Hatterdale and Silverwolf (+18)

Light gets to work a little late and a few of the guys complain. The boss on the other hand tells them to shut up "If you have anything to say try working all the hours he does and then complain." That shuts them up. The boss looks at him and asks "you ok? You don't look to good!" Light doesn't answer. He just gets back to work. He makes a mental note that Yuu probably won't be like that again to him and that they aren't friends. The day ends just the way he had predicted. He gets to his room and crystal his eyes out before falling asleep.

Contrary to Light's horrible afternoon, Yuu had managed to get back to work on time. This didn't save him from a scolding for punching out early, however. The lecture was brushed off again and the azure eyed male finished his work for the day. It wasn't like he'd had much left to do, so it had only taken him a few more hours.

Usually, the drowsiness that came with consuming too much sugar didn't seem to get to him, but on this night he crashed on the couch when he'd gotten home. -Very blissfully unaware of his comrade's state. He would continue to check up on him, though, just for character study. Alright, perhaps it was a bit more than that, perhaps he cared a little bit. -Emphasis on the 'little.'

Light wakes up early that day and goes out for a morning run. still very sad about his mothers death he runs to try and shake it off. Light runs past Yuu's house and glaces up at his room. Light ad seen Yuu leave this house meny times. "Alright! When i get to the school gates i will no longer show sadness." he states to himself. and just as he had stated, when he got to school he had a stiff expression once again. Light gets to class and the teachers all say "Sorry for your lose." they never mean it though. he gets to class and sits in his chair wondering what Yuu's going to be like that day.

Due to disciplinary faults, Yuu had, had his seat moved to behind Light. Of course, this may or may not have been on purpose, that he had made a scene about the couple problem he'd been having. Not that anyone was to know about that, no, it was to be a secret. So, when Light arrived, Yuu gave him a wave,, almost unnoticeable smirk covering his thin lips.

Light looks at Yuu and nods. Yuu's friendliness is kind of startling and because of that Light doesn't really know what to do. Lights face shows signs of crying but he covered them up with his angry look. "Why is he being so nice?" LIght asks himself as he sits down. he sighs and says in a low voice so that only Yuu can hear "Well lets get through another day of school." he never liked it and with the things that have been going on in his life at the moment Light is barely able to get through school and work without exploding on someone.

"No hello?" Yuu pestered, leaning forward in his seat. "And here I thought I was the rude one."

Really, all of this was in an attempt to take Light's mind off of his mother and school. For a moment the ravenette considered suggesting that they ditch, though decided against it at the last second. The boy in front of him didn't strike him as one to break the rules, at all.

Light looks at You and says "Hi. You wanna go somewhere? I don't feel like doing this today." He isn't doing so well and can't seem to focus on anything. So even if he didn't skip it would still be like he did. Light wasn't normally one to ditch but this isn't really a normal day either. He just feels that he needs to get away. "What do you say?" Light asks You. "I don't usually do this but I need to get away."
