Already he was missing the elf's smile, he didn't like the lack of emotion, it made him seem like a robot rather than a living being. "Well, For dinner you stand against the wall behind me. Out of the way, you don't speak, nor do you eat. You're supposed to just watch me and you can't move from that spot until I'm ready to leave... Kinda sucks, huh?"

Duvain shook his head as he looked at the other. "If that is what I must do - I can not complain. I wouldn't want to get you in trouble for picking out a wrong man to serve you..." The blonde said softly while waiting for Aria to get into the mansion. "I will try to stay out of the way as much as possible, yet I fear that merely by being an elf may cause unnecessary attention."

"I'm sure you'll do wonderfully. You're very.. stoic." Aria said, smiling up at the older male. "Don't worry about it, if they give you too much attention for being an elf. I'll deal with it, what you are isn't any of their concern." The prince looked back ahead of them, heading through the castle gate. Not doubting for a moment that the elf would do well, he didn't seem like the type to mess up.

Duvain blinked in confusion at the comment about him being stoic... Was he really? He managed to squeeze out a smile when the time was right! With a small sigh, the blonde nodded at the faery's following words and followed him into the castle.

Aria greeted the guards in front of the castle doors, watching as they opened them up for the two of them. Stepping into the large building, glancing back to make sure that the elf wasn't being harassed, relieved that he wasn't. "You should try to remember the way to the dining hall." he said as he walked through the large castle, making his way through the halls to the dining room, hoping that his servant wouldn't get lost.

Duvain merely nodded at his master's words while his eyes trailed through the castle. He never complained about a short memory because honestly - he could remember various things really quickly. As the two made their way through the castle, the elf made sure to examine all the different ways leading to different places in the short time he had. It was indeed very important that he knew exactly where to go when he had to kill the king and his family.

Aria looked behind himself when he was a few feet away from the dining room door, he smiled slightly at the elf and walked in ahead of the other male. The prince made his way over to his seat, a different servant pulling it out for him, not giving Duvain the opportunity to do it himself. Pursing his lips before sitting down in his seat, allowing the other servant to push his seat in.

Duvain simply followed the other silently as he was supposed to and stood against the wall behind Aria. His gaze turned to the king as the elf trailed his eyes over the room. The blonde's eyes focused on Aria's meal afterwards and he lightly bit the inside of his cheek. If only he had an opportunity to get closer to the king...

Aria placed his hands in his lap as he waited, sitting as a prince should. Looking at Duvain's reflections in one of the flower vases, attention on his servant as he waited for when it was proper to eat. Not having to wait too soon before a plate was placed down in front of him, he moved his hair out of his eyes. Listening idly to his father as he spoke, eating his food in a princely manor.

Duvain kept his mouth shut all the time, yet his blue eyes were focused on the king as he listened to him speaking. The elf showed no emotion at all, as well as ignoring all the looks he got from those faery servants that were around him. The blonde knew that even the Queen herself threw an occasional glance at him, yet he tried his best not to care even about that. He had to stay calm and focused throughout all this...

Aria occasionally looked up at his father, sometimes adding to the conversation, it wasn't anything important. The king was just rambling, his father did try to keep things at the table peaceful as possible. Since they had to deal with problems on a regular basis, he tried to keep the little bit of family time as comfortable as they could. Attention turning to his mother every now and then she was a bit quiet, clearly wondering what his father was thinking by allowing him to choose the elf.

Duvain tilted his head a little bit as he listened to the King talk. It was mostly useless nonsense... The elf wanted to just go and leave, this wasn't helping him at all... But that would ruin the mission completely. The bandage that he had wrapped around his tattoo was making the armor a little bit tight and he moved slightly to get into a more comfortable position. His blue eyes were back on the Queen and he cursed in his mind. He felt as if she knew his true reason here...

Aria held back a sigh as his mother continued inspecting his servant, it was getting to be pretty obvious she was staring him down which made for an awkward dinner.

Soon, the meal was over, his parents had left together, his mother whispering to the king. Aria rose from his seat and glanced over to his personal guard as other servants busied themselves with cleaning up after the royals. The prince turned on his heal and headed out of the dining room, expecting Duvain to follow, it wouldn't be good if his servant just remained standing there.

Duvain let. his eyes follow the king and queen as they walked off. A slight frown appeared on his face, nearly invisible since he always looked emotionless. When Aria stood up to leave, the blonde quietly followed, completely ignoring the stares he got from other servants. His blue eyes seemed a bit tired as he walked after the prince with his hands behind his back.

Aria kept his gaze ahead of himself as he walked, relieved that his servant had followed as he should. "I'd like to take a bath, then it's off to bed." he said, as he walked through the halls to the long stair case. "Oh, I haven't showed you to your room yet, have I?" he asked, stepping up the stairs, looking back at the other. "You do seem tired." he mused, the other looked like he was in need of a good nights sleep. The prince didn't want to keep him up too late, so he'd try to make his bath short.

Duvain nodded at the prince's words. “No, you haven't.“ He answered the question with a small yawn coming afterwards. “I'm not sure if I may ask, but is there a chance to get something to eat before I sleep?“ He asked quietly and tilted his head. He may be a mercenary, but that didn't mean he didn't get hungry... The blue eyes were gazing at Aria as he waited for his answer.

"It's connected to mine, so that you'll be able to guard me better." Aria said, smiling when he heard the yawn, Duvain was kinda cute when he yawned. "Of course you can, you can go eat while I bathe. But I'd like to show you to the rooms first, so that you know where to come back to." he said, smiling at his servant. Looking ahead of himself as they arrived on the floor his room was on.

Duvain nodded and followed the prince. Guard... Or kill. This way I can simply kill off the prince without having to move around through the castle... The elf thought to himself while quietly walking after Aria. He nodded yet again when the other said that he could eat after he was led into the room. The blonde carefully looked around the floor and blinked before turning his gaze back at the prince, waiting for his orders.

"I just wanted you to memorize the floor that we're on." Aria said, smiling kindly at the other male. The prince began to walk again, heading down the side that their rooms were on. Blissfully unaware of the plans that the elf had for him, he opened up his door and walked into his own room. On the surface it didn't seem like there was a room connecting to his own, he headed over to his bookshelf. Pulling down a book on elves, it was the lever that opened the secret the door that led to the room on the right of his. "On your side it's a book on demons."

Duvain raised his eyebrows upon realizing his room was a secret one. If Aria would've turned around, he may have noticed a slight smirk on the other's face. This was great! "I understand." He said quietly as he walked in after the prince. The elf trailed his eyes over the room with a small smile on his face. The smile didn't really reach his eyes though - they stil looked tired.

Aria stepped into the hidden room, tapping the book that was the trigger on the other side. "It's like this so that if there are any enemies in the castle you can quickly come to me without being noticed or I could hide in there with you. I hope you don't mind that you have to go through my room to get in and out of your own." he said, turning to look at the other, smiling a bit when he noticed the elf's, happy to see the cold expression softened. "You can go ahead and eat, I'll just be in my bathroom."

Duvain nodded slightly and bowed. "Thank you, I shall make sure of your safety." He promised and waited until thr prince walked off to the bathroom. Once Aria was out of sight, the elf sighed and walked off to eat. He took a piece of bread and some cheese, making himself a simple sandwich. Once he ate it, the blonde ran a hand through his hair and sighed when he noticed a petit faery girl staring at him. Without saying anything, Duvain stood up and walked back to the prince, waiting until he was done.

"I'm sure you will, I don't doubt your abilities." Ara said with a kind smile, he walked out of the elf's room and into his own personal bathroom. It had taken a while and a lot of pleading, but he had convinced his parents to stop sending up servants to bathe him and dress him. Never had he liked someone else doing something so simple for him, he turned the water on, waiting for it to get to a good temperature before plugging it up. The prince slipped his clothing off of his pale frame, soon sliding into the hot bath.

Still in the water, relaxing by the time his servant had returned.

Duvain leaned back against the wall and closed his eyes as he waited for the orince to be finished. A small frown didn't disappear from his face when he thought about both the Queen and that faery girl. Who knew just how long he may have to stay here until the mission was complete... He was the best out of the best, there was no chance this mission was going to fail as long as he was the one doing it. The elf rarely failed any missions at all, so he earned the trust of his Lord and a reputation which was hard to break, as well as his pride.

Aria slowly dunked his body under the water before rising back out of it, starting to clean himself up once he did. He decided he'd been relaxing long enough, pretty sure that the elf had returned in the time he'd just been sitting in his tub. "Duvain, Are you here?" he asked loud enough to be heard outside his bathroom, rinsing his hair out. Carefully starting to clean his body as he waited for the answer.
