Fyrra looked up at him and seen him sort of smile. She in return smiled, she liked it, his smile. "Ok, I am ready" She spoke in a quite voice. Her bangs fell in her face, covering her left eye. She looked looked up to see the birds fly over head. She looked at them, but looked away and back to Ren. "Which way are we going?" She asked looking around.

Ren looked to Fyrra and listened to what she said and saw her return his awkward smile but her's was easier. He followed her gaze to watch the birds. At her question he looked at her. His gaze wandered over the top and then opened his mouth to speak. "Which way to your homeland?" His hand ran through his hair and his vibrant blood red eyes went to the nearest opening and took Fyrra's hand leading her through the woods.

She held his hand as he lead her out. She studied everything that was around her. She loved the peace and serenity of nature. She spoke like silk, "My homeland is a massive island ,in the Atlantic Ocean. If we get to the palace there, in the main city we should be safe. " She said with her soft voice. Her violet eye glistening in the sunlight. "As long as we find my uncle and don't get caught by my father, we should be safe." She said looking away.

Ren listened as she spoke and frowned slightly when she mentioned not getting caught by her father. Her looking away as she spoke that lead him to believe her father wasn't a nice man. He frowned and watched her revealed eye glisten in the sunlight. His vibrant blood red orbs glistened darkly in the sun before lightening lightly. He gave another awkward smile. "There is a small fishing town where we an procure a boat someone in the town owes me a favor." Ren said speaking softly his tone was apathetic in the beginning if she had noticed and it was starting to warm almost like honey. He continued leading her through pausing only to point out a doe and her fawn hiding in a nearby patch of grass as they walked by it. They would then reach a clearing and a few miles out you could see the town.

Fyrra nodded when he mentioned getting a boat. She smiled back when she seen him smile. She felt calmer when he spoke with such warmth. When he pointed out the doe and her fawn, her smile only grew brighter. She looked at them and walked up to them. She showed she meant no harm, and they let her pet them. She pet them, they were so soft, she pulled out a little bread, she had and placed it in front of them to eat. They she went back to Ren and held his hand, Her smile still on her face has he lead her into the clearing.

Ren watched her as her smile grew brighter as they walked and when she approached the doe and her fawn being able to pet them made him give that awkward smile. "You are very kind to them...if it had been me they would have run. I smell weird. " He said smiling awkwardly. Ren would then lead her into the town and began to head where the person who owed him a favor but Ren stopped only to purchase a new cloak for himself. He placed it on to where it hid his eyes. Then lead her towards the house knocking cryptically then waited for answer. His gaze went to Fyrra and he smiled awkwardly again.

Fyrra smiled up at Ren. "I dont think you smell weird. And I have a good sence of smell." She tried to reassure him. While Ren was buying a new cloak she put hers on, covering her face in shadow. She heard a bird, a raven to be exact, chirp out in pain. She went over to it and lightly pick it up. "Oh little one, I'll take care of ." She smiled as she held it in her arms. She ran to Ren, "can I keep her ,please? She's hurt." She pleaded, holing Ren's hand with her free one, as they went to the house of Ren's person.

He chuckled at that seeing as how she missed the meaning he was half human yet to animals they smelled a very dangerous predator in his blood. Ren watched her run off then back to him holding a raven in her arms asking to keep her. His awkward smile grew crooked a much better improvement to his smile but not quite a genuine smile. "Sure. I don't see a problem with it unless she does when she feels better." Ren said looking at it and then Fyrra then turned to the door when it opened. "This way he is waiting for you with in." A small girl said smiling at Ren and then looked a Fyrra giggling and ran off to her father who they would soon meet.

Fyrra smiled when he said she could keep the raven. She looked at the bird with a smile. The bird chirped, and Fyrra looked up at Ren. She blushed a little when she seen him smile. "She likes you , she says you have a nice smile. And her name is" she paused and giggled. "Her name is Raven." she smiled.

Ren blinked in surprise and thought back about the smile he had as a kid if this crooked relearning a smile was nice what would his old smile be like he couldn't remember. When Fyrra mentioned the raven's name to be Raven he chuckled lightly. "A nice name it is." He said and proceeded to follow after the little girl who ran ahead leading Fyrra and Raven inside. Once they entered it was a rather nice place not lavish or elegant but it was homy and felt nature compared to how he was used to. "Ren Kasai is that you? So the day has finally come...I thank you for what you did all those years ago. The boat is at the dock ready to go. Kaylee made sure all the provisions you requested were there as well. I wish you both luck." A man said looking at them he appeared middle aged with sandy blonde hair and forest green eyes. Ren sighed softly and went to shake the man's hand. "It was not a problem and thank you for this favor. Me and my friend will leave soon...cover our trail you never saw us. It was fate's will for that day Benjirou." Ren said though his eyes were covered it was almost like he was reliving the moment of that fateful day but shook himself out of it. The man named Bejirou looked to Fyrra and smiled kindly at her. "Please take good care of him and let no one take him back to the person he was." He told Fyrra and took his daughter to go play a game.

She looked to Ren and smiled at him, wondering what had happened between the two men. "Ren, I have to tell you something before we leave." She looked down. "I told you before, we can't get caught by my father. We have to be very careful....because." She hid her face completely. "He is the king of ShadowDalee. And his men are everywhere." She started to shake a little just by talking about her father, remembering all the cruel things he did to her.

Ren looked at Fyrra when she spoke and listened to what she had to say. He noticed her slight shaking and his fists clenched together in anger. Her body language told him this man was not nice yet he couldn't quite fathom his sudden rage at the thought of her slight shaking. He wanted to rip her father apart and pinched his nose to calm himself down getting angry was going to get him to shift and he didn't want that. A dragon sighting would blow their cover and he refused to allow that to happen. He walked over to Fyrra and wrapped an arm around her giving her a soothing looking and then looked at Raven before leading Fyrra to the bolt. "We will be careful I promise you that Fyrra." He said smiling crookedly again.

She felt better when he put an arm around her, she also blushed. She looked up at Ren, "thank you, for everything you have done for me. You are the only one who has been kind to me ." She gave a faint smile, not as strong as her real smile. She cradled Raven as Ren guided her to the boat. She thought about her uncle, 'he must think I'm dead.' She thought to herself.

"I think of it as they way I should have been. If it wasn't for my father..." He said trailing off not wanting to linger on his father. He blushed when she said thank you and shook his head out of modesty. When they made it to the boat he checked over everything and sighed softly taking in a breath through his nose. "We have everything if you are ready to head out." Ren looked at Raven then back at Fyrra then began to prep the boat for travel. When it was ready he gripped the handle and tested it the magic crystal device inside hummed to life. He would then slowly drive it out to sea.

Fyrra heard Ren trail off, she didn't push anything further, not wanting him to feel bad emotions. She brought Raven in a safe spot, took her cloak off. She then made a little bed Raven. She then sat on the deck and leaned against the side. "I am tired, I'm going to sleep." She smiled falling asleep, almost instantl. She shivered a bit cause of the wind.

Ren watched as she took Raven to a safe spot and set up a little bed for them. He would then focus on the ocean and heading out before asking Fyrra where to go next. When he was sure they were far enough out not to be noticed on the coast Ren stopped for the night and stayed ever vigilant while taking quick naps. He took of his cloak and placed over Fyrra when he noticed she was shivering.

Fyrra stay asleep for awhile. Then she started to toss and turn. She started to sweat, and cry out. She moaned in pain, like someone was hurting her.Kein Vater bitte nicht nein, lass mich nicht da rein gehen ... bitte" She cried out, tears streaming from her closed eyes. (GermanNo please father, don't no, don't make me go in there...please)

Ren watched her sleep until she began to toss and turn and speaking in her sleep. Her moan of pain made him clench his hand in a fist. At her words a growl slid easily out of his human throat his nails cut into his palms and and he bit his lower lip harshly causing blood to blossom from the wound. His vibrant blood red orbs stilted at the pupil marking his eyes as a something reptilian but not quite reptilian. Ren gasped when he realized how angry he was his finger went to his lower lip and watched the blood there. I will not shift I refuse to I will not get this angry again unless I'm forced to...Fyrra is someone I want to protect not hurt. His thoughts shifted to his mother and he looked at Fyrra and sighed and his desire to protect her. He shook her lightly hoping his wounds would heal and that she wouldn't notice the blood. "Fyrra which way?" He asked her if she woke.

She shot up, with a scream. Her body covered in a cold sweat. She was out of breath, she wiped her head. She looked up at Ren. "Why are you bleeding?" She rasped out. She put one hand to his lip and wiped away the blood. She looked into his eyes, both her good and bad eyes showing. She relized she was shaking, but not from the cold. She hugged Ren and buried her face in his chest. "Please don't leave me alone. Please. "She started to cry a little."north we we need to go north" she whispered out.

Ren blinked in surprise from her scream. When she noticed his bleed he winced slightly from the touch but not because it hurt but from her realizing he hurt himself. "I got angry I didn't mean to Fyrra I'm sorry I won't leave I promise." At her face being buried in his chest he calmed down further the slits vanished and turned round once more. He wrapped his arms around her again trying to not to stain her dress when he realized his palms were also hurt and he sighed softly. "Anger is not a good thing for me to feel Fyrra...I'm not angry with you I swear." He said giving her a crooked smile then went to the controls of the boat and headed North like she said.

Fyrra stood up and walked over to Raven to check on her. She was sleeping peacefully, Fyrra bent down and kissed Raven on the head softly. Then she went to the back of the boat and stared at the water as they moved. She was thinking of her mother. She smiled at the happy thoughts. Then she walked over to Ren, "You should rest, I could steer." She said with a small smile, almost not a smile at all.

Ren looked at Fyrra when she came back saying he should rest he offered a smile and then stopped the controls. "If its no burden to you..." He said looking at Fyrra and then at the ocean before them. His gaze flickered to Raven and then to Fyrra and smiled softly waiting to see what Fyrra would want to do and check on his hands glad to see that they were healed. He frowned slightly and looked to Fyrra. "I'm sorry if I scared you earlier Fyrra." He said unsure if she was still upset with him over his lip.

"It is no burden, I need to stay awake. I don't want to sleep, after that nightmare." She smiled at him, "You never scared me, and I am not upset with you." She tilted her head and smiled warmly. She gave Ren a hug, then walked over to the controls. She looked at the water and then back at Ren. "Now go rest, you need it. I will wake you when we arrive." She turned back and started the controls back up.

Ren nodded to Fyrra's request and smiled back at her and ran a hand through his hair trying to hide his blush he wasn't used to affection but it was starting to grow on him. When she walked over to the controls he went to lay near Raven but not close enough to disturb her makeshift nest. He angled himself to where his back was propped up but he wasn't going to fully fall but was comfortable enough to fall asleep. Ren let his gaze fall to Fyrra when she looked back at him and he nodded yawning slightly and closed his eyes and began to drift off hoping not be plagued by memories in his dreams.

Fyrra steered the boat for the rest of the night, and let Ren sleep. She thought of her uncle, and how he is, and what he looks like. She stared out at the sea. It was dusk now, and she seen land ahead and she knew it was ShadowDalee. She steered the boat into a secret cove close to the palace, but far enough to not be seen by the guards. She turned off the controls, and went to Ren. She looked at him, she realized he was cute when he slept. She genitally shook his shoulder, to wake him. "Ren, Ren wake up we have arrived." She said smiling at how cute he was at that moment.
