Lucas blinked and laughed softly as he shook his head. "Of course I am~" He chucked as he shook his head once more and smiled while looking at the nurse. "Come on, let's go." The embarrassment of the blond man was buried somewhere deep inside of him now. Bo looked so cute when he blushed like that...

The young nurse let out an involuntary sigh of relief, giving Lucas a small smile and willing the blush away. "Funny," he said softly, following the older man out of the cafe.

Lucas chuckled softly as he shook his head again before stepping outside of the cafe and heading towards his car. A small smile stayed on his face as he opened the door and put Catherine in the back seat before closing it and opening the passenger seat for Bo. “Come on, get in. I hope you don't mind if I drive you home later?“

"It's fine," Bo said quietly as he climbed into the passenger seat, gently closing the door behind him. He was becoming more comfortable with the blonde man, and if given enough time, he would allow another part of his personality to be shown. "Thank you."

Lucas smiled softly as he walked around the car to get into the driver's seat. "It's not a problem at all~" The blond smiled warmly as he started the engine and staretd driving, looking around from time to time. "Oh, and... If my mother acts a bit weird, please, try your best and not mind that. It'll finish soon." Truth was, when Lucas came home, he had... A talk with his mom about the gang. None of them were too pleased.

The auburn-haired man tilted his head slightly to the left, his blue eyes curious, but he didn't question the older man. "Okay." He turned to look out the window, tapping his fingers on his knees.

Lucas smiled softly as he breathed out softly. “Thanks...“ He muttered out quietly as he glanced at Bo with a smile. “Also, I rarely bring anyone home, so... I hope you won't mind a bit of attention.“ He chuckled as he shook his head and smiled. “If my dad offers you something to drink - don't refuse. Offering a drink means he's accepting you~“

His eyes widened a bit further. Accepting me? Hopefully just as a friend... He smiled rather timidly, not too keen on the idea of having a lot of the attention on himself. "All right. I'm looking forward to meeting them."

Lucas let out a soft chuckle as he nodded and smiled, stopping his car in front of a big house. “Well, you'll meet them now~“ The man said warmly as he glanced at the nurse and smiled. “Ah, I forgot to ask... Anything against cats?“ He asked with a chuckle while Catherine, who was still in the back seat, yawned cutely and mumbled out, “Mr. Fluffy always sleeps with me...“

Bo couldn't help but laugh softly. "Mr. Fluffy? Interesting name. But I like cats. I've never had one, though." He smiled a bit more widely at Lucas, getting out of the car and closing the door gently behind him.

Lucas rolled his eyes as he sighed and shook head. “Cath picked the name out herself..“ He explained with fake annoyance in his voice while the girl stuck out her tongue and pouted. “Mr. Fluffy is mine, not yours!“ She said with a pout when Lucas got out of the car and pulled his sister out as well. “Yeah, yeah~“ He agreed teasingly and smiled as he walked towards Bo. “Thanks for coming, anyway.“

"I should be thanking you," Bo replied, his hands back in his coat pockets. It was obvious that his mood had lifted, but he was beginning to feel nervousness creeping up on him as he thought of meeting Lucas' parents. Then again, he had always done better with older people than those his age.

Lucas chuckled and shook his head as he smiled softly at the nurse and started walking towards the door. The blond let out a soft hum as he smiled to himself and opened them, setting Catherine down first. The girl immediately ran down the hall, already calling her cat. The man chuckled softly to himself once again as he held the door opened for the nurse. “Come in and feel at home.“

I'll try, he thought, but simply returned Lucas' smile and entered the house. He closed the door behind him to keep out the chill and looked around, squinting slightly at the contrast of lighting to the darkness outside. It was a nice-looking home, neat but not too neat. It reminded him a bit of his own house when he was younger.

Lucas smiled as he slipped into the house after Bo and breathed out softly. "Aah... Feels good to be warm~" He said with a chuckle as he took off his shoes and placed them aside, then turned around to glance at the nurse with an apologetic smile. "Sorry if the house is really messy at some parts - I usually clean up there, but now... Well, you know."

"It's fine," he reassured the blonde, slipping off his sneakers and placing them off to the side of the door. Even his socks were black. "It's nicer than where I live."

Lucas blinked and laughed softly as he shook his head. “Is it really?“ He asked warmly as he smiled and began walking down the hall. “Do you want anything to eat? Drink?“ He asked as he glanced back af the nurse and smiled.

"Really," he confirmed, following Lucas down the hall, shrugging off his jacket as he went, revealing an AFI shirt that read Sing the Sorrow with a symbol of leaves surrounded by a circle. "My apartment is way messier than here. You have to crawl over books and bags to reach the couch." He was normally organized, but all of his school work and internship had kept him too busy to clean.

Lucas blinked and let out a soft laugh as he shook his head. "You really don't seem like a person who'd be messy~" He said with a warm smile as he looked around and sighed softly. "Well, let me introduce you..." He mumbled out under his nose as he stepped into the living room where his parents sat - his mother was tall, with light brown hair and somewhat sad brown eyes while his father was about the same height, with blond hair and deep blue eyes. "Hey, this is Bo, he was my nurse at the hospital~" Lucas never liked too complicated introductions... Yet his mom seemed a bit terrified as she let out a small smile while his father grumbled under his breath. Not too friendly.

Bo simply tilted his head in a friendly manner and returned the small smile Lucas' mother gave. The blonde's father reminded him of his own father. His mother was pretty much the same as his father too. "It's nice to meet you," he said quietly, sensing that they were not in the mood to talk, so that was all he said.

Lucas sighed softly and turned around to drag Bo off. Once they were in the kitchen, the blond let go and smiled softly. “Sorry...“ He muttered out quietly as he motioned to the table and chairs. “Go and sit down, do you want something to eat?“ He asked softly as he opened the fridge and took out some white cheese with jelly gummies in it. “Wanna try this? It's actually really good~“

Bo took a seat at the table, crossing his legs and placing his hands on the flat surface. He watched as Lucas took the food from the refrigerator. It wasn't like anything he had seen before, but he was naturally curious. "Sure, I'll try it. Thanks." He lifted one hand and placed his chin in his palm. "And it's okay. They actually remind me of my parents." At least the blonde's father did.

Lucas smiled softly as he began to cut up the cheese, humming softly under his nose as he did. The tall blond let out a small chuckle when he heard what the other said about his parents. "Do they?" He asked with a chuckle as he shook his head and put the cut up cheese into a plate, then brought it to the table and placed it down. "Here, enjoy~ Anything to drink?"

The auburn-haired man shared his laugh, but his was much softer. "They do. Well, your father does." He thanked the older man when he handed him the plate. The food was different from what he'd had before, but he was more than willing to try it. "Um, a drink?" He considered what he liked. "Uh, what do you have?" he asked politely.

Lucas smiled softly as he looked around and sighed. “Well, we have a bunch of tea, soda, water, apple juice...“ He said as he glanced at Bo and smiled. “What do you feel like having?“ The blond asked softly as he smiled warmly and leaned back against the wall - there was no point in sitting down right now anyway.
