"But you do have my name, it's Jackal B., but, maybe if you search your heart you'll find the answer."
At that statement Arish eyes narrowed more. What the fuck is this man talking about? Search my heart...for what? What would that do in order to determine who this strange fellow is? His gre- "...." the half angel knew exactly who the fuck this was...now that the male stared to the other, lookind closely he could never forget those eyes...whether they weren't as bright as before or not. The voice had gotten a little deeper but was almost exactly the same. Though the attitude....it was nothing alike, but maybe that was his fault. A small smirk made it's way apparent on his face.

"I was for sure that I killed you." The coal eyed male numbered before once again studying the male in front of him. Did the other hear him? "Let's see....Jackal B. My name isn't that important is it?" Smiling softly to the demon descendant.

Erin White, now Jackal B., glared back at Arish with a slight growl rising in his throat. He then slipped off his fedora and placed it to the side, revealing his face fully, scar and all. He looked at the his ex-lover coldly. "Well...apparently you didn't, Arish, cause I'm sittin' right here, takin' up oxygen," the green eyed half-demon said mockingly, and pulled down his suit collar a little to reveal a clearer view of the scar of his neck, "I'd give ya an A for effort, though. Would of died if I was human."

Erin could not explain the mixed emotions he was feeling at the moment. He was both sad, mad, and strangely enough, happy to be recognized. Maybe it was because he still wasn't over Arish, at one point he did love the coal eyed angel so much, with all of his heart even. But now it was painful to even think about. Jackal B. averted his gaze from the other, right now he really would rather go get drunk and forget about this fine mess he had gotten himself into.

Arish sighed now that he was detected. So it seemed he did hear me. That was long ago it's not like I'm allowed to just kill anyone for no reason now, I'm a professional hunter. Though there are so many disadvantages that the smaller has. Firstly, he's a demon. Secondly, he has wronged the hunters and therefor is in danger. Thirdly, he was suppose to be dead. Form now writhering with laughter, the half angel coal eyes looked to the green ones he could never forget.

"You should cheer up, everything for you could end soon. No matter that you didn't die last time, this time I will return your head to the hunter organization. I was sent here to kill you...if you were a threat to the hunter society, and you are." A wicked smile grazing his lips, eyes having a mocking glint.

Erin raised an eye brow at the other, keeping a stray poker face. And they say he's crazy. Then he cracked a smirk himself at the threat. "You'd be a fool to get rid of me, look at all the information I have on the human zone, then double that. And then you got the all the information I have on the Demon Zone," the half-demon said smugly, "I am more a benefit alive than dead." Under the counter his shifted on of his hands into it's more talon-like form, just encase his bargaining wasn't enough. Jackal B. was a smooth talker, he knew he could get out of this, one way or an other. He was stronger than he was when his was 18, and not going to give into Arish as easily this time.

The coal eyes studied the other as he talked, watching as the other's body shifted slightly. Smiling at the other as well the hunter just nodded. "Maybe you are.....but unfortunately we don't need your help." Jumping onto the counter to deliver a kick to the brunette's face, but the other had managed to dodge it. "Hm, seems as if your better than that weakling you once were." Laughing softly before jumping to him once again.

Jackal B. had to admit he was caught a little off guard. While he swiftly dodged the kick, he was surprised that the other literary jumped him. Growling, the half-demon somehow managed to knee the other in the gut rather hard. "God damn," he swore under his breath as he rolled out of the angel's grasp, "You're one stubborn bastard...". Erin stood up, both hands shifted into their talon forms now. He was one for fighting, really, but Erin had one advantage, he was fucking fast.

"Why the fuck can't you just get out of my life," Erin said, venom dripping from his words. What Arish had done to him had left both emotional and physical scars, some of which have not healed yet. The half-demon couldn't even trust anyone long enough to have more than an one night stand with them. He didn't want to trust anyone like he trusted Arish ever again, they'd just hurt him. And now the other was trying to not just to ruin, but to end his life. He wasn't going to go down with out a fight, if anyone was going to end Jackal B.'s life it was gonna be himself when he was good and god damn ready.

The half angel stood rubbing his stomach lightly before giving a wild smile at the other's statement. He didn't expect him to just leave his life so suddenly did he? Not after just finding him. The angel wanted one last dance.

"Don't be silly Erin....I can't leave you, not after just finding you again. Let's have one last night with each other." Reaching into his coat, tme man had two sword strapped to his back in sheaths. Pulling out the Xcaliburs, each stained with blood of other demon's, he held them out preparing for battle. "If you really think you could beat an elite hunter then your brave. I've fought many hard battles...but in the end I always win!" The dark haired male yelled dashing to the other and slashing at the smaller male with one sword.

At the first swing Jackal B managed to dodge but with the Arish throwing the second sword it embedded into the bruette's shoulder. After a successful hit the hunter sliced at the other's neck, although missing and breaking the wooden table behind the demon. "Don't move will you."

Erin let out a yelp when the sword sliced into his shoulder, but jumped back rather quickly to dodge a second strike aimed at his neck. That was a close one, and sadly he had to agree with the other, there was no fucking way he would be able to defeat him...but maybe he could out run him, and mix him up in the Neutral Zone. Yeah, he could do that and hide out for a couple day, and maybe send one of his more stealthy associates to get his stuff. He would just have to go underground after that, easy.

So Jackal B. put his plan into action. Quickly, the green eyed man aimed a strike at Arish's face, surprisingly hitting his mark, leaving four claw marks across the other's face. And then he kicked the other in the shins, barely dodging the swords, getting nicked again on his side. Erin made a mad dash for the door, hoping that his distraction was enough for him to at least get out into the streets.

Hissing at the claw marks now occupying his face the half angel grabbed onto one of the ancient vases and threw it into the path the other was running. As Jackal B. was about to exit the door the vase swooped in and burst on the side of the wall the pottery shattering, shards flying into the other's face...scratching the other slightly.

The impact had startled the demonic male, who wouldn't have faltered after that. Dashing to the other he grabbed Erin by the brown lock of hair, which had seemed to have grown. "Where do you think your going?" The angel whispered slinging the man backward, managing to make the smaller male crash against a wooded stand which held most of the vase, some falling and shattering on the floor.

Arish closed the door and turned to look at his old lover. "We don't have to fight Erin." His eyes showing honesty even though still determined in case the other didn't agree.

Everything happened so fast that Erin's head was spinning, "F-fuck," he stuttered out, groaning in pain. The wood from the stand was digging against his back, and the brunette was pretty sure he'd have some awkward splinters to remove later...if there was a later. Jackal B. glared at the other through the pain. Erin shakily stood up, heart racing in his chest, fear and adrenalin pumping threw his system.

"We don't have to fight Erin."

"You could of fooled me," He snarled, glaring at the other, green eyes full of doubt, anger, and maybe a little sadness. Jackal B. was not making the mistake of trusting this man with anything again. But...if there was a way out of this with out dying than the half-demon was willing to listen. "I'm listenin'...," He muttered, averting his eyes away from the other's coal gaze.

"You can not continue with your business, I need you to leave this places and hide out. My mission today was to kill you, if the hunters know I left you alive they would kill me and you. Now, I myself has been doing some research and there are some pretty low shit going on. No matter how much I hate demons....we need to work together." The half angel told the demonic man before looking away to the door.

"So what do you say? If you don't agree," the taller male began looking once again at his old lover. "I will have to kill you."

Erin frowned, he'd hate to part with the business. It wasn't just his, it was his mentor's...but he was sure Coyote would want him to be alive rather than die over some silly business. This was just too weird, just a minute ago Arish looked like he was going to kill the conman, and enjoy it, and now the other was offering him a deal. There was some sort of catch, the brunette could smell it, but he had no choice but to agree.

"Fine," Erin sighed, "I'll work with ya, but after this shit all blows over I never want to see your face again, got it." He then picked up his fedora, and swiftly cut his own hand, sprinkling blood on his treasured hat. It was a birthday present, and he would never dirty it on regular circumstance, but desperate times calls for desperate measures.

Jackal B. handed the other the bloodied hat, "Give this to your hunter buddies. Anyone who knows me knows that I would never give up Coyote's legacy with out a dying first...after that meet me at the alley way between Hells Angels, and The Freelancers Mercenaries. Everyone thinks I live upstairs here, but I actually live in an apartment on the other side of town so it should be safe there. It's kind of hard to get to so you'll need me to show you the way."

Erin sighed sadly, and looked around. He was going to miss this place...but he wasn't going to leave it forever. After all this stuff with Arish blew over he'd just open up again underground. Jackal B. had to make a few calls and get some things before he 'died', so he started for his office at a sedate pace, wincing at his injuries every so often.

As the other padded out of the room the angel found himself smiling. Hm...seems that he's not the same old Erin. He's gotten much more tougher and...bossy. Smirking the angel turned, his jacket flapping behind him as he left the building with the bloodied hat. The man just hoped that this would be enough proof, the organization had asked for the male's head specifically, but it wasn't anything that Arish couldn't get himself out of. All he would have to say is that he was no hard murderer no matter how much he hated demons. With his father being the leader of the hunter elites, the dark haired man would be saved. There was no way the higher ups would argue too much with them, even though they would be a little unsatisfied.

"Geez, the thing I do for that man." The whisper escaped, his coal eyes looking around his surrounding. After he turned in the hat ... he was suppose to meet up with the other......where again?

"-after that meet me at the alley way between Hells Angels, and The Freelancers Mercenaries. After tieing up some loose ends, and stashing away the more important stuff, and grabbing what he needed Erin found himself standing in the alley waiting for Arish. He was damn lucky that he stashed some clothes incase of all nighters. He had changed out of his suit into some more casual clothes; a t-shirt, leather jacket, skinny jeans and some boots. One of his favorite more casual outfits personally. He leaned back on the brick wall and sighed, Erin wasn't very excited about working with Arish, but sadly it was a necessary thing. He fingured the strap of the messenger bag hanging off his shoulder, all the files they would need were in there, along with something the brunette thought would be useful. He rolled his shoulders slightly, wincing at the bandaged wound on his shoulder, damn angel had some accuracy.

Jackal B. heard footsteps approch the alley, and the other's sent hit him. Glacing up cat-like green eyes met Arish's coal, "So, ready to go?" He asked, trying to be as casual as possible just encase someone was listening.

The half angel had walked along the path of the Nuetral Realm before taking flight to the human zone. Jumping and dashing up the stairway the dark haired male was in front of the hunter elite's door in no time. Giving a small knock a male voice could be heard through the door.

"State your name and executive number sir."

"Arish...executive number 122067566." A click was heard after a moment an the half angel padded through the door before throwing the bloodied hat onto the table. All of the elite forces was sitting waiting for his arrival. Silence reigned through the room as the men around stared to the object that now occupied space on the surface of the oak wood.

"Is this what you bring us Arish... A bloodied hat? This isn't proof enough that you killed him." The men around the table stared to the angel and to the man who had spoken. Some nodding and other pursing their lips.

"Why isn't it? I'm not a cold blooded murder who decapitate people for the fun of it, no matter how much I hate those filthy wretched demons I will not do that." Taking out the Xcalibur that he had stab through Erin with. Throwing it also onto the table, the blood splattering everywhere, he began to talk once more. "That's more proof. I stabbed him through the heart...he's dead."

Silence

.

.

.

.

"Very well," His father began glancing into his son coal eyes which held no emotions. "but...my son if we find out that it's all a lie...you do know that you will be killed right?"

The dark haired male glares at his father. The man had said it as if he didn't care if his son was killed, this hunter job meant way too much to his father. "I'm aware of that, thank you. I'm not a damn idiot you know." Snatching the blade from the table and walking to the door to slam it open. Arik only sighed as his son dismissed himself. "That boy is a hand full."

--

Soon Arish was wondering along the streets of the Nuetral Zone once more. Making sure to keep his hands on his weapon just in case another tried attacking him. Finally finding...'Hells angel'...and 'The Freelancer Mecenaries' Arish walked between the two assaulted with the voice of Jackal B.

"So, ready to go?"
The dark haired half angel Just gave the male a nod and began following him.

"Good," the half-demon muttered, before going to the end of the alley way and moving an bit of loose fencing out of the way. Erin held it open for the other as he passed threw as well; one couldn't say Jackal B. wasn't polite. The path back to the green eyed man's appartment was full of twists and turns, and not many would be able to find it unless they had Erin's sent. The conman may have been a little paranoid, but that was justified by how he lived, and what his line of work was.

Soon they found there way to a seemily abandoned appartment building. Erin gestured for the other to fallow him to the side of the building. Then he began to climb up the fire escape of the four floored building, until he reached the last one, and lifted up the window, this was his appartment. "Hurry up, we ain't got all day," The slightly smaller shouteddown at Arish before going inside. Once inside Erin flicked on the light, revealing a surpisingly simple appartment, perhaps a little messier than average, but not what someone would expect of such an eccentric and weird man as Jackal B....but exactly what someone like Erin would have liked. Small, comforting, simple, and homey. The brunette proceeded to take a seat on the couch, and place his messenger bag on the coffee table, he needed a break.

Climbing through the window Arish frowned. Damn...I'm such an idiot, I didn't have to go through that if I would have just used my wings. "What the hell kind of person ever climbs through a fire escape to get to their house." The dark haired male laughed looking at his use-to-be lover. Trailing to a couch he plopped upon it before clearing his throat. This was just like Erin...all homey feeling, but it could be tidied at least.

"This place is junky...ever heard of organization?" Teasing the now strange individual coal eyes studying the other's face for an answer. His ex love wa still so beautiful....Arish averted his eyes in favor of staring to the floor. They could never be together....ever!

"A paranoid person," Erin awnserd with a small chuckle, "and excuse me, I wasn't expecting company today. I'll clean up later." The brunette smiled slightly at the other, it was funny how comforting Arish's pressance could be when there was no serious business going on, or threats. He still didnt trust him much, but it was good to have some company.

He smiled a bit wider at the angel, as the coal eyed man averyed his gaze to the floor. "Since when were you the shy one," the green eyed demon joked, amusement showing in his voice. Accidently rolling his should again out of habit, Erin winced, he may or may not need stiches. He was no doctor, he just let his natural healing abilty take care of things, but that abilty could be iffy at the best of times.

At that statement the male looked up to the green eyes demon and made a amused sound. "I should say the same to you...when did you become so bold and courageous?" Slightly smiling to the demonic man as he folded his arms over his chest. "Why the alias also...Jackal B., what kind of name is that?" Now teasing the other, it actually wasn't a bad name...strange, but in a good way.

Now thinking about it the half angel had to wonder why was he here. Would the two of them trade some information that they has found out about, now or later? "Did we come here to talk or....fuck?" Raising an eyebrow, rubbing his fingers through his dark strands.

"Why the alias also...Jackal B., what kind of name is that?"

"It was something that was tradition with the business. My mentor was called Coyote, and his mentor was called Fox. It's kinda a thing to be named after tricky animals, I was almost called Crow, but I didn't like that one much. The B was because it sounded cool," Erin explained, rubbing the back of his neck. He didn't like crow because that was a jab at the brunette's demon form, which he hated. It was disgusting, and he just didn't like it.

"Did we come here to talk or....fuck?"

Erin let out a growl at the other, letting him know he crossed the line with the fuck comment. "To trade information, and to show you how to get information in the neutral zone with out being found out. Most demons will be able to at least smell your angel heritage on you, and wont tell you jack shit. Also you need to learn a little slang, and stop talkin' so proper. Unless you're a freshly fallen angel you don't talk like that around here," He explained, looking away from the other, glaring. He them quickly dug through the messenger bag on the table, and pulled out a small vile of an orange-brown liquid.

"This," He held up the vile, "Will mask your sent with that of a human's for up to three hours at a time. I grabbed several others so you have plenty of time to mingle." The potion was an invention of demons and was deemed 'illegal' by the Humans who still thought they ran things a long while ago, but it was still in regular use today; mostly by half breeds looking for a normal life, or demons going into the Human Zone.

"All my info's in the bag, have any questions just ask...," He muttered, getting up. He did a rushed job of taking care of his injuries and needed to go re-bandage them. He glanced at the other, and wondered if he needed help talking care of his injuries as well. He bit back a smirk at little at the claw marks across the other's face, now he will have scars too.

The half angel stared to the male that was in front of him, dragging a towel gently across his face. Yeah, the demonic male had scratched his face. That would definitely leave a scar. Arish could see the small smirk that the other was trying to hide...but it was a very good attempt. "Go ahead and smile, I know that your feeling a bit cocky."

The angel himself couldn't say that this wasn't funny. Laughing softly he lifted the other's chin so that Jackal B. could look into his coal colored eyes. "Though you were just mad a second ago when I mentioned our first sex experience right?" Also smirking when he saw the frown harvesting the demonic males face. "Aw don't be too sensitive."

Stretching after hissing at the pain in his scars. "Ruining my appearance wasn't very nice you know." Smiling at the brunette softly.

Erin scowled at the other, yet didn't move move when the other lifted his chin. He blushed slightly, this is what Arish used to do when Erin was upset to get him to talk. One part of him wanted to kiss the Angel, while the other half wanted to punch him. "Well, you deserved it, love," Jackal B. said with false sweetness be turning his head forcefully away from the other's coal gaze.

While walking the short treak to the bathroom to get the first aid kit the half-demon muttered under his breath angrily, "Fucking asshole has the nerve to bring that up...stupid, fucking, hypocritical asshole. Hope karma bites him in his self ritious ass one day." He was not only angery because of the memories that were brought up, but the mixed emotion Arish brought him. Was it posible to hate and care for someone at the same time?

Arish could tell that he had gotten the other upset, but he was just teasing. The angel knew that it would have that affect, that was why he said it exactly. The demonic male was feeling too cocky for his own good and the angel just wanted to wipe that smile away.

Coal eyes steering around the room, Arish mind began to wonder. "Hey, how did you get into this business anyways?" Voice loud enough so that Jackal B. could hear him in the next room. The dark haired male couldn't see what the strange boy was doing, but had no doubt on Erin. The dark haired hunter knew that the other wouldn't hurt him...or...maybe he would. His old lover had changed quite a lot, who's to say that the brunette man wasn't now a liar.

Narrowing his eyes the half angel placed his band onto one of his Xcaliburs. What was be thinking to actuay come into an enemies territory....no, Erin would not hurt him. We agreed on a truce dammit! Be argued with himself.

Erin raised an eyebrow at Arish as he sat back down, first aid kit in hand. What, did he think he was going to pull a knife in him? Well...it looked like Jackal B. wasn't the only overly paranoid man in the room. Snickering slightly Erin shook his head, a bit amused. "Well," The brunette began, "I was taken in by a swindler so when he died he left me with the business to run. He kinda trained me for the most part and the rest I learned myself. It's kinda a fun business when you get a hang of it."

The half demon then dug out some anti-bacterial cream from the first aid kit. "Now come here, and let me put some of this on your face, it's the least I can do after giving you a hell of a cut," the green eyed man said almost caringly.

The half angel scoffed at the smaller male lightly shaking his head. "So caring I see, even with me." Sming softly before narrowing his eyes. "Erin...seems that you still have feelings for me." His smile turning into a smirk as he now stood before the other pursing his lips.

Settling down beside the demon he leaned against the couch, relaxing next to the one that he used to love. Jackal B. wasn't such a bad person, at least he was cleansing his wounds...something that the dark haired angel didn't do for the other when the two of them was younger. "So tell me...Jackal B., what is it that your learned of the higher up...the ones looking over the realms?
