If exercising is your thing... LOOOL Well it is a word I often try to forget but when i get into it I love it Exercise on a scientific level releases Endorphins in the blood stream which leads to Serotonin which is the natural "happy chemical" in our bodies. I know I have a bunch of steps cut out and the facts slightly skewed but stay with me on this... Everyone keeps telling me about this "runners' high" and all i want to do is curl up and cry... *shrugs* but to be fair, my body is rather broken from all the exercise I used to do when I was younger (I was a representative hockey player), so I know all about running around like a mad thing.
