Paul smiled and nodded while stepping out of the bath. He pulled out the plug so that the water could flow out while he dried himself off. Once the tall male was done, he slipped on his sleeping clothing and walked into his room so he could slip into the bed with Ethan. "Hey babe~" He chuckled and dropped down on the bed with his eyes closed.

Ethan surprisingly fell asleep as he was tired. His worrying all day caused him to ware himself out. He was curled up like a ball as he laid upon the bed. He felt Paul lay beside him and he instantly clung to him. He was still asleep but he loved the warmth Paul gave off. "I love you Paul.." he mummers softly in his sleep.

Paul blinked a few times and chuckled before pressing a kiss on the other's forehead. "I love you too.." He said softly and quietly as he closed his eyes and pulled his boyfriend closer to himself before pulling on the covers. "I love you so much.." Paul muttered out as he slowly began falling asleep.

The next morning arrived and Ethan was up early. He had showered, changed his clothes and bandages. He was waiting in the living room for Paul. He was excited since his cell phone and other things would arrive later that day. He was feeling conflicted about going to see his birth mother's home. It just felt so odd."Paul will be with me so nothing to fear." he says to himself

Paul mumbled something and turned on his other side, his eyes slowly opening once he realized Ethan wasn't there. "Mm... Babe..?" He sleepily called out and yawned while sitting up. The tall male streched and rubbed his face as he looked around the room. Ethan must've gotten up earlier than he did... With a soft sigh escaping his lips, the black-haired male got out of bed and covered another yawn while heading towards the bathroom.

Ethan got into the kitchen and looked around. He frowns as he held a pot in his hands. 'How the hell am I suppose to do this...' he thinks getting frustrated. He paced back and forth before looking in the fridge. He grabs the bread and some jam. In seconds he had prepared a few jelly sandwiches. He then cut them into heart shapes. "This should wow Paul."

Paul let out a soft groan and stepped into the shower. The cold water immediately woke him up and he shook his head to completely get rid of sleepiness. The tall male washed himself off a little bit and got out, drying himself off before he put on his clothes. Paul then walked to the kitchen and smiled at Ethan. "Morning cutie~" He chuckled and walked up to his lover, lightly kissing his lips.

"Good morning sweet heart. I made breakfast. Its not fancy but I tried just for you." he says with a smile. He really hoped Paul was going to like it. He tried his best to make something. Ethan smiled when Paul kisses his lips. He takes a plate and sits on the couch. He pokes it with a frown. He felt he could have tried harder but he was terrible when it came to him and cooking.

Paul smiled softly and glanced over to the sandwiches. "Aww, thanks babe~" He said softly and kissed the other's forehead while grabbing the sandwich and into his mouth. The tall male closed his eyes and swallowed the first bite before following Ethan on the couch. "Were you up for long?"

Ethan starts to eat his sandwiches. He glanced over at Paul and shakes his head no. "I wasn't up too long. Just moments before you awoke actually." he says though that wasn't true. He was up before the sun was up. He couldn't sleep no matter how hard he tried. He was actually laying there awake before he got out of bed.

Paul blinked a few times before gently taking Ethan's face with one hand to turn him back at him. His azure eyes trailed over his lover's face and he sighed. "Don't lie to me." The raven-haired male said quietly. "Did you get any sleep at all? And don't even think about saying that you slept through the night..."

Ethan flinched at the sudden change in Paul's tone. He glanced down as he couldn't look him in the eyes. "I don't remember. It was a long night. I can't recall if I was asleep or awake." he mutters looking at him. "I seriously don't want to think about it. I hate having restless nights. Its no fun and it makes me cranky. So please just smile as if nothing is wrong so I don't have to feel terrible for making you worry." he says

Paul narrowed his eyes and kept his gaze fixated on Ethan. "Act as if nothing's wrong? I can't. You should stop being like this... It's okay to make me worried sometimes, just let me help in those cases!" He said and put the plate away to hold his lover's face with both hands. "I can't smile if I know that something is wrong... Can you please tell me why couldn't you sleep?"

"I am nervous about going to that house. I don't know what's waiting for me there. What if its a family and stuff and they want me to stay? I don't know what I would do." he says staring into Paul's eyes. "It scares me not knowing and because of that I failed to obtain any sleep. Please don't be upset with me."

Paul sighed softly and pulled the other into a gentle hug. "It's gonna be okay... If there's family waiting for you, you'll tell them what you really want, alright?" He asked softly and planted a soft kiss on his lover's forehead. "I'll be there with you, there's no need to be scared..." The tall male pulled the other close and closed his eyes. "Besides, why would I be upset with you? I'm just worried, that's all.."

Ethan pouts as he is held by Paul. "I suppose I want to go as soon as possible. My phone will arrive today and I want to be here when it does." he says sitting up. He kisses Paul as he went to get the box that the old man gave him. He pulled out the envelope and looked at the directions. "Its off in the country side. Oh I do hope its not a bunch of farmers." he mumbles

Paul smiled softly and stood up after Ethan. "Then just get ready and we can go~" He said as he took both plates into his hands. "I'll go and wash these, and you wait for me, alright?" The azure-eyed male asked softly before walking off into the kitchen. If Ethan decided to stay with his family... What would Paul do?

Ethan nods as he goes to get ready. Once he was he turned to looked over at Paul. "I am ready to go. So now its your turn to prepare." he says still nervous. He couldn't so easily shake the nervousness from himself. It was too much to think about all at once.

Paul smiled softly and walked over to Ethan. “I don't need to do anything else, let's just go to the car~“ He said and let out a soft chuckle before kissing the tip of his lover's nose. “It'll be just fine, alright? I'm gonna be there with you all the time, no need to worry.“

Ethan nods as he heads outside with Paul. He was still nervous despite having the other with him. He just couldn't relax at all. Once in the car he slowly guides Paul with the directing from the letter to the house. He was really hoping it wasn't a farm house. That just creeps him out in every way. As they were getting closer to the destination, Ethan could feel his worry growing.

 

They soon arrived at the house and Ethan was a bit surprised. It wasn't a farm house. That was a huge relief on his part. He slowly gets out the car and looked at Paul. "What should I do? I am far too nervous to go up to the door." he says as he glanced at the house. There was light on inside and a voice. Clearly someone was inside.

Paul calmly followed the other's directions, his attention focused on the road. Both of his hands were on the wheel until he decided to turn on the radio. The mood seemed to lighten up a little bit, well, at least in Paul's head it did.

 

When they reached the house, Paul got out a bit before Ethan, closed the doors and locked the car when he heard his lover's words. The tall male smiled softly and walked up to the other, pulling him into a short hug while kissing his forehead. "It's alright, that's your family in there... I'll be here with you, so don't worry, alright?"

Ethan nods as he hold Paul's hand. He slowly heads towards the front door and stops. He takes a deep breath before knocking. He had a key but he felt seriously odd about using it. His gaze lowers as he hears footsteps approaching the door. The knob slowly turns and standing there is a young man. He tilts his head a bit confused. "Is there something I can help you two with?" he asked looking at them

 

Ethan nods as he wasn't sure what to say. So he hold out the envelope with the letter and key inside. The man takes it and looks at Ethan. "Come inside. I'll set some tea." he says opening the door wider so they could enter. He then walks off to the kitchen. Ethan glanced at Paul before slowly entering. "So your name is Ethan. My name is Aki." he says introducing himself. He then takes a seat at a table and motioned for the two do the same.

Paul looked over at his lover with slight worry in his eyes. When the door opened, the tall male gently squeezed the other's hand to show that he was there for him and went inside along with Ethan.

 

When Aki motioned for them to sit down, Paul did just that and tilted his head. "I don't think you've heard of me yet. The name's Paul." He introduced himself and extended his arm for a handshake.

Aki shakes Paul's hand. "Its a pleasure to meet you both. I can tell your nervous but there's no need to be. This house currently belongs to me but you can have it if you'd like." he says looking at Ethan. "No way! Then you'd be homeless. I can't do that." he says frowning. "Besides, aren't we family?" he asked curious. Aki smiled and nods. "Yes we are. I am well in terms your older brother. I grew up here." he says.

 

Ethan frowns as he didn't like how this was going. "How were you able to grow up here yet I went into adoption!!?" he said a bot angry. Aki glanced to the side. "No one knew about you. Seems your birth was a secret until a day before she passed. I was given a box to mail to the orphanage for you and that was it. I wasn't old enough to adopt anyone and by the time I was you were gone." he says

Paul gently pulled Ethan closer to himself and let out a sigh. "Calm down, you heard the reason." He said quietly and softly stroked his lover's waist. "How long have you been living here? And where's your father?" Paul asked quietly while holding the smaller male's hand in his own, hoping to sooth him at least in the slightest.

 

The tall male let out a small sigh as he waited for his answers. If this guy was Ethan's older brother, it wouldn't be good at all for their bad relationship...
