Marry J. Goldman

It was the night of 26th of February when Marry J. Goldman
decided to put an end to the secret between her and a local
doctor, who actually has been her lover although
married.
Despite her beauty, Marry was a smart woman. And that,
of course, troubled the so said doctor.
However, at that night they fought and next morning
Marry was found dead with her eyeballs taken out. 

Many people started calling the case as 'Bloody Marry',
but the truth behind the curse of 'Bloody Marry' is far more
scarier. Each of us keep deep within a secret,
carrying it to the last breath of ours. Alas,
one who shall dare to summon Marry
would have to claim no secret, for the dear life of theirs
- else, their eyeballs shall be the price they've got to pay.

The Beauty Box

Legends speak for a box similar to Pandora,
however that box' curse differed with unearthly beauty granted
to whoever shall obtain it. Great luck would be granted as well.
Nothing would be possible to go wrong, for it is the beauty box of Gods.

However, if one loses that box, the whole universe would turn upside down
against them. It is said that in six days, the soul shall be swallowed by the box

The Chair of Death

The Chair of Death was the favorite chair of  Thomas Busby. 
He was on his way to the gallows in 1669, December 3rd
when he put a  curse on it, claiming that 
anyone who sits in it will soon die. 
It  remained in the pub for centuries, 
and people were dared to sit in it.  
During World War II, airmen from an nearby base 
made the pub a hot spot,  and the chair a "hot seat" 
and people noticed that the ones who sat
in  it would never come back from war.

Devil's Tree

The Devil's Tree is located along Mountain Road in the 
Martinsville section of Bridgewater Townshp, said to start
its history from the mid of September, 1900.

The Tree has a rich history that leads to such heavy superstition. 
At one point, Bernards Township  was reputed to be one of the central 
headquarters for the KKK in New  Jersey, and was commonly used 
for lynching of African Americans. It is  said that the tree took in negative energy 
of the dead men and women  hung from the branches, 
forming it into the Devil's tree.[sUP][/sUP]

The tree trunk is surrounded by a chain fence, with highly visible  cut marks 
from attempts to cut it down. The tree itself is said to 
have  supernatural powers, which leave a curse 
on those who try to cut it  down.

The Mountain of the Dead

On 3rd if January 1959, a search party — 
including fellow Polytechnic student  Mikhail Sharavin — 
made their way up to an abandoned encampment on
the  eastern slope of a mountain listed as “1079.” The foreboding peak is better known to 
the indigenous Mansi tribesmen as “[i]Kholat Syakhl[/i],” 
which (prophetically perhaps) translates from
their native tongue as the “[i]Mountain of the Dead.”[/i]

The would-be rescuers discovered a badly damaged
tent and a plethora  of footprints made by what appeared to be 
at least eight different  people radiating out from the devastated tent. 
Sharavin then described  the state of the large tent that the skiers all shared:


[indent]“We discovered that the tent was half torn down 
and  covered with snow. It was empty, and all the group’s belongings 
and  shoes had been left behind. But what's more...
the footprints made around the devastated tent
disappear exactly on the 1,079 meter from the tent.”

The Cross Road Dealer

There is a legend about a cross road path,
each year on 27th of October one can make a wish.
A wish of any sort, however they were given ten years
of life span - the price they had to pay.

Once the ten years were off, a demon would come
and take them away. If one cheats on the deal,
the demon will hunt forever their family origin.T
They call it 'The Cross Road Dealer'
