Bio: When he was in school, he didn't like to study English. Later though, he decided to learn it when he came accross Doraemon written in English. He found out it was a bad idea to learn the language from the comic book because he couldn't understand it. So he bought a textbook for English learners, and was able to learn a few easy sentences from that; however, he tends to forget them easily! He tried to use his English when the band was in Europe, turned out he couldn't understand what others said if they didn't speak slowly; and others couldn't understand him at all because of his pronunciation!

 

Shinya is the "baby" of Dir en grey, him being the youngest and most serious member. Allegedly he is the most stubborn in the band, so the others allow him to do almost everything he wants. I find it amazing to hear him playing on the drums, such a powerful sound coming from a seemingly small person. He is the only one in the band who doesn't smoke, and likes to keep a healthy diet; he also likes to solve riddles.

It is quite hard to get to know anything about him, as he doesn't give straight answers in interviews. Because of his quiet nature, he never volunteers any information about himself. In fact, it was 6 months before the others found out what his phone number was! Also it is a rare occasion to see him flashing his pretty smile. He's also very shy and not talkitive. He also has girly features.

Bio:.When Toshiya was younger, he was a shy child who liked to keep to himself and draw. He was picked on by bully's and most of his companions were girls. ". Before he picked up the bass as his instrument, he had tried many before, like drums and guitar. However, he chose the bass because it had less strings and he thought it would be easier to play on it, but soon he had to find out that wasn't true. He spent lot of time practicing and thus he became one of the most talented bassist as a result. Toshiya is the only member who was not a part of La:Sadies before Dir en grey; he came from Deathmask. When he first met with Dir en grey, he couldn't decide what to think of them. He had heard some rumours about them, particularly about the blonde singer, Kyo. But he was impressed when he heard Kaoru scold a man who had claimed that they wouldn't make it as a real band. Kaoru told him in a proud tone that they surely would be famous. And it turned out that Kaoru was right after all. Toshiya often states jokingly that he was "kidnapped" by Dir en grey, but he seems pretty happy to be their "victim .

 

He is very open about his emotions and his opinions which makes it easier to get to know him. He is an incredible man with a boyish charm. Whether it is backstage, or onstage, he loves to play aroundNow his is outgoing and his dearest friends are his four band companions. He is not the most serious member of the band, but when it comes to their music he is very sincere. He loves to smile and laugh, which sets him apart from the others. He loves to pick on Shinya.He cherishes his past. He is thankful for all of the people that he has met and for all that he has learned and experienced throughout his life

Shinya was at the back stage fixing his hair hearing the fans scream and say , "Dir En Grey! Dir En Grey! Dir En Grey!" Hearing the fans screaming the bands name put a smile on this face. As Shinya turns around he watches as Kyo lights a cigarette looking at Kaoru and Die with a smirk, Shinya smiles and walks up to them, "you guys ready?" As he was saying that he was looking around for Toshiya, but notices he was no where in sight. Shinya was wearing a white shirt with a red long jacket (a bit girly). As Shinya looks over at Kyo with a worried face, Kyo knew something was wrong, "Shinya, what's wrong?" Kyo says with concern. Kaoru and Die stops talking and looks over at Shinya. Shinya looks at them, "where's Toshiya at the time like this?" Kaoru, Die, and Kyo shrugs, Kaoru puts his hand on Shinya's shoulder, "we'll find him" he says with a smile reassuring Shinya.

 

Kaoru, Die, and Kyo moves off and walks in the back stage hallway in the search for Toshiya. Shinya sighs and walks in the back stage hallway as well hearing the producer saying, "all right guys, you ready?!" Shinya snickers, "we're looking for Toshiya." As the producer face palms he looks at Shinya with a smile, "we'll find him." Shinya smiles at the producer, "that's what Kaoru said."

Toshiya stood outside the back door, smoking a Virginia Slim by himself. He looked up at the stars in the night sky, preparing himself mentally for the concert. He could barely hear the thousands of fans inside, screaming the band's name. He exhaled slowly, watching the smoke drift up towards the sky. "Damn, I really don't want to do this tonight", he thought to himself. But picturing his fellow band mates put a smile on his face, erasing the negative thought that passed through his mind. Just as he was dropping his cigarette butt on the ground, he could hear Kyo and Kaoru calling his name. He oppened the door, right as Kyo were about to open it, startling him a bit "Toshiya, it's time to go on stage" Kyo said, as the look of worry washed off his face. Kaoru patted Toshiya on the back, and whispered "Shinya is worried, so you better move your ass", slapping Toshiya in the butt. Toshiya shook his head, laughing as they started down the hall back stage.

 

The three make it back right as the producer was about to throw a hissy fit. Toshiya walks over to Shinya and says "You didn't need to worry so much. Wasn't going to run away from you guys", winking at him. He looks at the rest of the band, grins and asks "Are we all ready to go? Our fans are waiting", sounding like a smart ass.

Shinya sighs in relief as Kaoru, Toshiya, and Kyo comes back. Die stands by Shinya's side with a smile happy to see the band are back together again. As Toshiya reassured he wasn't running away, Kaoru snickers and smirks, "it seemed like it" he says with a playful tone. Kyo shakes his head started to get a bit grumpy, "alright guys! Put your hands together, let's do this for Dir En Grey! And for the fans!" As Kyo put his hands out, Die, Kaoru, and Shinya puts their hands on top of each other all smiles ready to roll! Shinya nudges Toshiya with his elbow with a smile, "ready to roll!?" Shinya felt the producer smile. Shinya was glad he was with his best friends, he was happy they were all together; without them he would be no where. Shinya smiles looking at them all.

Toshiya nods at Shinya, and places his hands on top of everyone else, mainly trying to cover Shinya's hands with his. He hangs his head and smiles, as the crowd screams louder behind them. "Let's roll!" Kyo shouts, hurrying towards the stage. The rest follow behind. As Kyo slowly walks out onto the stage, a red light begins to slowly glow, causing the crowd to go ballistic. Kaoru slowly walks over to the right side of the stage. Die walks over to the left side. Shinya walks out and sits at the drums. Toshiya walks out last, arms raised up in the air. The girls closes to the stage scream louder than before. He walks out, and stands near the edge of the stage, taking it all in. Toshiya gives the crowd a cocky smile, then walks back on the stage a bit behind Kyo, letting him be the center of attention now. Toshiya smirks at Shinya, then turns back around laughing.

As Shinya bangs his drum sticks together he counts in his head, "1,2,3,4" the same time he bangs his drum sticks together. As he hits the drums the first song was Dozing Green. Shinya smiles as Kyo begins to sing and head bangs his head hitting the drums harder as the rest was head banging their heads as well. Shinya still hitting the drums smiling as Kyo sings, keeping an eye on Toshiya smiling even bigger now. Shinya sings along quietly to the song feeling amazed. As Shinya was hitting the drums keeping up with the beat he stops and lets the bass go for his part and hits the drums again, trying not to smile big. Shinya keeps looking at Toshiya as Kyo says, "love me" during the song, Shinya looks away hitting the drums softly not trying to mess up. Shinya looks up at the crowed hitting the last part on the drums and looks up at the crowed again, cheering. Shinya smiles hearing the fans cheering for them.

 

Shinya sighs as the next song comes up, Inconvenient Ideal. Shinya keeps up with the beat hitting the drums softly at first and hits them a bit harder when he's suppose to. Shinya looks up at the fans while some of them was singing along and some of them was swaying their hands back and forth, Shinya can't help but realize the fans really adore them. Shinya sighs not smiling now, something seems to be bothering him. Shinya continues to play the drums and hears Kyo doing his 'screaming' part of the song, he smiles at the sound of Kyo's beautiful voice. What was bothering Shinya disappeared.

What no one knew was Shinya has a deep crush on Toshiya. The band members, the fans, the producer, no one knew. Shinya kept it a secret for a very long time, but does Toshiya feel the same way Shinya feels? Will the band stay together when they find out? Will the fans disown them? Shinya doesn't even know.. He can only worry and find out what happens.

Toshiya noticed Shinya's facial expressions, wondering what he was thinking. He closes his eyes, refocusing his thoughts into playing. He looks at the crowd, letting the notes flow from his instrument. Even though he has played the same song over and over again, it felt like it was his first time. With every flick of the pick, he could feel the bass lines running through his body like electric currents running through a wire. Toshiya spreads his legs a bit, stretching the guitar away from his body a bit. Kyo's voice fills his head as he runs his fingers across the strings. He looks over at Die and Karou, smiling as he sees his friends playing along with him. He slowly walks across the stage, standing near Kyo. He quietly sings long, knowing how Kyo is feeling at this moment. Toshiya looks at his instrument, watching his hands working way at it. He looks up at the crowd, slightly smiling at the girls who were closest to the stage as they reached their arms out wishing they could touch him. He slowly walks back over towards Shinya, watching him sweat as he played the drums. "Damn, he is so amazing to watch", he thinks to himself. He couldn't take his eyes off him. Watching droplets of sweat slowly flow from his head, causing his hair to stick to his face a bit. Shinya looked so raw, so beautiful to Toshiya. He let himself give Shinya a big smile, hoping he would notice. "If only you knew how much I want you, how much I want you, sweet Shinya" he lipped to him. He turns back around and walks over to Karou, stands close to him and continues to play.

As the songs were over Shinya got up to join the rest of the group, full of smiles, sweating, out of breath. He listens to the fans screaming, "Dir En Grey! Dir En Grey!" As the band members walk to the back stage and makes it to the back stage hall way, Shinya enters one of the rooms grabbing a towel and wipes the sweat away. Shinya walks over to grab a water and sits down on the couch out of breath listening to Kyo, Kaoru, Die and Toshiya talking. With a sigh Shinya opens the water bottle and takes a drink and puts the cap back on. He watches his Chihuahua Miyu walk her way towards him. As Miyu makes it Shinya picks her up cuddling her whispering, "ready to go home, Miyu?" As Miyu yawns Shinya hears laughter in the back stage hall way, Shinya sighs. He looks over at the doggy bag and pulls it over to him unzipping the doggy bag puting Miyu in it carefully smiling at her. Shinya gets up and packs his things all ready to go home, he missed home, he couldn't wait! As he was thinking Toshiya got on his mind. Shinya looks over at the back stage hall way looking at Toshiya smiling and laughing with the rest. Shinya whispers, "if only you knew the truth, Toshiya..." Shinya stretches and picks up the doggy bag with Miyu in it walking towards the rest of the group.

Toshiya laughs at Karou making a joke about the producer's behavior earlier. Out of the corner of his eye, he see Shinya walking over. Die elbows him, causing him to take his focus off of Shinya. He shoves Die into Kyo playfully. Kyo glares at him, then he and everyone bursts out laughing. Toshiya loves to see Kyo happy and smiling, knowing that he needs to do it more. He ruffles Kyo's hair, causing Kyo to grab his arm and pushing him into Shinya. He slams into Shinya hard, causing him to hit the wall and fall to the ground. Toshiya looks at Kyo shocked. Kyo shrugs it of, and the other two laugh. He quickly turns around, reaching out his hand to pull poor Shinya up. He grips his hand tight around Shinya's, feeling the warmth of his palm pressed against his. He helps him up, feeling horrible for what just happened. He looks Shinya in the eyes, and asks "Are you alright?". He turns Shinya around and dusts off his back, then goes down and brushes off his butt. Doing this made Toshiya blush a bit, trying to hide it from the rest of the guys. He doesn't know how they would react if they saw him doing that while touching Shinya. Would they tease him, or question him about his feelings. If only he could tell them the truth.

Shinya smiles at Toshiya, "I'm fine, thanks." Shinya ignores the fact Toshiya touched his butt, but then realized Miyu was in the doggy bag when he was pushed. Shinya quickly unzips the doggy bag looking down at Miyu. Miyu pop her head out trying to lick Shinya's face, Shinya smiles and laughs, "No, Miyu~" Shinya picks up his little dog and holds her in his arms as he stands up and looking at the others. Kyo looked over at Shinya with a smile and a smirk, "oh look, the rat is out of it's bag." Die, Kaoru, and Kyo all laugh while Shinya looks down at his dog with a sigh. Shinya is normally use to being picked on because he's the youngest, but he doesn't feel up to it right now. As the producer clears his throat to get everyone's attention, Shinya stands next to Toshiya. The producer looks at them all with a smile, "the bus is ready to take you guys home! So make sure you have all of your stuff!" Shinya frowns and turns around to make sure he has all of his stuff. He walks over to his things putting Miyu back in her bag picking it up, and grabs the rest of his things. Shinya turns to see if everyone else has their things as well, of course they were talking and teasing each other getting their things as well. Shinya and the rest walk towards the bus as the fans sees them, they sceam and yell, happy to see them. As they all get in the bus, Shinya goes to the far back of the bus and sits down by the window. He leans his head on the window looking outside not trying to doze off, full of thought.

Toshiya pushes Kyo into a seat. Kyo kicks Toshiya in the shin. Die, standing right behind him, pushes him forward and says,"Go sit in the back with the baby, why don't you?" Karou high fives Die. Kyo points to the back of the bus, laughing as he says, "Yeah, go babysit Shinya and that rat of his". Toshiya raises his hand like he was gonna slap someone, playfully. Die and Karou take their seats, laughing at him. He throws his bag into the over head storage and walks towards the back of the bus slowly. He notices Shinya looking out the window, expressionless. Toshiya sits in the seat across from him, only that's not where he really wants to sit. He wishes he could sit next to Shinya, wrap his arm around him and have Shinya rest his head against his chest. But he can only have that inside his mind. He sits with his back towards the window, throwing his legs up onto the seat and crosses them. He couldn't take his gaze off of his love. Toshiya lets out a sigh and closes his eyes. He opens his mouth and says, "Shinya, you kicked ass out there on stage tonight. I couldn't help but watch you. Good job." He gives him a thumbs up. Yet he really wanted to say was, "Shinya, you looked good tonight. I enjoyed watching you. I love you."

Shinya wasn't paying attention to the others, he was to deep in thoughts running through his head. He realizes Toshiya is walking towards him. Shinya watches for a few seconds and looks away, with a sigh he leans his head against the window again. He hears Toshiya sitting across the seat from him, not looking at him, or saying anything. Shinya listened as Toshiya was talking to him, "Shinya, you kicked ass out there on stage tonight. I couldn't help but watch you. Good job." giving Shinya a thumbs up, Shinya looks at him with a smile and a thumbs up back, "Thanks, Toshiya. You did amazing too!" Shinya got butterflies in his tummy, "just by talking to him, being around him, being near him, I get butterflies" Shinya thinks in his head. Shinya leans his head against the window again thinking, "Toshiya, I really wanted to say Ai Shiteru. But for some reason I can't even say that, I wonder how you really feel about me? Is it me holding it back? If only you knew, Toshiya." Shinya slowly drifts off to sleep.

 

(Ai Shiteru means I Love You in Japanese. It expresses how you really feel about that person.)

Toshiya slowly opened his eyes. He watched Shinya fall asleep. He smiles to himself, holding back a giggle. Seeing Shinya sleeping so peacefully made Toshiya yearn for him even more. Just wanting to caress his, kiss his forehead and fall asleep next to him drove Toshiya a bit crazy. He felt himself growing anxious, so he shifted in his seat, looking out the window. "If he knew how I felt, would he feel the same for me? Would he reject me?". He kept asking himself this same question over and over again. He felt his heart beginning to beat faster inside his chest. Looking back over at Shinya, watching him breathe Toshiya got up from his seat and stood there for a moment. "Should I do it? Should I just sit by him at least?". Rubbing his face with his hand, he looks to see what the others were doing. Kyo was busy writing, Karou was sketching something and Die was reading a book. He looks at the seat where Shinya was sitting, and slowly sits down next to him trying to not wake him up. He swallows hard, reaches over and gently strokes Shinya's hair. He felt how soft it was against his fingers, and he smiled softly. Shinya stirs a bit, causing Toshiya to quickly pull his hand back and into his lap.

Shinya wakes up shortly and stretches smiling at Toshiya, "when did you get there?" Shinya stops stretching and puts his hands in his lap and looks out of the window still feeling a bit sleepy. Shinya looks over at the rest of the group to see what they were up to and looks back at Toshiya, "is everything okay? You seem a bit stressed or worried?" he says with concern. Shinya hears Kyo say something to Kaoru and watches them, Kyo and Kaoru stop talking and get back to what they were doing, and Shinya looks at Toshiya again. Shinya was starting to get that butterfly feeling in his stomach again and he swallows hard. He looks down at his lap, "Toshiya? There's something I want to tell you..." Shinya stops and starts to panic, "never mind" he says and flashes a smile at Toshiya. Shinya looks out of the window again and smiles, "we're almost home."

Toshiya froze for a moment. "What was he going to tell me?" he wondered. Taking a deep breath, feeling his heart beating fast, he grabs a hold of Shinya's hand. He tries to look him in the eyes and feels his face growing hot. "Damn it! I'm blushing!". He takes a deep breath, and smiles. Just the feeling of Shinya's hands in his made his heart flutter a bit. His heart beating even faster now, he opens his mouth, and let's the words flow out of his mouth. " Ai Shiteru, Shinya", Toshiya says in a low tone of voice. His heart is racing so fast, he feels like he might black out. Taking another deep breath, he looks at the ground for a moment. In his heart, he knows that this was the perfect time to confess how he feels, yet his mind kept the thought of being rejected close to the surface. Taking his hand to Shinya's face, he gently ran a finger down his cheek. Biting his lip, he kept the urge to kiss him at bay. The bus turned quickly, causing Toshiya to lean into Shinya a bit.

Shinya blushes and looks at the others and back to Toshiya again. He smiles his mind feels like it's racing as he blushes even brighter. He couldn't believe it, did Toshiya just really say those words to him? Shinya looks out of the window for a second and looks at Toshiya, "Watashi mo anata o aishite, Toshiya. Shinya breathing starts to get faster as Toshiya touches his cheeks softly. He starts to feel shyness come back as he looks in Toshiya's eyes with a smile, still blushing deeply. Toshiya feels the bus turn quickly causing Toshiya lean against him a bit, Shinya smiles and wonders, "will he kiss me in front of everyone? Or will he say forget it and move away?" Shinya looks out of the window real quick and notices they're 6 blocks away from their home, he looks back at Toshiya, "I want to be with you..." Shinya blushes couldn't believe he just said that. He looks down at his lap with a sigh and begins to speak again, "but if we do that... I worry about the band breaking up." he says with a worried tone in his voice. Shinya surely didn't want the band to break up if they end up dating, he wants the band to stay together, what will happen next?

Toshiya quickly looks up at the others and notices that they are still preoccupied. He turns to Shinya, smiling at his blushing face and gently kisses his cheek. Even though it was just for a brief moment in time, it felt like his lips were resting on Shinya's cheek forever. Slowly moving away from his face, he realized that he had a huge problem brewing in his mind. If he was to go any further with this, what consequences will he have to live with? How would it affect the band? And how would this affect the fans, as well? He sighs, and looks away from Shinya. He stands up and walks towards the front of the bus and begins to grab his things from the overhead compartment. Kyo looks up from his writing and says, "Alright, we're finally here", as the bus slows down to a stop. Karou, die and Kyo begin to grab their stuff, playing around with each other as they do this. As they all start to exit the bus one by one, Toshiya looks back at Shinya. He gives him a slight smile then exits the bus.

Shinya felt lost, confused, and worried as he looked at the ground for a second. Shinya looked back up and gets up to grab his things and exits out of the bus. He leans against the bus and looks up at the stairs with a sigh he looks for the others, "they must of went inside already?" Shinya walks up to the house and sits down on the porch unzipping the doggy bag so Miyu can run around in the yard. Shinya looks back up at the stars and sighs remembering the good days he had with Toshiya, and the bad days. He remembers the rest of the group as he leans foward setting his hands in his lap he begins to remember what he said in his head, "I want to be with you... But if we do that, I worry about the band breaking up." Shinya shakes his head and remembers what Toshiya says, "Ai Shiteru, Shinya." Hes memories started to hit him hard, he has to learn from the consequences but he doesn't feel right. Shinya just wanted to sit on the porch step and cry, he didn't want the band to break up. Shinya looks down at the ground and feels a tear coming, he was crying, he wanted what was right for he sake of the fans, and for Dir En Grey.

Kyo throws his bags on top of everyone else's bags, and flops on the couch. Die rushes into the bathroom, having held his pee in since they got on the bus. Karou sits in the chair opposite of Kyo, stretches and closes his eyes. Toshiya puts his bag on the ground and squats in front of it, unzips it and digs inside looking for his smokes. Kyo leans forward and says," Toshiya, where is the baby you were suppose to babysit?". Toshiya feels his pack of cigarettes and pulls them out. He looks back at Kyo and asks "What? He didn't walk in here behind us?". He looks around the room and doesn't see him." He might be outside with that damn rat of his" Kyo answers. Toshiya stands up, feeling for his lighter in his pockets, but fails to find it. He walks over to Kyo, pushes him back into the couch and digs into his pockets. "Hey, what the hell?" Kyo says playfully. Toshiya finds a lighter in Kyo's pocket, reaches in and grabs it. He backs up and kicks Kyo's foot. "I need a lighter. I'm going to go check outside for Shinya while I smoke". Kyo flips him off as Toshiya walks towards the door. He grins at Kyo, flipping him back off. He opens the door and steps outside. He notices Shinya sitting on the stairs. Toshiya pulls a cigarette out of the box, lights it and slowly moves towards Shinya. As he gets closer, he notices that Shinya is crying. He asks himself "Did I cause him to cry?". He walks up behind him, thinking "God, don't let me be the monster that did this to him". Toshiya kneels down, and puts his arm around Shinya. He whispers "Please don't cry". He tightens his grip a bit, and kisses Shinya on the top of his head.

Shinya hears the door open and close but he didn't pay no mind, he was to upset and didn't want no one to see he was crying. He hears the person walk behind him and he knew it was either Kyo, Kaoru, Die or Shinya. He knows it's not Kyo because Kyo is to quiet, it's not Kaoru because he's talkitive, and it's not Die because he's hyper and likes to tell jokes, so it was Toshiya. Shinya looks down at the ground and feels the hug from Toshiya, he smiles when Toshiya told him, "Please don't cry." and gave him a kiss on the head. Shinya turns around to face Toshiya, "I'm sorry I'm like this. It's all obvious I really do like you, but I just worry what the others would think." Shinya sighs and looks away, "like I said before, I don't want the band to break up because of us. I don't want the fans to disown us and hate us." Shinya looks back at Toshiya, "It's funny because I know bands that have the band members being together like The Gazette, but why can't we?" Shinya sighs slowly, "I really do like you, Toshiya. I want to be with you. I just have a lot on my mind right now, I don't even know what to do." He hears Miyu bark and runs up to Shinya, he pets his little dog and looks up at the stars, "the stars are pretty tonight, aren't they? Reminds me of..." Shinya stops and looks at Toshiya with a smile, "never mind that".

Toshiya couldn't help but smile at Shinya. The way his face lights up while smiling made Toshiya's heart flutter a bit. Looking at Shinya's lips made him want to just kiss them. He wanted to just lean in and do it, but resisted for the moment. "I understand where you are coming from on that" he says. He looks up at the stars, staring out into space to gather his thoughts on everything that has come to his mind about the current situation he's in. He lets out a long sigh. He weighs the the positive and negetive effects of their relationship on the world. Looking back at Shinya, staring straight into his eyes he says "I want you to be mine so bad. I don't think anyone would mind it at all. The fans wouldn't just abandon us over it, and neither will the guys". He grabs Shinya's chin, rubbing it with his thumb. "I'm tired of having to hold back my feelings".Turning Shinya's face towards his, he caresses his cheek gently with his other hand. "I love you, Shinya". Toshiya leans in and kisses Shinya's lips gently.

Shinya was getting those butterflies in his stomach again. Shinya watches Toshiya with a smile: love, lust, lost, confused; but he wanted him badly. He looks back up at the stars listening to Toshiya talk, he couldn't believe it, is this true love? Is this what he was looking for? Shinya got lost in thought thinking about what their relationship would be like, lusting for Toshiya, but he also looked at the negative through it, he shakes his head softly, his hair straight and perfect as looks back at Toshiya, Shinya looks at him. Shinya heard what he wanted to hear, he just wanted Toshiya, that's all he wanted. Before Shinya could say anything Shinya leans in and kisses him. Shinya breaks from the kiss and looks at Toshiya, "I love you too." Shinya smiles and leans in and kisses Toshiya back, passionately.

 

Shinya breaks away from the kiss quickly as he heard the door open, he looks away and moves slightly away from Toshiya not looking back who it was. Miyu was laying next to Shinya and she quickly looks back to see who it was, Miyu wags her tail in happiness. Shinya couldn't stop blusing but before it was to late Kyo, Die, and Kaoru sat next to Toshiya and Shinya. Kyo smiles and looks up at the stars, Shinya hasn't seen that smile in a long time, Kyo begins to speak, "such beautiful stars." Kaoru snickers and laughs as Die elbows him. Shinya begins to panic a little and thinks, "does Kyo know what we did?" Shinya gets up and looks at his best friends, "I-I'm going to uhm.. Go back inside and get some rest." Shinya looks at Toshiya with a smile and a wave,"night everyone." With that Shinya picks up Miyu and goes back inside. Shinya closes the door behind him leaning against the door, blushing big time. He looks up at the stairs and begins to walk up them with Miyu right behind him.

 

Shinya opens his bedroom door letting Miyu go in first. Shinya closes the door behind him and lays down on his bed. Shinya looks up at the ceiling, he touches his lips softly and begins to think, "is this all a dream, or is this real? Did Toshiya really... Kiss me?" Shinya rolls over on his side and starts to doze off. Miyu jumps and whines to let Shinya know she wants on the bed with him. Shinya picks up Miyu and puts her on the bed, and with that, Shinya falls asleep dreaming about Toshiya.

Toshiya looks at Shinya, as he stands up and walks inside. He watches the door close behind him. Karou jabs him in the ribs with his elbow, causing Toshiya to quickly snap back to reality. He looks over at Karou and pushes him over. Kyo, still staring at the sky says to Toshiya " I see you found the baby and his rat". Kyo closes his eyes then looks at Toshiya. "What were you two up to?". Die and Karou look at Toshiya as well, making him feel very uncomfortable. Die throws his arm around his neck, and squeezes. He feels his face growing hot. "Shit!" is all that runs through Toshiya's head. He glares at Die, who laughs at his expression as Karou smirks at him. Toshiya panics for a moment, not knowing what to say to Kyo. He shoves Die off of him and playfully slaps Karou's face. He looks at the ground, then gets Kyo in a headlock. Toshiya lets out a fake laugh and says "I was giving him a big wet kiss." Kyo squirms out from the headlock, and laughs. Toshiya lets out a sigh of relief, glad that Kyo didn't take him serious. "I was just teasing him, as always. The baby looked like he needed it" Toshiya adds, causing the others to laugh even more. Watching them laugh took a huge load off of his back. "Thank god these guys are dense sometimes" he thinks to himself, causing a huge smile to come across his face. He lights up a cigarette, and Kyo grabs the lighter out of his hand. Kyo pulls out a cigarette from his pocket and lights it. He looks off into the distance. Toshiya looks at him, then stares into the same direction. Karou and Die continue to horse around with each other. Kyo sighs and says "That was a good show we did. You did a damn good job". He smiles and takes a drag off his cigarette. Toshiya nods and says "You were awesome, as always my friend". He puts an arm around Kyo, and they sit there in silence. Karou and Die wander down the stairs, still messing with with each other. Toshiya finishes his cigarette and flicks it into the air. He pats Kyo's back, then stands up and stretches. He looks down at Kyo and says "I'm gonna go inside and rest". Kyo looks at him and nods, not saying a word. Toshiya turns around and heads towards the door. He stops and takes one last look at his friends, then heads inside. He walks to the room he is staying in, takes off his shirt, and flops onto the bed. He lays there, staring at the ceiling in the dark. He places his hand over his eyes, and thinks to himself "I can't believe I kissed him. I finally did it". He closes his eyes, remembering the softness of Shinya's lips on his, and how Shinya said I love you to him". He smiles and lets out a little giggle. His heart felt alive. For once, he felt like his existence on this world actually mattered to someone, and that he could actually love that person as well. He was finally truly happy in life. He feels himself getting drowsy and lets himself drift of to sleep, still smiling.

Shinya wakes up looking at the clock, "holy shit! It's 7:30AM!" He sits up and rubs his eyes looking at Miyu still sleeping, "such a female" he says with a chuckle. He looks at his phone and sees he has 7 text messages he ignores it and realizes it's Saturday, no concerts, no tours, just a free day. Shinya gets up from his bed and walks over to his closet smelling delicious food. He opens his closet door and grabs his favorite shirt. He walks over to his dresser and grabs other things that he needs and gets dressed. As Shinya was fully dressed pulling his shirt down he hears a knock on the door waking up Miyu in her deep sleep. Shinya smiles thinking, "I hope that's Toshiya!" Shinya walks over to the door and opens it and notices it was Kyo. Shinya gives Kyo a look and Kyo walks in, "Good morning, sun shine. Breakfast should be ready here soon, so come on down stairs when you're ready, okay?" Shinya smiles and nods as Kyo smiles at him and walks out of the room. Shinya looks back at Miyu and back to the door walking out with a stretch and a yawn. Shinya watched Kyo go down stairs as Shinya follows behind. Kyo sits down on the couch and continues with his video game, Shinya walks down the stairs and goes to the living room sitting next to Kaoru.

 

Shinya looks around and notices Toshiya wasn't even around, he starts to think, "Should I ask-" before he could finish Kaoru nudges him, "you're deep in thought there, Shin-Chan." Shinya smiles at Kaoru, "I was actually wondering where did Toshiya run off to this time?" Shinya looks around again, "and of course, Die ran off too" he says with a smile and a laugh. Kyo pauses his game and looks at Shinya and Kaoru, "Die and Toshiya are outside smoking a cigarette, what is it to you?" he says in a grumpy mood. Shinya rolls his eyes with a sigh, "just curious, that's all." Shinya tried to say with a calm tone, he thought his tone of voice sounded a bit mean. Kyo turns back to his video game and unpauses his game and plays it. Kaoru looks at Shinya, "can I talk to you alone?" Shinya acted surprised how Kaoru asked such a question, "yeah sure." he says with concern.

 

As Kaoru got up Shinya got up as well and they both walk to the kitchen. Kaoru looked at Shinya with a concern look, "what's up with you and Toshiya? Not to sound nosey or anything, just curious" he says as he leans against the counter arms crossed. Shinya didn't know what to say he thinks to himself, "I can't leave my best friend out, I have to tell him the truth." Shinya looks at Kaoru, "Want to know? Toshiya kissed me last night, okay?" Shinya says with a rude tone but with a low voice, "keep it as a secret, got it?" Kaoru raises his eyebrows with a smile, "secret safe with me. Go Shinya!" he says with excitment. Shinya smiles and laughs as the door behind him opens, Shinya turns around and looks and sees Die and Toshiya walks in. "Oh look, we have brats walking in" Shinya says with laughter making Kaoru laugh as well. Shinya looks at Toshiya with a smile.
