Umi sighed as he entered the school building, along with everyone else.

"Is that him?"

He hears a voice say behind him as he put his shoes in his shoe locker.

"Yeah, he's the rich kid the teachers were talking about."

"Probably got his parents to bribe there way for him in school."

Umi put on a smug smile after putting on his school shoes he turned to the two boy gossiping about him.

"You got a problem with that? When you have money you have power. Its a good thing morons like you worked your way into this school. And here I thought only girls gossipped about trivial things."

He turned to leave.

"I'd stay and chat but... Idiocy is contagious. "

He walked away heading to his class room up stairs. It didn't bother him that others were talking crap about him. He didn't care what others thought.

 

He reached his class room stepping inside. The room suddenly going quiet at Umi's presence.

The teacher smiled introducing him.

"Everyone.. this is Umi Ushio. He'll be your new class mate for the rest of the year."

Umi turned to look at the class... The girls blushing as he pushed up his glasses.

"Do not call me by my first name. I don't know any of you so it's Ushio to everyone. We aren't friends. And you do not need to take care of me. I don't need help form any of you simpletons"

He turned taking his seat.. and just happened to sit next to Maruchi Fujikura.

 

"Uhh.. o-ok class lets return to our lesson."

The teacher started writing on the bored and the girls and boys glanced at him. Whispering.

He didn't once look at the other. His arms crossed as he listened to the teacher go on And on about some assignment. He pushed up his glasses with his middle finger completely unamused by his stupid classmate..

Maruchi slouched as he realized he'd only offended the transfer student. "Oh hey, come on, I wasn't trying to make you upset. I was just trying to make you smile..." he tapers off, refocusing as the teacher shoots him a look. "Hey, er... I'll buy you something to eat, to make up for it. That was mean of me. Meet me in the cafeteria during lunch break, ok?"

Umi briefly glanced at the boy he had no respect for, he looked away pulling out a book from his bag and started reading. As the teacher spoke,

"Alright class so you have a week. I will be saying the names of your partners so listen up.

"Craig with Yuki."

He continued on to the last students.

"And last but not lest Maruchi your partner is Ushio... the assignment is getting to know your partner and writing a 4 page essay on them. Please do your best and this will be 35% of your final grade in my class before spring vacation. "

The class started talking excited and greeting there partners.

Umi didn't do this, His eyes stayed on his book at he talked to Maruchi.

"Well met after school in the library to get this assignment over with, if your late or you get in my way. I'll crush you"

He stood just as the bell rang and left... going to his next class. Gym...and would you know? Maruchi had the same class next...

The bell sounded and Maruchi gathered his things, quickly catching up to the side of the new boy, who looked to be pointedly ignoring him. He took a deep breath and offered all he had, "Look, I'm sorry. We should be friends if we're going to do the project together. Besides, you'll need someone to be on your side here, this school is kind of fierce when it comes to bullies. I... I know I didn't make it seem like I was trustworthy, o-or a good person, but I want you to know you can trust me. And that I'll accept you." He concluded his speech and walked slightly slower than the other boy the rest of the way to the locker-room.

Umi put on his tank top and black silk basketball shorts not noticing Maruchi's boner.

He put on his glasses again ruffled up his hair and left the locker room. Everyone was on the track today running laps. Some of the guys doing friendly races to see who was faster.

Tho Umi thought that was stupid. He started jogging along the field. Soon sweating. The sweat made it look like he was glowing in the sun. You just wanted to swear him so bad!

Suddenly a few guys came up to him.

"Your Umi Ushio right? I hear you had a problem with my friends this morning."

Umi glanced at the boy and his two friends. The two who were gossiping about him this morning...the guy who was talking was James. And he clearly didn't like Umi since he was the boss and the talk of the entire school.

"No. Your friends were having a delightful conversation about me. I'm use to poor idiots being bitterly jealous of me..."

He said quiet smug.

The two boys quickly defending themselves with quick insults to Umi.... James quickly got irritated with Umi and grabbed him by the Collier.

"What'd you say!! I'll beat that smirk off your face!"

Just when James went to punch Umi He broke free from his grip and out of no were flipped James on His stomach twisting his arm.

"What happened? I thought you were going to beat me up? You know if I apply a certain amount of force at a angle I can break your arm in 3 different places? Would you like to test this theory? "

His grip tightened, as Umi seriously went to brake James arm. Who was screaming for help. If He wasn't stop he'd really break the boys arm.

Maruchi shook himself back to reality, desperately trying to calm himself down by thinking of his grandmother, wearing Victoria's Secret....

 

He began to jog when he noticed that there was a fight starting. As he dashed to go see what was up, he noticed that it was Ushio and... James?! This was bad. He made it to the scene and ran immediately at Ushio, ramming into him and getting James out of the death-grip. What he hadn't anticipated was that he would end up landing on top of Umi, and that it might not go down so well with the person under him.

Umi suddenly fell to the ground letting go of James. Who the hell got in his way?! He looked up seeing Maruchi

And Umi could do it, He could get Maruchi detection everyday...get him kicked out of school even...the kid was playing with fire.

 

Umi started his jog again when he saw a few people crowd around Maruchi, what was going on?

Someone yelled to take Maruchi to the nurses office to rest... of course Ushio wasn't going to volunteer. He didn't care for the guy... But everyone yelled for him to help Maruchi and even the teacher told him to take the guy to the infirmary. So he had no choice.

 

As he walked down the hall with Maruchi's arm wrapped around his neck. His free hand to the boys side, helping him walk Umi didn't look at him once...he seemed really irritated and he Cleary didn't like helping people..

Maruchi could tell that Ushio genuinely didn't like him. It was pretty painful, actually. Not only did he embarrass the boy on the track, but now he was forced into help him to the nurse? What a pain. Maruchi just wished he could start over. He hobbled shakily on, unsure of what to do next.

 

They reached the nurses office soon, and the smell of antiseptic bombarded Maruchi's nose. The nurse- a plump, congenial woman in her mid fifties- asked kindly what had happened. Maruchi parted his lips, sticky with tears and mucus, and told her the truth. "I-I've hurt this boy's f-feelings..."

Umi's eyes widened slight. As he was standing aside- arms crossed looking away.

His attention now on Maruchi.

The nurse tilted her head to the side rather confused.

" pardon me?"

She looked to Umi.

"Can you leave us alone for a minute."

"Well.... alright. But-"

She looked to Maruchi.

"Are you sure your not hurt anyway where? "

"he's fine.."

The boy hissed angrily. The nurse got the hint and quickly left the room leaving the two boys be.

"What the fuck is your problem!"

The other was mad....pissed...fucking irritated.

Maruchi stared at his hands. What was his problem? Normally, he just welcomed other students, but this one was... different. He reorganized himself and held his head up taller as he said, "I'm not sure. I think it might be that I want you. That's it. I think I feel like... like I need to protect you. I need to keep you to myself. Because frankly," here, Maruchi approached the other boy, grabbing his hand. "I want you for myself."

 

Maruchi pressed his lips against Umi's, being careful to be forceful while not hurting the other boy. He began to nibble on his classmate's lower lip, yearning for something deeper than a kiss in that moment.

The pleas of the other boy were unheard to Maruchi, who was ravenously kissing the other. His arm slid around Umi's waist, keeping him where he wanted him. He was almost too blind with lust to notice the unwelcome intrusion. But not quite.

 

He pulled himself from Umi, panting and hungry. Maruchi only stopped to take off Ushio's glasses. He grabbed the bridge with his finger and thumb, lifting them gently from his companion's nose. He set them down on a nearby cot, and continued where he left off.

He said making a fuss...But was hushed by there kiss...once again...He tensed feeling Maruchi's hand skillful move down his back.... Umi whimpered. His struggling still continued by with less effort.
