Name Lance Dremani

Age 27

Race Werewolf

Position Uke

Bio: Having been raised by the pack in a human city he has both a human side and a wolf side, which both tend to be kept very separate. There is only ever one pack in a city and he has the choice between supporting his current alpha or leaving the city and his family to start a new pack. Up till now he has chosen to support his father the pack alpha and remain in the city. Growing up and being educated with his brothers and sisters, then watching as one by one his older brothers left to form their own territories.

Quite intelligent he went to a human university and studied about ecology and the environment, not that there was much in the way of nature within easy access, which made the wolf side extremely angry. He is full of contradictions, while he will tell people to be patient he often can't be. While telling people to keep the noise down he will sometimes be louder.

He has a day job working at one of the human hotels on reception. he found the job tedious and often frustrating but there were so many humans crammed into the city it was difficult to find anything else even with a university education.

Name: Najee (Last name unknown)

Age: Unknown (Looks to be in mid-twenties)

Race: Unknown/undetermined

Bio: Najee has no recollection of who or what he was before being captured to be used for genetic manipulation research. He was subjected to various experiments to see what would happen when various demon genetic were combined and manipulated to create the ultimate creature. Unfortunately Najee showed a lack of great physical power like they had hoped (though he is by no means weak), but proved to be far superior in his mental abilities having developed a photographic memory and the ability to map out infinite possibilities within his mind making him on par or above a super computer. After his close friend in the lab blew it up he escaped and proceeded to make a life for himself out in the demon wilds.

Lance wanted to scream. It was about the fifth time that week, and it was only Tuesday. He found it extremely hard to deal with people, humans or not, the ones he saw at work were always complaining about the most mundane of problems. They would get drunk then start up a conversation, and he couldn't scream and yell at them, couldn't tell them to shut up and get lost because he was at work and at work he needed to be... nice. He watched the clock, the hand ticking and completing its full circle. It was finally over, he was now free to go home and since he had a couple of days holiday booked he didn't need to come back to the hotel for a little while.

This was a very good thing for Lance, he was positively fed up of some of the stupid complaints he heard at reception and would have been happy if the city would disappear. Walking home through the city was a grim site. Lance was a wolf, even when doing his human job he felt disgust at the filth the humans had caused, and it only got worse since the humans avoided the demon lands, which meant more humans were cramped into the same space as their population only increased. What Lance couldn't understand was how some of the wolves he knew preferred the city. Maybe they just liked the convenience.

When he got home he found his parents waiting for him and he sighed. Knowing what the conversation would be about he ushered them into the living room and served some tea before he went to get changed out of his work uniform.

"Lance... your father and i.." his mother began hesitantly before being roughly interrupted by his father.

"You did it again." his eyes were blazing angrily as he stared at Lance. "You know it endangers all of us who live in the city. We are safe as long as the humans don't know, but you did it again!" Lance just nodded, there was no point arguing. His father had made it pack law a few years ago that transformations should only be done when needed and only on private land that his father had acquired, some of the only nature left in the city. Despite this Lance had continued changing about once a week, enjoying the freedom of his wolf form too much and he had sometimes ventured out into the streets, finding a strange pleasure at scaring the living daylights out of the humans as he did so. Maybe it would reduce their numbers... unlikely though. "You need to choose Lance. You are 27, you will either follow pack law or you will leave, and i would rather not have to exile you."

With a small smile he rose, "Then that is an easy choice. Father I am fed up of certain laws that are enforced, almost as much as i am fed up of living in this city, or any city for that matter. I will leave tonight and make my own territory. Now did you want me to show you to the door at all?" He finally had a reason to leave, well he always had a reason but hadn't seen the point when most of the wolves he would find were in cities, maybe he just needed to entice some away, or go to the border cities instead, rather than here, deep in the heart of human lands.

Najee sighed bored while staring at the landscape. He just recently found himself single and on his own again without a home. Tilting his head back against the face of the cliff he's currently hanging from he looks out at the landscape that is currently upside down to his eye. Deciding that it's time to get started on finding and building himself a new home he pushes off the cliff to go visit his friend Yu-kun to see what she knows about good territories to take up residence in. As he falls down the side of the cliff a single large wing appears, black on the outside and blue on the inside. Flapping he levels out to head for his friend's home.

When he arrives at Yu-kun's home she's initially very irritated with him for disturbing her right after she finished a job, but soon calms down as the two start talking. He feels himself starting to relax as he talks with Yu-kun about possible areas to make his own home in, the most likely being the area past Yu-kun's own territory that's about three days walk human speed. Najee leaves settling on the area so he can still visit easily but not have to worry about running into his ex too much.

Leaving feeling uplifted and positive he quickly flies off towards the end of the mountain range to look at the area he's going to lay claim to. Finding a suitable spot to actually build his home on he gets started on the task. At the end of about two weeks he has his home built into the side of the mountain and sufficiently laid claim to the area he wanted from other demons proving he's powerful enough to take it and keep it. The house is built of wood he cleared to create a clearing in front of the house and it backs into the mountain where it has a small system of dried dead caves that can act as storage and extra rooms. Feeling proud of himself he takes stock of the bathroom that taps into one of the rare accessible hot springs that run through the mountains as well as claiming a territory that spans at least 6 miles in either direction from his house. Frowning he notices a tinge of loneliness marring his happiness. "Hmm... Maybe I need a pet or something?" He mutters to himself.

Lance spent the rest of the afternoon saying goodbye. Now most people when going somewhere, including his brothers when they had left packed, but not Lance. He had no attachment to any of the things he owned, in fact his house was quite barren, with plants as decoration but no more. The goodbyes were not overly emotional, it was a fact that was easily accepted in wolf life and he had few human friends. The only packing he did was right before he left and consisted of getting a small bag, putting his money and bank details in it, along with his phone, and a couple of sets of clothes. He then walked to the edge of the city, which did border onto the next city with a small gap between.

When he found somewhere out of site between the cities he put down his bag and stripped, packing the clothes he had just taken off into the top of the bag using up the last of the space. He then set about changing into wolf form, it was either find territory as a wolf, or get on the train and then spend time in each place figuring out if there were wolves there and who they were, at least like this he could smell them from the outskirts... and he didn't need to get on train.

The transformation wasn't easy, it was a painful contortion of his muscles, bone structure and organs, all needing to shift and morph so that when he stood up again he stood up as a proud wolf. his fur as red as his hair had been, not much of a camouflage but he wasn't going to enter a city in this form and no one tended to look at the borders much.

Lance started out, not at all interested in the cities nearby so setled into a steady gait. he could run at this speed for days and that was just what he did, only stopping and changing to go into a city to get some food. As resiliant as he was in wolf form he still needed to eat and though cities were starting to have larger borders between them there was little in the way of wildlife to feed on. Even if there was in such a fragmented habitat him eating even one rabbit could destroy the tiny population. It took him about a week to reach the cities that bordered the wilds and when he went into one he found it was actaully worse than the city he had grown up in.

The whole city was like the slums, grimy, dangerous and not some where he would choose to live in. From outside he hadn't been able to sense any sign of wolves and now he had entered he could see why. It was full of human corruption and filth. He quickly left the city thinking to try the next one over only to find the same. This troubled Lance, he didn't want to be any further in than the border cities, the wilds may scare the humans but they were so beautiful he wanted to be near them. That was when he turned to look at them properly.

Huge, forests stretching further than he could see. Air that smelt sharp, tree sap, but fresh from corruption and filth that he was used to. When he compared this to his other options he decided that he would try the wilds. He was a wolf afterall, he knew 'demons' existed, after all the humans knew about them. He didn't know what they looked like, or what they could do. But he didn't care. It was still a more appealing option than staying in the cities. Finding a tree right at the edge of the wilds he dug a hole and wrapped his phone and money up in one of the sets of clothes and buried them. If he ever left the wilds he would be able to come back and pick them up but for now he only needed a few sets of clothes which he kept in the now lighter bag. Not certain where he would end up he picked the bag up in his mouth again and set of into the wilds his red fur flashing past the trees.

Najee sighs crossing his arms while looking down at the defeated demon. It was a weak and low level one so it was more demonic looking than humanoid like himself. "You idiots need to get it through your heads that this is MY land now. If you don't cause me trouble I don't mind you passing through or taking up residence but stop starting shit all the time." Letting out another bored sigh he nudges the unconscious demon with one of his blue bear or cat-like feet. The blue foot goes up his calf where it fades into human skin and leg before the kneecap. Not that anyone can see much beyond the toes and back of the paw due to the long pants that is the only article of clothing he wears most of the time, leaving his chest bare.

Frowning faintly Najee picks the demon up with hand despite it being physically bigger than him. "Well, let's get you off my lands hmm?" His wing appearing he takes off and flies down past the mountains to where it trails off pointing towards the border cities even though they're not even a speck on the horizon. "This should be good." Nodding he lets the demon drop down to the forest below on the last small mound of the mountains Najee glides a little further out before deciding to stop at a small lake before heading home. Dropping down as his wing vanishes he dives headlong into the lake. Popping up he lets out a content sigh as he floats in the middle. "Mmm~ This feels nice..." Feeling more relaxed and happy he decides to spend a little more time in the lake.

He padded through the forest, no longer certain how many days had gone by. But he was enjoying himself, never before had he felt freedom like this. Tasted the sweet, unpolluted air or drank water so pure. It hadn't been long after he entered the forest that he had seen the first demons, they were fighting, each trying to destroy the other. It seemed all to reminiscent to some humans, for some reason they ignored him, maybe because at this point he was simply a wolf, a wild animal to be ignored. For now he chose to keep it that way. He didn't know what would happen if he changed now in front of them all and he needed to know more about demons, and the wilds before he could risk exposing himself and possibly dying before having seen all of what nature could offer.

Continuing on deeper into the wilds he stayed in wolf form, hunting small animals for food. It didn't take long to realise that the fights were a way of showing dominance, who had the right to the territory, which he could relate to. Smelling blood on the wind he could only assume more demons had been fighting when he paused and watched a limp figure falling from the sky while another continued to flew on only one wing. Not hard to tell who the winner of that fight was.

not much later he found himself by the edge of a lake, he had seen a number of streams and rivers since entering the wilds, but this was his first time seeing a lake and he ran up to the edge sniffing the water before dipping his nose in it lightly. The liquid made him sneeze and he sat back on his haunches pawing at his muzzle.

Najee stills sensing something at the edge of the lake. Silently he lets himself sinks and swims under the water to the edge of the lake with the same stealth and ability as a fish. With barely a ripple Najee peers out of the water, only the top of his head and eyes are visible as he looks around the edge of the lake. Seeing a red wolf he blinks in surprise before grinning under the water when it sneezes. He's curious as to where such an unusual colored wolf came from. Humming to himself thoughtfully he looks up at the sky before sighing at the time.

Feeling hungry and done with his swim Najee sinks back down and then launches himself up out of the water, his wing appearing as he breaks the surface. He pauses to look at the wolf, giving him a large smile and wave. "Hello Mr. Wolfy. Na-chan doesn't recognize you but welcomes you to his home so long as you behave, yes. Bye-bye Mr. Wolfy." Automatically Najee sinks into his childish persona when dealing with someone or something he's not sure about or just to keep people from thinking too much of him on purpose. It's hard to take a person who acts like a five-year old seriously or view them as a threat after all.

He stopped pawing at his muzzles when the water first began to ripple, looking at it curiously he saw cascades of water thrown up in the air as a figure burst through the suface. At first he could only see a silhouette, though it quickly cleared to a fine mist like rain as the water made its way back to the lack aided by gravity. The figure however remained suspended in midair thanks to a single wing protruding froms its back. He tiled his head in thought. A demon? Obviously, how strong, what kind Nd what abilities it had he couldn't tell.

His all too human eyes scanned the floating figure, registering suprise as it spoke. There had been no impression of being a child when it broke the waters surface... Strange. That waving though and its way of speaking... Who was it calling Mr. Wolfy? He could feel his hackles rise as a low growl rumbled through him being cut short as he remembered he didn't know what it was capable of. These demons all saw him as a wolf and a wolf he would keep it until he knew how to survive against some of the strong demons he had seen.

He moved to the edge of the lake, pacing with his muzzle raised in the demons direction. He had no luck finding its scent he was upwind currwntly, though he did hope it would land. He wanted to try and identify the demon by scent, and to do that he needed its scent.

Chuckling to himself internally as he sees the wolf's hackles rise a bit out of his peripheral vision as he turns to fly away. He hums to himself thinking over the eyes he'd seen on the wolf. Those combined with the odd coloring tells Najee that the wolf isn't what it appears to be. Curious to see what it does, the pace he sets is one the wolf can easily keep up with with a little effort. Knowing the wolf doesn't present a threat to him in anyway if it were to attack, he flies right to his home and lands a few feet away from the door of the wooden home.

Settling down Najee stretches with a yawn as the wing also stretches out before settling against his back. As the wing folds down to sit on his back he's already heading into the house, but he's keeping an eye out for the wolf that he's pretty sure followed him. Inwardly laughing at the thought and how the wolf will have given away, very easily and quickly, that he's no ordinary wolf amuses him while at the same time he finds it a bit cute. Closing the door behind him Najee passes through the open living room/den area to go into the kitchen area to begin making dinner. Smiling to himself while lightly bouncing on his feet he wonders if he'll actually manage to entice the intriguing wolf to join him for dinner.

The demon flew. Lance wasn't quite sure how it managed to do so on only one wing, that couldn't be efficient right? He ran along the ground constanly looking up to keep an eye on it as he had yet to scent the demon. This meant he didn't pay full attention to the ground and ended up with cuts around his front paws where he broke through tough branches and they drew blood. This demon was the first to talk to him, not that you would expect anyone, human or demon, to talk to a wold so it made him curious. Skidding to a halt he moved back so that the tree line still provided him with cover. Panting slightly he peered around the edge of a tree and was so intently watching the demon that he failed to notice he no longer had his bag.

Too used to the twisted, metal, glass and brick buildings of human architecture that the simple wooden house the demon landed in front of seemed out of place even in a forest of trees. He didn't approach the house yet and instead layed down resting his head on his bleeding paws and watched the house intently for a few hours.

It wasn't until true darkness began to fall that he moved. Shuffling out of the bushes on his belly before darting across the open area and sticking close to the house. As he explored the outside wall of the house he caught a wiff of something warm and inviting. He had no clue what it could be as he tracked it to its source.

Najee sneaks looks out the windows every now and then to check on the wolf. He grins when he sees that wolf at the edge of the clearing, and moving closer once the light faded. Humming to himself he kneels infront of the inground fire pit that's in the middle of the front half of the house, he stokes up the fire to heat up the house a little before arranging the numerous cushions around it. Once satisfied he goes back to his surprisingly modern humanesque kitchen, the only difference is that the oven is fire fueled instead of gas or electric.

Setting the food on a low table, Najee goes to front door. "Mr. Wolfy~! I know you're there, yes. Na-chan would like you to eat with him if Mr. Wolfy is hungry and would like to join Na-chan?" He asks tilting his head. At roughly 6'2" Najee realizes that it seems very odd for him to be talking like a child but it helps keep a lot of people from bothering him for help or something so it works. That and he likes to have fun, not worry about little things like demons fighting him for territory and such. Still, he loves learning new things and meeting new people and this wolf is both. So he's hopeful that he can entice the wolf to come closer and join him for a meal in the beginning and maybe more later on.

Lance groaned internally. He had been called wolfy yet again, and worse the demon had known he had moved forwards. The childlike demenour both terrified and pacified him. Not sure whether it was a trap or friendliness that invited him. Actually who invites a wild animal into the house. He stuck his head round a corner to where the door was, eyes narrowed. What had the demon figured out about him, did it know he was a werewolf. He moved closer the enticing smell drawing him closer to the door and before he realised where he was he had stepped though the door.

Crap! He knew he was now in here dor the evening as soon as he heard his own claws hit he wooden floor. The sound even seemed to echo around the room and there was no way the demon hadn't heard it. Throwing his head around he tried to gauge escape routes... Few possible ones came to mind bar the one that had been his entrance. Hearing his stomach growl interupted.his thoughts and meant he had to accept the situation at least for now. It was a while since he had eaten any cooked food, the scent made him move closer to the table that was set low to the ground. Before he ate anything he turned to gaze directly at the demon. Refusing to eat until the demon had first.

"Yay! Na-chan is glad Mr. Wolfy decided to join him. Na-chan hasn't had any guests since he just finished building his home a week ago." Najee replies happily shutting the door and then going over to the table to sit down. You don't want to let all the bugs in and such afterall. Once settled down he puts food on his plate and starts to eat happily as if he doesn't notice the other waiting to eat.

While munching on some food he looks at the wolf with open curiosity, swallowing he opens his mouth to talk. "Na-chan is curious as to what a wolf like you is doing here, yes. Na-chan knows you're not a demon or a regular wolf, he's met both. So no lying to Na-chan." He waves a finger at Lance in warning before smiling. "Mr. Wolfy does smell interesting though. Mr. Wolfy has been through a lot of human cities yes? Na-chan doesn't like human cities. They don't smell good and make Na-chan get headaches." Najee's nose wrinkles thinking about it.

He started eating hesitantly as 'Na-chan' had started piling his plate. Knowing that if his host was eating the same food then it was less likely to be poisoned. After a couple of amazigly small and timid bites for a wolf's mouth he discarded delicacy and started trying to eat as quickly as possible and he almost missed the demon talking to him. This place was a week old? And the demon built it? Lance grunted feeling a bit awed at the demon. Though its question made him stop eating mid chew.

So the demon still didn't know exactly what he was just knew he wasn't normal. He stared at the demon and tilted his head. He couldn't use human words while a wolf. His vocal cords has physically changed making it impossible so he was restdicted to yes or no answers as he refused to change both form and clothes in front of a demon he had just met. Wait... Clothes! He jumped claws scrambling at the ground as he rushed to find his bag. Not here... All of a sudden he remember he hadn't been carryig since at least when he sneezed and he fell to the floor hiding his face under two bloody paws. He poked his head out to nod at Na-chan when he asked about the human cities, after all he had travelled through a few.

He quickly hid his head again and wondered how long he could manage before the demon demanded more communication than he could give while in wolf form.

Najee watches the wolf respond to him and grins wider when the wolf runs around for a few moments as if looking for something. Suddenly he holds up a bag. "Mr. Wolfy is looking for this yes? Na-chan found it back at the lake when he went to look at something." He grins happily while knowing the wolf would go crazy trying to figure how he managed to get the bag without leaving the front door. Internally laughing he remembers how he went through a small passage in the mountain to get out without the wolf seeing him. After all, an escape route is always a must as a backup plan.

Getting up to set the bag next to the wolf he calms any worries he may have. "Na-chan didn't look in the bag. Na-chan respects privacy unless he thinks it poses a threat to himself or friends, yes." Sitting back down he bounces in place a little before tilting his head to look at the wolf more closely. "Na-chan is curious, Mr. Wolfy can speak yes? Or does he have another form that he can talk in?" He gasps and leans forward, eyes shining excitedly "Ooo, is Mr. Wolfy a shape shifter?!"

Lance jumped when he saw the bag in the demons hands. How... he backed away a couple of steps his nails causing the only noise in the room. He didn't move until after the demon had giving him back his bag, glancing at the childish creature with curiosity. This demon was so confusing, yet kinder than most people he had encountered in cities. Not that it would have mattered if he had looked in the bag, after all they were just clothes, he just needed those clothes to be able to transform and maintain his dignity.

The demon wanted him to speak, that was easy to tell. He was already in the demons home and he couldn't see anyway out while in wolf form, the door was shut and he didn't know his way around the rest of of it, so even if there were multiple routes out he would never get to them. This left him with 2 options, stay in wolf form and hope the demon got bored or transform and talk to the..... Did he just call him a shape shifter....

Lance growled low and constant while he found his way to behind a piece of furniture, bag in mouth. With out checking to see whether the Demon had followed him he started to change. His wolf limbs contouring and changing. The muscles stretching and tearing as they repositioned themselves so that he was now curled on the wooden floor in his human form. He quickly pulled out a pair of jeans and yanked them on before walking out from behind the furniture, his red hair and eyes blazing as he went to argue.

"I am not a Shapeshifter." He spat the word out. Werewolves were an extremely proud race and being compared to an inferior race such as shifters insulted him, and most others in fact. Werewolves transformed into the proud and graceful wolf where as shifters could and ofter did transform into vermin. "I am a Werewolf."

Najee starts laughing to himself seeing the wolf starting to freak out about him having found the wolf's bag without him knowing. Rocking back and forth slightly he watches the wolf's reactions and how the thoughts race through his head. Sneaking his way over when Lance hid behind a piece of furniture he watches the transformation with a look of awe and interest. "Na-chan has never seen something like that before. Though Yu-kun can change slightly when she gets REEEAAAALLLLYYYY mad." He shudders looking around as if fearful the person would appear. "Na-chan does NOT recommend Mr. Wolfy seeing Yu-kun when she is angry." He nods before sitting back down and looks at Lance with a look of childish confusion.

"But Mr. Wolfy can change forms yes? Shift from what shape or form to another? That is what shapeshifter means yes?" He asks blinking before grinning. "Ooo, Na-chan has never met a werewolf before. Na-chan does know wolf demons." Najee muses rocking back and forth, his hands holding his ankles. He stops to look at Lance, a hint of a more serious and calculating side appearing briefly. "What is Mr. Wolfy's name and why is Mr. Wolfy here? Na-chan can't say many werewolves have come into demon lands before."

Growling in the back of his throat he walked up close to the demon. "werewolves and shifters are two very different species and let me tell you, we do not get on with them very well. I despise being compared to those creatures. Those thieving vermin so suitable for criminal life sneak and steal and confuse the truth. We are an honourable race who do not use our abilities to gain power." Anger flashed through his eyes as he turned and went back to where the food was. Changing took a lot of energy and so he was hungry despite having eating just before the change. Now able to eat in a much neater fashion he picked up the food and started eating while watching the demon.

He was confused at the demons reaction to his changing, and the demon had been so close that he must have watched the change. The thought of someone having watched that and not run in fear or from the revolting sight was strange, even other werewolves would sometimes feel revolted watching another change, it was not a nice process for the body. He watched the demon closely.

"Lance. Don't call me wolfy anymore. I doubt any werewolves have come into Demon lands before, they are all so hooked on technology that they wouldn't consider leaving the sanctuaries they have built in those polluted cities. Me i got... well exiled i guess, some stupid rules. Didn't want to stay in the polluted cities so came out here." He stopped eating, the gaze on the demon intensified. "Why do you act like a child?"

Najee blinks and holds still seeming for all the world like a regular human. Well, minus the blue hair and such. It also seems as if he's mentally filing the information Lance gives him away into his mind. His head slowly tilts as if thinking before replying. "There used to be. Before the wars if what I read was true." He replies referring to werewolves living in demon lands then focuses on Lance and grins seeing the other's confusion to why he wasn't disturbed by seeing the changing.

"Na-chan has seen muuuuuchhhhh worse. That change was nothing to Na-chan." He chirps with a grin before laughing. Well, outwardly he's laughing. Internally he winces as some of the memories flash through his mind.

Najee grins wider when Lance tells him not to call the other wolfy anymore. "Na-chan makes no promises. Na-chan likes to give nicknames and Wolfy's name doesn't give Na-chan much to work with." He says cheekily. Humming he looks up as if considering Lance's question about his actions before glancing down without moving his head and smiles. "Na-chan likes to have fun and Na-chan doesn't think Wolfy has earned the answer to that question. Na-chan doesn't know him after all."

Lance raises one of his eyebrows at the demon. "so let me get this straight. You will not tell me why you are acting like a child because you do not know me. Yet you expect to know much about me and have even stood there and watched one of the most private parts of a werewolves life?" shaking his head he raised his hands in what could be taken as defeat but was in fact resignation. He turned and picked up his bag making sure it was done up.

"Nice to know demons of the wilds have similar double standards as the humans do." he turned the the demon partially before continuing. "The food was good... It has been a while since i had a cooked meal, thank you. Now i will be going." he turned to face the door and started to walk towards it his bare feet making little sound on the wooden flooring.

"Noooo, Mr. Wolfy does not have it right." Najee draws out rocking back and forth with a smile. "Na-chan does not talk about Na-chan to strangers who come unannounced into Na-chan's territory that he knows nothing about. Especially species wise. Na-chan doesn't know the intentions of Mr. Wolfy as he's not really said. All Mr. Wolfy has told Na-chan is that he didn't like human cities and so left them. Oh! And his name, yes..." Najee nods before tilting his head. "And letting Na-chan know that what he saw was a private experience. Hmm, in exchange Na-chan will tell Mr. Wolfy this. Na-chan's name is Najee and his best friend lives nearby and doesn't like strangers. She kills them on sight. Unless someone she knows and likes introduces them." He explains after a thoughtful pause.

Najee slowly shakes his head at Lance's statement. "Demons are nothing like humans. Except that some are better and or stronger than each other..." He muses thoughtfully before looking at Lance with an almost childish look of curiosity as he watches Lance. "Demons are just more wary of outsiders and the unknown than humans. We know what to expect from each other and humans, but not from weres, no. Hmmm, though most demons would have killed Mr. Wolfy by now yes..." He nods while looking up at the ceiling as a finger rests on his chin thoughtfully before shrugging. "But Na-chan does not like to fight unless he has to and Na-chan has had more than enough of that." He sighs sounding tired and a lot older than he looks for a moment.

"you.... Are the most frustrating non human i have ever met." Lance stopped before leaving the door. Despite this fact being true he did appreciate his life and decided he should at least find out which area he needed to avoid in order to preserve his current state of living. Moving quickly he made his way back over to where Najee was, what was the worst that could happen?

"so you haven't killed me because you've already had your fight for the day. Also you are the only demon that has shown any signs of recognising me as more than a wolf. The one's i've been passed so far treated me as a lone wolf. Which is what i am." Lance paused a sma smile on his face as he remember the coversation with his father. "in regards of what ro expect from weres... Well those you will meet are the onces that can't stand human cities. As a species there is no benefit to us entering the wilds as the chance of running into another were of the opposite sex to start a pack with is almost impossible. But the air was so sweet here... So i guess i'll have to be a lone wolf for a while longer." as he spoke he unconciously emphasised the word lone.

Najee hums while rocking back and forth in a slow thoughtful manner. "Hmm, Mr. Wolfy might not have been killed because he's only come across weaker demons. Demons that look more like a human, like Na-chan, are stronger and probably would know on sight you are not a normal wolf, yes." His childish manner of speaking is slowly fading as he thinks aloud and starts to relax in Lance's presence. He's doing it consciously as he figures it's his best chance of getting the other to stay for awhile, but doesn't want to startle the other by suddenly talking normally either. "Mr. Wolfy has been pretty lucky with the lower-class demons, most are pretty stupid and would see Mr. Wolfy as an easy or quick snack." Najee comments looking over at Lance.

After a few moments he tilts his head. "So weres stay in cities because of higher chances to find mates even though they hate human cities?" He frowns before shrugging. Some do what they must to survive he supposes. "As for being a lone wolf, that depends on Mr. Wolfy's definition of being alone doesn't it? Do you mean as being the only were in a territory or the demon lands, the only wolf in general, or just being alone without any company? If you mean communication and having a relationship, friendship or otherwise, with someone then I don't mind you staying on my territory and coming to visit or live with me. If you mean other weres then I could try to help you find others but that would be tough. I'd have to ask Yu-kun since she's the best tracker I know. Well, maybe besides Aijo..." Najee muses thoughtfully before shrugging. "But Yu-kun might be better. She does tracking as a living as part of her job." He nods.

Lance found somewhere comfortable to sit, moving some cushions just to make sure and crossing his legs in front of him. "if they had thought i was an easy or quick snack they would have regretted it. At the very least they would have had a tough time catching me." As Najee talked Lance found himself resting his elbows on his legs and his face resting in his hands.

"weres used to stay in human cities because it was easier to blend in, then they got too used to the technology and became dependant on the human cities and convieiences. I got fed up with it and not being allowed to run freely." Lance decided that he had talked to much about himself and chose to keep anyother information about himself or his race quiet at least for now.

"so why are you out here, did you build this or was the house already here?" the house smelled quite recently built with some scent of sap still permeating through the wood but he thought he would ask afterall he had seen some ruthless battles for territory on his way so he had no idea how long Najee had been on top.
