Lin hears but lets the comment be and smiles at Kuro. "French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon." He replies while going around and gathering what they need and lays out the few ingredients. "Okay, first we make the bath for the toast to dip it in when we're ready to cook it." Quicly mixing the items in a bowl and whisking it, he then hands the whisk to Kuro. "Okay, you try to whisk it like I did while I get the pan on the stove so it can start to heat up before we put the bread on it."

Kuro sways his tail behind him as he looked at the different ingredients. "Wow that's a lot of eggs. Are you sure we can eat all of them. His gaze watched Lin mix the batter for the French toast. "So that's how it's made. This is exciting. I'll mix with the best of my efforts." he said slowly mixing. He tried to pick up speed so he would be like Lin. Kuro stops as he almost spilled the mix. "Lin...? Uh..." he mutters wondering if he should stop completely.

Lin sees Kuro struggling and smiling slightly goes over and stands behind the neko. "Like this..." He puts his hands over Kuro's and guides the other, his hand starting slowly for Kuro before picking up the speed to where they're going as fast as Lin had been going. "That's good. We don't want to over beat it. Now do the same thing with the eggs. You'll want to use about five eggs. Now the trick is to crack the egg without getting the egg shell in it." He does two eggs slowly to show Kuro how to do it then lets the other try while dipping the bread into the batter and starts to cook them.

Kuro tilts his head up and smiled seeing Lin had come to help him. He moved his hand along with the other's so that he was mixing as well. He was glad it was ready after that. "Five eggs...!? That's a lot." he says before watching how to crack an egg. He holds one gently before cracking it and dropping the yolk into the bowl. "Three! Two more makes five." he purrs as he continued to crack another egg. Once all five were in the bowl, Kuro looked at Lin.

Lin pats Kuro's head when he looks over. "Good. Now add a quick splash of milk, some salt and pepper then mix it like you did the batter for the french toast." He tells Kuro handing him the milk jug and salt and pepper shakers. As Kuro does that, with Lin watching out of the corner of his eye, he starts to dip the bread and put it in the heated pan to cook.

Lin laughs but tries to cover it up as he continues to cook the toast. "That's meant to flavor the eggs Kuro. You don 't eat it on it's own." He comments still trying to stifle a laugh as he stacks the hot pieces of french toast on a plate before helping Kuro finish the eggs. "Okay. Now we pour the mixture into the pan and use this" he hands a spatula over "and just keep moving the eggs until it's no longer runny, but light and fluffy. Raw eggs are bad and can make you sick." Lin explains while helping Kuro cook the eggs.

Kuro sticks his tongue out and pouts. "It's gross and tastes weird." he says before glancing over at Lin. He smiled as he was going to cook the eggs. That made him extra happy. Taking hold of the spatula, Kuro slowly begins with the eggs. "So raw eggs are bad. That makes sense I suppose but I've seen people drink eggs in a glass." he said

Lin chuckles and nods. "Yes, that's usually an old style remedy for a hangover or a weird health diet type thing." He explains while starting to cook some bacon. "Now with bacon you have to be careful. When the grease gets hot it'll pop and might hit you a bit and burn slightly." Lin cautions while laying the strips out on a pan.
