A Song of Thorns w/Teesie

"I didn't ask you to come to my rescue today!" he said hopping out the car. As he did so, there was clearly something slithering in his pants leg. Aso closed the car door and headed to his gates. He swipes a card he pulled out his pocket and the gates open. He walked in and headed into his house. Aso slightly glanced back to see if Aki had left.

[Teesie]

Though he hadn't. Aki was actually following him. He had got out the car when Aso was angrily swiping his card. This place was really nice. It was needed to protect someone as famous as the young singer. Aki stared into the other's eyes. This boy was more than he bargained for.

"You are my manager not my bodyguard." he said a bit annoyed. Aso never hired a bodyguard for various reasons. "This is as far as you go. I need to shower and get warmed up before I get sick." he said swiping the card to open his door. It was safer this way. "So if you don't mind please leave me be." Aso said

[Teesie]

Aki chuckled. "Fine, but I do believe that you could have gave me a better goodbye after saving you during this weather." He said approaching the door. Once at the entrance he leaned on the wall. "Or are you always so unthankful?" Glancing at Aso from the corner of his eyes. The singer was just irritated and Aki knew that, yet he liked the reactions he got out of him.

Aso froze up a bit as he glanced up at Aki. "Thank you for saving me from the rain. Now please go home." he said entering his house. He looked at the other ready to close the door. "I have no issue slamming doors in people's faces. So if you want to avoid that then leave now." he said pouting

Aki laughed and nodded before pushing himself from the entrance. He waved goodbye to the vibrant singer as he trailed to his car. Working with this boy would be fun.

Aso closed his door and sighed. He went to his bathroom and strips from the wet clothes. He starts a warm bath. "Damn that idiot of a new manager. He's so annoying." he grumbles looking in a mirror. "Well at least he didn't see my tail.." he mutters watching it sway behind him. Suddenly someone familiar enters his bathroom. It was Micky. He didn't always stay home alone. "You should hide that. What if someone saw?" Micky said sporting his own tail and mini wings."

 

Micky was an incubus and Aso just a crossbreed. He only had a tail. "Oh shut up! You have nerve walking about like that. Besides, I think this Aki person is different from most people. I was singing in the sound booth and even though he walked in he didn't get caught in a trance. So odd since most of my music does that." Aso said getting in the tub. "Maybe he's special. Don't go firing him okay. He's so good looking." Micky said laughing.

So 'their' assumptions were right. Aki smirked that boy didn't only have a liking for singing, he had a talent. A special kind if talent. Waltzing to his car he opened the door and proceeded to get in, but not before giving one last glance at the house.

 

Humming Aki put his car up to speed driving out of the gated community. He had to contact his father and tell him that he landed the job. His father had always liked Aso...and it figured....who didn't. The boy was talented in the least. Aki laughed; he had a few things to cover before the night was over.

Aso pouts to himself as he finished his bath. Micky had fallen asleep on the couch as he always did. Aso goes to his room and lays down. He closes his eyes and sleeps. Surprisingly he dreampt of Aki. It was so disturbing that he awoke several times. "I need rest. The debut is the day after tomorrow. I need to focus." he says to himself

Closimg the door to his home he sat in his seat. It was cold...the small shower of rain managed to make the atmosphere chilly. He stood to lite his fireplace. Once lit he sat back in his arm chair and picked up the book he had been studying for over five months. He smirked. "So folklores are real."

 

Looking to the ceiling Aki manages to fall asleep.

The next day could arrive any faster than it did. Aso was up and out bright and early. He went to the gym to get in a small workout before heading to the stuido. He always arrived before everyone else so the sound booth is where he was always found. Aso enters and closes the door. He began singing as he normally did for practice.

[Teesie]

Aki walked into the building. He had seen Aso walk in just moments ago. From here he could hear the angelic voice harmonizing through the walls. To any other it would be angelic at least. Aki for one- never mind that. Walking into the studio he stood in the entrance to watch Aso...though he had to admit that this boy was a true beauty.

Aso stops singing to get a drink of water. He noticed Aki standing there. "Are you enjoying the show instead of working? Clearly it won't be long before I fire you." he said going to the mini fridge by a table nearby. He bends down to grab a bottle of water. "So how is my debut looking? If you mess this up for me you will be more than fired." Aso says

[Teesie]

"No need to worry everything is already in place. I just want to watch you practice. Your voice is.....interesting." he stated smiling.

 

The debut is already setup. There was only one more thing Aki had to do.

"Seriously? You have everything ready for tomorrow. Why do I feel like your lying to me or something? Its impossible for someone to get so much done in so little time and not forget something." he said walking over to Aki. Aso narrows his eyes looking at him. "I hope you aren't lying. If tomorrow fails I will personally ruin your reputation." he said

[Teesie]

Putting his head down he smiled softly. "I have no reputation to uphold. Though i'm not lying i've got everything prepared." Looking into the boy's eyes.

 

"Just act as if i'm not here. Please continue with your.....unique singing."

Aso was surprised by the reaction he had gotten. He decided to go back into the sound booth. He drank the water before starting to practice again. Somehow he was able to ignore the fact that Aki was there listening to him. Soon the band arrived as to talk about the debut.

Watching as Aso discussed his debut with his band; he decided to go into his office. The final finish for the debut was needed. He wanted this to be a big success after all. The biggest debut that the band has ever had, and with his connection he knew it would be done.

Once everything was discussed with the band, Aso laid on the couch in the break room. He wonders what tomorrow would be like. He thinks back to previous debuts and they were all similar. It did well or basic in his opinion. His thoughts on how was Aki to top all of those now. He drifts into a light sleep. He was waiting a while before going to practice again.

[Teesie]

Aki walked out of his office. "Um-" He stopped. He was sleep. Hm...glancing around he noticed that only Umi was here. He closed the doors and walked to Umi. He stared at him for a while. The beauty of a demon. Aki smiled leaning closer. Is he a heavy sleeper? If so maybe he can find something out about him.

Aso continued to sleep as he had no idea someone was hovering so close to him. He hadn't gotten much sleep because of constant waking from his dreams. So this was more than a perfect time to rest. He normally wasn't a heavy sleeper but lack of sleep caused him to be.

[Teesie]

Touching Aso's forehead Aki moved away. At seeing the kid not waking he approached him once more. Patting down his pants he feel something move. He lifted the pants leg a bit to see a tail. Suprised Aki moved back. So it really was true. He was a demon. He wondered if Mickey knew of this.

 

Stepping away from Aso he frowned. He was here now. Exactly where his father wanted him to be. He wandered how old this creature was. Did he live for centuries?

 

Having a crazy father really paid off. His father was a philosopher as well as a scientist. He had discovered thing about this earth that was all so strange, but instead of giving up he dedicated his whole life to studying. Now old and sick he wanted his son to take up his studying. This is as far as he's gotten.

[azuneko]

"Ngh... stupid manger.. better not fail me.." Aso mutters in his sleep. He curls up on the couch as he continued to sleep. His hair falling out of it tie. Aso's teal colors locks all a mess now.

[Teesie]

Aki smiled this kid was thinking of him even while sleeping. Failure wasn't in Aki body. He never failed something he put his mind to, but he never was foolish enough to say he would not fail the impossible.

 

Taking another step back Aki frowned. This demon in front of him wanted success, but for what. He surely knew that his horrid voice paralyzed humans right. Every time he opened his mouth it made him want to flinch, but that's not the case.

 

What if Mickey knew nothing about this, but their was something about him too. His voice also was unique, but not horrid like Aso's. Hmm....

Aso opened his eyes as he looked over at Aki. "What do you want?" he asked sitting up and yawning softly. He had no clue what was on the other's mind at the moment. He frowns as he glanced at his watch. "I wonder if Micky is up." he mutters softly as he dials Micky's numbers
