Kenji flinched hearing a knock at the door. He turned just as it open. His eyes widened. His heart racing at the mere sight of Shi. He quickly tried to cover his body with his hands blushing.

He steps out of the shower, and clothes appear on his body, the water evaporating within seconds. He now wore the clothes once more from before, and leans against the bathroom wall, holding out a towel to Kenji, and then waits for the other to get dressed. They only had a bit of time before the School Fair, and while he waited for Kenji, Shi takes on the form from earlier, the one that people could see, his clothes changing to the sleeveless white tunic like shirt and black pants. "I'm ready to go when you are..." Shi says, absently twirling the necklace with the sphere glass ball on the end.

Kenji slowly followed the other out of the shower. Taking the towel and drying himself off. He thought it was pretty cool that the other could suddenly wear clothes and evaporate water off his body. His love was so mind blowing.

 

He went to his closest after wrapping the towel around himself. He decided to wear a dark green shirt with black symbols on it. And black skinny jeans. Shi watches as Kenji got dressed, and once he was finished, they leave the apartment, Shi having agreed to what Kenji had told him about having to help with his class for a few hours. They walk in silence for a bit, and glancing quickly at Kenji, Shi smiles, before taking Kenji's hand in his own, lacing their fingers together. A smile forms on his lips, their hands fit so perfectly together, as if they were made to be held like this. As if they were destined to be together. And Shi was perfectly content with that.

 

After a while they reach the school, and when they step into the building, eyes turned towards them, muttering could be heard, and girls began to giggle. They hadn't forgotten about Shiru, but this new guy was hot too. And looked so much like Shiru it was crazy. Shi had let go of Kenji's hand before they had arrived, and his hands were now in his pockets, as he looked around. "Who is that guy? He looks to be Shiru Kamaren's twin or something..." One girl whispers. "Yeah...and why would someone as hot as that guy be with Kenji? I mean come on. First Shiru, now this guy? Who does he think he is?"

Kenji blushed as the other took his hand. Together they fit liked a puzzle piece. He loved Shi so much. It was like he always knew what he was thinking. As they entered the school the other had pulled away from him.

Kenji heard everyone's comments.he looked at the ground.

"I gotta go- see you later! "

He said quickly running inside the school.

He knew that voice. He looked up seeing Craig. Who just pushed him out of his way. He had stopped making rude comments about him but he was still a jerk. Kenji bit his lip.

Shi turns to look at Karu, a confused expression on his face, as Kenji took off, saying that he would see Shi later. "Uh...sure..." He mutters, knowing that the other could not hear him, and raises his hand, half waving to the retreating back of Kenji. "What was that all about?" He murmurs to himself, staring at the spot where Kenji had turned a corner, but he was soon distracted by the girls that suddenly surrounded him, bombarding him with questions.

 

"Are you going to be starting school here?" "What's your name?! You look like you could be a twin of a student who used to go here!" "Oh wow, you are so cool! How old are you?" These questions and more came from every direction, and Shi was feeling frustrated. He tried to answer as many as he could, but his mind was distracted, he had a feeling that something was going wrong with Kenji. "I'm not sure if I'm starting school here, my name is Shi Kama, and I'm 18." He squeezes through the group of girls, and bows in apology. "Sorry ladies, but I just realized I have to be somewhere. Maybe some other time?"

 

With that, he takes off towards where Kenji was located, and turning the corner, sure enough he had been right when he felt that something was wrong. It was Craig, standing over Kenji, a dark look was on the football players face. Even though he was still injured from what Shi had done to him a few days back, it seemed that he was recovering quite well. Without a second thought, Shi walks up to them, trying to appear casual. "Uhm, excuse me sir, but I need to have a moment with Kenji here. If you'll excuse me..." He takes a hold of Kenji's sleeve, and before Craig could utter a word, Shi takes off down the hall, and doesn't stop until they were as far away from Craig as possible. When that was done, Shi turns to look at Kenji, a worried look on his face. "Is something wrong? You just kind of left me hanging back there...What happened?"

"Uhm, excuse me sir, but I need to have a moment with Kenji here. If you'll excuse me..."[/Quote]

Kenji was surprised to see Shi.

"S-shi? What are y-"

He fell silent as the other male grabbed him by his sleeve, taking him down the hall.Kenji looked away as the other turned to him..

He said giving a faint smile.

"I'm fine...I.. I need to get to class"

He said not once looking into Shi's eyes. He pulled away from him.

A frown forms on Shi's lips, and he grabs Kenji's arm, a little more roughly this time, preventing Kenji from getting any further away. "Don't try that bullshit with me Kenji. You can't hide your emotions anymore, because like it or not, I can see what you are feeling. And right now you're feeling sadness, so what is wrong? Don't say 'it's nothing' and walk away. Talk to me!" He pulls at Kenji's arm, and then grabs at Kenji's chin with his other hand, forcing the other male to look into his eyes, which were flashing with irritation, annoyance, and most of all concern.

 

"You're not going anywhere until you tell me what is wrong...Or do I need to force it out of you? If push comes to shove, I'll read your mind and thoughts, and that's not a very comfortable sensation to say in the least...so choose. It can be the easy way or the hard way, but it's all up to you...And if I were you....I'd choose the easy way..." He all of a sudden presses his lips against Kenji's, a little roughly, but the passion was there. When he pulled away, it was obvious there was an immense amount of concern in Shi's heart. Kenji blushed as he was kissed. The other was good at persuading him. He bit his lip a moment- he couldn't lie to Shi.. not to his face. Those eyes could see right threw him.

Shi takes a step back, his arms limp at his sides, but soon fists form, and his shoulders were hunched. For a moment he says nothing, his hands flexing, and then...he raises his hand and slaps Kenji across the face. Hard. "What...the...FUCK KENJI?! WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT?! HUH?!" He had slapped Kenji hard enough to knock him down, but before the other could hit the floor, Shi catches him, and they kneel on the floor together, his hand now placed gently on the cheek that he had just slapped.

 

"Why would you say that? Those girls know nothing! They are NOT right...I chose you...I chose you dammit, and yet you say those things? It's you that I love, it's you that I have feelings for, it's YOU I want to be with, it'd YOU I WANT TO SPEND THE REST OF THIS GODDAMN LIFE WITH! AND IT'S YOU THAT I'M NEVER LEAVING EVER AGAIN!!!" At first his voice had been soft, but as he talked, it got louder, until he was yelling, his words echoing around them. Tears of frustration were pouring down his cheeks, and his hand was still placed on Kenji's own cheek. "Don't you EVER say things like that again...do you understand?!"

Kenji... was in utter shock, that was the first time Shi had ever hit him!

Kenji was quiet a moment his hair falling in his eyes. His own eyes watery.

When Kenji apologizes, Shi sighs softly, and leans forward, wrapping his arms around Kenji and pulls him close, embracing him and showing through touch that Shi loved him...that he never wanted Kenji to feel like that ever again. For a while, they sat there, Shi holding onto Kenji, not wanting to let go...He backs away slightly, and looks into Kenji's eyes, resting his hand once more on Kenji's cheek, his eyes still filled with tears. "Kenji...I love you, and there is no way anything will change that...do you understand? I love you...and only you."

 

He then presses his lips gently against the others, softly and lovingly. For a moment they remain like this, Shi softly kissing Kenji, and after a while, Shi pulls away once more. "Now then...let's go. I'm going to walk around...but I'm going to walk you to your class room...okay?" He stands up, and holds out his hand, helping Kenji to his feet. "Let's go." Once Kenji had stood, Shi didn't pull his hand away, instead he continued to hold Kenji's hand, walking side by side next to the one he loved.

Kenji snuggled into the other as he held him close. He felt so loved and wanted. Shi cupped his cheek again looking deep into his Brown eyes... Shi... oh God Shi was too perfect.

Kenji slowly took Shi's hand and stood- holding it tightly. Walking with him... It felt so magical for some reason.. Shi was truly his knight and shining armor...a true Prince in his eyes. Now He didn't want to say goodbye.

It was too soon when they reached the room where Kenji's class was. Shi reluctantly let go of Kenji's hand, and with a quick kiss on the cheek, he walks away, waving, before going to the stairs and walking down and out of the front doors, to check out what was going on outside. It was a nice day, unlike that past few days that were filled with doom and gloom, rain and clouds. The sun was out, and there was a warm breeze in the air. Summer was on it's way, that was for sure.

 

As soon as the girls from earlier had seen him come out, they once gain flock around him, and he sighs inwardly, but is polite and talks to them. He was slightly annoyed, but it didn't show. He wasn't the type of guy who would shove someone away. because to him that was rude. Questions and comments bombarded him, and as he was questioned, he walks around, and eventually sits on a bench. "So, Shi, are you going to come to this school?" "I, uh...I don't know. I hope I can, I need to keep an eye on a friend." He glances towards the school. "Who? That Kenji guy? Why are you so nice to him, I mean come on! He's so weird!" Shi looks at the girl who said that. "Oh? And you're not? Kenji is human just like you, so treat him like that and not like gum on the bottom of your shoe! Now then...I have to go." He stands up, and walks away from them, the rest of the girls could be heard chiding the one who had dissed Kenji.

 

"Damn idiots." He mutters, disappearing in smoke before reappearing on top of the school building, staring down at the ground below. He hated it when the students were so mean, especially when they talked like that about Kenji. "Humans are so pathetic..."

Kenji sighed as he sat at a table giving out tickets for the haunted house his class made. For three hours he did this- trying to convince people to go inside and buy their scared pictures. When his time was up He smiled quickly running out to find Shi. He had never liked festivals but he'd like it if he wasn't going alone.. it Was like a date! There first date if you thought about it. He looked around...crowds of people everywhere. There was no way He could find Shi in this mess of people.

He sighed...

Even tho it had been a few hours he missed Shi... it felt wired when the other wasn't by his side...or holding his hand...or snuggling into him...or...kissing him...

For a while he stood on the roof, but then his legs got tired so he sat down. The wind was much stronger on top of the building, and unlike down on the ground, it was quiet. It was as if there was no sound at all, no crowd that was bunched on the grass of the school yard, no giggling girls or loud obnoxious sports guys. No chatter....just the sound of the wind blowing past, and the occasional chirping of a bird flying over head.

 

He lays down, his legs dangling over the edge of the roof, and stares up at the blue sky, eventually dozing off, taking a nap. It felt like forever he was asleep, but when he woke up and looked at the time on his cell phone, it had only been three hours. Sitting up, he yawns, and looks down at the ground below, and saw Kenji come outside. He smiles, watching as Kenji tried finding him, but it was no use, as Shi was up on the roof, four stories above him. Not that the height mattered for Shi.

 

He stands up, and with a huge grin, jumps down from the roof, and several people notice as he came down, after a moment he pushes off the wall with his feet, and within moments he lands cat like on the ground, not hurt at all. He landed right next to Kenji, and smiles at him. "Heya, about time you got done with your class thing!" He acted as if he hadn't just jumped four stories, that or he didn't even realize it. "So...what now?" He was also oblivious to the mutters and mumbles of the people around him, the stares of the others as they watched him walk off as if nothing had happened.

Kenji bit his lip, but when he heard a loud thud behind him He turned seeing Shi.

"S-shi?"

"Heya, about time you got done with your class thing!"[/Quote]

Kenji glanced next to him seeing all the people stare and mutter and point at Shi and then the roof of the school.

"S-Shi.. y-you didn't-"

"So...what now?" [/Quote]

He sighed, not wanting to know.

" well... what do you want to do first...there's. A lot we can...do"

He shrugged taking Shi's hand.

"Well choose already silly!" Shi says, laughing brightly. He smiles when Kenji takes a hold of his hand, and he squeezes Kenji's hand gently. They begin to walk around, Shi ignoring the looks and mutterings of the people around, and the annoyed whispers of the girls who had been talking to Shi earlier. Shi didn't care what they had to say, they could say what they wanted...but he was happy that Kenji was his love, and there was nothing they could do about it. If they tried, well, they could just go shove it up their asses.

 

After a while of just walking around and looking at stuff, Shi checks his phone, and blinks at the time. "Uh, Kenji. Work is about to start pretty soon, you want to head on over to the club?" He looks at Kenji, wondering if he really was okay now with working there. After all that had happened, he feared Kenji would freak out again, and problems would start anew. Shi hoped that wouldn't happen, and he was counting on his friends who worked there to help keep Kenji comfortable.

Kenji smiled a little following his love around Kenji played a few games, and had some candy and popcorn- it was kind of a fun day. He had more fun then he thought he would have since Shi was there. He paused as the other looked at his phone.

"Uh, Kenji. Work is about to start pretty soon, you want to head on over to the club?"[/Quote]

Oh....right...

"Y-Yeah... we can go now."

He said leaning on Shi's shoulder- there hands and fingers still intertwined.

"... I guess I'll meet everyone else today huh?... um.. I just want to run something by you... when ever... You know who is around... you have to stay next to me.. He scares me..."

He muttered snuggling into the others shoulder as they left school.
