Just because he wasn't fighting himself, he had send his demons to attack heaven. Demons who killed his friends and other angels. Demons who were doing who-knew-what with those other two prisoners. There was no way, that man wasn't dangerous. By the way, he seemed to have forgotten the threats he had already thrown at Sariel. That the choker would hurt him, if he didn't do exactly like Zerious said and that it would "shot" him from the sky, the moment he got out of here and tried to fly. He put him in jail, for gods sake. With a huge ammound of mistrust he took one of the fruits and eyed it for a while. Then sniffed it. Well, it didn't look poisonous. In the end he took a bit. It didn't taste like any of the sweet fruits he had eaten in gardens of Eden, but it wasn't like he had to gag it out again. It would suffice to keep him sustained until he found a way to flee. The water looked a little more suspicious. It wasn't colorless, like the crystalclear waters in heaven, but that was to be expected, he thought. After all they were in hell. And only the little light in this jail, wasn't exactly adding to his abbility to see the actual color of the water. But id he didn't want to die of thirst, he had to drink it. And with a little help from Fortuna, he would make it back to the frontlines, where he could be saved by the other angels. But instead he was rotting in jail, with a choker around his neck. Like a bird in a cage, unable to fly away. Unable to fly at all, if it annoyed the demon. "You could, if you wanted to. Even if it is training or whatever. I'm sure you would be able to at least release me...somewhere near the frontlines or borders. If I had to, I would even go through the human world, to find a way home. Like you have a good reason to fight the angels? Oh...come of it. You just like killing and bloodshed, that's all there is to it." He scoffed. Just saying that he had reason didn't make that deamon rightous, especially if he didn't tell him, what that reason was. Not that he wanted to hear it or that he would believe it. But Zerious was outragous...and frankly, completly of his rocker, if he thought that his words would console Sariel or make him think better of the demon lord. Sariel replied sarkastically. As if he would fall for that so easily. Zerious would have to proof his claims first. And Sariel finding himself in jail, where he couldn't even really fly, with a choker around his neck, that might as well kill him, if he tried to flee, or at least hurting him quite badly, was definitly not helping building trust. He waited a while until he wasn't able to hear Zerious' footsteps anymore, than left his cell. He tried to make his way out of the jail and if possible out of this palace. But he didn't call for others or brought him back to the cell. On the contrary, he pushed a piece of paper into his hands. Telling him, to give it god. The angel stared at the letter. He was considering to leave the letter here. After all who knew what was written in it, and he wasn't a servant who had to do such duties...at least not for a demon lord. He shrugged, putting the letter on a sideboard, he continued his search for the exit. Like he would bring a letter like that with him, when he went home. Zerious should teach his servants to do their own work and not pushing it on others, like that. When he finally got out of the palace , he kust needed to find a portal to heaven. So he came to bring him back. When he presented the letter to him, he shrugged. "Last time I looked, I wasn't your servant. So I don't see, why I should bring a letter with me...maybe by that act incriminating myself, to maybe be one of your kind." he said, eager to go on and find his way home.
