It's a very polite way to say something... like, 'Would you please be so kind as to-...' but in a very, very polite way. To a Royal person or something, like that. It's lovable directly translated but it means lovely/lovable/kind and yeah x3 You could also say it about a kitten 'It's so lovable and-...'
