Teesie
Exus continued down the darkened path, hoping for an encounter the blond. That mutt had escaped his ship when be was still asleep, how absurd could he have been at such a time? Thoughts skipped through his head. One being dismissed after another for certain causes. It was true that Chrone was Alstreim, but the idiot was surely capable of performing a successful escape, the man was intelligent to say the least. Although, the dark haired male would not be willing to give in and let the other flee out of his kingdom. Chrone was the only man alive that had the information that he needed. It was too good of a prize to leg go. The pier was just a few miles away, but the tactician had doubt that the enemy sire would dare go in that direction. Maybe he, Exus, was on the right path. There needed to be soldiers outlining ever escape route, therefor the man wouldn't escape; albeit his men acted as fools. None was nearly that smart to think of such a plan. Even so.... Who am I kidding. That mutt could possible take down a whole army on his own. If my men depend to prosper, they would need guns. He thought to himself, as he was now at the ending of the path. This looked like a secluded place, coal eyes glancing around the area.
gin
Gail strode behind Chrone as sand started to squish slightly onto his feet. Gail didn't brought with him a clothing for the knight. The blond was barely covering himself as he groaned whenever the cold wind started to smash in his topless self. His eyes surveyed the parameter, trying to find if there's any suspicious guards lurking the area; nonetheless, it was negative. "Sir?" Gail halted as he saw Chrone stop as he basked the moonlight. "Even this goddamn place is beautiful--" Chrone muttered behind his breathe. He had to admit, Ruler aside, the place was magnificent and breathtaking. It's just such a waste to be in a hand of a sadistic and twisted bastard. The knight kicked the sand playfully as he continued to walk. He saw a smaller ship hiding behind the huge boulders, they needed to swim for a bit as it was anchored a few meters from them. The blond tapped his wounds, he didn't like the idea of swimming. Luckily, Gail pointed a small boat ready for him, at the shore. The other knight was in fact ready that it surprised Chrone a bit. Slowly placing his right foot at the wooden boat, he noticed something. "Sir?" "Shush..." his emerald orbs surveying the dark as he heard some steps slowly approaching at them without stealth. His body tensed a bit, not again, he really hoped and pray it's just a villager.
Teesie
The gods were on his side for once in his life. Faint sounds of whispers were heard not to far away. The speed, at which Exus was walking, increased. There was not much time to waste. Chrone was a man of tactics himself, and escaping the island wouldn't be so difficult for him. With the man also being quite daring, there was no depths that the man wouldn't go to prevent himself from being in the king's grasps again. Pathetic mutt actually thought he could escape. Hm....although it's a slight chance that this couldn't be him." Stepping from the darkness, coal eyes darted up to the man blond that he was in search of. Narrowing his eyes to the sire of the opposing army, the tactician began to speak. "So I see that you have found help. Who is this man if I may ask." One hand reaching to his belt holder to pull his gun if there were any threatening movements. "Chrone, you should just come with me. It's not as if you'll escape anyhow." Studying the man's movement, although he never fully gave all his attention to the blond. The ally of Chrone's was also being watched.
gin
Of all the places, it's as if he was being stalked by the bastard of a king. How foolish he was to think that he could escape without breaking a sweat. A sour smirk was evident on his face as he inched backward from Exus, pushing Gail away from the enemy. The knight saw the King slowly reaching for his weapon. "Gail, you need to go first. I'll give you an opportunity to run." He whispered swiftly as the both of them settled 30 feet away from the villain. "But Sir." "This is an order, Gail. It's not a request." He stated between hushed tone as his comrade whined in acceptance. Exus had spoken his thoughts but Chrone didn't gave at least his clear answers to him. The male swiftly lunged and dashed towards him in a speed of light. He tackled him as his left foot scooped the sand below and scattered it to mid-air; giving Gail the chance to ran like hell from the distraction. The knight glanced at his comrade who was running far away from them. He knew Gail did hesitate for a second but at least he should be away, away from the cruel enemy's hands. "I shouldn't be playing tag with you. Damn, I always fail miserably." He shook his head and smiled wryly. Chrone didn't know if he was giving up but one thing's for sure--he'll kill the man right in front of him.
