed specifically against and in between two waterfalls; the waters flowing from north, at the peak of the mountain, then to south, down the long expanse of the mountain itself. A tea house adorned the eastern side, where the entrance lay, and in the middle, a small island stood to overlook almost the entire land. Trees and shrubs of meticulous picking outlined the edges of the garden, but the most noticeable of all was the ring of sakura on the western portion. Step-stone bridges connected all of them yet a pathway had been made to traverse the river and into the smaller waterfall; a pathway one would only take if they wished to practice Misogi.

Midnight hair swayed as Banri sat on the small island - meditating. It had become some sort of ritual that he did everyday; climb the mountain then meditate for hours on end although sometimes, after a mission he would follow the stones that led to the waterfall. That day wasn't much different from others, the birds still chirped, the breeze still whistled, the waters still roared. Only it was and the obvious 'clack' of a geta against stone alerted him that something was up. He did not move though, opting instead to stay still and savor the chilly air. Then the sound stopped, replaced by panting and the occasional groan of discomfort.

"Do you -" Another pant, followed by an annoyed sigh. "really come here everyday just to piss the Clan Leader off -" A definite snapping of bones as the newcomer stretched. "or do you really love torturing me that much?"

Banri lay unmoving, facial expression unchanging. "I do this everyday for my own reasons, none of which concerns you nor the clan leader." Said so silently his words almost flew with the wind.

"Yeah, yeah." Steps against stones then the man was sitting beside him. It made him twitch. Made him want to kill the man for being so close. "The view here is beautiful though, as if that entire land is your own. I think even the Shoguns would want a view like this."

"I am here not because of those trivial things. I am here because it is quiet, well, until now." His tone was monotonic but it still annoyed the hell out of the other and from the scowl that Banri felt directed at him, he knew that the other would soon lose interest and leave.

"There are words about a tournament of some kind." Quiet, almost calculating. "Do you think Mohou or the clan would be entering?"

"No." Was his unflinching reply. "They are weak and are rooted by their own contentedness. The clan leader might have another opinion but he is just one against the council and the council men are all fools to think that we'd remain in power for generations to come." He stated it with heavy boredom lacing his tone. Yet despite that, his words sounded factual as if it was already a given and none would be able to change it.

"O-kay. Wasn't really talking about the council men at all.." The other mumbled with exasperation before standing up and giving another fingers-to-toe stretch. "Come on. Muhou has some new recruits that we need to whip into shape."

Silver eyes opened and diamond glittered in them. At least that was better than sitting here all day whilst listening to the other's whines and insipid comments. He gave a slow blink before fluidly standing up. A tournament huh.

"He's been missing for two days!! Now move your asses and continue searching for him!!" he commanded as the men in their horses were dispatched at the huge gate.

" Now is not the time to loiter around, WASHITZU-DONO!!" a desperate cry echoed all over the mansion.

A display of the Cherry Blossom's vibrancy and its stunning flowers falling gently towards the ground.

Yawns*
A man with a dango stuck inside his mouth was boringly sitting at a mat shaded with a huge parasol. He spotted an elderly and tried to call her attention.

"Excuse me young lady."-- he interrupted, trying to use his wiles.

"Where is the Ogami Ryuu dojo located?"

"It's at that mountain, young man..." The old lady pointed at the right mountain visible from their location.

"Thank you very much--" he gathered his belongings and bowed.

"Have a safe trip, young man." She said while looking at the broad back of the man that was leaving.

It was already four in the afternoon and Naoyoshi had already found himself inside a vast forest.

"Where is that goddamn place located again!?" In exasperation he grabbed the map inside his bag, trying to navigate himself towards a certain place. It really was getting dark and he hadn't seen a structure that looks like a dojo. He's a man with no sense of direction to begin with, so he just walked in circles inside that huge forest without noticing.

This travel's purpose was to meet the infamous Jinsuke Kurogane. He and Jinsuke were closely related in the past and it's such a let down that he left him out of the blue. At the age of sixteen, he had already witnessed Jinsuke's prowess. Indeed, he's worth the title of the "Thousand man slayer." Naoyoshi wanted to inform his friend about the tournament and convince him to participate. Naoyoshi's confident that Jinsuke will win the said tournament, he's the strongest man after all.

"Ah-- at last..." he rejoiced and hurriedly searched for someone.

Strange as it seemed, it looked like there's no one inside. Naoyoshi just peeked at the windows but to no avail, not a single soul was seen.

Arata looked out the window happy to see that it was dark out, he would then be able to slip out of the grounds with out being seen. Arata grabbed his things and slipped out of his room and then climbed over the wall. He then stopped when he heard his father talking about a tournament that was going to be taking place. Curious Arata sat and listened to see what was going on and if his family would be taking place. Arata knew that if they did he would be the one to go since he had the skills but also he would pester his father until he was allowed to.

Seeing that the guards were coming Arata jumped down on to the other side of the wall and headed in to the forest not far from his home. Arata was going to explore some more since he wanted to see all that was going on. After a while Arata arrived at the camp he had set up and settled in for the night, he would return before dawn and before his parents woke up for the day and be training when they did wake.

It’s been almost four years now, since the master of the dojo left and Sakura needed to lead. And it’s been three days since Gama disappeared, saying something about taking part in a tournament. He has always been so rash, at least Shin thought so of Gama. Nevertheless, after his young master left the dojo, the youth was alone in leading the dojo. And it isn't simple or rather not manageable. Nobody could control a pack of howling wolves that wanted nothing more than to fight. It was really tiresome and the lad could understand why the young master didn’t want this position at all. So Shin called it a day and closed the dojo earlier. But he couldn’t stand to have Gama away and not under his watch. It just felt like something bad will happen if he lets the swords wielder some freedom. So he followed after him, in hope to reach him before he entered the so called tournament.

After these three days, Sakura might have lived trough many things he never would have guessed would happen. First, there had been a large tree blocking his path, fallen down by the strong storm that had raged over the lands a few days back. Seeing as there must be another way to travel to the capital, he made his way back and soon found the crossing where he needed to head east instead of west. Now that he was on the right path again he travelled tough different villages and woods, it was the longer path of them both but nobody saw the need to move that fallen tree out of the way that blocked the largest and more frequently passed road to the capital. Mark my sarcasm. During those trips through the woods the dojo master met some rather hostile persons which turned out to be some lowly bandits. After a ‘small’ fight they had given up and ran away. But it didn’t stop there, oh no. There were at least two more of these so called bandits that made fun of him. Of course, now they couldn’t anymore or at least wouldn’t when they saw Shin again. Then after a rather bumpy road through some mountain, he didn’t even care to remember the name of, he arrived at another village yet again. This time though, the way to the capital would barely take a day.

But he would finish his journey tomorrow; the adventure had been exhausting enough. The sword wielder decided to take a tour through the village and stacking up on some supplies. The backpack he had carried until now was near to being empty. The only thing he carried other then that, would be his trusted sword resting in its sheath on his hip. He bought apples, a few bottles of water and other ingredients. Shin wasn’t a cook, that much was sure but he could at least feed himself and others if needed. Some simple dishes he would be able to create but nothing more than that. After making sure to have bought everything, he left the busy town and sat not to far away under a large tree. It would be cliché if it had been a sakura tree but alas it was not. After sitting down and leaning on the large roots of the tree and placing his sword down, but not far away, Shin began to eat an apple he had bought earlier. It was not much but enough to still his hunger for now. “Hm, shall I stay for the night or should I continue at noon?” he asked himself not caring if someone heared him. There would be a possibility that Gama or that Iori would cross his path. But they could also be a step ahead of him. Shinnojou hat the stamina to walk at noon again but he didn’t want to miss the others if they might also come through this town. “You know what? I will sleep here for a night, chances are low but not zero for them to pass through.” Shin said yet again to himself and laid down in the soft grass. The apple already eaten and then apple core already discarded. For now, a well needed rest was in order.

Before drifting off into a light sleep, he remembered something. //Did I put a shield on the dojos front door? Can’t remember if I put that dammed ‘Closed’ sign there. Well anyway, I said it to obaasan so it should be alright.// Of course, the old lady wasn’t his real grandmother but she sometimes seemed like it. A nice lady to say the least. She often took care of the dojo and it's members. Somehow, the old lady had reserved a place in Shin's heart. Hopefully he would be able to pay here back someday. He didn't like it if he receives something but didn't give anything in return.

{. Interesting fact:

During Edo period Japan used

banknotes similar to bookmark papers.

On each different currency of banknote

a small script related to myths or

creatures that are mystic was engraved.

Counterfeiting was discouraged by severe punishment,

as well as by elaborate techniques such as watermarking

and the use of special hidden characters.

In fact, the artisans who made the paper money had to

sign an oath of secrecy in blood,

promising to reveal not

any of these anti-counterfeiting

::TA-DAN!::

Felt like brick fallen onto his head, Gama stared at the menu of some

random village restaurant he stopped by.

A frown formed on that beautiful face of his as his eyes ran wild on the single paper,

used as the daily menu.

''That geezer...could have given me money if I am gonna fight for his ass.'',

a mumbled thought ran his mind, bumping into other complaints of his.

::GRUMBLE GRUMBLE::

- Ngh... - his hand reached to hold onto the dark obi around his

white kimono. Needless to say that Gama was like food-monster.

His still raw talent requested a lot of energy to be put into shape.

During the last four years Gama has fought many warriors even some

were foreigners. But no matter how many he had beaten...he knew it,

he was still no match for his old man. Not until...

Not until he win against Iori and Shin.

- Tsk... Oi, oji-san! - Kurogane shifted his head from under the dark hood

that was covering him and that so bright kimono. He wouldn't want

to be noticed right away due to the Ogame Ryuu's doujo clothing.

From some torn but yet classical curtain a head popped out,

the restaurant owner.

- I'll be having some noodles.

- Ah, the noodles are out of stock, kid.

- ... - Gama glanced back at the menu, not willing to pay more than 1 Silver monme,

- Then... fish salad....

- Oh..well, the storm last night made us unable to get stocked.

- ..............

::RUSTLE::

Gama got up right away with annoyed turn,

the spread open robe that ran after him revealed half of

Ogame Ryuu's emblem on his kimono's back.

The old owner shifted eyes.

- Ogame Ryuu,huh... 'is been awhile since I saw that symbol -

the owner rubbed his chin, murmuring thoughts under nose.

Surprising, it seemed. To have Ogame Ryuu show up after

the rumored tragedy that occurred years ago.

.

.

.

.

::BUMP::

As ever drown in his own world,

Gama forgot that he was on land different than

his doujo club's.

::STUMBLE TO SIDE::

- Oi, kiddo! Watch where ya' goin', will ya'?

Despite his beautiful face, Gama indeed looked very young.

Not to mention that his body was still far from being armored by

the noticeable stamp of muscles. But then again,

that boy had a fearsome strength.

- ... Why not ya' try look further than your own nose, asshole? -

annoyed by the unlucky try of his to feed himself, the boy lost it.

- What did'ja say?! - The man was dressed up with

some local club's kimono, acting bossy just because was older than Gama.

As soon as he grabbed onto Gama's robe, to pull him in close

for a growl or two into face, the young boy frowned.

- Not only dumb but deaf, I see. -

well...he was young, what to do, sharp tongue

always getting him in troubles.

Iori sang cheerfully, he wasn't acting like a drunkard because there was no one to witness it, so why should he waste the acting when no one was even there or even near him, he had keen senses so he would know if someone is near or not, it was useful when someone wanted to spy or eavesdrop a conversation and Iori could hear the gossips and information hidden in them without the need to join and act as if he was gossiper as well.

He let his thoughts drift until it landed on his best friend and father figure at the same time.

Jinsuke.

He was Iori's father figure when the red-head was still so young until they grew older then it went to best friends. Hell, he himself even heard the rumors that they were 'lovers' or 'looked like lovers' even! (Though it was a scandal rumor.) That's how close they were, even though they were years apart.

He still remember Jinsuke was young when he had little Ga-chin, it was an accidental pregnancy on the girl from Jinsuke's one night stand. So what Jinsuke told him.

He didn't remember that because he was so much in shock when he was the first person who was given the news. That day, he couldn't believe it that he forgot some details.

Where are you, Jinsuke?

There were times where Iori swore that he saw his best friend was just around the corner or in the crowd. Best friends weren't supposed to keep secrets from each other! (Well, not so much. They have their own privacy after all but it didn't matter!) And to suddenly disappear without a trace with telling or saying farewell, Iori couldn't get information or gossips that would connect to him.

He was a shrewd man. Too be able to cover his track even the small traces...

"Heh, Jinsuke, you bastard." He scoffed with an affectionate, reminiscing tone.

Maybe it was his fault? Iori wasn't in the dojo or near Unabara at all, that his bestie disappeared. Gama didn't say anything about him or if they talked to each other when he visited the dojo after some travel that he got the news Jinsuke was gone.

(Deep inside him, the boy who had gotten so close to Jinsuke denied vehemently that he betrayed his club, his own son, his best friend.

No, no. There is no proof! He cried.)

Then again, despite being best friends, the man was still a mystery to him.

He was cut off his thoughts (so deep that he didn't notice. 'Bad Iori! Don't do that again!' he scolded himself.) when he saw someone, he was still away so in other to see if it was a bandit or traveler, he took steps to look at the person.

Iori widened his eyes in surprise and suppressed a squeal that fangirls always did, he grinned widely instead. He could recognize him even just by his hair!

Sakura Shinnojou.

'Saku-chan!' His mind squealed. The red-head knew that Saku-chan (he refused to call him Shin or Shinnojou, Saku-chan will always be Saku-chan just as Ga-chin is Ga-chin.) was sleeping lightly that even a rustles of grass will wake him up, a place like this wasn't safe (not even in their town, who knows someone will assassinate them? who knows indeed.) but Iori wasn't going to disturb him.

With skills, he didn't make noises not even a minuscule, light as a feather he sat beside the laying Shin. He smiled to himself. 'Aw! Sleeping Saku-chan is so cute, even cuter when I haven't seen that sleeping face for such a long time~!'

What a creepy moron.

"To battle people who are as strong as you. To have a chance to fight those who are stronger than you."

Such were the words from his clan chief. The very words that had convinced him to enter the tournament, but he knew better. As much as the words had been personally directed at him, he knew that it was just an order to represent his clan. It was what they wanted him to do and he would inevitably follow, albeit on his own purposes. He just needed them to think that he was doing it for them.

The Omiya Clan was small but well known, not because of their fighters, except for Banri himself, but because of their smiths. Metalcrafts were what made them valuable to the Shoguns and although the best of their works were at Banri's disposal, he knew, with a small satisfaction, the best smith still alive. And he was the only man that he would trust his weapon to, if nothing else.

The forge of said smith was stationed just a few miles away from the suburbs of a small town and Banri had spent three days traveling to it. He would pass the town anyways towards Unabara and it would not be a bad idea to have Amenonuhoko at its best condition, after all it was his spear that people speculated that gave him his amazing abilities and he wanted them to continue thinking that, if nothing else but to keep the element of surprise on his side.

The long-haired man gave a scowl at the picture in front of him; the forge was disguised as a small hut surrounded by blooming sakuras and a few other species of trees that he had not bothered to know what. Despite the outward appearance, Banri immediately spotted telltale signs of a metakcraft in progress; if the ominously black smoke coming out from a sizable chimney wasn't a sign then Banri had no idea what was. Pulling the hood off his cloak back, he gave the front door a kick.

The inside was as much a garbage heap as the outside was a blooming front yard. Discarded metal scattered the floor, along with coal and cloths darkened on such degrees that it was impossible to tell if it was burnt of just stained. A small table was stationed just beside a window, the top looking a bit cleaner than anything he had seen so far but only just. Banri wondered if it was the same table they used to eat on. He gave a distasteful frown before soundlessly entering the house. An open door, stationed beside the said table, caught his attention and he immediately went through it. The sight that greeted him made Banri raise an intrigued eyebrow. The old smith cursing as he hammered down on a hot metal was nothing new but what caught his attention was the two bodies in the far corner that was wrapped in blankets, the lack of any sign of movement implied that they were dead. Then the old man noticed him.

"You!" The man shouted in a rasping voice, directing Banri a gaze as baleful as he could manage. "Because of your little project two of my apprentices died! Do you have any idea how hard it is to find capable workers this days!?" Another blow of the hammer and it was evident that the old man was contemplating whether the metal or Banri would be in the receiving end of the next hit. Then the man sighed, knowing well that he would never win. "But damn, kid. The combination of poisons that you gave me was spectacular; the things young Ota and Shiku suffered before they died..."

Ahh, yes. The poison. As a young kid, Banri had been attracted to how poisons and toxins affected the human body. How they wreaked havoc inside and outside before finally taking life away. He was mesmerized at how efficient they killed and the fact that very few, if any, survived without lasting injury. The very reason he collected them. Also the reason why he was crazy enough to meld them together to make one powerful toxin. It had no name and he didn't care enough to name it. He just cared that it was perfected and it did its job within his expectations.

"Is Amenonuhoko ready?" Was his query, not really inclined on hearing on what his toxin could do. He would be able to see it soon enough anyways.

"Heh." Was the old man's grunted reply, wiping his hands against his apron before motioning towards a wooden box atop a nearby marble counter. "See for yourself."

Banri gave the man an appraising look before striding towards the counter and tentatively opening the box. What he saw inside made his lips twitch into a displeased frown. "My spear...in pieces.." Were his too silent words. Amenonuhoko was a spear, long as Banri was tall and the three pieces in front of him were never meant to be divided. The head was a bit different than he remembered, the curves and point of the blade were more pronounced; a better edge for him to cut and pierce. The shaft was still the same with the exception of both ends having hollow openings, for what Banri had a sneaking suspicion. And the butt now had a diagonal blade whereas before it had none. He gave the smith a questioning look.

"Yes, you can put the pieces together. I took the liberty of allowing it to be taken apart for you to be able to maintain it." The old man gave a superior smirk as Banri took the pieces and locked them together. "The blades are infused with your toxin so be careful with them; a single cut from them, no matter how small, will kill a person in a few minutes if not seconds."

With a final click of wood and metal, Amenonuhoko lay standing in one piece against the hand of its master. Banri's lips twitched, the beginnings of a smile almost blooming before it was immediately overpowered by indifference. His attention was then directed to a set of needles just beside the forge's anvil and the smith readily explained them.

"All of what Ota made. He told me that he wanted to sell it. It's also infused with your toxin." Banri took two long strides before taking them, placing all but one inside a hidden pocket of his kimono. "Speaking of which, do you know how much the Shoguns would pay for ingredients of your toxin? A few doses and it would make us both richer than your clan chief."

Then Banri was moving away, sitting himself on a nearby chair as he watched the old smith talk animatedly about riches that his toxin would bring them. The long-haired man gave a slow smile as after a few seconds the smith started panting, rivulets of sweat running down his frame as his body turned into an impressive shade of red. Then in a span of a few seconds the man started bleeding through his eyes, nose and ears, Banri tilting his head to the side to get a better look as the other fell to the floor in a tangled heap of scratching nails.

"Wha - ?" Blood poured out from his open mouth as his lungs collapsed, eyes liquefying before blunt nails started digging through hollow sockets. Banri watched the man literally melt in front of him, yet the old smith still moved and tried to talk as if what was happening to him was still reversible.

"The antidote?" Banri asked with a hint of amusement and the body bathed in black goo shuddered its approval. "The ingredients are so rare that I only made two vials; one of which is already in my system and the other one will stay with me at all times." Was his chuckled response, heading towards the forge before spreading burning coal all over the place. "Sayonara, Oji-san. Arigatou for working on Amenonuhoko."

And the house surrounded by sakura went up in flames behind Banri as he pulled his hood up and continued to walk towards the nearest town, his spear securely on his back.

"It's been three days now--- and we haven't got a single clue of his whereabouts..."

"His appearance is a must for the ceremony to begin and it'll cause quite an uproar if he won't attend." A group of people were struggling and squeezing their brains out just to deal with a single-person problem.

"It can't be helped--let's use his double as of now..." The five of them sighed and was left with no choice but to agree. It's inevitable, the Lord's been missing and that's only their last resort...

Naoyoshi had already strolled all around the dojo but there's no one in there. He had already concluded that they might be out in the forest doing some training. "They should arrive by now--" he ascertained

as he glanced at the full moon that had basked its glory to its surroundings. Naoyoshi stood and waited in front of the dojo, holding his favorite parasol tightly. His clothes were all tattered and he wanted some rest, not to mention his ever growling stomach. Though everything was in a mess, the Lord's smile was still as clear as day.

Suddenly, Naoyoshi saw a flickering light approaching towards his direction.
--oh it's them
he rushed to the source of the light just to found an old woman holding it. "--and who might you be?" as she inspected Naoyoshi from head to toe. "OH I mean no harm, but where's the master of this dojo? I mean Jinsuke--Jinsuke Kurogane?" he flailed his arms poorly trying to explain to the woman his intentions.

Instead of receiving a verbal action the old woman just frowned, she never expected a person who didn't know 'that' accident.

She had summarized everything to Naoyoshi. Yet he himself couldn't even believe it, not even the half of the story the old lady in front of him was talking about. It's as if she's just randomly summarizing a nightmare. "I thought they we're just rumors..." his shoulders sagged in terror. How foolish of him for not knowing such an event.

The woman offered her the food but Naoyoshi just couldn't eat, not after knowing such a thing.

He had no time for melodrama's, he wanted to go back to the city, as soon as possible. The idea of wasting another day made his hair raise. He had already imagine his servants searching for him almost everywhere. The thought of his ever scary attendant made him "tsk." Only God knows what he might do to Naoyoshi once he had returned. Sleep was even out of the option, the dark-haired male immediately gathered his belongings and thanked the woman for the warm accommodation. The old woman had tried to stop out of danger. But he was really adamant to continue his travels, mere wolves couldn't stop him from returning home.

"How could you, sensei--" he sighed while hiking down the mountain. His thoughts trailed down to his memories of Jinsuke. Not known to many, the reason why he's so concerned by Jinsuke, Naoyoshi was once his student when he was still traveling. Though he hadn't taught Nao that much, his styles were still fused with the Ogami Ryuu's decent swordsmanship.

The dark-haired male was disappointed about the news. He really wanted to know the truth. Maybe that wasn't Jinsuke, or he was forced by someone!? It just couldn't be him. He was a kind man in Naoyoshi's eyes, a person who he wanted to follow. But his lifestyle wouldn't allow him to do so. He's not befitted to become a fighter, he's born to be a Daimyo and nothing could ever alter it.

--I don't feel like returning---
he breathed heavily and dragged his feet slowly.

Shin sighed, it has been quite some time since he could relax like this. Just laying on the ground, taking a small nap and enjoying the nature all around you. After he took the task of leading the dojo or rather the Ogami Ryuu Club, he wasn't able to really relax. There would be more than often a commotion under the students. They really were like a pack of wolves, always needing to make sure that nobody went over their boundaries. The 'alpha' was of course a large and bulky guy that really loved to see others bow down to him. Well, it could be questioned if not Shinnojou was the alpha of that pack. After all, he was the teacher and the strongest of them yet. Maybe not stronger than his master but since was currently leading the Club, he was by far the strongest. Gama and Iori didn't care that much after all.

A slight breeze blew over the meadow, ruffling Shins clothes as well as his hair. The trees swayed in the breeze letting a few leaves fall down to the ground. Only now, he noticed something or rather someone. A part of his body was blocked from the wind and there was a different scent in the air. Besides the earthy smell and the scent of grass. With quick reflexes and a slight surprised grunt, he sat up and drew his sword that lay on his right side. Before he could fully draw it however, he saw the unknown person. A person he knew all to well. "Ahhhhhh, Iori, just wake me up before scaring me like that." he said, taking a large breath and held it. Soon he breathed out. It always calmed him down but that is besides the point. He was irked that he didn't notice his 'friend' sitting down next to him, rather yet arriving.

Well, practically Iori and Shin grew up together since they had met before when his master picked both of them up. He didn't really do anything together with Iori. They just.....knew each other. Even Shin didn't know why they weren't together as often as normal 'childhood friends' would. He couldn't remember if there was a time where they argued or something and thus didn't do much together. Well anyway, the dojo leader sat down again, more relaxed than before. "You found Gama yet? I went after him but he is like an insect. Everytime you don't look he is swarming around you somewhere and when you want something from him he is gone." Sakura said, fastening his sword on his hip belt again. Well, he just assumed that Iori was also going to join the tournament and went after Gama. He just decided to not question why Iori tried to be as quiet as possible to not wake him up. No, he really didn't want to know why.

- You lil' punk!! - the male gripped fingers together in a fist,

darting it at Gama's jaw. Jinsuke's son shifted his eyes, pupils averted to corners just to smoothly

nod his head to side for a dodge but lifting his left hand to cup the fist in it.

Such a relaxed block, Gama's shoulders were shrugged down, his stance oddly bent.

That was the monstrous strength of Ogame Ryuu's style - body seemed relaxed but in fact

used each joint, each bone and each muscle in whether the block or the attack.

- You asshole.... - the kiddo lifted his chin with a sarcastic look in eyes,

as if mocking on the other male,

- ... 'Is that all you've got?

The ruffles of hair made by the gentle caress of the breeze around, it actually even lifted here and there

the brims of the hood only to expose the beautiful features of these eyes. Eyes that knew so much pain.

Eyes that saw so much death.

Gama had no time to waste on these idiots, not to mention that he was really hungry.

Factual but yet needless to say, he would be in a bad mood when lacking

the comfort of filled stomach than lacking any sleep.

- Oh, so the punk has some moves up his sleeves! - the man laughed cockily,

not recognizing the stance that was unique only for one dojo club.

Kurogane on other hand though retreated his grip to lower his head,

not really up to use energy for fights. He was dead tired, hungry and the three days of travel

seriously ate the strength off his feet.

- Givin' me the silent treatment, eh?! - shifting his eyebrow up, the man didn't give up, not until he had Gama apologizing for something that he actually wasn't at fault.

The boy sighed at himself, "Ah, great. Am I being bullied?"

Without much of effort and words, his leg swished precisely into a side kick. He sent the man into some

street store for veggies and fruits. His bad, but once again he did a mess. The male landed on a basket with apples just to have the globe shaped fruits run around the street as if homeless.

- Senpai!! - the males that followed him ran to him all worried for their superior.

That was a chance. Gama agreed to move on, not up to continue any of that stupidity. Ah, but come on...

- These motherfucking apples look tempting. - Kurogane bent his torso to catch one as if a kid found a new brand of sweets.

- Oi, kiddo! Pay for it! - the store owner waved a hand in the air, shouting from the distance at Gama.

- Tsk. - Kurogane looked aside, taking out some silver coins for a check, - Guess I will spend some.

Iori pouted. Aww, why didn't Saku-chan kept sleeping? And he still has his 'grumpy' face, so totally un-cute. And now the red-head had the urge to mess with him just so Saku-chan would lose that face. "Where's the fun in that?" He chirped instead, grinning happily. It was no use acting drunk, Saku-chan would only find out that he ran out of sake before Iori coincidentally saw him sleeping.

"Never mind that! I miss both you and Ga-chin, Saku-chan! It's been so long! Gimme a hug~!" Before he can let Shinnojou speak or even move to dodge, Iori engulfed him into his arms, squeezing him tightly as he squealed inwardly.

Even though they weren't close just like his and Gama, his and Jinsuke, Sengoku cared for him all the same. Maybe because he knew him since he was a little kid, maybe because he was an Ogame Ryuu, maybe because he silently watched over him like a shadow guardian when he was so little, still so weak. It really didn't matter.

All in all, Iori is fond of Saku-chan who grew much stronger but still not enough to beat him. For Sengoku, he and Ga-chin, the little bo-chan, were still young, still learning. He wonders himself if they might be able to defeat him then Jinsuke, if he was still alive and showed up (maybe even appearing as a antagonist! of course, he was totally joking.) but for now, not yet.

Still, they had so much potential, Iori is sure that they'll take the world by storm. Honestly? He was looking forward to that. He was looking for the day he would have to take them both seriously, not like those matches; those practices that he only needed to take it a tiny bit seriously (still had the energy to act drunk and carefree) only for the two of them to lose.

He broke the hug apart, struggling not to squish both of Saku-chan's cheeks in his fingers. The temptation was strong! He opted to grin brightly, pearly white teeth sparkling for a bit.

"Haha, that's for sure. Maybe I should have stopped that habit." Iori quirked up a smile, he was like that too. Jinsuke was the same. He either got the habit from his father or him or both of them. "I haven't seen him in my travels, Saku-chan. He might be in another town causing trouble already." He could totally picture that and the fact that Gama does it unconsciously or just a natural troublemaker without even meaning to. So much like Jinsuke when he was still young...

Like father, like son. But Ga-chin is making his own path. Iori thought affectionately, his student was growing up so fast but not enough. It wasn't the time yet for the flower to bloom, his student was still foolish, he had so many obstacles to overcome. The same for Saku-chan.

"Should we go now or do you need some more sleep? I'm here to guard if some trouble comes hurling in our direction." The golden-eyed man decided to tag along, they had the same destination after all.

The Tournament.

Oh wait, it was to find Gama but who cares? Because Gama will surely enter and that's a fact.

The sun was up and with it brought life and the usual bustle of a busy town. Usually noise was scarce but with news of the upcoming tournament, it was noticeably more outspread among crowds. Banri hated it all; the people, the voices, the stupidity of a usual commotion -

He gave another glance, noticing the relaxed visage of an experienced fighter against that of an unassuming baka. Humility was not it, but perhaps it was indifference. Indifference towards people who weren't worth the man's time, nor was worth to waste his energy on. Banri's lips twitched upwards. At least the annoying town had a bit of amusement to give. He didn't watch though, it wasn't worth his time. And he needed to resupply before leaving immediately. His hands twitched. He clenched them, quelling the urge to burn the town in that small gesture.

- - -

The creak of a door, a small ring of a bell and the parting farewell of the shop owner. He'd bought three days worth of supply; mostly consisting of sushi, some onigiri, few fruits, and some unagi. Banri hoped that his two remaining bentos would be adequate for at least the next two days. Fishing could always be an alternative if he found himself lacking.

With a sigh, he found himself walking out of the town, wishing that Unabara wasn't as noisy but knowing full well that it wouldn't be the case. A lone sakura blossom landed against his nose.

He shook his head, shrugging the petal off before treading towards the very tree, a hill ways away from the town. A river flowed just on the other side and Banri opted to rest under the shade of the pink beauties. He always preferred traveling at night; it was quieter and the breeze colder. He closed his eyes, confident that he would be able to detect anyone who came near in a five meter radius.

Along the bank of the river a fish jumped out, only splash back in. Banri bowed his head as sleep took him.

A day left and the tournament shall begin, yet the poor lord was still on his way to the city. Naoyoshi was riding a passenger wagon for the travel. He didn't like the idea of walking anymore, he's dead tired, and he needs rest. The shade of the parasol made a little ease and tranquility inside his mind. His parched throat and famished stomach made him sigh, he really didn't prepared for anything did he? The scourging heat of the sun caused an evident sweat all-over his body. Even the rest of the passengers were all drenched in sweat. Such a hot day it is--

"Are we there yet?" He politely asked the woman beside him.

"No, the capital's still far, young man." Naoyoshi leaned at the bundle of woods. Damn, a fruitless travel.

*toooogssshhhh

A loud explosion was suddenly heard. Naoyoshi immediately stood to see what's the cause behind it. Apparently, a group of bandits were already hording in front of their wagon. The driver of the wagon shrieked in terror, same goes with his horse.

"Sir's I would like you to refrain from blocking the way, we're on a hurry. Please do move aside." He suggested to the armored people gathering in front.

" WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!!!? " The huge man marched his way and grabbed Naoyoshi's clothing harshly. The rest of the villains laugh, he's either brave or just completely an idiot for talking back at their leader.

"Ow--I'll be troubled if you'll ruin my clothing. I don't have a spare on--" The leader of the bandit couldn't take it any longer and slammed the guy towards the nearest tree. Naoyoshi sprawled poorly at the ground, soothing his hurt back.

It really was common for such an era to have countless Bandits ready to attack any travelers. Unfortunately for Naoyoshi and the rest, they seemed to be the target. Too bad, lady luck's not on their side as of the moment. The passengers were squeezing with each other as the bandits were trying to pick who'll get to be sold or who'll get to be raped. "I don't need men, kill them and leave the women aside" Their leader ordered as the horde started moving.

*smack

A red parasol hit the hand of a bandit that immediately cupped some boobs. "Hora~ It's rude to touch a lady's chest without her consent." Naoyoshi sighed as he turned his head out of disbelief, his calm face was still resurfacing. The bandit, on the other hand, crouched in pain. Though it's just a wooden parasol, it did hurt like hell.

"How'd you!!?" The bandits were surprise to see the man who'm their boss had bashed reappeared in front of them like magic.

"You son of a bitch----!!" They flinched and on a split of second, rushed towards Naoyoshi's direction.

"Oh so you want to spar? " He touched his nape and whisked his parasol mid-air.

"Then it'll be my pleasure--" The light of his eyes soon ignited, as Naoyoshi watched the group of men rushing at his direction.

A finger of light pried through the lock of darkness enveloping the town, and rays of gold painted the never-ending horizon into lively colors. A great orb of light rose from the ground and leisurely climbed the sky. As he watched the creaking dawn, a rustle of wind threw Maki's blueberry hair into disarray.

He grabbed the small bottle of sake and drew it to his mouth, the last drop gliding down his throat. He sighed exasperated.

"Why do I have do drink this alone, anyway? Those damn idiots, even the weakest apprentice refused to accompany me. What's that, some kind of conspiracy against my happiness?" Maki mumbled angrily, watching resiliently at the last bottle.

Maki was the strongest male known to use Tengen style and his Naginata knew few defeats in the last decade. It was only natural to show off at the upcoming tournament; it was also a given because Maki was in search of powerful opponents in order to perfect his fighting style. Even so, he was forced to come alone because no other member from the dojo had the guts to accompany him, perhaps knowing of his drinking habit. Although he hated drinking alone, he still drunk that night, sinking all his sorrows in every gulp taken from the bottles.

"Drinking partner-kun, please appear before me soon, I don't think I can take this loneliness anymore." Maki thought.

The tournament was only a day ahead and the town where Maki spent his night was only a few hours away from the Capital. He was in no hurry, so in his lonesome boredom, he started drinking that night. He tried desperately to entertain himself, but all his attempts failed miserably. First, he picked up fights with random bandits on the street, but he got bored playing with weaklings. Then, he called out the owner of the inn where he had passed the night and tried to win through gambling games one or two servants, but he lost miserably. He sucked at gambling.

Giving another deep sigh, he looked in the direction where the capital laid and showed his characteristic smirk. "Wait for me and I'll show you who is the real Baian Maki."

Jinsuke was into his room. A big room where there was nothing more but his armor his two swords and a small table. There was nothing more that would decorate this empty room. A room very simple, though it wouldn't be a proper place for a great lord like him. Jinsuke didn't care about things so small and simple like that. A decorated room with priceless things wouldn't represent his strenght.

He was sitting at the tatami. Infront of him there was a small table where there were two bottles of hot sake. Next to the bottles there was a plate with onigiri. In his one hand he was holding the glass filled with sake and on the other hand he was holding a tobacco pipe. Behind him, it was his armor and his swords. Sitting there, drown into his thoughts. The day that he was waiting is close. "The Grand Tournament of Unabara..." he said and a small smile was draw on his face. He brought the tobacco pipe close to his mouth and took a deep breath, inhaling a big amound of smoke into his lungs and then blow it away. One more day left and he would be able to see again familiar faces, coming from the past. He putted down the pipe and the glass with the sake

''Suzuno! Suzuno!!'' he called his maid.

''Did you called me master?'' she asked.

''Yeah. Suzuno prepare my practise clothes immidiatly and help me get dressed.''

''As you wish master.''

The woman brough her master's clothes and approached her master who now was standing up. She took off his upper yukata. Jinsuke's body was filled with marks, coming from many battles. Still he was trained and his body, even though it was aged and not like it used to be when he was young, is still strong. Stronger than before. The woman after wearing the yukata to her master, with a gentle move she passed the waistband around his waist and tie it on the back. After she was done she bowed down and left the room. Jinsuke did the same. He walked through a big garden with sakuras and reached a big house. He opened the slide door and went into a big doujo. Withought loosing time he grapped two bokuto(wooden swords used for practice). He closed his eyes, took a deep breath and withought wasting time he started swinging the bokutos in such speed that no human eye would be able to catch up with. That was the power of the Shirogane Family and Jinsuke was the master of these techniques. He kept swinging his sword for hours, withought taking a break. It felt like he was dancing wth the air. For a second he stopped. He took a deep breath again.

''Let's see what you got now......Gama.''he said with a deep voice.

Arata sighed in relief as he walked in to the capital happy that he had made it that that he no longer had to worry about being on the road. During most of his trip he had stayed in the forest and woodlands keeping an eye on the road but every now and then he had to venture in to villages and on to the road but he had been lucky and had not been attacked. Arata was more then happy to be where he was he was representing his family at this tournament but he was also in a way being given a way to prove himself.

Arata made it to a near by in where he got a room for his stay and the headed up. as soon as he got to his room he laid down after blocking his door so that no one could come in with out him knowing it and went rested for a bit he knew that before the tournament started he would have to eat and clean up for the moment he wanted nothing to do but to rest and relax for a little bit.

Though it might not sound like it but Sakura meant the next words truthfully. "I....misssed you......too." he said between taking breaths now and then. Iori had quite the arm lock on him right now. Though they were closed in age, Iori was much stronger than Shin. Maybe because Iori had been trained, or was training for that matter, by Jinsuke his whole life. Shin was introduced to swordsmanship at the age of thirteen. Inside, he knew that Iori was stronger but he just couldn't accept it. They were close in age, yet the were so different concerning their swordsmanship. Somehow and he didn't know why, he felt betrayed. Shin knows Jinsuke and Iori for almost ten years now but he is not really that close to both of them. Maybe it was also partly his fault but still.

After not moving an inch in fear to get squezzed to death, the arm lock losened up, allowing him to breath freely again. "I can already imagine Gama to cause trouble. Hopefully he isn't so dumb to show our crest so freely." Shin was, as already mentioned, in charge of the dojo. Meaning everything. From teaching here and then to accountancy and the usual paperwork. His own logo was at the front of his kimono, right above his hip. It was easily hidden under the jacket that Shin is currently wearing.

"No thanks, i just wanted to refresh some energy. Let's go. I stocked up on food and drinks, so we won't be needing to buy anymore. You want to stay for a night Iori or should we travel ahead? Its getting dark after all." he asked his companion. Truth be told, Shin was rather happy to have someone travel with him. Even if......it was the more troublesome guy. Iori just had this habit to.....well annoy the people around him. But don't get me wrong, he is a really nice guy if you know him better.

He finally paid the old man for the apple and took the road to Naoyoshi's place. It was getting dark, he had no intention to waste money in random places. Not to mention at his age there wasn't many places to crash in for the night.

Didn't take him long to find the area, it was famous after all. Step after step, he closed by the guard that was put in front of the gates, calmly munching down on his apple. His velvet, juicy soaked by the apple, lips paused as soon as one of the guards put his spear over Gama's shoulder.

- Oi, kiddo. This is not a playground.

... There they go again. The dark haired boy frowned up, letting hi hand slowly down as the apple lonely awaited for his lips, again. His eyes danced upon the male's figure.

// Firm, composed - good composure. His fingers are covered with old swollen spots - speaking for some training, huh. //

His eyes moved quickly forward to the fingertips, there.

//Eh, rather ignorant of his health. The nails have some white spots - speaking for lack of vitamins.//

That was right. Gama was a genius and of all things, he could see everything. Instead of talent or blessing, he felt that as curse. But even if he was the heir of that monstrous blood running in Jinsuke's veins...he was so weak back then. So weak. The boy clenched his jawline into a grin.

- I am here to meet your Lord, Naoyoshi-dono.

The guard threw some glances in-between, then one spoke to Gama,

- Are you...Kurogane...Gama?

Well, it could be worse. At least he had to withstand with all these idiotic questions. Of course he was Kurogane Gama. Who else would wear the seal of Ogame Ryuu's club!?

The youngster spread open his mantle, letting the guard see his swords and the seal engraved on his clothing.

- So, may I?

Embarrassment ran across the guard's faces, soon after he was let within the household of Naoyoshi. Speaking of which...where was Naoyoshi!?

Iori snorted at that. Gama was kinda reckless, he means well but sometimes. Yeah, you get the point. It was always amusing. That bo-chan. He might accidentally show (their) the Ogame Ryuu's symbol without meaning to. Really. Little brat.

Even though deep down, he considered himself an Ogame Ryuu, he was still neutral. There was a reason why he was, it was only a simple reason. It was to travel around and learn more about the world, to learn different skills that people possess. Maybe there were other reasons too. And when Jinsuke was... was...

He wanted to find him. How much did he improve? How long will it take for Iori to catch up to him? To defeat him? Jinsuke, Jinsuke. It was frustrating. How many years as it been? Where is that idiot?

No good. He should stop thinking about him and the questions. It will only drive the him insane. 'Dammit! Jinsukeeee! You make me crazy, damn youuuu~!' Sengoku wailed in his head. After that he turned back to Shin.

"Hum~ Let's rest here." He thought about it for a moment, the answer instantly came up. "So when we wake up, we'll eat breakfast and go straight to town so we can find Gama or enter the tournament and see if Gama is there." Iori looked at Shinnojou with warm eyes. "'sides, let's talk. It's been a 5 months, isn't it? I wanna know what's up, how's everything?"

Damn. He missed both Ga-chin and Saku-chan, just looking at dark blue-haired boy made Iori want to hug him again and squish his cheeks. Arrgghh!

"By the way." His eyes turned serious before questioning, tone, grave. "Do you have any sake?"

Aaaand, just that, he broke the warm, light-heart mood.

Bright; such was a word that described the night. The full moon seemed unnaturally large, it's light illuminating the land as far as the eye could see but the blanket of night made it seem more surreal than when the glare of the sun was present. Banri's lips cracked to a crescent but just as quickly flattened to its usual indifference; it was as close to a smile that he was willing to show.

Sakura blossoms danced along his path, the wind carrying them in a spiral and fluttering dance. The breeze that carried the pink beauties was surprisingly warm, flushing the pale man's skin when it touched him. It was different from mountain-tops air; they were mostly cold and stung the skin in a refreshingly pleasant way. Banri disliked the warm air of the lowlands, but not as much as he hated city-air. There was nothing refreshing about it. Such air actually made him itch to feel the cold of winter.

He shook his head. Orders were orders although he still wondered if the orders were actually from the mysterious leader of Muhou and not from his clan chief at all. Banri shrugged. He have his orders but he also have his motives. It didn't matter if his clan or his club stood in the way of his motives, he would just fling then aside. Although, and here Banri narrowed his eyes, he might choose otherwise if there were extenuating circumstances.

He looked up, giving the city in front of him a distasteful look. 'And it starts.' Was the silent thought that passed through his mind before Banri took a step forward.

The male holding a parasol gave an exaggerated sigh as he witnessed the bandits unconscious body sprawled on the ground. His light-gray orbs focused at the people who thanked him for doing such a rescue.

The night's curtain had already wrapped itself from the skies a couple of hours ago. Time check, 10:59 P.M, the male was already on his way back home, stepping the lands of his own place once again. Dragging his feet, he was on a dilemma to be happy or not. His failure to search for Jinsuke and his joy for being such a help for the people earlier were clashing like boulders of stones. Yet in the end, Naoyoshi chose the 'sad' side, add to the fact that his condition was all tattered and completely worn out.

The male could see fireballs hovering around his manor, an indication that his guards were still looking for him. Trying to evade trouble as much as possible, he used the back gate to escape such commotion of being found out.

"Tadaima" He mumbled as the wooden door slightly creaked. He tiptoed from the ground towards his room, curse his goddamn house for being huge. He thanked the dark aisles as it masked him away from the people busy searching for him.

"What the hell are you doing, Washitsu-dono?"
His ever-loyal attendant, Gozaemon suddenly stated, lurking behind the shadow as he welcomed the lord.
