The Demon Child (Me and gin)

Call it reflex, Azrael immediately rushed back to the tantrum-held child who almost wipe out the huge acre of land on the process. The earth shook for a moment, Azrael then knew that Eros had some kind of power within him. Of course, he has, he was the son of the two most powerful beings from heaven and hell. His existence was an enigma though his power itself was the real deal.

 

"Hush... calm down Eros..." He glanced to the Royalty beside him, her regal features shrouded with sadness.

 

Even his mother had a really hard time calming Eros to the bones how much more Azrael himself. His orbs reflected anxiousness and panic. Never in his entire life he'd welcomed 'panic.' Eros, upon his introduction with Azrael, introduce the angel to some sort of expressions he had not encountered before. The child did really hit a part on his heart, twinge as he put it in a word.

 

His armored arms embraced Eros, slowly hushing the little boy from his feet. He even tried to call for Michael in his head, the guy literally knows how to handle children, unlike him.

 

Urgh. What to do!? Frantic he tried to think of something. Alas, gaining a new idea, the angel hurriedly raised his right arm as golden ray emitted away from it on a speed of light. As the light traveled at the sky it then exploded to golden dusts.

 

"urgh. Eros...look--its wonderful... oh you must see it." He said with concern as he tried to force the child to look up to the sky, hoping his cheap skills would ease the little guy.

"Hush... calm down Eros..."

 

The smaller creature of both races sniveled and sobbed into his much larger angel. Not noticing teh blood dripping constantly from his nose or even teh tremors of the earth he caused. The only thing Eros registered was his Big Brother was leaving, and his arms were around him, tightly too.

 

The tiny demon boy clutched whatever piece of clothing he could touch of Angel Big Brother Azrael. But the armor was just royally pissing him off to a whole new level. He began to fist the cloth, whining and crying as he tugged time from time.

 

Then Eros gave a loud whimpered, stuffing his face in his angel's neck, calming slightly but teh erth still trembled in fear of teh boy's tantrum. Birds flew away at his soft, whiny cries. Eve teh ravens and crows that had survived the toxic, black mist of the devi's aura.

 

Once Eros had chilled a bit, he heard Azrael try to gain his attention and of course, he looked up. Those beautiful, teary eyes got wide as the demon boy watched the scene. "Pwetty...." He whispered, mumbled out, staring until teh golden speckles faded away. Leaving him pouting until Eros turned, sucking on his own thumb, face against Azrael's chest again where he believed it belonged.

.He caught a glimpse of his creation, it was never livid for Azrael to know that he had this comforting side to actually make a half-wing a bit happy. The angel of Death wasn't so sure as to what he was seeing by now, in fact, he had lot of 'better' things to do than nurse the cute little boy sucking its thumb.

 

Eros did create a bit of a havoc now that he'd noted that the child would take tantrums into a whole new of level. But to his dismay, he just couldn't leave the child alone. Well he wasn't alone, the princess was there, but still there's a part of him that wanted to take care of Eros.

 

He shoot the princess a look hoping the she would come of an assistance to make Eros sleep since he really had lot of explaining to do, to Michael of course. His soul reapers are probably waiting for him to pass judgement of the souls who had recently been harvested. They did the job of harvest but he was bestowed the job of ferrying them to their right places. It wasn't a menial task that's to be taken lightly of.

 

"You like that, Eros?" as he gently cupped the little boys cheek, slowly massaging the reddish flesh.

 

Azrael even thought of bringing Eros with him but how would his parents react? Especially the spawn of hell who happens to be his father.

"You like that, Eros?"

 

The smaller, different creature purred, nodding only once to sleepily nuzzle into Azrael as sleep tried really hard to snatch the demon boy into its dark clutches of peaceful emptyness. Eros just blinking, looking downward whenever he felt his blue orbs grow heavy, then lift them up to peer at his Big Brother Angel with such hope and... well, he didn't know. Something was in those sparkling, droopy orbs that the angel couldn't think of. But it shined bright, possibly love. The small fist holding a section of Azrael's shirt under the armor tightened a bit, pressing to the other's body.

 

Princess only stood there, watching, the air around her purifying the evil aura from her husband just minutes previous from his encounter. EVen though Eros gained well over half of his fathers demon, around him was pure and sweet; still it was puzzling how someone could raise their sword to something so sweet and loving, cute and pure.

 

"Go, take him." The woman piped up, finally speaking after several minutes ticked by. Sitting in silence besides the sound of Eros purring like a little kitten, and the suckling noises from his small thumb in his mouth, drooling. After just a moment, Anastasia continued.

 

"He will be happier with you around, he seems to have grown very attatched to you anyway. Anything to refrain another tantrum, that's the last thing he needs. Plus, it might be good for him being around someone else besides me and his father. He is tired of the babysitters and playmates."
