Teesie
Isaan opens his eyes to the squirming above him. The other was moving too much for him to even sleep comfortably. Chocolate eyes slowly opening, the white haired teen lifted onto his elbow and frowned to the sight above him. Ruune was having what seemed to be a mental break down, also the giant scar running along the other's neck had the eldest wondering. "Wha' tha' hell is wrong with you." The older twin asked, as he pulled his body into an upright position. The Realm Official was wondering who the other was mumbling about. The name sounded pretty familiar. "Fasu...tha's...tha's the guy dat' was in charge of dat' organization a while ago. The one dat'....you helped me dat' time." The subject changing quickly from the enemy male to his twin. "Tell me...tell me what happened." The white haired teen was curious about the other point of view at that time. Ruune's view and why the small kid had actually helped them out of the deadly situation. --- Aheal took the cup of offered tea and took a sip of it. The drink was a bit too bitter for him, but he decided to just deal with the taste because of the nice offer. Giving a small grunt, the streaked hair man set the cup onto the table. The other didn't seem to have much of a conversation on mind, hence the demon not saying a word. Well, that was a good thing that Aheal had questions of his own. "So, tell me. How long has Ruune been under your medical studies. Is he any good at it? When younger...my son wasn't much of a fighter; so I guess he could be good at this, right?" Guest cheshireArtist
"So, tell me. How long has Ruune been under your medical studies. Is he any good at it? When younger...my son wasn't much of a fighter; so I guess he could be good at this, right?" "Yes, he is rather good at healing. He's always eager to learn, despite the extensive, and sometimes painful training. Though, when push comes to shove, Ruu can fight rather well, too," Abel explained taking another small sip of his own tea, "More sugar?" ---- "Fasu...tha's...tha's the guy dat' was in charge of dat' organization a while ago. The one dat'....you helped me dat' time."..."Tell me...tell me what happened." Ruu shook his head, looking up at his twin with pale green eyes, "Fasu wasn't The Leader...he was a leader of a faction...he didn't like me very much but Astaat protected me." The silver haired boy averted his gaze to the ground, pulling his knees to his chest. He didn't want to tell, it was a very shameful, horrible time in his life...and he was scared Isaan would be mad at him. Then again the elder twin deserved to know exactly what had happened. He looked up into the other's chocolate brown eyes and began, "I-It's a long story...in the Demoni everyone was as good as a prisoner..." ---Flashback---(Six months since Ruu's Fall) "I don't like to remember this time in my life very much. It was horrible...but you deserve to know. I guess it all began when I fell, I had the bad fortune of landing in the Demon Zone...I could have been found by anyone that day, bleeding out on the concrete of an alley, but she found me. Her name was Astaat, and she showed me that sometimes good people make horrible choices in life, and they often live to regret it. Astaat was a faction leader in the Demoni. She regretted joining the organization, but there was no way out for her. Not now, she was in too deep. She took me in, healed me, and tried her best to hide my existence long enough to pass me off to a friend of her's in the Neutral Zone...but they found out, and I became a prisoner of a different kind than you where...I think you get the point from that." Ruune stared into the mirror of the tiny bathroom that he now shared with all the other Second Faction members. He had changed a lot since he fell, at least physically he supposed. He had cut his hair, to say the least...well he didn't, Astaat did, since it was so matted when she found him that it was beyond saving. But that wasn't what he was looking at with dull eyes, no, that was the metallic collar biting into his neck, and the black uniform he was now forced to wear. On his left shoulder was a tattooed circle of red with a simple two in the middle, and he almost cried. He felt like cattle! He traced the scar on his face as well...he always wondered who gave it to him...father or brother. If they didn't hate him all ready they would hate him now. Ruu was now a forced member of the Second Faction of the Demoni, the Medical Unit...his only mercy was that Astaat, the woman who had taken care of him in his previously stuporred state, was the Leader of the Second Faction. Teesie
It was not a surprise that the white haired teen had gotten the statement wrong. Issan didn't know much about the Demoni. The boy was only given a mission about the other group, and was soon sent on his way to fight them. He was definitely strong enough, or at least that was what the leader of the officials had said. ---- Aheal looked to the male and accepted the offer for more sugar. Maybe he was unconsciously making frowns as he drunk the tea. The colored haired man was actually more liike Ruune in this category than one would think. The man would usually drown his tea with honey and sugar, and the same went for his coffee. "I would like that. Thank you." ----- -FlashBack- At the point of time Ruune had been deemed as a fallen, I had become more into my training. It really paid off, because soon men from the Elite Hunter group was surrounding me and praising me on my skills. I relished in the compliments, liking the words I was hearing. Eventually, I joined the force and was surely a reckon to fuck with. After so long, I'd maybe say six months, the Realm Officials wanted me all to themselves. There was no turning this position down, or at least it wasn't for me. This was basically my dream so I had joined it. My first mission was what I was waiting for, though I never thoughts I'd be in such a terrible predicament. Isaan listened to the officials as the talk only was about another group that was growing more powerful than any other. There was no real proof on the others, most saying it was a rumor, the white haired teen was just wishing he could go to investigate. It was taking completely too long and everyone in the force knew that he had not much of a patience. It was usually a joke for them, but all knew how far to take it. Guest cheshireArtist
The small boy exited the bathroom and padded down the halls, boots making echos as he traveled down the dimly lit halls. He sighed and rubbed his arms. He was forced to join a few months ago and he was still not used to it. The silver haired boy didn't think he could ever be used to it. Tonight was his first...show, so to speak, and he really didn't want to do it. He didn't want to kill an innocent man! "Hey Ruu, you okay?" A voice to his left asked, causing the poor boy to jump. He sighed in relief when he realized it was Rosa, a young half demon girl who was in the the same situation as him, along with her sister. "Yeah, you seem a bit jumpy-" Began Rosa's sister, Maria, who also joined them. "-and sad." Rosa finished. The two were identical twins, unlike himself and Isaan who were fraternal, and the only difference between the two of them was that Rosa had cut her dark hair rather short while Maria had her's down to her shoulders. They were his only friends in the Demoni, besides Astaat, and were in the same faction as him. "Is it the fight?" Maria asked, a small frown playing on her lips. To that Ruu nodded, and both girls touched their collars and nodded back, knowing exactly what their slightly younger friend was going through. "Just...let the collar do the work, it's easier like that," Rosa explained, putting a darkly tanned hand on her friend's shoulder. Maria nodded sadly, it was just easier than fighting it. By collar they did mean the metal collars serrounding all their necks and all the Fallen and Half-Demon's necks in the Demoni. The Leader only trusted other Demons to do things correctly. With these collars they couldn't leave...and they couldn't betray the Demoni. They couldn't disobey Leader's orders. Ruune sighed, it didn't make him feel any better, he was still sending an innocent person to their grave tonight.
Teesie
Isaan watched as the men chuckled at his antics. In all honesty the white haired teen didn't see anything funny. All he wanted was the information on the group that the assholes were speaking of. Throwing a tantrum was something that all the members was use to be now, and seeing that his father was the leader of the officials, there was nothing that the youngest member got in trouble for. Something surprising was that I was the youngest official in the history of them all. It felt pretty good to have my way at such a young age of fifteen, but sometimes it just wasn't worth it. Especially after all I had found out and the tasks ahead of me that I knew nothing of. The Realm Officials was into a lot of crazy shit; but being apart of that shit made one feel powerful. Leading the lives of other to kidnapping a child that could be used as a secret weapon; Isaan felt truly powerful. --- "You kids should be getting ready for the mission that sir had given us." Astaat whispered, giving the silver haired twin a ruffle to his hair. The man in head never gave a name for himself, therefore everyone called him sir. The kid, Ruune, had been under her care for a little over eight months now, the Demoni finding out about the kid during the second month of her hiding him. The leader of the group had really gave her a beating. "I don't want to have to repeat myself you three." She said with a stern voice, but a gentle smile never leaving her lips. Guest cheshireArtist
"You kids should be getting ready for the mission that sir had given us." The three looked up at their Faction Leader, Astaat, a Fallen angel like Ruu. She was the only fallen in the organization to ever make it to the rank of faction leader, and outside of her own faction she didn't get much respect. She was very strong, though, and despite being a healer she was a seasoned warrior. Ruu was actually kind of scared of her at first, but grew to respect the woman greatly. She was something of a role model...it was funny though, he felt as if he met her before. "Me 'n Rosa are ready, Miss Astaat," Maria answered, pointing to the fighting ax strapped to her back, while Rosa held up her hands to show her weapons; a pair of brass knuckles. Ruu nodded as well, though he remained quiet as he showed the pair of dueling daggers strapped to his belt. He had been learning how to use them, and had picked up on them rather quickly. It was actually surprising since he had spent his entire life being told he had no hope in combat. He apparently had been trying to learn with a weapon that didn't suit him. Daggers and throwing knives were more light weight and utilized his very sharp eye sight and natural speed, and made up for his lack of brute force and strength...or that's what Astaat told him while training him. Though, the silver haired boy would rather not be able to fight at all since it was all in preparation for his first fight for the entertainment of the Demoni as a whole in the ring. Ruu shuttered, thinking of the ring, he had cleaning duty their before, and let's just say it was never pretty. The small boy smiled weakly at Astaat, but didn't talk. He hadn't talked much since his fall, and thought he was mute until a month or two ago when he was finally able to say Astaat's name to get her attention when training. She told him he needed to talk more, but times like these made him want to keep his silence.
Teesie
Isaan stood from the table and looked away from the other's occupying the room. His father had told him that he was dismissed and could go home for the time being. The white haired teen had refused for a while until the man gave him a stern threatening look. The young official knew not to fuck with his father when the man was in such a state. Aheal was not a pretty sight when he was highly upset. The male would simply kill one in a blink of an eye. Isaan knew that his father wouldn't kill him, but there was no telling what would be his punishment. --- Astaat smiled to the three as she saw the preparation. It seems that Ruune and his friends had become more responsible; therefore the adolescents wouldn't be so late for missions anymore. Sir didn't really have much patience and the black haired woman would take the punishment just so the kids wouldn't be hurt. The woman tried to be more of a mother figure for them all. Being in such a group as the Demoni could emotional and mentally damage one. "Then you all should be in the meeting room. Come, no stalling." Guest cheshireArtist
"Then you all should be in the meeting room. Come, no stalling." "Yes ma'am," The three said in unison, though one could probably barely hear Ruu since his voice, while he had it again, was still coming back. The three fallowed their faction leader down the halls and to the Meeting Room doors. Maria gulped and gave a glance to her sister, some who go into that room never come back, so it was nerve racking for any Demoni member to go in. Rosa, seeing her twin's worry gave the other's hand a small squeeze, and silent promise that nothing bad was going to happen. Ruu looked on, chiding himself for getting jealous of his two friends. They were lucky to have each other, and sometimes he wished he still had Isaan...but he never would wish for his twin to get stuck in this hell, so he would endure without the white haired. The other hated him anyways...so why even dwell on it. The silver haired fallen bit his lip and stared at the foreboding set of double doors. His heart rate started to speed up and he started to shake. This was terrifying enough for him to start getting a panic attack. It took him a moment to dig in his pocket and pull out a small bottle of pills. Astaat put him on anti-anxiety medicine after the first time he had a panic around her, they worked...but not nearly as well as Isaan's powers. He shakily swallowed a pill dry, and screwed the cap back on the bottle, shoving it back in his pocket. He always took the minimum dosage...taking pills reminded him to much of his mother, and how she passed. He was scared he'd take too much if he took over one. Teesie
Astaat caught the other as he slipped himself a pill. The kid worried too much, but this time he had a reason to. Nothing would happen to the silver haired teen, but she couldn't promise anything for the other two twins. At one point of time, the black haired woman had heard Fasu and the leader of the Demoni discussing the kids. With Astaat being like a mother to the three adolescents, she went against regulations and eavesdropped. Fasu was talking of killing them all, but Sir thought it would be a better idea just to kill off the girls. He rather liked Ruune, for sickening reasons that the lady didn't want to remember. All in all...this mission was sort of a set up to kill her and the girls; but she would be fully prepared because the woman knew exactly what was going on. "I want you all to listen to me after the meeting. No matter what Sir or Fasu says..I'm your leader, therefore you all will go by what I say." She said sternly, not giving a smile to let the others know she was completely serious. "Now...no disturbing the others...you all will sit down and not say a word." Guest cheshireArtist
The trio nodded, exchanging worried looks. Rosa gave her sister's hand another squeeze before letting go and masking her emotions with a neutral expression, which Marie copied to the tee. Ruu fallowed suit, and also put on a mask of indifference, unknowingly looking a lot like his father at the moment. They all fallowed their faction leader into the room and Ruu sat next to Astaat, Maria sat next to him and Rosa sat next to her. They all kept their eyes down, not daring to look up at the other faction leaders, and The Leader himself. They all knew who was there, though. Uulna, the Succubus leader of the Capture unit, a vain and cold woman. Centauri, the arrogant full demon man who was the head of a team of elite killers, and the Leader's personal guard. Fasu, a terrifying force to be reckoned with being the Leader of the unit dedicated to the art of Torture. Ruu was particularly scared of him, one time he was on cleaning duty and was doing something wrong so the man came up behind him, and began violently beating him until Astaat pulled him off. It was normal, apparently, he had done the same to Rosa and Maria, as well with all new members or member he had a special interest in. Ruu hoped to God that it was just because he was still considered a new member. And then, seated at the head of the table in a chair reminiscent to the throne, sat The Leader, or Sir, as everyone called him. He was someone everyone was terrified of...the silver haired boy doubted that even his father could best this man in battle alone. "Look who showed up~," Uulna purred, drawing attention to the the four Medical Unit members.
Teesie
Astaat sent the Uulna a small glare as she was the cause of all the eyes staring at them. Fasu and Sir had already planned to send them out on a dangerous mission, all alone. How could a band of medical fighters defend themselves against a powerful force that could possible use two of the other units? The attention was surely unwanted to the black haired woman, and she did not really appreciate the other doing such a thing. "Sir we have arrived, though I'm sure you've already noticed. My group is ready to take on the mission in which you have already informed us about. Ruune, Maria and Rosa are all prepared to take on this battle." The Faction Leader really did not want to waste any more time than they should. She was ready to get these kids to safety. "I do appreciate your eagerness; except you will not survive without Fasu's guidance. You should listen."
Guest cheshireArtist
"I do appreciate your eagerness; except you will not survive without Fasu's guidance. You should listen." All three glanced up at Sir's words, paying complete attention, if they even looked like they weren't they would be punished. Then all three focused their attention on Fasu after what their leader said, wondering what the man had to say. Anything with Fasu involved made Ruu edgy. The boy bit the inside of his cheek, still trying to keep his stoic facade up. Right now he was just a bundle of nerves. A complete and total bundle of nerves, he glanced at Astaat out of the corner of his eye, wondering why she was in such a rush. This mission must be something bad, that's what the feeling in the room told him. Still biting the inside of his cheek, the boy gave the intimidating demon his attention. Rosa and Maria seemed to be having a silent conversation from the way the two kept glancing at each other. The silver haired boy was sure they were, since their connection was different than his and Isaan's. It was an awkward question to ask, but the fallen asked out of pure curiosity to see if all twins had a connection of sorts. The two half-demon girls basically lived inside each other's heads, nothing could be kept secret between the two. They were different people...yet could be in complete sync. It was kind weird, even to Ruu who was a twin himself. Both seemed to end their conversation and give their complete attention to Fasu after a few moments. Teesie
Astaat was trying so desperately to avoid this part of the meeting. The part where she knew the man, Fasu, would give her and the team false information. If by any chance the woman hadn't over heard the other two talking, she would have led her group to death. The woman would have felt like complete shit if she would have guided the children into their demise....well, the twin girls anyways. It seemed like the savior hadn't given up on Asttat yet just because she was a fallen. The black, curly haired woman knew that it was the work of a guardian angel who had given her the opportunity to eavesdrop. Without that certain action, the medical team, excluding Ruune, would all be dead. "Well it all pretty simple...you all just need a format. This will consist of the twin girls in the front row...and Astaat slowly falling behind with Ruune way in the back, watching over you all. There is a girl we want you all to find. She goes by the name of Cindy, but she will not be coming willingly. You all have to fight your way to her. Here is the maps that follows the trail that you all will have to go on." He voiced, throwing four maps onto the table in front of the medical minions. There was a wicked smile on his face as he leaned against the back of his chair. I hope you all be safe, especially Ruune." Sir only stared to the silver haired kid not saying a word. The boy defiantly interested him in many ways. A background check had especially given him the idea as of who this boy was. Astaat was not only the boy's teacher...she was a little something more. That was something that made the kid even more interesting. The youngest fallen in history. What could the kid had possible done? Though the Demoni was a large and powerful group, they were even unaware of the officials work. Astaat stood to hold out her hands to her students. "Then let us go. Take the maps, we will be on our way." She explained, bowing to the leader of the group and padding out the room.
Guest cheshireArtist
Each of the three subordinates bowed and thanked Fasu and their Leader, before taking a map and fallowing Astaat out. Once they were out of room and far enough away from listening ears the three looked up at Astaat. It seemed this mission didn't sit right with any of them. "What's going on?" Rosa asked, since she was always the voice of the small group of friends. "Yeah...somethin' mister Fasu said doesn't seem quite right," Maria added. Ruu said nothing, still shocked and scared about how Sir was looking at him. He didn't like that man very much to begin with...he was just creepy. He gulped and bit his lip, looking to Astaat for awnsers.
Teesie
Astaat looked to the innocent kids as questions were fired one after another. The woman already felt bad enough by having to bring the kids into a battle; but she will not lose. Taking in a deep breath, the black haired woman grabbed Ruune's and Maria hand to trail outside. She was knew that Rosa would follow. Once the medical unit was outside, Astaat turned to answer the young teens. "You all know as I do...that it sounds like a pretty simple mission....but it's far from it. We will go to retrieve this Cindy...but will not fail. Fuck the trail on this map, we'll find another way in. I doubt there is even a Cindy. Though whatever goes on, I will not let you all be hurt." Afterwards she turned around and set off on the mission. She just hoped everything would be ok.
Guest cheshireArtist
All three were shocked by the woman's words, she swore just as much as Ruu talked, and that wasn't much. Not only that the mission was a set up? What did they ever do to draw that kind of anger from Sir? The silver haired boy actually gripped the black haired woman's hand tighter. Maria and Rosa seemed to be having another silent conversation as the walked. The three were soon outside the base, ready to head out to find this Cindy person...if there was a Cindy. There was an aura of unease around the children, they knew Astaat would do her best to protect them...but that didn't stop the feeling. "Miss Astaat," Ruu voiced for the first time that night, "did we do something wrong to anger the Leader?" He was just voicing what they all wanted to know. They were all extremely careful when it came to Sir, so they knew better than to screw up in his presence. Rosa and Maria looked up as well, both just as curious. Teesie
Astaat turned her head to glance to the kids. That was something that was even a mystery to her. To kill off children were something that was just undeniable cruel. It angered her to hear even such a thing. The mission was all a set up and she was scared to even return without a woman such as Cindy. If what Fasu said was all lies, how could they possible bring back someone of that name. Even it the group were to find a Cindy and had proof of her identity, due to her ID, Sir would just say she was the wrong female. It was a lose, lose situation and it actually brought tears to the woman's chocolate eyes. The dark haired lady just didn't know what to do. "I don't know as to why they want us killed. That will be a mystery to all of us. We will never find out the real reason. I'm sorry that I can't inform you of the reasons Ruune." Reaching a hand back to ruffle the silver locks resting upon the boy's head. Astaat just wished she knew of the reasons herself. As thought, it was something that they all wanted to know. Guest cheshireArtist
It was silent walk after that. They all stayed close, ignoring what Fasu said about formations. Rosa had an arm wrapped around her sister's shoulders, holding her close. Both twin girls were tense, so tense that Maria had removed her ax from her back and was now carrying it, ready to use it. The silver haired boy looked around them, looking for any suspicious movement with sharp eyes, just as tense, as he walked besides Astaat. Something about the woman always made Ruu feel safe...maybe it was because of her eyes. The woman's eyes looked so much like Isaan's, and by extension his mother's. She also held the same warmth he remembered that was present in his late mother, though it was less open than Anya's. Strange...it was very strange, but Ruu was thankful for the familiarity at least. Sometimes Ruu wondered why Astaat was a fallen in the first place. She was such a nice person to all three of them, and never took joy in killing or anything like that. Was she set up like himself? It was something he wondered constantly since he met her. Also...why was she in the Demoni in the first place? She didn't seem like the type to join voluntarily, so maybe she was forced like him and the twins. These were just small questions he asked himself as they traveled, but never really voiced out of fear for seeming nosy and respect for the woman's privacy. Teesie
After hours of traveling, the group had made it to the place that was marked on the map. The final path to the towering building which held, if not a fib, a woman named Cindy. If the woman was to take the kids on the trail the girls will most surely die, her also. There just had to be another way around, though according to the map there was only one path. Astaat wouldn't give up though, the map was drawn to begin with. Every location had more than one path to get around. "Kids, I want you all to go to the left. We will not be following the trail marked by Fasu." She voiced as she began to journey to the left. Maybe the path would be long but who cared. If it was to protect the teens then the dark haired lady would have traveled for three days straight. No food, no water and no shelter. --- As said, it seemed like after another three hours, the group had arrived to the colossal building. Viewing the marked path from this angle, one could see the set up. There were giant boulders ready to come rolling at them with the slip of a foot. From the sun's glare, Astaat or the other couldn't have seen the small silver strings. Due to the sun now behind them, the traps were seen clearly. "What a horrible way to die." She whispered to herself, shaking her head slightly.
Guest cheshireArtist
"Holy shit...," Maria muttered, looking down on the path they would have taken. "They really did wanna kill us," Rosa finished, tightening her grip on her twin, and gritted her sharp teeth. She would have gladly pushed her sister aside of any of those bolders...if either of them was going to live it would be her slightly younger sister. They promised their parents they'd always look out for each other...they were the only family they had left. Ruu frowned and gripped his daggers...they really thought this through, didn't they? He understood how Rosa was feeling, he'd rather have himself die over Isaan dieing. Hell...he'd rather anyone he cared about live over him. Teesie
The black haired woman glanced back to the adolescents to see that they were seeing the same as she was. The expressions on their faces varied from worry, hurt and determination. It was for sure that the children did not want to believe that Fasu wanted to hurt them, but this was the awakening truth. One that Astaat did not want to expose the kids to, albeit it couldn't be helped. "We won't let this slow us down. We have to go inside, fight our way through and retrieve this Cindy woman...if there really is one. We won't let just that falter us, but do look out for traps everywhere else. Sir and Fasu may be smarter than we think. Possible, in case someone did overhear their conversation, the two could have planted many more. I don't want you all to be hurt. Please do be careful." She informed, giving all a ruffle to the hair. Sighing the dark haired woman rushed toward the door and bashed it open. Astaat's weapons consisted of a shield and a mace. The fight began now, and it would be difficult. Watching out for traps and fighting others would be hard to do, but she knew her group could succeed. Ruune, Maria and Rosa was strong...they could manage. She believed in them.
Guest cheshireArtist
Who ever thought the Medical Faction of the Demoni was made up of a bunch of weaklings would be sadly mistaken. Maria and Rosa, despite their division, were way more of fighters than healers. Because of their demon blood the two had a lot of brute strength, which reflected in their choice of weaponry. An ax was not an easy weapon to use without strength, and a punch with brass knuckles would not do much damage if you didn't have enough force after all. Ruune, on the other hand was a healer at heart...but when it was need he would do what he had to do. The boy had never killed before, he had only been training with his weapons for the months he had been in the Demoni...but it was a harsh world, and while he didn't value his own life very highly he did love his friends, so he would do what he'd have to do. The room they entered was filled with enemies. They actually seemed surprised by their arrival, but attacked them regardless. Maria, and Rosa were back to back, defending each other and complimenting each other's movement the way only twins could. Ruu's natural speed came into play here, he was darting from enemy to enemy, just a streak of silver and black among the crowd. With his daggers drawn he hit the vitals of enemies, just as Astaat taught him with dummies. A stab to the heart, a slice to the throat, heck, he even managed to knock several enemies unconscious by hitting them in the temple with the handles of his daggers. Unlike his twin the small boy took no joy in his accomplishments...hurting someone like that made him feel sick. Of coarse he was gaining his own injuries, but was rather good at dodging, a trait he seemed to share with Isaan. Then the fighting ended, all the enemies either dead, or unconscious. Rosa was holding one of her hands, which looked broken from all the punching she was doing, and Maria looked a little cut up and as if she dislocated her shoulder, but other than that they seemed fine. Ruu did a self inventory on his own injuries, his sides and arms had several cuts, and he got his in the head at some point, but do to his healing ability all his injuries were all ready scabbing over, even the deeper cuts. The three, breathing harshly, and out of breath, looked to their faction leader for instruction on what to do next.
Teesie
The battle had begun and Astaat, being a Demoni Faction leader over the twin girls for a while, had experienced many fights. Enemies began to rush to her, but pushing the shield forward knocked many back, having some stumble which left an opening. The black haired woman quickly pulled back her protectors to swing the mace, the heavy, spiked, metal wepon smashing against a foe's head. There was a sickening sound as the skull was smashed and blood spewed everywhere. Astaat smirked slightly, she had to confess that she had a bit of a bloodlust herself. Ducking a sword, the curly head woman spun around and delivered a swift kick to another stomach before quickly bashing him away with her shield. After the hit was a success, knocking the other onto the floor, she swing the mace once more, the weapon embedding into the skull of the fallen. Due to the lack of protection, she was stabbed into the leg, but the leader didn't falter. Backing away quickly she threw the shield, watching as it hit the target, making the enemy lose balance. Astaat rushed over to pounce on the metal material, the spikes on the outside digging into the flesh. The man would die from blood loss. The woman glanced around to see that the enemies were all dead. It was a easy win for her crew, that was exactly what she expected from her students. "Well, that was easy. Now we just have to seek out this Cindy woman." She voiced, wiping away a blood stain on her cheek.
Guest cheshireArtist
Rosa nodded, cracking her neck and wiping her uninjured hand on her pants to clean it of blood, and Maria smirked, popping her shoulder back in place. She was always the cockier of the two. Ruune sheathed his own bloodied weapons, and looked over at his allies. He felt bad that they were injured, but the sometimes harsh training Astaat put them under did pay off in the end, since there was no permit damage. The boy wiped away the blood that trickled down his face and decided to act as medic and make sure some injuries to his fellow teens weren't too bad, since he knew that Astaat would take care of her own injuries, and refuse his help. Ruu walked over to Rosa and gently took her injured and in his own, and used the scanning spell to determine how bad the damage was. It wasn't as bad as all the blood made it seem and it could wait until they got back to base. He gave the girl a small nod and muttered, "It's not too bad...but may I bandage it in the mean time?" Rosa nodded and slipped off the knuckle from her hand, wincing slightly. The silver haired boy quickly took out a roll of bandages from a small bag strapped to his hip and made quick work of bandaging the damaged hand. He actually wished he knew the spell to mend the bones, but he was too inexperienced, and might mess up if he even tried, so this was the best he could do. After placing the roll back in the bag, he looked to Maria, who waved him off, signalling she was fine. Rosa rolled her eyes at that, her little sister could be a little too confident at times. After that the three walked over to their leader and mentor, and fallowed her deeper into the building. The kept close, not knowing what was around the corner. Teesie
The black, curly haired woman nodded after giving a small nod to all her students. The medical unit wouldn't be looked over like weaklings anymore. Astaat would show that her team was as smart, and strong as the rest. Fasu and Sir would be highly disappointed in themselves once they found out that the kids had been strong enough to pass this stupid suicidal mission. Astaat sighed as she grabbed a hold of her shield and snatched it out the flesh of the dying man. Now the only mission was to look out for traps and find Cindy. "Come kids. I hope you all are prepared for another fight if needed. I doubt there will be more but don't let your guard down. Twins...you two watch out for traps. Now, come." She informed, pulling her hair from her face and walking up the spiral stairs.
