Fuyu no Semi is very tragic, so watch in your own risk. Togainu no Chi has nice plot too, but the art isn't that pleasing. :] - - - Updated - - - Above all that I mentioned, it's best to start with the soft ones, especially Junjou Romantica. Kissing scenes are cute, and the lemon scenes are mild only, so I said that it's kind of soft.
