Paul watched as the man walked off with disbelief. Once Haseo was completely out of his sight, the tall male glanced at Rose. "Sorry, this is important. I have to take him somewhere safe.. When that guy comes back, don't tell him Ethan's with me," The azure-eyed male said to the woman before running back to the smaller male.

 

With slightly shaking hands, the black-haired male gently picked the other up, holding him in his arms. "Baby, do you at least recognize me? You're going to be fine now. I'll get you home with me and once we're both there, I can think of a way to get that freak in jail." The taller male said, trying to get Ethan to wake from the completely emotionless state he was in.

Ethan felt a familiar warmth as his hand slightly grips Paul's shirt. He wasn't completely awaken but it was a small start. He remained silent as Paul spoke. The voice he was hearing was so gentle. He loved that voice but couldn't remember who it belongs to. His mind just a muddled mess. Haseo went straight home to find his father waiting for him. He wasn't the only one waiting for him. Haseo gritted his teeth. "Damn it...."

Paul felt just a little bit relieved as the other gripped onto his shirt. "Ethan, you're gonna be fine, I swear..." The tall male whispered as he started walking back home, not even bothering to take off his uniform. "Baby, do you recognize me? Just nod if you do, please." Paul said while holding Ethan close to himself. He was going to make him better...

Ethan nods slightly. He wonders if this person was Paul. He would have to find out but he wasn't sure how. His plan was to go along with what he was saying. If things turned dangerous he would trying to escape. Though that part of his plan wasn't well thought out yet. His empty gaze drifts around the house. He remembers it as Paul's place. His eyes started to water. "Paul.... Paul.... I'm sorry Paul..." he cries out

Paul could feel himself panicking. “Baby, why are you apologizing? Everything's gonna be fine, I promise... Just don't cry...“ The tall male said soothingly as he entered his house. Paul held the other close to himself, murmuring that he was safe now. Every single word that the azure-eyed male said was true. He meant that he'd save Ethan and thst he'd make sure nothing like this happened ever again.

Ethan continued to cry for a while longer. He did so until he fell asleep in Paul's arms. He was trembling as he held onto the other. His mind trying to make sense of everything again. It hurt and yet he only wanted to see Paul. His pale skin was slightly paler than normal. Underneath his clothes, Ethan was covered in rope burns and bruises. "Paul I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me. I didn't mean to lie." he mumbles as he sleeps.

 

Meanwhile Haseo and his father had a long talk before he was taken away. His father called the police on his own child. "I don't get it. I'm your real son but you treat Ethan like he is. Ever since you adopted him. Why!?" Haseo growled. "I have my reasons and that's of none of your business." the man said.

Paul smiled softly and pressed a kiss on the other's forehead. “It's okay, baby, don't worry...“ The taller male gently stroked Ethan's hair while keeping the smile on his face. The taller male gently laid the other on his bed, lightly biting his lip as he saw all the bruises.

 

With gentle movements, Paul slowly took off the smaller's shirt, his eyes widening from the amount of wounds. The tall male bit his lip harder as he walked off to grab some bandages and desinfector. The azure-eyed male gently started taking care of the other's wounds, trying his best not to wake him.

Ethan continued to sleep soundly as he was laying on the bed. He was dreaming about Paul. His dream was a happy one but it soon turned into a nightmare. He trembles as his dream continued. His hands gripping the sheets beneath him. He was clearly in distress. Forcing his eyes open, Ethan looked around only to see Paul at his side. He wasn't sure what to say or how to react.

 

For about a good six minutes Ethan just laid there not saying anything. He noticed Paul tending to his wounds so he decided to let him finish. "You don't seem upset with me anymore. Why is that?" he asked looking up at the ceiling. He felt completely broken at the moment so his tone of voice sounded like there was no life in him

Paul blinked a few times and glanced at the other. “Oh, you're awake..“ He muttered out before putting on the last bandage. The tall male bit his lip as he trailed his eyes over Ethan's body. He tried his best to take care of all the wounds, but there were so many...

 

“Why am I not upset with you? Ethan, look at yourself. I can't stand seeing you like this... You're the one I love, how could I still be upset with you?... Baby, the most important thing for me right now is keeping you safe.“ Paul said and smiled softly. “I won't let this happen again.“ The azure-eyed male promised and softly brushed a few hair locks away from the other's face.

Ethan glanced over at him. "I was talking about the lie. I saw you at the concert. I know I avoided telling you the truth but I have a reason. I didn't want to think you were like the rest. Like everyone else who realizes I am a celebrity. They lose focus on me and only see the fame. When you showed up there I felt that you were just persistent in finding out I was famous. I was heartbroken. I didn't want you to be like that Paul." he said looking at the other.

 

"I guess I let my guard down while depressed about you. Otherwise this wouldn't have happened. Please tell me I am wrong. You aren't only still with me because I am a singer?" he asked hoping that wasn't the reason. He would literally die inside if Paul say yes it was his reason...

Paul tilted his head, a soft smile appearing on his face. "Baby, I don't care what you are, where you work, how much money do you get, what family are you from... You are you, and I love you for that. You could be a medic, you could be a simple business man, you could be a clown in children's birthday parties - I'd still love you."

 

The tall male leaned down and pressed a kiss to Ethan's forhead. "I'll be with you no matter what, you hear me? You won't get rid of me that easily~" The azure-eyed male chuckled and looked at the other. A soft smile was making its way back to Paul's face as he softly pecked the other's lips. He would never leave Ethan, that was for sure. No matter what he did, he couldn't take long without him now.

Ethan started to cry again. "Paul... what would I do without you?" he said completely happy the other said such. It was the first time he's ever had someone noticing him and only him. "I love you so much Paul. I really do." he said for the first time. He hadn't noticed he hadn't told Paul his feeling out right before.

 

He closed his eyes before opening them again. "Oh crap! Isn't your sister here?" he asked looking at Paul. "I want to apologize to her too." he said softly

Paul let out a soft sigh as he wiped off the other's tears. "Come on, please stop crying..." He pleaded quietly as he gently stroked Ethan's hair. "I love you too..." The taller male said with a soft smile as he closed his eyes. It was the first time Ethan had actually said it...

 

The azure-eyed male let out a soft chuckle as he shook his head. "She isn't. I think she already left for work... And besides, there's nothing you have to apologize for." Paul said and looked at the other.

Ethan sniffles as he looked at Paul. "You really know how to completely expose all my weak points. I hate that. I am suppose to be all cool and mysterious to you. I feel like I failed in my attempts." he says pouting a bit. "Could we watch television?" he asked looking at him. He inched over a bit since he wanted Paul to lay with him.

 

As he laid in the bed he began thinking. "Oh crap! Haseo will return to the cafe to look for me. What will we do? I would hate for your employees to get hurt because of me." he said not knowing Haseo was locked up.

Paul let out a chuckle as he got into bed next to Ethan. "I know you pretty well then, hm?" The tall male grinned and pressed another kiss on the other's lips. "I like you better this way than 'mysterious and cool', baby~" Paul smiled as he carefully pulled Ethan on his lap, trying not to touch any wound that would cause him pain.

 

"Television? Sure~" Paul smiled as he took the remote and turned on the TV, where some comedy was starting. "Haseo? Is he that psycho? He can't do anything... He'd be kicked out immediately, don't worry too much~" Paul smiled softly and hugged the other's waist a bit tighter.

"You do? I never had anyone actually like me before. Well I am glad I got lost that day in the woods. I met you knight in shining armor and my first love." he said smiling. Relaxing in Paul's arms was perfect to him. "Oh I don't have a cell at the moment so no one can call me." he said remembering Haseo broke his.

 

"Yes that's his name. He's the son of the man who adopted me. Sometimes I wonder what things would be like if I wasn't adopted by him. He's a good father but Haseo is just so twisted." Ethan said softly

Paul chuckled softly and kissed the other's neck. “I'm glad I was able to meet you too...“ The taller male whispered softly as he hugged the smaller's waist, holding him close. “Mm? Where is your phone then?“ Paul asked while planting soft kisses on Ethan's neck.

 

A soft sigh escaped Paul's lips and he nodded. “I understand... Just promise you'll be careful, okay?“ The azure-eyed male said while leaning back against the pillow. “I couldn't bear to see something like this happen to you again...“ Paul said with a frown.

"It is smashed to pieces in my room back home. So there's not much left of it. I'll have to get a new one soon though." he says closing his eyes. Ethan sits up and looked at Paul. "i'll be right back. I need to use the rest room." he said slipping out of bed. While in the bathroom the television was playing some breaking news. The president of Takaouji Pharmaceuticals was on the air. He was announcing his retirement. Though a caption on the bottom read his only son had just been put in jail while his other son was missing.

 

Ethan walked out the bathroom and looked over to Paul. "Watching the news? That seems unlike you in a way." he said crawling back into the bed. He didn't glance at the television as he was focused on Paul

Paul's eyes widened slightly. "I see..." He muttered out and nodded slightly as Ethan walked off. The taller male turned his eyes to the screen and covered a slight yawn while watching the news. He raised his eyebrow as a photo of the missing son was shown.

 

Once the smaller was back, Paul realized just who that was. It was the guy who went to the cafe with Ethan... Haseo, was it? "Unlike me? Come on, I gotta know what's happening around the world!" There the taller male stopped for a while, wrapping his hands around the other's waist again. "Baby, the man who adopted you... By any chance, is he the president of Takaouji Pharmaceuticals?" The azure-eyed male asked, silently hoping for a 'no'.

Ethan chuckled a bit as he lays back down. "Well I only say that because you always seem to know a lot. I figured you might be physic or something." he said jokingly. Ethan laughs happily as he was joking. He was only messing with the other and times like this really made him happy.

 

"Yeah! I told you that before. That I was to be the heir in taking over that company. Though I have no eagerness to do so. I respect the old man truly but I have no skills in that crap. It would be wasted on me. Why do you ask?" Ethan says softly as he pokes Paul's cheeks cutely.

Paul lightly bit his lip as he looked at Ethan. "News are worth watching... Haseo's been put in jail." The taller male said while holding Ethan close to himself. "And your father's retiring. It also says you've gone missing... I should probably at least inform your dad you're okay..." The azure-eyed male muttered out.

 

A soft sigh escaped the taller's lips and he tilted his head to look at the ceiling. "I can't... I don't even want to keep you hidden." He mumbled softly as he held the other close.

"You are serious?" he asked glancing at the television. "I knew he would retire but then did he take my advice." he mutters looking at the television. His eyes glance over to Paul. "What's wrong sweetie? Do you want to keep me hidden a while longer?" he asked him as he was kind of surprised but not all that shocked.

 

Ethan kisses Paul softly. "Well what do you want to do? I don't mind being missing for a little longer. Its up to you though." he said looking at him

Paul let out a slight smile, yet it didn't reach up to his eyes. "I'd love to keep you hidden, but that'd be unfair..." The azure-eyed male sighed and gently kissed back the other. "I'll keep you with me for tonight, babe~" Paul smiled and hugged the smaller male.

 

The smile on Paul's face slowly got warmer as he put his head on Ethan's shoulder. "I just love you so much..." Paul muttered out before planting a soft kiss on the other's neck. "I don't want for you to leave... I don't want for you to be unhappy... But can I really make you happy?"

Ethan looked at Paul confused. "If you are worried about me leaving then don't. I am not going to take over the company. Besides, if he announced his retirement while I am missing it would mean he gave it to someone else. I can't possible take over if I am missing right. I can let him know I am safe and sound without telling him where I am. That should be enough right?" he says hugging him

 

He didn't like seeing the sad smile on the other's face. It was painful for him to see it. "Should we make something to eat. A week without anything to eat is starting to get to me."

Paul blinked and smiled softly. "Sure... If that satisfied you, what can I do but say 'yes'?" The taller male smiled and pressed a kiss against the smaller's forehead. "You just do whatever makes you happy, okay? I won't ask for anything else." Paul softly pecked the other's lips.

 

The taller male blinked a few times. "A week... Without anything to eat?... Baby, why didn't you say sooner? What do you want to eat?" Paul's eyes widened slightly as he hear Ethan say that. "Tell me anything, I'll do it." He smiled softly and tilted his head, waiting for the other to talk.
