Akise watched Ryoko silently. He had the worse guy feeling a the point. He didn't know what Ryoko would say and it scared him. He sighs in relief when the other agreed to go with him. "It's only for the weekend. It'll be here and gone in no time. I just have better hope if you're with me. Thank you Ryoko." he said wanting the weekend to come and go as quickly as possible

Ryoko tried to smile encouragingly but he was fairly sure he failed miserably at it. He took the cabbage of the heat and quietly served up all the food, appearing deep in thought though really he wasn't thinking about anything. Sighing quietly he grabbed some knives and forks from a draw and walked over to Akise. He looked at Akise "well since you are not moving you are going to have to sit up and let me sit down." He smiled "here you sit up and ill sit here so you can lean on me."

Akise looked at Ryoko as he sat up. "You don't have to come with me this weekend. I can tell you're on edge because of it. I'll go alone. I didn't stop to think but it'll be my family there and I suppose it's not how I'd expect to introduce you to them. I will be alright on my own. So don't worry." he says before looking at the food. Sitting up was hurting more than he could admit. He made sure to hide that fact from his face as well

Ryoko sat down for a moment "no, i am coming, i would be worried about you if i didn't, after all your brother will be there. I am just worried ill have a yell at him for al the things he did to you, and i don't want to make it worse in your family since i haven't met your mother yet." He tried desperately to back track so Akise wouldn't insist he stayed but then he looked at the other male and noticed the slight pained expression. He quickly leapt of the sofa saying "ohh sorry, your in pain, here lay back down." Ryoko quickly put the plates on the table and gently pushed Akise back down onto the sofa. Worriedly he looked at the other "Do you need any pain killers? Here i can help you eat if you want." Ryoko picked up Akise's food leaving his on the table.

Akise looked at Ryoko. He smiled a bit as the other still wanted to come with him. "Ryoko... My mother isn't as scary as I make her sound. You'll see this weekend. Don't worry too much. You'll get to come to my house and see where I grew up. I doubt you'll have to be around for such a talk but even so my mother is very lady like. Anyway I won't spoil anything." he said before noticing himself falling backwards. "Ryoko! I'm fine. Come back and sit beside me." he said blushing

Ryoko nodded apprehension for the weekend filled him, he still wasnt sure he would be able to calmly be around Akise's brother but he would have to make do. "ok, but i am not making you sit up since it blatantly causes you pain." Ryoko picked up both plates of food lifted Akise's legs and sat on the sofa with the mans legs across his lap. He passed one of the plates to the male on top of him and saying "dont ever stop blushing when you say things like that, it is so cute." He smiled cheekily hoping his words would make his boyfriend blush more as he took a bite of his food. It tasted surprisingly good for all the commotion that had happened while making it.

Akise glanced down as he looked at the food. "You are going to be the death of my cheeks. I don't mind blushing if its for you." he says slowly beginning to eat. He was surprised that the food tasted delicious. Not all too surprised since he had tasted Ryoko's cooking before. "You are really amazing when you devote yourself to it huh. You made it sound like it wouldn't come out right and you made it perfect. I could get addicted to your cooking." he says smiling.

Ryoko chuckled "why thank you." he continued tucking into his food, scraping his plate clean when he finished and placing it back on the floor before he leant back against the sofa. He lifted his arm and gently pulled the hair-band from his hair, sliding it down the soft strands until they all fell around his shoulders and the band was lose in his hand. Putting it around his wrist he pushed his hair behind his ear so he could see Akise. He slowly slipped his hand up Akise's shirt and ever so gently bean to massage the others stomach "tell me if it hurts ok?" he said as he carefully rubbed against the pure skin.

Akise was eating silently as he suddenly stops. "Ry-oko..." he mutters as he looked at his stomach. It didn't hurt but it felt odd having someone else touch him. He trembles a bit trying to get use to being touched. "At least let me finish eating before you get carried away wanting to touch me." he said blushing like a tomato. Akise felt really exposed right now.

Ryoko quickly withdrew his hand sheepishly apologising although he liked the way the other had blushednso hard just at beingntouched a little by him, readily he said "well then you better hurry up!" He lifted his right arm to run his fingers through his hair but as soon as t moved he felt it twinge and a sharp pain ran up his arm and through his torso, he let out a light gasp of pain and sqweezes his eyes shut. He quickly got up carful not to jog Akise too much and rushed to the cupboards to find some painkillers and something he could use as a sling. He thought he would be pk but apparently his arm had not healed as much as new had hoped and carrying Akose the past few days had finally brought its toll.

Akise continued to eat before looking at Ryoko. He could tell something had happened to the other. He wonders if he hurt his arm. With a panic stare he watched Ryoko get up from the couch. "Are you looking for something? Tell me and I can help you." he says worriedly. He had no clue how much or how little the other was feeling pain. Akise placed his plate to the side. "Should I come help you?" he asked.

Ryoko looked over his shoulder, wincing a little at the pain "where did you put the painkillers? and preferably some fabric i can use as a sling, sorry my arm hurts, i am sure i'll be fine don't get up." he continued to search about not wanting Akise to get up but the pain was getting worse and his forehead screwed up as he dealt silently with the pain.

Akise got up from the couch. He walked over to Ryoko. He steps to the side of the kitchen counter and opens the bottom drawer. He pulls out a first aid kit. He glanced up at him. "Here you go. You'll find painkillers inside. I believe there's also a sling inside. If not its in the kit in our room." he said going back over to the couch. Akise sat down and finished eating the food.

Ryoko nodded opening the kit and sifting through its contents. He found some ibuprofen and popping out two he poured himself some water and swallowed them both before he found the sling in the bag. Removing it he placed it back in the draw and attempted to put the sling on with his single arm. Sighing he walked back over to Akise saying "umm...i cant tie it so would you mind? sorry, it appears everything is going wrong tonight!"

Akise glances up at Ryoko. He gentle ties the sling but makes sure its right enough to help ease Ryoko's pain. "Why do you say that? I think tonight I going well. We are together and we are both thinking about each other. What's so wrong with that?" he asked. It was true even if it was worrying about one another. Akise leans up and kisses his lips. "Thank you for the meal. This is a lot better than I expected. I'm still worried about this weekend but with you around I know I'll be fine."

Ryoko smiled "your right, thank you." He whispered as he leant in to kiss Akise back "the weekend will be fine, you have me if everything goes wrong." Ryoko sat back down on the sofa beside Akise an gently put his free arm around his shoulders "come here." he said coaxing the man to lean n his shoulder "if it too painful tell me ok." He smiled softly content.

"Shouldn't I be saying that to you. Acting all tough and carrying me only strain your arm. I told you don't do things that will cause you pain. Promise me from now on you won't do that even for my sake. I can't stand knowing I am the cause of your pain. We should go get some rest. We could lay in bed and watch a movie." he says softly. Akise actually liked that idea. He hadn't a television in his room in so long

Ryoko nodded "i'l try not to but i cant promise." he said pressing a quick kiss to Akise's forehead. "ok then, lets go upstairs, you got any movies...well actually the broadband should be pretty good here so we can always stream something online...what do you want to watch?" He asked as he stood pulling his hair over one shoulder and brushing it through so the static disappeared.

Akise gets up and looked at Ryoko. "I'll watch anything. I'm not picky. I just want to lay beside you so that my real reason for suggesting such a thing." he said with a smile. He slowly begins to head up the stairs. His mind wondering what his mother would talk about. Knowing how she was when upset he could only hope he wouldn't be in trouble. He just wished he could get to her before his older brother could.

Ryoko nodded following the other up the stairs "well feel free to cuddle as much as you want." he was so happy Akise had spoken those words, it really made him happy that Akise wanted to cuddle with him. Once in their bedroom he quickly stripped removing everything but his pants, struggling a little with his shirt he decided that having a bath in the morning seemed like the more appealing option right now. "ok so films, i dont know what you like." Ryoko said as he got into the bed and picking up the remote started to flick through the channels.

Akise walked over to the bed removing his clothes. He put on a button up shirt and nothing more. He lays in bed beside Ryoko and snuggled in close to him. "I told you I only wish to cuddle with you. As to what you put on, I could care less." he says closing his eyes. Akise was melting into the warmth Ryoko gave off.

Ryoko wrapped his arm around the other sifting a little so he was comfortable. He left the telly playing quietly on a comedy but he wasn't really watching either. He started twisting Akise's hair between his slim fingers letting it run like silk through them. He gave a small contented sigh as he heard the waves of the ocean through the windows and felt Akise's comforting weight against his side.

"Are you hurting? I can shift in a different angle. I wouldn't want to know I am causing you pain so be honest." he said. His gaze drifting up to Ryoko's. He was curious as to how the other would answer him. While waiting for the answer, Akise enjoys the tough of the other playing with his hair.

"Your fine Akise, it doesn't hurt," Ryoko paused for a moment before he leant in and pressed a light kiss onto the others head "but thank you for worrying about me." He smiled, not able to help it, it had really been a long time since anyone had worried about him, this made him feel secured again.

 

He wriggled down on the bed so his head was only just above Akise's, moving his arm so it rested on the others back and turning slightly so he was facing Akise "thank you." He whispered again, he wasn't sure what he was thanking for, everything he so posed.

Akise smiled as he was glad to know he hadn't caused the other pain. "You don't have to thank me for anything. As your boyfriend its only natural for me to act like this right? I may not know a lot about relationships but I can pick up on a few things naturally." he says with a yawn. He was feeling tired now.
