Arish glared to the women as she made remarks about his-...Jackal B. The half angel at the moment wasn't in the right state of mind so he didn't care who really heard him. The dark haired male loved Erin, true; but he still wouldn't think that the situation he was in was anyone else's fault but the brunette's.

"Damn you and this while fucking Realm. I don't care about your stupid Freelancer mecenaries, or anyone here for the damn matter. I just want to go home so are you going to tell me the way out of this stupid place or what?" The building wasn't humongous, but it was a nice size. If the angel wanted to he could finds his way out on his own. This was just an oppurtunity to let off some of his stress. The ex hunter was NOT good while under stress, or pressure.

"You know...nevermind I'll find my way out dammit."

Unbenounced to either of them Erin hung just around the corner. The brunette bit his lip as he felt guilt rise in his chest. Arish probably hated him for causing this whole mess. The half demon stayed in the shadow and let out a barely noticeable sigh, his mask of indifference now firmly back in place, no emotion getting through. He turn to walk away from Kay and Arish. He knew just wanted to forget, and drink his troubles away.

"What home? You're a wanted man, one foot outside and you're dead meat!" Kay shouted after him, "You selfish brat!" This guy was just frustrating.

Arish just gave off a scoff as he walked away from the woman, albeit when he turned the curve he seen Erin as he began to walk away. The brunette's face has seemed to have his face screwn in an emotionless expression, though Arish could see some sadness. It not like the ex Elite Hunter cared anyways, right? Sighing he shook his head and began to walk faster, passing Jackal B. on the way. The time the half angel was walking past the other he looked to his face saddened.

......................ok.......Maybe I am being selfish, Kay was right. This isn't anyone's fault but my own. I'm the reason that I didn't kill Erin. I'm the reason that the two of us decided to work together. The reason I'm so hurt is my own fault...I was the one that mentioned Erin. The one that also talked ill of the Realm Officials. This is my fault and my fault only, I shouldn't blame the only one, besides my mother and sister, whoever loved me.

Stopping in his tracks, the dark haired male grabbed onto the smaller male and looked into his green cat-like eyes. "I'm sorry, I....didn't mean to make all of this happen. I only hurt you and that is not what I wish to do. I hurt you enough." The taller male let out a heavy breath before looking to he floor. "I'll get it removed..."

Erin stared wide eyed up at his boyfriend and pulled him into a tight hug. But...this wasn't all Arish's fault, a lot of it was the half-demon's too. He wanted to make this up to his boyfriend in anyway possible, and that's when a thought struck him...what about a transplant? But who could-no wait, he knew who defiantly could. Now...if only he could get Abel to agree. Placing a soft kiss on his lover's lips, the conman said, "It's both of our fault, love...everything will be okay, I promise, all right." And everything would be all right if Jakcal B. had anything to say about it. The brunette pulled away, and took the dark haired angel's hand in his own and lead the taller back to the Medical Bay.

Kay watched they pair leave, raising an eyebrow, what in the world was Jackal B. planning? She shrugged, and continued on her way down the hall, the conman may be strange, but he was smart, he wouldn't do anything too stupid.

Abel looked up as the pair entered the room, and sighed with relief, glad the younger demon was able to bring back the distressed half-angel. "Oh...thank goodness, now young one," he looked at Arish, "Please go to the back room, Ruu shall be waiting for you to get you prepped." The full demon caught the look the cat-eyed man gave him as soon as he entered the room, he wanted to discuss something urgently.

Erin pulled the taller down into another kiss, and looked into Arish's coal eyes. "I love you, everything will be fine," He whispered, placing another chaste kiss to his lover's lips before backing away.

Arish felt terrible, but he knew that he had to do it. Slowly backing away from the other that had given him a kiss, the half angel reached to ruffle the brown locks and smiling softly to the Erin. "I love you."

The dark haired male backed away and slowly walked into the back room as Abel instructed him to.

Looking to Ruu the ex hunter slowly bit into his bottom lip before staring to the smaller male. The fallen angel was even smaller than his lover. "How long would this take? Will I have to be put to sleep, I.....really don't like to be put asleep. It's not that I'm scared, but...it's a just that I don't trust anyone."

The coal eyes darted across the room, checking out the surroundings; but the taller male was nervous for sure. He at least wanted Jackal B. to be in the room with him.

"How long would this take? Will I have to be put to sleep, I.....really don't like to be put asleep. It's not that I'm scared, but...it's a just that I don't trust anyone."

"Not very long, but," Ruu said gently to the older male, "I'm sorry but you have to be put under...It wont feel long, though. One minute you're a out and the next you wake up. Don't worry, Abel and I know what we're doing, nothing bad will happen, I promise." The teen patted the operating table with a gloved hand, "Can you lay down on your stomach please?" The Fallen gave the tall angel a comforting smile before pulling up a teal medical mask.

Meanwhile, in the other room Erin explained what he was thinking to Abel. "You can't be serious, young one!" The full demon nearly shouted, magenta eyes looking to the other's now out wings widely. They were slick, crow-like wings with a slight greenish tint when the light hit them right, and seemed a bit too big for Erin's frame. "I am...take them off, and replace Arish's lost one, I've seen you do it before," The conman said, voice drop dead serious. Abel stared at the half-demon with something akin to horror, he was serious, "You do realize the risks, right? The-"

"I'm not changing my mind Abel," Jackal B. said firmly looking into the other's eyes.

"...I see...I'll tell Ruu to prep a room for you as well...are you sure you want to go through with this?" At the half-demon's nod the full demon sighed in defeat, both of these boys were so stubborn, "Go down to the room to your left and wait there, Ruu will be there soon..."

Abel entered the room Arish was in, and whispered something in Ruu's ear which made the much smaller male pale slightly. He nodded and left the room, looking a bit worried.

The dark haired male glanced to the smaller teen and frowned lightly once he saw that the eldest demon was whispering to the fallen angel. A worried face slowly graced over the other's face as he left from the room. Arish frowned looking toward Abel and sighing. He guessed that whatever it was, was none of his business. Turning and lying into his stomach like the fallen had instructed, the coal eyed male laid his head onto the surface and waited.

"Once I get this surgery or whatever, how long will I have to wait to recover? Right now really isn't the right time to be in such a failed state. If I can't defend myself when I need to, I'm just as useless as...a child. I need to protect myself and Erin- umm...Jackal B. I mean." Arish added quickly, staring to the demonic man to see if he had heard his mistake; but maybe he already knew the brunette's name; although the half angel didn't think he had.

"A few weeks, but considering your healing abilities, maybe sooner. You are rather healthy," Abel replied, ignoring the slip, young Jackal B. could tell him his birth name in his own time. "Now," he uncapped two potion, a heavily sleeping potion along with a potion that would numb the body to pain, "I'll press theses to your lips one at a time, and I need you to drink." They didn't have access to anesthesia in the Neutral Zone so they had to make due. First he pressed the numbing potion to Arish's lips, making sure he drank it all, and then he pressed the strong sleeping potion to his lips; this time stopping the half-angel at half. Then with in a matter of seconds the dark haired male was out.

In a separate room Jackal B. was in the exact same position as as his lover in the next room over. Ruu looked at Erin unsure and said before uncapping the sleeping potion, "You can still back out B....". The brunette gave him a firm look and said, "I'm not backin' out!". The Fallen let out a mournful sigh and pressed the bottle to the other's lips, and soon he was out as well.

Abel entered the room, "We are starting with Arish, come on little one." Ruu nodded and glanced back at the knocked out man before fallowing his master.

---Several Hours Later---

Erin woke up slowly, the first thing he registered was that he was laying on his stomach, not a position he normally laid in. The second thing was that he was not laying beside Arish but in a hospital bed. His heart began to race at panic set in, but when he tried to sit up a sharp, aching pain shot threw his back, causing him to cry out. Then it all came rushing back to him. Did it work? Where was Arish? Was he okay? He felt a hand on his shoulder and looked up to see Ruu standing there, a glass of water in hand. "Is he okay?" were the first words out the Conman's mouth. "Yes, it was complete success. Here, take this," Ruu said handing him the glass of water and two white pills. Erin easily popped the pills and chugged down the whole glass of water. He sat up a bit easier now, only a dull ache in his back.

"Can I go see him?" The brunette asked desperately, fidgeting restlessly in the bed. Ruu nodded and helped the now wingless half-demon stand. He handed the taller a shirt to put over his bandaged torso, which Erin put on as quickly as he could, and lead the man out of the room, keeping a hand on his lower back to keep him steady.

Erin shakily sat in a chair placed next to his unconscious lover, wincing a little. It was weird, seeing his wing on Arish's back, but also made him feel happy, his angel was going to be able to fly again! He stroked the other's dark hair, smiling. He hoped Arish was going to be happy.

Arish frowned at the old demonic being as he explained how long it would take for him to recover, though due to his healing abilities he'd be healed sooner. "What exactly is sooner?" The dark haired male asked but he was ignored. Abel began to tell Arish what both vials, in his gloved hands, contained in them. One was a dose of pain relieving potion and the other was to place him in a heavy slumber.

The male had asked him to comply with it, and he would....what other choice did he have. Now he would be a wingless, worthless fallen angel. No he refused to get them both removed...if anything he would at least keep the one that was healing. That was a for sure thing. Sighing he was about to voice that statement when the first glass tube was placed to his lip. It was disgusting to be honest. The male didn't know if it was the pain reliever or the sleeping potion, but he opened his mouth to talk.

"I want Jackal B. to be with m-" When he was talking the demonic male placed yet the second tube against his lips. Arish drunk it willingly and grimaced before finishing his sentence. "e. Dammit." sleep took over him suddenly and the half angel was fighting it off as best as he could, although no matter how hard be tried...the potion had won and placed him in a deep slumber within a matter of seconds.

--Hours later--

Body limp as if he was lifeless, the ex hunter kept his eyes closed. He was awake, but at the moment didn't want to open his eyes. The slumber had felt good but now that he was woke, his back was severely hurting. A groan escaped his lip, though Arish kept still.

At the groan Erin paused in stroking his boyfriend's hair. "Love?" The conman asked softly. Arish was awake now, he could tell that from the way his breathing changed, and the way his body tensed slightly. Ruu, in the background prepared two more pills, and another glass of water. He handed both items to Jackal B. and, wanting to leave them to this privet moment, left the room. The brunette placed both on a side table, and leaned a bit more forward in his chair, letting out a soft hiss of pain. "Arish?" He questioned again, brushing some dark hair from his love's scarred face.

Abel watched unnoticed from the doorway. He was still a bit shocked by his young friend's decision, but the full demon felt a little happy for them as well. They obviously loved each other, and had known each for longer than they let on. Love like that does not form with in a few days, it takes many years. The demon decided he'd check on them later, and let them be alone.

The dark haired male opened his eyes before slowly reaching up at the hand that rested on his face. Grabbing a hold of Erin's fingers the dark haired man opened his eyes to look into the green beauties of his lover's. He let off a soft smile before deciding to speak.

"Babe, I'm in a lot of pain." Arish laugh trying his best to take his mind away from the hurt. Looking to the smaller male his coal eyes were dimmed slightly, a pained look marring his face. "Umm....is it all over." Reaching his hand to touch his boyfriends cheeks. Pulling the other's face closer the older male leaned up to kissed the lips of Erin's, but due to his back bending in the action the dark haired man let out a loud hurtful groan before falling back to the bed.

"Umm....is it all over?"

Erin nodded, and smiled softly. He wondered when Arish would notice, what he'd say. Would he be happy, or would he be mad? When his lover groan the brunette quickly handed him the pills and water Ruu had left. He pressed a light kiss to the other's forehead, and smoothed back his hair a bit. He felt bad that Arish was in such pain, and hoped that the medicine would kick in quickly. He glanced at the black and green tinted wing attached to the dark haired man's back, and understood why it probably hurt pretty bad, it seemed a little inflamed around where the wing met his back. He was sure that it would fade though, once his body got used to the demon wing.

"I wish you weren't in so much pain, but the medicine will help," Erin knew this for a fact because the pain in his back had almost faded completely, save for the little aches when he moved wrong.

The dark haired male stared to his boyfriend and smiled lightly before looking away from the smaller male. Grabbing the pills and the water, the ex hunter threw them into his mouth and swallow some of the liquid to push it down his throat. Breathing heavily Arish glanced to his lover and frowned slightly.

"Help me sit up. Gods my back hurts. I'm going to look so ridiculous with just one wing." Glancing to the side where his left wing would rest. Seeing a blackish green feather-like object he frowned. As he arched his back the weird object moved and the dark haired male glanced to Jackal B. in surprise.

"What the fuck is this? Help me up Erin, now!"

"What the fuck is this? Help me up Erin, now!"

Erin helped his boyfriend sit up, and bit his lip nervously. He hoped Arish wouldn't be mad. "Um...love, have I ever told you that I'm half bird demon...crow to be exact," The brunette muttered, looking away, fearing his unpredictable boyfriend's reaction. He hoped he wouldn't have to exactly spell it out for him. As he raised his arm to rub the back of his neck the half-demon's shirt rode up slightly, revealing a bit of the bandages covering his torsos.

The conman figited in his chair, wincing slightly when his back twisted the wrong way.

After seeing the smaller male's bandaged torso, the coal eyes looked up to the green eyes before his face was soon taken over by hurt. "You, gave me your wing?" His mouth opened in a gap staring to Jackal B. to hear his answer. His boyfriend had given him a transplant, had willingly gave him a wing without Arish knowing.

"What the hell is wrong with you!" The older male yelled, sneering slightly at his lover. The worst thing was, and this was something terrible to say but.....Erin was half demon. What the hell would actually happen if his body was to actually accept anything from demonic beings?

Now getting a better sense of his feelings, the male could feel the inflammatory heat that the wing was pumping through his body. It was hot and surely hurted. "What the fuck where you thinking?"

Erin flinched at his boyfriend's yelling, and looked down at his feet. "That you'd be happy and be able to fly again...," the half-demon muttered. Maybe it was a rash decision, but who else would have done it! Who else would have cut off a wing for an ex hunter! Not to mention Jackal B. had cut off both. Bird demons were normally as prideful of their wings as angels. But because of his 'late blooming', so to speak, the half-demon hardly used his wings, and didn't have the same pride as the rest of his species. He didn't need them, but Arish did, God damnit!

Abel had explained to him that he could have died, getting any limb removed was dangerous. He was willing to risk his life for his love to be happy. He whiped his eyes, he refused to cry, crying would only make things worse. Jackal B. knew he did the right thing, he knows he did...Arish just had to see that. Sometimes people refused things that would help them in the long run...and those good things had to be force upon them. That's just how Erin's mind worked.

Arish said nothing as his coal eyes studied his boyfriend's face. The smaller was so beautiful, yet rational. The dark haired male couldn't deny one bit that he was actually happy of the situation. Whether it be dangerous or not, or whether the male in front of him asked him or not, the half angel would have selfishly agreed. He would have agreed even if it would have cost his lover's life.

No, no! Wait...what the fuck is wrong with me? I would NOT have taken the wing if it cost Jackal B. his life. No way I may be selfish, but there's no way I'm THAT selfish. Giving a long sigh the pale hands reached to grab the other and pulled him closer, making Erin sit beside him in the bed.

"Don't do anything without my consent. Did this harm you in any way? Could it have harmed you?" Staring up to the brunette with intensity. "I don't like when I'm not told what is going on around me. It burns but....I can deal with it." Smiling softly at his lover, running his fingers through the patches of brown licks.

"Don't do anything without my consent. Did this harm you in any way? Could it have harmed you?"

Erin bit his lip and pressed more into his lover's side. "My back aches, but that's about it," it was sort of the truth. When he had medicine his back only ached, but without the medicine his back felt like he couldn't move without massive amounts of pain. Arish didn't necessarily need to know that at the moment. "I wont do something like that without telling you next time, love," The conman promised, actully meaning it.

The brunette leaned up and pressed a soft kiss to the half-angel's lips. He was glad that Arish wasn't too angry with him.

There was a chuckle that racked Arish's body as his coal eyes looked to Jackal B. in amusement. "Babe~ don't you know by now that you can get nothing past me. I know when your hiding something, but I'll let you tell me on your own time."

Damned demonic being. Does he actually think I love him? Tsk...once I get all of the information I need he will be killed just as well as everyone else here in this damned Freelancers idiots....especially that wretched women. I'll kill her last...last and the most cruelly

Closing his eyes he brought the brunette down for another kiss and looked into the green eyes, a serious look taking over his face. "Love, you know I love you right? Please leave...I need to not see you in a while."

"Love, you know I love you right? Please leave...I need to not see you in a while."

Erin looked up at the other with confusion, "I know you love me, and I love you, but why do you want me to leave all of the sudden?" The half-demon was ten kinds of confused right now. What was with sudden mood change. Speaking of which...when did the feeling in the room become...creepier? Scary? More dark? Jackal B. did know what to use to describe it but it was not good. "Arish, is something wrong? Should I go get Abel?" The green eyed man question, looking up at his lover. Something just felt off about him.

He slowly got up from the bed, looking at Arish with a questioning look. Did Erin do or say something to make him want the demon to leave?

Arish looked to the brunette and swallowed a lump in his throat. Shaking his head in dismissal the dark haired male frowned to his lover and pursed his lips. "No, I don't need Abel and there is nothing wrong with me. I just need you do as I tell you Erin." Reaching a hand up to rub across the confused face of his his lover.

There were something that the dark haired male knew of, something that he didn't yet want to share with his boyfriend. Being in the Elite Hunter Orginization costed more than he thought it did. The mind was a strong thing, but once someone wanted to be a part of something so badly, they would do anything to join. His father over the years had changed, and so had he, although most of it was against their will. Arish just wished that his father would have warned him.

"No, I don't need Abel and there is nothing wrong with me. I just need you do as I tell you Erin."

Something was wrong that Arish wasn't telling him...but Erin would wait until his love told him himself. Unlike the half-angel Erin had a hell of a lot of patients. "Okay, I'm going," He place on of his hands lightly on top of the one Arish had placed on his face, "But...you better tell me what's going on later, love." Or Jackal B. would just have to find out himself. He was known for not only being a 'Merchant' as he called it, but also for being one of the best Information Brokers to ever grace the Neutral Zone since Kay deiced to retire and start the Freelancers. He placed a chaste kiss on the other's lips before leaving...maybe he didn't really have the patient he tried to have. He needed to find Kay and get his hands on a computer. Time to dig his demon claws into the Hunters Organization, and find Arish's file.

Meanwhile Kay was leaning over Coyote's old laptop, face rather pale. What the hell was she reading? Why would someone do this? How would someone have the conscious to do this? Fuck! And she thought the Realm Officials were messed up before but this takes the motherfucking cake, and not just a slice, all of it! A knock on the door made her jump and reach for her gun.

"Hey, it's me Kay."

"F-fuck...come in B.,...there's something you need to see...," The Freelancer's leader said, voice a little shaky. The brunette came in, looking at Kay with confusion before leaning over he shoulder to look at what she was reading, wincing slightly at the pain in his back. Green eye widened dramatically, he was going to need to put his plans on hold.

"Wha-what the fuck?" The conman whispered.

"And that's only the tip of the iceberg," The human said in a serious, non-mocking tone.

Arish closed his eyes to clear his mind, his back still inflamed slightly from the demon genes fusing with his angelic ones. Breathing heavily the dark haired male began to chant the same sentence over an over. A mantra of words falling from his mouth. "I will not submit" Knowing that this would be such an affect ln him, the dark angel wished he could go back in time to talk to the younger Arish. The man, at the point of finding his ex lover, at the time, was a demon; Arish was willing to do anything to hunt demons. For the revenge of his sister and those who was lied to, like he was.

Love is useless. It is nothing that one must need. It only makes thou weak. One would do anything for the person thy love, even willing to be killed. There is only one life to live so why waste it on anyone but thy self. Lose the passion for hatred. Forget the likes for dislikes, and always keep enemies in the heart so thy can one day destroy thee. I remember everything...the whole saying. My feelings are all lies, something my heart remembers but my mind forgot. I don't love Erin...it's all a lie.

Biting his lips harsh enough for it to bleed, the ex hunter opened his coal eyes to stare to the ceiling. "Why should I lead him on if I don't love him. Why do I lie to him....he means nothing to me. Not a damn thing." Emotions fading in the eyes the half angel took a dep breath before slowly starting to stand. "Erin...I...love you."

As Erin read the file he felt more and more sick. Experimentation, kidnapping, slavery and execution. It was just all so wrong on so many levels. This is what happens to all dicovered half-demons...if Arish didn't try to kill him...Erin would be wishing he was dead, and probably not even remember his own name. Jackal B. gulped and held back the bile coming up in his throat. He flipped to next page entitled Half-Angel Program, and his eyes widened again. It was a resent project, started in the last ten years. It was conditioning to hate demon, planned scenarios to ensure distrust and loathing. So...they planted demons in the Human Zone...and let them...oh god! Emily! the brunette covered his mouth shaking, he knew there had to be a reason why an incubus was in Human Zone, they can't just waltz on in.

The half-demon looked at Kay, who was equally as horrified. "Kay...I never hated something as much as I hate the Realm Officals...," The conman said, voice barely above a whisper. Kay nodded mutely, holding back tears.

"So many innocent people...,"She said mournfully, burring her face in her hands, "Lives ruined or decided for them...no one should live like that."

"So many families," Erin added, tears pooling in his green eyes, "torn apart, like Arish's." He got up shakily, file in hand. He was going to tell his lover who was really responsible for Emily's premature death. He deserved the truth.

The half angel began to stumble through the corridor of the rather large building searching for his lover. The one he had to explain things to. The dark haired male needed for Jackal B. to stay away from him for a while. Things wouldn't run too smoothly if he was feeling this way. Only bad concepts could happen when in this mood, the ex hunter refused to hurt his long time lover. Even though the two had separated, they still over one another. Right?

"Erin, where ar-" Stopping his sentence when he was met with the face of the beautiful demonic being. Holding a hand out the half angel wrapped the other in them before whispering in his ear. "Erin, you know I care for you....but it's not the way you think. I don't care for you because I love you. I care for you because....your a demon that once had my heart. I need it back, and to achieve that....I must kill you." Of course what the angel was saying made only little sense to the average person, but it meant everything to him.

Pulling away from the other he backed away from the brunette man and looked into the green cat-like eyes before shaking his head and looking away. "I'm not safe to be around." Glancing to the one in front of him once more. "Don't believe anything I say."
